[00:00:39]The chair declares the presence of a quorum for the following reason.

[00:00:43]Out of the total membership of 24, there are four senators presently out of the country. And therefore, they will they are not counted as part of the quorum in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Court. There are three of our colleagues under detention and physically unable to attend our session. That leaves us with 17 available senators, out of which 12 are in the session hall and answered the roll call. The chair therefore declares the presence of the quorum for the event.
