Trump War Chief SCREWS UP by Posting Video Leading Judge to ORDER an EXPLANATION!!!

[00:00:00]The Trump administration and its Department of Defense must think federal judges live in caves without access to technology or social media. And so, when you've got a pending case for the last almost 2 years in front of a federal judge in DC like Anna Reyes, you'd think before you posted something like Pete Hegseth did in which Pete Hegseth said basically he's in favor of high testosterone levels for his soldiers.

[00:00:26]High T Hegseth away. And he posted it on social media, which caught the attention of Judge Anna Reyes because she's handling a case called Talbot, which is a putative class action about transgender Americans who were drummed out of the service not because they did anything wrong, not because they weren't as brave as the next soldier next to them, not because they weren't willing to make the ultimate sacrifice, but because they identify as transgender.

[00:00:56]And he wanted to get them out because in one way he argued in prior papers with Judge Reyes, Hegseth did that this was bad for morale and esprit de corps, that they needed drugs and testosterone and other another supportive palliative care in order to be transgender.

[00:01:15]And we couldn't have that unless you're a man who has low T-cells and you're somebody like RFK Jr. or Hegseth who seems to be hyped up and hopped up on testosterone.

[00:01:28]And it caught the attention of Anna Reyes who issued a new order today after watching this media posting. I'm Michael Popok. Let's kick off our Thursday with this breaking news story of a new order, minute order coming out of Judge Anna Reyes. Now, Judge Anna Reyes has been fighting hard to protect the rule of law, our Constitution.

[00:01:50]And she's had a couple of cases in front of her involving transgender Americans that just want to serve this country.

[00:01:55]Just want to want the ability to make the ultimate sacrifice and die for this country.

[00:02:01]And Donald Trump doesn't want it because it's inconsistent with his with his policy, his depraved immoral policy of going after other human beings simply because they're living their life.

[00:02:12]Transgender Americans have served honorably in the military. I would argue even more honorably. I think they by and large as testimony expert testimony gave, they have gotten more accommodations, more citations, more promotions than the average soldier next to them.

[00:02:32]And yet, first thing Hegseth wanted to do among many was to rid the military of the pesky little problem of transgender people.

[00:02:42]This is a group of people that I don't know if it's 1% or less than 1% of America, but Donald Trump has spent an inordinate amount of his dwindling political capital to attack this disadvantaged underprivileged group.

[00:02:55]That has no support. There's one transgender uh House of Representatives member, one out of 435. There is zero in the Senate.

[00:03:06]And so, they have no political voice.

[00:03:08]There's no body out there representing their interest. Sure, the LBGTQ+ community lobbies and files briefs and all of that, but there's no transgender judge. Not that there has to be for this particular moment. When Judge Myra Rios, who already had one of her orders blocking the policy stayed by the Supreme Court while the appeal goes on, doesn't mean the class action suit for civil rights violations.

[00:03:37]This is a civil suit for civil rights violations and constitutional violations by the trans- transgender population now outside of the military.

[00:03:46]So, when she caught this video, I see it got her spider senses up, let's say. Let's play the clip of Pete Hegseth high-teeing it in a what looks to be a promotional video for testosterone infomercials. Let's play it.

And in the after I issued, you know, the decision, the next day I received or that night and then thereafter for a number of days, I received dozens and dozens and dozens of uh very angry emails. Uh some of them uh threatening. I received uh countless voicemail messages uh that were threatening uh and problematic in many ways and and social media also blew up.

[00:07:29]Um and I had a another hearing a week later on the same case and I decided at the end of the hearing to put on the record some of the threats that I'd received. And I spent a lot of time thinking about whether or not to do that. I talked to some of my colleagues about it, and I I felt it was important to put on the record uh the the kind of things that were happening to judges uh so that we had uh we we had the ability or or where people were able to see directly from the judges what was happening and not just hearing it second or third hand. And the actual words that were being used.

[00:09:15]Now, let me read you the order. Now, this is what we call a minute order, which means I had to take a screenshot from the docket, because it hasn't been issued as a formal order. It is a formal order, but it's not a written order memorandum opinion. It's a screenshot, and let me read it for you now. We'll post it up on the screen.

[00:09:34]The court, this is on their own. The courts are allowed to do things sua sponte on their own initiative. The court takes judicial notice that on July 15th, 2026, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced a new annual screening program for all service members 30 and older, including women apparently, for testosterone deficiency.

[00:09:56]Those with low testosterone will receive, on a voluntary basis, testosterone replacement therapy, TRT, which describe which the Department of Defense Now she slips into Department of Defense describes as part of their periodic health assessments. The military ban, which is at issue in her case, states that the armed forces must adhere to high mental and physical health standards without the benefit of routine medical treatment or special provisions.

[00:10:24]So, why are they allowed to take testosterone as part of their health assessment if and and transgender Americans were not allowed the benefit of special provisions or that type of treatment for themselves?

[00:10:39]The court, the order continues, must assess this impact of this newly announced policy on the parties' positions. Because there's already been an answer filed in the case, there's a new Fifth Amendment amended complaints or on our sixth complaint in the case, the court must assess the impact of this newly announced policy on the parties' positions. It is therefore orders the parties to address as part of their forthcoming briefing on discovery and summary judgment. One, medical guidelines associated with routine screening of testosterone deficiency in the general population and in individuals with symptoms and signs of differences of testosterone deficiency. Two, medical guidelines for monitoring the administration of TRT. Three, the similarities and differences in administering TRT, both medically and and logistically, for trans men compared to other service members, including cisgender individuals. Four, the medical costs associated with screening for testosterone deficiency and providing TRT to service members who do not identify as trans. The department's basis for treating trans men and other service members differently between this new policy and the military ban. And six, any other information or clarification the parties wish to present on this topic. The court invites the parties to include with their briefing expert declarations addressing these issues. And she wants it soon. She wants it fast.

[00:12:14]You thought you could fool a federal judge named Anna Reyes? Post something on social media, you know, one of these testosterone infomercials that RFK Jr.

[00:12:23]likes to talk about. This helps a lot of things, including the libido. How about just letting trans Americans do their job?

[00:12:30]And do the job that they are that they wanted to do, that they're destined to do, which is to protect America. We want them on that wall.

[00:12:38]We need them on that wall. And hopefully judges like Anna Reyes are going to make sure that happens. At the very least, they're going to get compensated.

[00:12:45]They're going to for the years of service that have been denied to them and to the American people. They should be given damages, substantial damages against the federal government. I'm glad that Judge Anna Reyes is out there. We appreciate her service. We appreciate all that she does in the face of tremendous opposition and hostility from the Trump administration and the Department of Justice and the Department of Defense.

[00:13:10]You know, when instead of doing the right thing, they attack Judge Anna Reyes. They attack her. They go after her and other judges. They they increase her insecurity. They make her insecure because of threats of physical violence.

[00:13:24]In fact, here's Judge Reyes talking about exactly that.

[00:13:26]>> And what really I think is uh most painful for me or most exciting for me about these threats are that people say, "You're being, you know, un-American. You're being undemocratic or you're an immigrant and go back to your country cuz you don't understand what it means to be an American." I think every federal judge has a deep and abiding sense of what it means to be an American, of our constitutional system, and we're doing this job because we love doing that, and we love that system.
