[00:00:10]But instead of showing highlight reels from sporting events, these anonymous student-run accounts edit photos of students over other people doing inappropriate acts, use foul language, and derogatory terms. State Representative Hillary Hickl says it's not just a Central Texas problem.

[00:00:29]>> For schools like Belton ISD who are seeing these accounts, they say when they find them, they report them. But so far, social media platforms aren't taking them down. The district says responses keep coming back with no violations found.
