Modern dating created a generation of people who know how to flirt but forgot how to connect. That's a broken intimacy problem. And it's happening to millions of people right now who don't even realize that connection that they think they have isn't even real. The US Surgeon General declared loneliness a public health epidemic.

And while there are a lot of factors in it, one of the biggest is relational instability, the constant uncertainty of not knowing where you stand with someone.
