We’ve all heard about the dangers of microplastics in our ecosystems and within the bodies ofAdded:
The average trash bag takes about 10 to 20 years to break down inside a landfill. Some can take hundreds or thousands of years depending upon the type of plastic bag it is. And as an environmentally focused business, when we are in a space like our workshop and we're cleaning up, we really never use plastic. And it's really nice to have a plastic free alternative to a traditionally plastic item. I'm Jill with Sprinkley Speedscaping. We do nature education and habitat restoration. We do all types of exhibits and we also do tons of landscaping. So having a trash bag is a really big bonus, but we're always looking for plant-based options. This is a hold on bag. Here it is. They've got this great message on the front that reminds us that Americans throw away a 100red billion trash bags a year. 100 billion plastic trash bags that are holding a bunch of plastic generally. So just plastic on plastic on plastic. So hold on is awesome. This is uh not the first time we've had these bags. These are actually our favorite uh plant-based bags we've ever had. And when Hold On reached out to us, we were really excited because we already use these bags. We already love them. So, these bags are completely plant-based. They're non-toxic and they break down in just a couple weeks in a landfill. Just a couple weeks. It's amazing. These are probably the sturdiest ones we've ever found. Like a lot of other plant-based bags, you can't really do that with them. So, big fan. Check out the hold on bags. We have a 15% off code if you're interested. I've put it here and it's also down below in the comments along with the link which is also in our bio.
Check it out. Thanks for watching and uh have a good day. Bye.
