There's an application that has been brought forward by the state to evoke his uh bail. Uh this comes after a attempt into you know buying an aircraft uh which is valued at $4.7 million uh which Mr. Mudullo is allegedly uh tried to purchase for his presidential campaign. As you know he's a front runner in the upcoming Zambian elections. Now the court yesterday did ask for documents from the National Airwaves Corporation which does justify and provides you know procedures followed.
>> The state brought an application for Mudolo to to his bail application to be cancelled so that he can be arrested simply because he had made applications um to have a a a an aircraft and to travel to to his country. So the state is still busy with that application. Um and that is sitting in a separate court.
>> The state got an email from the national you know airwaves corporation citing that they needed certain documents to finalize the deal and therefore when he gave you testimony in his supplementary you know documents he did say that uh it's also for his business interest. But we are yet to see whether the judge will rule in favor of Mr. Joseph Mudullo or the state Titaba CBC News Pritoria.
