[00:01:52]Now, listen. I think that O N D S has proven to us, okay? That it's a great company, right? It's a great company.

[00:01:57]Unfortunately though, what they went and did is they sacrificed their short-term price volatility to the upside for the long-term vision of the company. What do I mean? So, first of all, as always, we want to talk about the why first, right? We want to talk about the why first because in order to predict the future, we first need to understand the past. What caused ONDS to move up so rapidly? What caused it?

[00:02:16]Amazing earnings. They had wonderful killer earnings. So, let's go over here and let's read their earnings. It says, "Strong Q1 results.

[00:02:21]The autonomous systems and defense technology company posted first quarter revenue of 50 million, up uh from 4.2 million a year earlier, and ahead of analyst estimates of 39 million." So, they had a strong freaking crush. Okay?

[00:02:32]They crushed their earnings. Now, why is it selling you off, right? Why is it selling you off today though? Why is it down 6% in total? What the hell happened, Sam? What's going on? Well, they went ahead and another selling shares. Okay? Their stock went up another selling shares. The company announced that they're going ahead and they're filing in order to have the right to sell 3.3 million shares.

[00:02:50]All right. Now, we don't yet know exactly at what price they're planning on selling these shares, which is kind of up in the air, but that's exactly where we begin. We got dilution. Now, what is dilution?

[00:02:57]At the end of the day, everything that you're seeing over here, okay, is supply and demand, right? Supply and demand.

[00:03:03]When there's a limited supply and demand pours in, stock prices go up. Correct?

[00:03:06]Correct. Now, what if the demand is coming in, but we have extra supply coming in?

[00:03:12]Prices go down, right? Simple and easy.

[00:03:14]So, what this company is doing is that they're going ahead and they're meddling with the supply side. They're adding more supply, selling shares directly into the market in order to raise money so they can go ahead and invest in whatever it may be.

[00:03:30]So, this is what I mean when I say the stock is on the company and the company is on the stock because things like dilution positively affect the company, but negatively affect the stock. However, if you're a long-term holder, this this company is really what matters most to you, right? Because short-term price volatility can come and go.

[00:03:49]Right? So, for me, I think that is it a great to buy opportunity? I think it depends, right? I think when you take a look at the markets, this is another thing that you kind of got to consider as well. Right now for me, the markets are way too high. So I would wait for a dip in the S&P 500, and then I would start buying ONDS, right? And I'm not sure exactly what levels ONDS would be by the time we get a dip in the markets. Is it going to be back at, you know, the $9.50 levels? Is it going to be back at the $8.60 levels, right? It's very hard for me to say, but the one thing that's certain now after their massive killer earnings is that ONDS is here to stay.

[00:04:20]ONDs is here to stay, and I'm telling you right now, ONDS will become a $15 to $20 stock in the long term.
