This verdict highlights that legal outcomes are driven by verifiable facts rather than narrative, exposing how inconsistent post-incident behavior can fatally undermine a claimant's testimony. It serves as a stark reminder that in a court of law, documented evidence will always outweigh unsubstantiated allegations.

Steffon Diggs Wins his Strangulation Case against former lover and staff member Mila AdamsAdded:
Hello and thank you for watching and listening to another episode of the Pudacity with Keto Rose.
>> A single mom who works two jobs who loves her kids. It never stops with gentle hands in the heart of a fighter.
I'm a sur here. We dare to use our voices, have the audacity to own who we are, and vow rose up roses. We vow to never stop, never shrink, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY NEVER NO, shut up. It's just not going to happen.
>> Like, share, subscribe, talk [ __ ] in my comments, you know, tell me how you really feel. Hit that bell notification so I can pop up on your timeline. Why you I say may and hype this video up if you can. You guys, I you know what?
First, I was thinking to myself, damn, poor Cardi. But then I was like, no, Cardi's doing good. Like, Cardi has her hairline. Everybody cannot wait to buy Cardi's hairline, including me. I will be a part of the person purchasing some of that good grow hair. I think that's what it's called. Is it called Grow Good Hair? Regardless, I will be supporting that brand. Plus, she just finished, I believe she just finished a tour. I don't know if she's still on it, but I think she was grossed at $30 million.
So, hopefully she's still on it and still racking up the money because she has four kids that she needs to feed.
She's a single mom. By now, you've already seen that Stefan Diggs has won his case, his strangulation case. He had a strangulation case. Listen, Stefan had a busy year last year. We found out that he was popping out all those babies and you know there was a couple of people that came out, men and women unfortunately came out saying that Stefan just isn't so nice. Now Mila didn't say I don't know if it's Mila or Mila. Let me know in the comments. Mila didn't say whether or not he did anything, you know, sexual to her in a harassing way. In fact, quite the opposite. She said that they had a sexual and intimate relationship, but she also said that, you know, he was her employer. She would often cut off the lawyer and say things like, "Well, no, I wasn't demanding money from him. I was wanting, you know, unpaid wages." And this is why that whole business and pleasure thing is so freaking murky.
It's so murky. Never mix business with pleasure. You're sitting up here and you wanting us to feel bad for you. Now, I know a lot of women are going to be like, "Oh my god, Kea, are you not choosing a woman's side? Are you not believing all women?" And honestly, it saddens me that in this case, I'm going to say that sis was trying to get some money. She felt slighted. You know, she wasn't able, according to everybody else that's a part of his staff that also slept with him. Oh, that that THAT REMINDS ME.
>> EVERYTHING THAT I said before and after this is alleged. I'm alleged I be making up [ __ ] on my eye. Everything in this video episode is for satirical, educational, and entertainment purposes only.
>> Allegedly, he was sleeping with more of his staff, right? He had a slew of women that were working for him that he was also having the, you know, opportunity to sleep with at the same time. So, according to those women, Mila was mad.
I'm going to call her Mila or Mila this whole time. I'm letting you know.
According to those women, Mila was mad.
She didn't get to go to Miami. She had matching outfits with Cardi planned.
People were like, >> "What? You had matching outfits with Cardi plan while you were riding on Stefan's meat sausage?" toe when you should HAVE BEEN SLICING IT UP AND THROWING IT IN THE IN THE PAN. TALKING ABOUT SOME CHEF. YOU AIN'T A DAMN CHEF.
>> And you know what? I don't want to be rude. She might very well be a chef. But you know, this is what happens when you mix business with pleasure. So now you're mad at him and you can't do the things that the other girlfriends are getting to do, the other sister wives are getting to do. So you tell everybody that he strangled you. And honestly, I believed it when the story came out. I was like, listen, he's under too much pressure. They were going to the Super Bowl, right? And so that might cause a lot of pressure. He kept popping out baby after baby after baby after baby.
You got Nova, born in 2016. Mother Tyler Marie, she's about 9 or 10 years old.
You got Shiloh, born 2023. Mother is model Kennedy Moore. She's about two or three years old. You got Charlie Harper Diggs Lopa born in April 2025. Mother is Ailen Lapera, also known as Lord Jazelle. She's about one years old. You got Wave, born in 2025. Mother is Kiana Barber, right? less than a year old. You got unnamed daughter born 2025. Mother is influencer K. Benji. The child's name has not been publicly revealed. Less than one year old. And then you got baby boy born November 2025. Mother is Cardi B about 6 months old. Okay. So you got three kids, three under three. Cardi is working. I believe that she is doing just fine. But I did when I heard this story, I'm like, dang. He had a chef, right? As most rich people do. That's not surprising. He had a chef. He was mad. Took his anger out on her. Didn't want to pay her. Sent her away. Some stuff going on with Cardi. Maybe he was hiding this and hiding that and he didn't want like why? And I kept thinking to myself, why didn't he want the chef there? Why did he send her away just because Cardi was coming over? Like what's the problem? And it turns out you're clapping cheeks. Also, the neighborhood talk posted a video of her dancing. Just really breaking it down.
Breaking it down right after she claimed he had choke. Well, I won't say it was right after. We don't know exactly when that video came out, but she is happy.
She is happy. She also said that after the altercation, she went down, gave him his birthday gift, cuz apparently it was around the time of his birthday. Gave him his birthday gift, I guess, as a way of being like, "Well, I still love you even though you've harmed me." Maybe I'm trying to give her the benefit of the doubt because it doesn't look right. All of this, none of this [ __ ] makes sense.
None of it. The math isn't mathing. They say she was cooking [ __ ] like ramen, chicken pot pie, and hot dogs for $2,000 a week. Period. Point blank. And you were getting your cheats clapping. We already heard how good he is from Cardi B in that song. She said he's so big and tall. Might let him uh uh like he the ball.
>> Might let him dunk the scoop like he dunk the ball.
>> So yeah, we know he's putting it down.
You're in a sweet position. You're in a good spot, but you're getting comfortable. You think you're bigger than the program, right? You're getting sent away because the girlfriend, the main girl, the more important girl, the celebrity, the superstar is coming over and now you can't be there cuz you be tripping and sometimes you be acting out and you you know what she strikes me, again, we don't know these people. We weren't we weren't there so we don't know. But she strikes me as the type of person that wants the attention right in the room. So, she's cooking and she's flipping. She's probably doing splits and [ __ ] and just doing just doing the most. Like, look at me. Look at me. I'm here. I matter. I'm I'm in the same group as all of y'all. And it's like, yeah, but everybody has a role and you don't want to play your role. It says Mila Adams, full named Jamila Adams, met Stephan Digs 2022 on Instagram. They became friends at times described friends with benefits. Meaning she was getting them cheaps clap and so was he.
He was getting the benefit of having somebody like a stay-at-home wife.
Here's the thing. What people don't understand is a lot of men that have money that are well off will go ahead and they will build a, right? So they'll you either find the one that can't stay faithful like the Klay Thompsons out there that's going to try everybody every flavor or you have the one that's like Stefan which I believe is a little bit more smart. Let me know in the comments if I'm tripping. But if you're, you know, going to be it and you're going to play these games and the women around you are going to be okay with it, you might as well go along with it. You might as well get it while the getting's good. And there are men like Stefan.
Stefan will sit up there and be like, "You're good at cooking and you have a fat ass." Yes. You're good at laundry and you have a fat ass. Yes. You're good at booking my flights and you have a fat ass. Plus, sometimes you cook when the other one can't. Yes. Come live with me in my mansion and I'll just go door todo and just knock you all down for extra payment or tips or bonuses whenever you know you do a good job on your assignment. She had a good thing going.
She did not mind the positioning she was in. It wasn't until Miami, says everyone else, that's when she started to get upset. That's when she started to say things about Stefan. That's when she had all these problems. But she didn't say anything. Listen, if you're at work, even if you have this, like try to envision this real quick. Even if you are at a 9 toive job just sitting by the water cooler and all of you that's by the water cooler has slept with the boss, you guys are chattering about him.
You guys are gossiping about him. You guys are talking [ __ ] about him when you want. You guys are fighting with each other about him. Sometimes there's a lot of things going on because you just mixed mess and chaos and whatever [ __ ] y'all had going on. In this case, it was employment. It was assisting him plus sex. You mean to tell me you didn't tell nobody that you're close with in the house? Like, hey girl, you know Stefan just Yeah, he came over. He she he me up. He put me in a full Nelson.
>> I spun the [ __ ] around and I put the [ __ ] in a full Nelson because once the shots was going off, the two [ __ ] was over there that was down there pulled out the hammer and the [ __ ] right here pulls out the hammer. I said, "I'm dead." But I had the [ __ ] in the full Nelson. So now when these [ __ ] is trying to shoot me, I'm aiming this motherucking [ __ ] to all the hammers.
You know what I'm saying? So I must have had the [ __ ] so tight, the [ __ ] swung his body to the side and that's how my [ __ ] was open and he hit me. Boom, bow.
You know what I'm saying? So now I'm down. I'm down. So I guess his man came and his man took the chain took the chain off my neck and threw it. And when he threw it, I reached out and I grabbed the chain.
>> I mean, imagine a sexual relationship that turned professional. Like, yeah, we're having sex and you know, sometimes we fight and sometimes we bicker, but we're going to take all that delusion, all that dysfunction, and we're going to throw it into a professional setting and see if it works that way as well. It's not. It doesn't work in the relationship setting, right? It doesn't work in the relational setting. Why would it work in a professional setting?
>> But Adam says things soured over her relationship with another dig staffer.
And when she was not included on a bi-week trip to Miami, >> me and his girlfriend, Cardi B, we were talking about having like outfits and stuff. It was like a whole thing being planned. In cross-examination, Dix's defense began poking holes in the difference between Adams's testimony and the police report she filed two weeks after the alleged incident, including deleted text messages and no photographic ever.
>> And that's what did it for me, y'all.
Let me tell you something. I don't care if I have a paper cut. I don't care if I have a the slightest injury ever. You can barely see it. I'm blowing that up.
I'm taking a photo. I'm taking videos.
You see this? You say this. This is what time and date this happened. This is the location. This is who did it. This is what he WAS WEARING, LORD. CUZ I WANT EVERYBODY to know, you put your hands on me and you decided to pick on the wrong I'm not the right one for you to play with. But in this case, she had no photo evidence. There was actually evidence of her dancing and having a great time. All of the staffers said she was just fine.
And it wasn't until she couldn't go to this Miami trip. And it wasn't until she got into it with another woman that's allegedly sleeping with him that also works for him. He's running a brothel.
It wasn't until then, that's when she decided, you know what? My injuries were so much. I need to sue him for $5.5 million. Come on, mama. Shout out to I'm not a lawyer, but this page is what I'm getting my information from when it comes out to this uh lawsuit. When it comes to this lawsuit, >> I was in the bedroom.
Mr. Digs, he comes in, he he was he looks very angry. He was upset from the text exchange we were having. Was leaning against the dresser. He asked me to get up to come here. I got up off the bed and I came across to him and I stood in front of him like I stood on the side of him. He was like, "What was all that shit?" He was talking and I was beginning to say, "You said and I couldn't finish my statement and he smacked me." Right hand, right side of my face.
>> You know which part of your face got hit?
>> The right side of my face. I went to try to like block him, like push him like this.
>> And then what happened?
>> And then he Can I have a second?
>> Can I have a second?
>> Yes, you can. Um, right.
When I went up to push his head, like block him like like block him, he took his arm and he like came around my neck with the crook of his elbow around my neck and he began to choke me. Pressure on my neck with his elbow.
>> You were facing him. He put his arm around your neck.
>> Yes. He like spun me around.
>> He spun you around?
>> No. like he I will have to show you more so than can I can describe it. When he slapped me, I went to like try to hit him back like this and then it was like he tackled me like and like got me to try to keep from pushing him or protecting myself and he put his arm around my neck like this and he choking me. When we got to the side of the bed, I was pushing back. I started to do a move that I saw off of social media. He said to me that [ __ ] is not going to work.
>> So when you say you saw you try to do >> it was a defensive move where you you put try to put your hands underneath the person that's trying to choke you.
It's like something I saw on a woman defensive page or something. And he said that [ __ ] you see on Instagram is not going to work. And that's when he got tighter. Like the more I was trying to put his hand, he got tighter. And then I was pushing back and then he like fell down on top of me on the bed cuz I was on the side of the bed. And it was like he was like letting me like I guess he was about to let me go but as he was getting up he like pulled my hair and he was like yeah I thought so. He got up off of me off the bed behind me and he walked around the bed. I told him, "I still haven't got paid." He said, "Lies." And he was like, "So, what are you doing?
So, what are you doing for the week?"
And I was like, "I'm staying here." He said, "I don't want anyone in my house.
I don't want anyone here." I was like, "Okay, so who's going to get my ticket?"
He said, "Who always get your ticket?"
And that's that's it. He walked out of the room. I looked down on my pants. I had peed my pants and I had just came off my cycle and I was bleeding really bad again. I guess cuz I was so scared.
I changed my pants and I cleaned up myself and I came back in the room and that's when I text Sunny um to get my flight.
After the incident, Mila says she stayed in her room and initially had plans to go home to Atlanta, but she ended up calling another co-worker slashfriend who told her she should come to New York instead.
>> So, I then um proceeded to change my flight to go to New York.
>> She said, "Well, I was shaken up. I was so shaken up that I peed on myself. But after I peed on myself and I cleared myself up, my friend was like, "Don't go home. Come over here." So, I said, "YOLO." And I'm, you know, on my way to New York. Did >> you see Mr. uh Diggs anytime after that uh happened that day.
>> He was getting a massage and I was leaving out by the time I saw him. I was handing over birthday gifts that I had got >> handing out birthday gifts. Who are you handing out birthday gifts >> to him? This is another reason why people are split and let me know down below what you believe. Who do you believe? Do you believe you know Stefan in this situation or do you believe Mila? Personally, again the birthday you didn't pissed yourself. He hit you so hard that you, you know, you were so scared he slapped you. He got, he he put you in such a vulnerable state, in a scared and anxious state that you peed yourself. You had to clean up your, you know, your own urine. But on your way to New York to see your other friend and you just gave him his birthday gifts.
You know, you got one time to even piss me off near your birthday and you not getting a gift. Let alone you cocked back and rocked me. I I don't know. And this is a gift that you had already purchased or >> Yes, I normally give him a birthday gift every year.
>> And who did you uh meet up in New York City?
>> Shai Charles. And she I met she picked me up from the airport and we went to pick up her friend Talia. Talia. And then we went to her ex-husband's house to pick up something or to do something she had to do. We were there. where we ordered wings and watched a movie, watched some videos. I didn't tell anyone there because they have their own interpersonal sexual relationship. I didn't tell anybody that somebody scared the hell out of me and abused me because they're in their own interpersonal sexual relationship. Now, this is Shai Talia and somebody's ex-husband.
>> Uh Tuesday to Tuesday, so 7 days. Now, while Mila is in New York, she starts reaching out to ask about unpaid wages owed to her.
>> And who did you did you talk to Mr. Digs directly or did you talk to his finance people? Who did you talk to about this?
>> Um, it was a a chain of command. Like I I would talk to his assistant, but his assistant was under investigation for stealing watches and money. So, I don't know if my >> portion of the answer will be >> No, wait a minute.
>> At some point, did someone from uh Mr. Jiggs uh bring up the non-disclosure agreement.
>> Yes, Mr. Jigs liked to abuse people and try to hide his >> abuse. That objection is sustained. That portion of the witness's answer will be stricken and the jurors will disregard it.
>> At some point, were you uh um appro uh given some information about a non-disclosure agreement by someone who worked by for Mr. Jigs?
>> Hopefully, she can answer.
>> Yes. And when was this?
>> A couple days after the assault.
>> Now, shortly after Mila filed her police report, she sent over screenshots of text messages between her and Steph. But on the stand, Mila admits that she did delete some of those messages before she turned them over.
>> Why?
>> I deleted messages.
Because making the report to the police in my previous abusive relationship mean >> I'm telling why.
>> Stop.
>> So they try that question again.
>> Why did you delete those uh phrases when you provided those text messages to the Denim police? Because when I was abused in my previous relationship, when I would say things, >> you can't talk about your previous abusive relationship during the criminal trial of another man. You literally can't do that. And so the prosecutor tries one more time.
>> Why did you delete um text messages when you provided them to the Denim police?
>> The fear of how it'll be perceived.
>> There you go. Okay. So, this is one of the screenshots she provided to police.
And you'll notice as she's reading the version she has, some of her responses are missing from this screenshot.
>> Yes.
>> So, um on the top page there's a text that says [ __ ] right?
>> Yes.
>> Who sent that?
>> I did.
>> And how did uh Mr. Diggs respond?
>> Show me I'm [ __ ] >> And how did you respond?
>> We'll do.
>> Show me I'm [ __ ] >> Will do. Were those the last text messages sent before uh Mr. Jigs hit you?
>> Yes.
>> And what are these?
>> These are messages um that I sent him asking to be paid.
>> And uh do you know when around these were from?
>> Um it was a couple days after um they were in Art Basel 125 is his. So, that wrapped up Mela's direct examination, and then it was time for Cross. Exit's attorney points out a key difference between the story Ma told on the stand just now versus what she told the officer back in December when she first reported this assault. You told the police officer that your fight with Mr. Diggs on December 2nd was over money.
>> Yes. Except you just testified under oath to this jury that you didn't start talking about money until December 5th, right?
>> What did you say? I have been begging for my money since December the 5th, Mr. Diggs. And throughout those messages, you can see that I was begging for my money since that day.
>> Now, I think she started off asking for a couple thousand, but then realized who she was, you know, about to sue or about to accuse. So, then she bumped it up to, you know, $5.5 million. But again, she was asked to leave for a couple of weeks. She was getting about 2,000 a week. Even that is under $10,000. It doesn't none of the story makes sense.
You're having sex with them. You want to go to Art Basil. That's what they were supposed to go to in Miami. She wants to go to Art Basil. Everybody else gets to go. She doesn't get to go. She's upset.
Her and Cardi planned something even though she had to be sent away cuz Cardi was coming. She had to be sent over too.
She's friends with Cardi, but then also too, she's sleeping with Card's man.
What the is going on up in this house?
>> Do you recall testifying under oath to this jury that your fight on December 2nd was about you were told you couldn't go on?
>> I was angry at Stefan because we were friends and he told me at the last minute I could not go to our Basil.
>> And yet when you police station on December 16th, you said you had been having an ongoing text exchange over money owed to you.
>> Okay. I also didn't put in the police report our sexual relationship cuz I was ashamed the police report got leaked. I didn't put a lot of things. The most important thing was the attack in the police report.
>> You had a reason for why they weren't there. Right.
>> It happened. It faded. The fading went away the night.
>> Right. And did you take any pictures of your injuries?
>> I was in shock. First thing was not to take pictures. It was get >> the hell it was, you know, a multi-million dollar football player. It just choked me up and he me up and put me in a full Nelson. You my first my very first thought my thought while he's choking me is I've got to capture this.
How am I going to be able to capture this? Because I'm going to need to be able to tell on this negro immediately immediately to get it together.
>> But you had a phone right there in your room.
>> Yes.
>> It's an iPhone.
>> Yes.
>> And it's got a camera on it.
>> Yes.
>> You can s take videos with it.
>> Yes.
>> And you do take videos with it.
>> Yes. Now, even though Mila didn't take any pictures to record her injuries, it turns out there are some pictures of Mila in New York around that time.
>> And Shai has a dash cam right in her car, doesn't she?
>> Not that I'm aware of.
>> Did you know that she that you were being recorded on that dash cam on December 2nd?
>> No. Damn.
>> Did you know you were being recorded on December 3rd?
>> No.
>> You know now you were recorded, correct?
>> Yes.
>> And you've seen the videos that Shai that came from Shai's dash cam in her car. True. No.
>> Oh, you haven't seen them yet?
>> No.
>> Yes.
>> So, Shai was driving the car. Is that right?
>> Yes.
>> And then you're in the front passenger seat as we see you.
>> Yes.
>> And then um did Tali sit in the back behind you?
>> Behind Shai.
>> I'm sorry. Behind Shai. Okay. And this was all on December 2nd.
>> Yes.
>> And this is the day you say you were violently assaulted?
>> Yes. That doesn't justify or prove that I wasn't assaulted because I learned how to say face.
>> And that's you in Shai's car again? Yes.
>> And this is um the next day, right? It's December 3rd.
>> Okay. Um and there was one night where you and Taly were kind of goofing around with the video and taking videos. Do you remember that?
>> I don't recall that.
>> Okay. If I went to go hang out with my friend Shai and my friend's friend or whatever, Tally, how did my videos of me having fun with you guys on the day I'm supposed to be lying about being assaulted brutally, how did that get into the hands of officers or investigators?
>> Miss Adams, that was you on that video, correct?
>> Yes.
From there, the attorney starts asking Mila about her interactions with some of Steph's other staff, but that leads to this exchange.
>> Um, you've mentioned uh Mr. Diggs assistant, Sunny, a couple of times, right?
>> Stealing Sunny. Yes.
>> I'm sorry.
>> Stealing Sunny. That's what he calls her.
>> Your honor, I move to strike and I'd ask that the witness be instructed to please answer a question. that uh answer will be stirred and the jurors will disregard it.
>> Sunny at home like >> and you could have did it because she never apologized.
>> Mila says at some point after her trip to New York, the lock to her bedroom door was changed. Now Steph's attorney argues that when Mila left the house on December 2nd, she was essentially quitting. But Mila says she was not quitting on that day.
>> She wasn't quitting on the day that he brutally assaulted her. I didn't know if you were come going if he was going come back or not. So, I had him changed.
>> Right, >> Stefan? I know why he had that door lock changed.
>> Is that what he wrote to you on December 11th?
>> She mad as hell. And again, the trial only lasted two days. The jury found that Mila was in the wrong. Stefan won his case. But you can kind of see why she's defiant. She's not answering questions properly. She's lying. She's laughing and dancing after the alleged.
You know, first in the beginning I said that we didn't know when she was doing all that. It was apparently on the same day or the day after she supposedly was brutally assaulted by this man. She should have went to the hospital. She should have took videos. She should have took pictures. Let me know if I'm tripping. I don't believe her. I have no further questions. Yiana Mila girl, all the best, honey. You probably should have taken that 100,000. After Mila, the prosecutors called the officer Mila gave her statement to at the police station.
His testimony wasn't long and he basically just recapped what was said in the report. And that was it for the prosecutors. Those were the only two witnesses the prosecutors called to try and prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Stefon Dig strangled and assaulted Ma Adams. Two witnesses. And then the defense began the presentation of their case. So, first witness up on the defense side is a digital forensics expert. and he's the one who used Steph's phone to show that Mila had deleted some messages in the screenshots that she gave to police. And then after the expert, the defense called Steph's chief of staff, Janelle Solace, aka stealing Sunny.
>> Yes, that's my nickname.
>> And that's uh is that su ny?
>> I ain't going to hold you, Sunny. Do look like she steals a bit.
>> N I E is it?
>> S U N Y and then S U N I.
>> Okay, so both ways. Yes. Okay. Sunny testifies that the day the alleged incident happened, she was at Steph's house preparing for the group to go to Miami. Steph had left in the morning to go to practice, and Sunny says she left shortly after to get her hair done.
>> Yes. If we could play that.
And for the record, that's a video ending in the number 602. Do you recognize what we just saw there?
>> Yes. That's Mr. Diggs Mayback.
>> Okay. And what's happening that >> he left for work? If we could pause it right there real quick.
>> Who's driving that? That's you leaving the house?
>> Yes.
>> All right. Do you remember getting back to the house?
>> Yes.
>> Do you remember what time that was?
>> It was in the afternoon after I had run ran my errands from my hair appointment.
>> Yes. It's the car returning home.
>> This video, >> it's the Maybback coming home.
>> 39 3:40 p.m.
>> Yes.
>> Is that consistent with your recollection of when you got home?
>> Yes. A couple hours after arriving back at the house, Sunny says she recalls Mila asking her about getting a flight to Atlanta.
>> When you spoke to her that afternoon in the kitchen, did you observe anything on her face?
>> No.
>> Anything on her neck?
>> No.
>> Did you see any redness or swelling?
>> No.
>> Oh, Lord.
>> Crying at all?
>> No.
>> Jesus. She wasn't even crying. She was walking around looking for a piece of a paper and a pen um to write a card, I guess, write a note to him for his birthday gift. She was looking for a paper and a pen so that she could write him something for his birthday after he beat her ass.
>> Was there anything uh on Mr. Diggs's schedule?
>> He had uh ozone therapy and massage. I believe I told them both to come at 5.
>> Sunny testified that she didn't remember any screams or banging or anything out of the ordinary that day, but she does recall that Mila made dinner that night.
>> Miss Adams cooked dinner that night.
>> It was like a hot dog. It was like a and there was like mustard on it, but it was left on the counter and it was like >> 2,000 a week for a hot dog.
>> It was like dried up. So there was like two that were made. It was like a hot dog or like you know like ants when they have like the pretzel dogs. It kind of looked like that but it was kind of it just looked dried up. The shade >> so shady.
>> The prosecutor does a very short cross-examination basically asking Sunny if she has a motive to lie.
>> Is it fair to say that uh you have a financial interest in Mr. Diggs doing well?
>> What does that mean? Um, if he does well, do you do well?
>> I think we collectively do well.
>> Yeah. Even outside of financially.
>> Is he a good boss?
>> Yes, he's great.
>> Do you want to continue working for him?
>> Yes.
>> Nothing further.
>> The next witness is the woman who performed the ozone therapy for Steph that day. And she says she arrived at Steph's house around 4:50 and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary while she was there. So then fair to say you were in that house that afternoon for about an hour, maybe a little less.
>> Yes.
>> Okay. Anything out of the ordinary that day?
>> Not that I remember.
>> Hear anything unusual?
>> No.
>> Did you see anything unusual?
>> No.
>> The next witness is the massage therapist that Steph had that day, and she arrived to the house between 5:45 and 6:00 p.m.
>> According to her, she said she does recall Ma bringing in a gift to Steph's room during the massage, but the therapist also didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.
>> Yeah. So, I was um working on his right side leg and I can cuz the door is in front of me and I can see whoever was walking in. She was walking in. She saw that he was asleep left and kind of came back at a later time. When she came back at a later time, he kind of woke up cuz he was asleep. And um she kind of went over to the bed and she asked him, there was something on the bed. She asked him if he was going to want to keep it and then he said yes and then she turned around and left. It was a black box, but I'm not sure.
>> Did you see any marks on her neck?
>> No, she had a black jacket on, so I couldn't I don't think I could see her neck, but I didn't see anything on her face at the time. On cross-examination with the therapist, the prosecutor starts to highlight that because of the high-profile nature of her clients, the therapist does have an incentive to remain discreet >> outside of just actual um I guess technique and skill is uh discretion and care of how you uh uh because you're working with some high-profile people.
Is that also an important uh aspect to have?
>> I don't understand the question.
>> I'll withdraw it. Nothing further.
>> Okay. Now he gave up. The next witness is a woman named Melissa. And Melissa handles the finances for Steph's business and his personal dealings, including the payments to his private chef, Mila Adams. And according to Melissa, Mila Adams is not owed anything.
>> Oh.
>> Do you recall uh receiving an invoice from uh Ms. Adams on December 1st of 2025?
>> Yes. Well, immediately I knew that it was incorrect because I had paid her um weekly for two of those weeks. So, it raised a flag. I needed to figure out had I made a mistake or had she made a mistake. Right?
>> I pulled up every payment that we had made to her for the last 18 months as far back as I could go. Um and then I went through every receipt and reimburseable that we paid her for the last 6 months. What did you learn from conducting your audit?
>> That she had submitted receipts multiple times over the course of six months. The same receipt. Um that she had submitted reimbursements for packages sent that were paid by our federal express account for reimbursement.
Um that we had overpaid her. Um I think the total was 2500 and change at that time.
um with an additional 744 that maybe was legitimate. I couldn't substantiate because there wasn't a date on it. So, that was more in a gray area.
>> Melissa says she reached out to Mila to discuss these discrepancies, but Mila never responded. And then when Melissa followed up with Steph about the discrepancies, he really just wanted to make sure Mila was paid and taken care of. Now, Melissa says because of all this talk about Mela and these payments that prompted her to go through Mila's employment paperwork, including the NDA, and that's when she realized there was no paperwork.
>> He's like, "Get me a report." And um he had wanted to make sure that she was paid >> and I told him I would get him a report and he was fine. Um, did there come a time when you were aware that there was some paperwork not completed that you would have expected to be completed?
>> Um, at the beginning when I took over, I asked for those things as um I think it was the beginning of December when the invoice didn't match what I had. You know, I'm buttoning things up. It's the end of fourth quarter. Um, we're closing out the end of the year. So, I wanted to make sure we had everything. So, you know, I was going through everybody's paperwork, but yes, it was about the beginning of December. I realized we don't have her paperwork. I asked Sunny if she had collected it, and I emailed Mila asking for it.
>> Do you remember the date on which you emailed Mila for it? Sorry, Miss >> December 8th.
>> The prosecutor had one question for Melissa on cross.
>> Uh, Miss uh Goddard, uh, have you ever been to Mr. Dig's house in Datam?
>> No.
>> No further questions.
>> He's not sleeping with her. Witness for the defense was Steph's hair stylist, Shai Charles.
>> Okay, this is Shai. If >> you recall, Shai is the person Mila went to see in New York the day the alleged incident happened. Shai says >> and took all them videos of her dancing and just keying. That's why you can't call everybody a friend.
>> Says her and Mila were co-workers, but they also were friends to the point that Mila came with Chai to Trinidad and Tobago to meet Chai's family.
>> I took her to Tobago. She spent time with my family, with my grandmother. Um, yeah. actually bought her ticket to go to Tobago. So, >> so fast forward to the date of this alleged incident. Chai says she was at Target grocery shopping when she decided to call Mila because she was trying out a new recipe. So, the two of them are on FaceTime and Chai says Mila mentions that she's planning to come to New York.
So, I FaceTime her. I told her how I was doing. We spoke about the pasta um and all the ingredients I needed to get and she was like, "Girl, I'm not going to Miami." and she said she's going to go home to Atlanta for a couple days.
Then she's gonna come to New York. Well, she's going to go home to Atlanta, but she going to stop off in New York for a couple days. I asked her where she was going to stay. She say at a hotel. I'm like, "Girl, we friends. We You don't have to stay at a hotel. You can stay at my place."
>> Chai picks Mila up from the airport and thanks to the dash cam that's in her car, Mila is filmed on the day of the alleged incident.
>> They doing this investigation like she accused him of murder. Like she accused him of the worst crime ever. And really, I mean, of course, yes, abuse is, but I mean, they got CCTV dash cam, they got four, five, six witnesses, they calling the accountant, they calling the security guard, they calling the maid, they calling everybody. This is crazy.
And I want to know which one of them is sleeping with him. So, is Shai also sleeping with him? Was Sunny sleeping with him?
>> I tried to smoke it away.
I tried to steal money.
and we were just talking about what the song was about. Uh, we went to Jersey I was I have a house in Jersey City, so we went to Jersey City, eat wings and watch TV, just chill.
>> Do you remember how long um Miss Adams ended up staying at your house?
>> Uh, probably like a week, a little over a week.
>> A week too long. She was paying something on her neck or chest. No.
>> No one has seen any like even a hint of bruising.
>> Did you observe anything on her face?
>> No.
>> Did Miss Adams ever tell you that she had been assaulted or strangled?
>> No.
>> A couple days after Mila leaves back to Boston, Chai says she also flies into Boston to do Steph's hair. And while she's at the house doing his hair, Chai recalls Mila asking Steph about some money.
>> Did you see anything unusual on the evening of December 13th when you're doing Mr. Digs's hair?
>> Yeah. So, um, Milo was in the back of us, like in a little dining area. And she shouts over to him, "Yo, Steph, when I'm going to get my money and, uh, he responds, I think you spoke to the accountant." And, uh, her demeanor changed. His demeanor kind of changed, but I wasn't paying any attention to it.
I was just doing my job. Um, so after a while she moves from behind on the dining table and she comes to the front like on the side like a love seat area thing and she was there on her phone and she was just like laughing really loud.
>> The next later that night or the next morning you spoke to her again?
>> Yeah, like in the like probably midnight 1:00 a.m.ish. Yeah. She came downstairs and we were talking.
>> Did she tell you she was going to take any action?
>> Yeah, she said she was going to sue him for the money that he owes her.
>> Okay. and like she going to take it to the blog. She going to >> and see this is my issue. The issue is you're suing him from the money that he owes you. Financial abuse is a terrible thing to go through. I have and am still experiencing financial abuse by the hands of my former employer. So, no, it's not easy. Yes, I do understand that she deserves justice if he's not paying her or if he sent her away or if he's trying to play these games. But you're having sex with him. You're friends with his girlfriend. You know, if he didn't pay you, sue him for that. But don't say that he, you know, if he didn't beat you up and he didn't beat you up that bad because you gave him a gift, you gave him a note, you came back, you danced, you were gleeful, you couldn't wait cuz you knew you hit the jackpot. But people don't take into account that a jury has to believe what you're saying.
>> Take it to the block.
>> Blogs. Blogs.
>> Got it.
>> Take it to the block.
>> Cross- examination.
>> So, is it fair to say you knew him better than you knew her?
>> Uh, no. because we have a like a client um service provider relationship. So, I wouldn't say that's subjective.
>> When you're um uh doing his hair, do you talk to him?
>> Uh I keep it professional. So, just how's the game? Stuff like that. Nothing in his personal life.
>> Nothing.
>> And then a woman that does her job.
>> Shai's friend Talia.
>> Imagine you're just doing your job and everybody's acting weird and it's because they're also doing jobs. then they're all sleeping with each other as well and you're the one left out the group.
>> Talia ended up hanging out with Chai and Mila for that week in New York and she also said she does not remember anything unusual with Mila.
>> Did you notice any marks or bruises or redness on Ms. Adam's face?
>> I did not.
>> I think at this point she didn't want to tell anybody because she knew she was about to lie and they were about to be like, "Uh-uh, girl, don't do that." And so she just wanted to keep this under wraps. But I don't know, not telling anybody that you've been with for weeks that you were just brutally assaulted, dancing around. And then finally, when you asked him for his money and you didn't get it cuz the accountant didn't tell you what you wanted to hear, tell everybody that he brutally assaulted you, but didn't take any photos of it or any videos of it. You were so shocked you didn't take pictures, but you weren't shocked when you were in the car having a fun time dancing and laughing and twerking and turning up. Girl, please let me know in the comments if you believe her. Honestly, I'm sorry. I don't not believe all women because some of you be lying. Some of you be lying and making other women look bad. And this is a case where Cardi is supposed to be your friend and you're acting like this, sleeping with her man. Are you guys in an open situation? What's going on? Why is everybody overly freaked out?
>> Did she complain at any point about um soreness or stiffness or um well soreness or stiffness?
>> No, she did not. So I was supposed to do her hair. So a stylist I would analyze her hair. I will lift it up just to see if you know the style that we was going to do. I was trying to decide on the style that we was going to do. So I did have close up view to her neck and her hair.
>> Okay. And in the course of lifting her hair and and >> Did you see anything?
>> And looking at her neck, did you see anything?
>> No.
>> Okay. Let me know in the comments what you feel about this. Y'all already know.
I don't I mean I don't like a liar. At the end of the day, you were kicked out the boat. You weren't the favorite worker/sex worker. You're not the favorite, right? You weren't bigger than the program and you can't fake cry. And and because of all those things, I believe that that contributed to the fact that she lost her case. Good honor.
Stefan got enough to worry about. He got all them kids to worry about. And plus, baby mamas can come out at any time and say whatever they want. And I think he has that man that keeps telling Tasha Kay that he did stuff. So, there's a lot going on. Again, let me know in the comments what you felt about this episode. I do not appreciate a liar. And I do believe that Mila was lying. I I'm sorry. I know it's believe all women, but some of you are liars. If you believe me though and want to keep this channel going, please go on down to.com and pick up a growing through a journal or a balance in my [ __ ] pl. And until next time, I will hug.
