Rash Behari Bose, a 22-year-old Indian revolutionary born in 1886 in Bengal, carried out a bomb attack on British Viceroy Lord Hardinge in 1912 and planned a nationwide revolt in 1915, which led to his escape to Japan where he was hidden by the Soma family in the Nakamuraya bakery; while living in exile, he created the famous Indo curry dish that became the bakery's signature, and later became a key figure in founding the Indian National Army during World War II, demonstrating how revolutionary sacrifice and cultural legacy can coexist.
