This analysis exposes the inevitable collision between a digital persona built on exploitation and the uncompromising reality of the legal system. It serves as a sobering reminder that social media influence offers no immunity when the "Matrix" being fought is actually the rule of law.

Andrew Tate Could Do Life In Jail.. It Gets Worse
Added:Just a few days ago, in July of 2026, Andrew and his brother Tristan Tate were arrested by US Marshalss in Miami on a sealed UK extradition warrant. They're currently held in US custody pending extradition proceedings, but the US Crown Prosecution Service has authorized a total of 59 charges against the Tape brothers. combined. These relate to seven alleged victims and [music] alleged offenses that occurred between 2010 and 2017.
For Andrew Tate specifically, he's faced with seven counts of rape, three counts of arranging or facilitating TR aine for s exploitation, three counts of assault, occasioning actual bodily harm, 19 charges related to images of a child or extreme PN, and a lot more. Just one of these rape charges [music] can carry a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
And with Andrew Tate thinking that Donald Trump [music] would keep him safe in the United States, it's interesting to break down how we actually got here and what the consequences could be. So let's break it all down.
>> If it ain't about the bread, it ain't concerning me. I'm like a journalist. I got a plotter down in Germany. They never heard [singing] of this [ __ ] [music] without the turbulence. You moving to load up a beat and try to murder it. I study rapolics >> for a living.
>> In the mid2010s, [music] Andrew and his brother Tristan Tate began a webcam business where viewers would pay $4 a minute plus tips to watch models engage in s acts. Tristan has admitted himself that this business was all a quote unquote big scam. And models were encouraged to make false emotional appeals to trick their audience into giving them more money. This earned [music] both brothers millions of dollars, which Andrew himself used to fund the extravagant lifestyle that he boasts about on social media that appeals to so many of his followers.
Now, before we get into his current arrest, you might be surprised to know that Andrew Tate has been loud and proud on social media, spreading a very consistent message since the early 2010s.
I can leave this car parked here.
[ __ ] off to Japan and I ain't got I ain't I've got enough money to exist for long enough to find a new way to make new money and I haven't got to [ __ ] about any kids, any wife, any bullit.
People tie themselves to things cuz they're unhappy. I see people getting married and they're like, "Oh, I love her so much and they have kids. Oh, my kids make me happy." No, you're just unhappy and you're constantly searching for something that's going to make you happy. And you end up with a wife and kids and you pretend. I know for a fact you're not happy. I know you're not because you can't stand the way I am on Facebook and you delete it because I've had more women than you'll ever have in your entire life and I go where you'll never get to go because you're too busy changing nappies. I know you're unhappy.
You're trying to convince yourself. I know the only key to happiness. Humans are nomadic people. Since we were cavemen, we've been wandering around the planet fighting, kicking the out of each other and that's what people have been doing since the beginning of time.
>> Spicy.
Since before there were Google maps or anything, Romans got a bunch of swords, walked in a direction till they ran into someone from Rome to England, [ __ ] everyone up, took over, [ __ ] the chicks. That's what me humans are meant to do. There's part of you that just wants to explore and go. So, all I've done is built myself a life without constraint so I can go where I want and do what I want. And I don't think if anyone finds that controversial, that's because they've they've been conditioned by society to be told they need to get a job, live in their little house, get their little wife, have their little kids, and they're going to be the they're the most miserable people on the planet. The only exploring they do is in video games running around, you know, Grand Theft Auto world. That's not for me. So, they they find me controversial, but I know I've made the right life decisions. I can do whatever I want to do. No one else could say that.
>> And controversial it was indeed. This was around 2015. Andrew's audience was small, but his bank account was large.
And while he presented himself as a hustler, an entrepreneur, someone who can make any amount of money in any condition, we know even based off what Andrew was saying at the time that his wealth derived from his webcams. And even back then he understood that the countries he was in would not be appreciative to say the least of him setting up shop and opening these P Os Tatushian rings everywhere he goes.
Business we're involved in in East Europe, it's not something that anyone can do. You can't just turn up to a town and start talking to all the hot chicks and start making a bunch of money from them without upsetting some people. You know, this is East Europe. You can't just turn up and take the [ __ ] and money out of a town without pissing some people off. So, a couple guys I want to talk to and just introduce myself and I know them anyway and they know the kind of thing. I know what they do and they know what I do and we're not going to conflict. So, I just want to have a conversation with them out of respect and then should be about finished to leave Tristan here on his own and see if he can put some money together for us. So, see how it goes.
That clip was from around 2015 when Andrew and Tristan Tate moved from Europe to Ukraine to set up shop for their next business venture. Of course, that business venture was their webcam business. With the rich, extravagant lifestyle that Andrew Tate displayed online and lectured his young audience about attaining, you would think that his wealth derived from something with merit. He started his career as a kickboxer with relative success. He's been posting consistently on social media for over 15 years, but it was that webcam business that made him the bulk of his money. That's what afforded him the Bugattis, as he puts it. But Andrew started becoming a bit of a bigger personality by 2016 when he was actually one of the participants on the TV show Big Brother.
>> I'm intelligent enough to understand that if you want to learn something, you have to shut your mouth. You know, it's very easy to talk and constantly, you know, get attention and talk talk. You don't learn anything that way. You learn a lot more by being quiet, listening to what other people say, listening to who they look at while they talk. So, it's day one, I decided to stay quiet. I decided to learn a lot about my housemates, and not necessarily sus them out, but just learn about the situation we're in. And while doing that, try my very, very best to complete the task, which is get out of the other's house. I don't care if nobody down there likes me. I'm sure by now everyone's already preddecided they don't like me, and that's fine. I know where I genuinely am. So, I know I'm the most intelligent person in this house, and I'm the most capable person in this house. From what I saw of the other housemates, there's some interesting characters in there.
I'd like to meet. I want to get in there and I'm going to do whatever it takes to do it.
>> Now, throughout this entire time, Andrew was very open about his webcam business.
It was not a secret in the slightest. He used it as a bragging mechanism, but there was a much darker side to it behind all the Bugattis. For starters, Andrew was actually kicked off of Big Brother because video started circulating online of him allegedly hitting a woman with a belt in a quote unquote role-play context. Andrew himself called this consensual. And Andrew's first arrest actually came way back in July of 2015 in the UK on suspicion of RA and assault based on complaints from two women alleging incidents in 2014.
He was arrested around 6 months later again in December of 2015 in the UK, another suspicion of rape. The accuser had even provided messages where reportedly Andrew had texted her saying, "I love Raping Ging you." However, after a multi-year investigation, the Crown Prosecution Service declined to prosecute Andrew Tate by 2019, citing insufficient evidence for conviction.
And once the charges dropped, Andrew went full force out of the Matrix and into virality.
>> Spicy.
>> If you followed Tate's content, you know that it mainly centers around motivational and a lot of controversial topics. He would go on long rants about women's roles in society, escaping the quote unquote matrix, which basically serves as the broadscope perspective of society. Basically, you know, don't get a 9 to5, just hustle, build your own business. He was preaching that type of stuff. A lot of hyper masculinity. And of course, naturally, because of that, he attracted a very large audience of young, impressionable boys. I was about to say men, but no, they were boys. Yo, shout out to all the 12year-olds in the building. What's up?
Now, this is where, to Andrew Tate's credit, he made a really genius move. If he didn't invent it, Andrew Tate damn near popularized the act of clipping.
Clipping is essentially when you take a long stream or podcast and you chop up the viral moments and repost them onto short form platforms like Tik Tok. It's a really quick way in 2026 to blow up because people might not watch your full 2-hour live stream, but if they're scrolling TikTok and come across a 30- secondond clip of you saying something absolutely insane, they'll stay there and watch. And to Andrew Tate's benefit, he'd say a lot of insane, controversial stuff. And by deploying a damn near clipping army, he was able to take off massively. How did he do this? Well, in 2022, he started Hustlers University. I study Hustlers University >> for a living.
>> Now, aside from the insanely corny name, this was an insanely genius move on his end. If his goal was to launch himself into virality, what he would do is basically charge people $50 a month for these complete bogus courses about how to build wealth, dropshipping, e-commerce, whatever the fastest get-richqu scheme online was. At the time, Andrew Tate was teaching a half-baked version of that in his course, but it wasn't about the actual subject matter in the course. Instead, when you paid that $50, not only did you get Andrew's BS course, but you also got the ability to join his affiliate program where essentially you were able to take all of his content, his podcasts, his live streams, any viral moment that Andrew had, you could start your own Tik Tok or YouTube page, clip up all of Andrew's content, and repost it on your pages. And if you pay him that $50 a month for his Hustlers University, any money that your viewership brings in on your own individual pages, even if you're using Andrew's content, if you clipped it up and put it on your page, you were able to profit. This benefited the clippers because they were making money off clipping up Andrew Tape. Andrew Tape benefited because the more clippers that he had posting his content all over social media, the more viewership he got. But not only that, all of those clippers were simultaneously paying Andrew $50 a month just to be allowed to clip up his content. In 2026, this might seem like the norm, but by 2022, he was the first person doing this on a large scale. And if you ask Andrew himself in 2026, it was him starting this Hustlers University with his brother that ended up having the Matrix come after him.
Huh?
We'll get to Andrew's arrest shortly because they started taking place once he launched into virality in 2022, but Andrew doesn't claim it's because he was, you know, rwording girls or prostitution, all that type of stuff. It wasn't cuz he was doing that. No, it was because he was breaking the societal norms and teaching young men to escape the matrix and not pay for traditional education and instead to join his revolutionary hustlers university.
This story like all good stories begins with a beautiful woman cuz that's how all stories begin. I was in Dubai with a beautiful girl from Sweden and she was 6'1 and she was gorgeous and we were living together in Dubai and then she said to me, you know, I'm thinking of going back to school. I said, why would you do that? That's the biggest waste of time in the world. She said, "No, I want to go back to Stockholm and get a degree." Said, "Your man is a millionaire. I'm rich. I've retired from my webcam days. I'm living in Dubai. I'm a rich man. Why would you want to go back and do this schooling when you have me?" She said, "I want to get qualifications and I don't know what else to do. What else is there to do?"
And I remember sitting across the table from her and I thought, "That's a good point. What else is there to do? There is nothing else to do but go and waste your time getting one of these degrees, spending four years, spending $300,000.
Everybody knows it's a waste of time, but if you can't get the job you want, nobody knows what else to do. So, you just go and you give your money to Mainstream Education." When she said that to me, I said, "You're right. There is nothing else to do." And I called Tristan and I said, "We're going to start a school." He's like, "What?" I said, "We're going to start a school.
We're going to start an alternative to traditional education, which everybody knows is a waste of time. We have a huge opportunity here. Everybody knows this particular product is a waste of time.
It's extremely expensive and people are being forced to do it because there's no alternative. So, let's give everyone an alternative. People want money. They don't want a degree. They don't want to go and study for four years. They want money. They want it today. We're going to teach people how to do that."
Hustlers University. and we're gonna open our own school and it's gonna be nice and simple. So, I called up a few people I knew. I called up a guy who made money with stock trading. Called up a guy I knew who made money with drop shipping, ecom, called up a guy who made money with crypto trading. And I said, "Look, I'm going to do the big mouth at the front of it. I'm going to use my wealth and my influence to attract people to this school and you're going to do five or six hours a day of live calls and convince people and show people how to make money online. We're going to get a Discord server. We're going to attach a Stripe account. Nice and easy. Monthly subscriptions. Split it all up. It's going to be nice and easy." They're all like, "Yeah, we'll try it. See how it goes." Turns out, because I'm a genius, it was very successful. Within the first week, we had 25,000 paying students. 25,000 students paying $50 a month in a week.
We now have a real business. So, keep in mind, like I mentioned before, yeah, he had, you know, 25,000 students paying him $50 a month, but most of them were not paying for the actual courses and and lessons and education that Andrew was teaching on how to get rich quick.
They were paying for the fact that with that $50 a month subscription, they were able to clip up his content on their own pages and make money off the viewership.
But Andrew claims that this educational system he built for hustlers was such a success that again it sent the Matrix after him.
I'm promoting this school. The girls moved to Sweden. Don't care about her anymore. I'm buying more Lamborghinis.
Me and the professors are all making money. Everything is going well. These are the days of 2020, 2021. People remember me on the internet. I was more of a fringe internet celebrity. And I was telling people the truth. I wasn't scamming anyone. I was saying to the young men, if you want to make money, I'll teach you how to make money. But what I didn't realize is I was getting into a war with big education. And big education, very much like big pharma, don't like when you take their money away. So, as my school grows, as I promote it, and off the top of my head, have I used Ninja Memory? I had around 36,000 students at this point. I got an offer and I'm going to write some things down because at the end of this I want everything to make sense. And it was a sponsorship offer. So I'm going to write down sponsorship. I got approached and I'm going to leave out certain names just in case I do manage to get out of this mess. I got approached not to buy my company off of me, which is what I thought the offer was initially. I thought I was going to sell out for 3400M. I started a company. Nine months later, 400M. Nice and easy, right? camp.
But no, instead they said, "We want to sponsor you personally, Andrew, and we want you to shut up about certain things, not push the school, not say certain things. Instead, have certain opinions on certain topics, and in return, we're going to give you $50 million." It was a three-year contract, $50 million. I sat there and thought, $16,7 million a year. I'm making that already, and I get to say whatever I want. So, I don't really want your sponsorship contract because it comes with all these rules. You're trying to tell me what to say. Maybe I'm, you know, Jack, maybe I'm stupid, but I thought, what's the point in having money if you can't say what you want?
Women can't drive. Sorry, it's the truth and I'm going to say it. So, Andrew turned down dozens of millions of dollars because he wanted to keep telling his young audience that women can't drive. It was a very important message he had to spread and he would not compromise his integrity for any amount of money in the world if it meant that he couldn't tell the internet that women can't drive. But this is when the Matrix started coming after him. This company that offered Andrew this sponsorship started warning Andrew, "Look, we're not just paying you to stop talking about certain issues or, you know, stop telling your audience that women can't drive. We would also be paying you for protection. We have the best PR teams in the world, the best lawyers in the world. If you get roped up into any controversy, if we're your sponsor, we're going to help you out of that." And in hindsight, Andrew is looking at it like, I'm becoming this big internet figure. I'm a threat to the big education system because all these young kids want to go to my university instead of real university, and I'm teaching them that women can't drive in my university. And looking back on it, this big company here wasn't just offering me a sponsorship deal. They were offering to not destroy me and instead work with me because independently they viewed me as a threat.
and I'm going to say it. So I said, I'm not all that interested. Thank you very much. And they said, but you know, we have the best PR teams, so if anything bad ever comes out or anything negative is said about you in the press, our PR teams can help with that. I said, why do I need a PR team at this point? I'm a fringe internet celebrity, right? I'm not in the mainstream media. Like, I don't care about your PR team. And they said, and we have the best legal teams, so if you ever get any any trouble to protect our investment into you, we're going to make sure you have the best legal counsel. Said, I'm not in any trouble. I haven't done anything wrong.
So why do I need this legal protection either? I was unaware at the time in my ignorance that that those were threats.
They were saying that our PR teams which could help you could also wreck you and our legal teams which could help you could also wreck you. They were veiled threats. I didn't understand that.
>> Spicy.
>> So I declined our sponsorship offer.
What was the industry? It was a conglomerate. They had significant interest in let's say clothing, perfumes, the standard things you'd expect a Hollywood A-lister to be pushing on a billboard. And then those people are very careful about what they say on certain subjects for sure. But I thought, you know, I don't really want to be owned and this school's going somewhere. Like we gain students every single day. I am going to take down the education industry. Me, Andrew Tate, one guy in Romania in his house. Me and my six friends on a Telegram chat are running a $400 million business. I'm going to take it all down. I don't need your money. Don't tell me what to say.
I'm the top G. Go away. So I declined the sponsorship contract. They kept reminding me about these PR teams, these legal teams. So why do they keep saying this to me? I don't need PR. I don't need a lawyer. And they must have sat there and thought, "This idiot doesn't understand what we're saying." So, I declined the sponsorship contract. But this is where things get dark. Women get involved. And you know that women can't drive, according to Andrew Tape. And this is where him and his brother start getting into trouble. The Matrix starts coming after them. A few months after that, Tristan gets a message from a girl. Can't say her name cuz it's open litigation. We'll call her girl A. Girl.
She's the beginning. She's the omega.
She's the source of this girl. A lives in Miami. Tristan knew her from a few years before. And she messages Tristan.
Hey, I want to come see you in Romania.
Tristan's like, why? I've always wanted to see Romania. Tristan's like, okay then. And sends her a picture of his debit card and said, see you soon. She books herself a first class flight, flies to Romania. So, we have girl A.
All of this will tie together at the end. Girl A. Girl A books herself a business class flight and flies to Romania. Now, the interesting thing about girl A, who subsequently destroyed my life. I only said hello to her twice.
I don't know this person. Tristan knows a lot of girls. One day there's a girl at the house. Who's this? Oh, I knew her from Miami. She wanted to come. Cool. I don't care. She's there for four or five days. During those five days that she's in remain, three of the days Tristan and I weren't even in the country. We were away. England, I believe. The rest of the time she's going to the cinema, hanging out with Tristan's other girlfriends, hanging out with my girlfriends. And after about 5 or 6 days, she vanished. And I said to Tristan, "Where's girl A gone?" He goes, "I don't know." She blocked me and left.
So, why? He goes, "Probably got jealous of my other girlfriends. Who cares, right? We're just guys. We're making money. We go to school. We got a big mansion. We got Lamborghinis. Girl A wants to come. Girls always want to come. There's 100 girls by the pool. Who cares? Girl A comes. Girl A vanishes. No one thinks anything of it." 3 days after girl Avenged, April of 2022, we were sitting in our house at 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon when armed police turn up, SWAT, and the SWAT raid our house, bust down our door, and running with machine guns, pointing weapons everywhere, and yelling at us to get on the ground. And of course, we comply and say that they're there because there has been a human trafficking allegation against my brother and I, which has been instigated from the American Embassy.
So, they didn't just send the normal police. They sent the anti-terror police because when the American embassy calls the police, it's a different kind of response. If if you're a normal person in Romania and you call the police, they'll send a police car or a guy. No, this was the full army tanks, 30 dudes, head to toe swamp. So, these guys bust in in April of 2022. They say, "We're here for human trafficking and kidnapping." We're like, "With all due respect, officer, what the [ __ ] are you talking?" And they said, "Girl A has reported to the American embassy that there are kidnap victims and victims of human trafficking in this residence." I turn to Tristan and I said, "Tristan, she's a seven. Look all the best you got us in. She's not even a nine. She's a seven." Tristan laughs. I laugh. The police officer laughs. Everyone laughs.
They look around the house. The house was completely empty. It was just Tristan and I there. No victims. We'd had no friends there. No girls. No one's there. They searched the entire house for drugs. They looked for drugs cuz girl A also reported us for being drug dealers. and steroid abusers. All this list of crimes. They find no drugs. They find no steroids. They find no contraband of any kind. Our firearms are licensed. That's not against the law.
They go through the entire house in a 4-hour house search. They then seize some of our goods. So, after searching our entire house for 5 or 6 hours, they put us in cars. Media's outside saying human trafficking, investigation, all this stuff. They start to slander our name with all this garbage. And they drive us to Decott's head office. We get there around 11:00 p.m. House raid began at 1:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. Sorry, in the afternoon. 11:00 p.m. We walk into this office and there's the prosecutors. We sit down. The prosecutor says, "Why did this girl say there was girls kidnapped in your house?" And I said, "Brother, I haven't got a [ __ ] clue. I only said hello to her twice. Asked Tristan. It's Tristan's girlfriend. I don't know." And then the prosecutor goes, "Well, Tristan should have bought her a handbag." And laughed. And then I laughed and we all laughed. And I was like, "American girls are crazy, bro. Me, too. This crap happens. Maybe in Romania it's not a big thing, but in America this is happens all the time. These girls are nuts. They just make stuff up. He goes, "Yeah, I heard about that, but I didn't know it was actually this bad." Like, tell me about it. He goes, "Why did she call the American Embassy?" I was like, "Bro, I don't know. Just tell me what you need from me. You've been to the house.
There's no one in the house. We have CCTV in our house. You can take the cameras and see her walking in and out the house by her own free will, getting pizza, going out to party, going to restaurants. You can see it all on camera."
So, after the prosecutor and the Tate brothers have a good laugh about how crazy quote unquote American girls are, they end up going home and don't think anything of it. However, as Andrew Tate's popularity blows up in this time period, the Matrix keeps coming after him. This is when you start getting constant articles from the media portraying Andrew as a misogynist and a horrible person. This is when Andrew becomes the villain in the public eye, all because of the evil matrix.
So, we're on our emergency meeting podcast. We're traveling the world at that point. We have no restrictions of any kind. We're promoting our school.
We're going to France. We're going to Italy. We see damn deserion in France.
We're traveling around. We're doing all this stuff. We're having a great time.
We're on yachts in Croatia. We're doing all this crazy stuff. Then one day, I call my lawyer and I say, "They raided our house in April. It's like July now.
Why is that case not closed?" And he goes, "This is Romania. Everything takes forever. It's a slow system. They're probably going through the CCTV." I was like, "Yeah, but this is so open and shut." Lor's called Alin. I'm like, "Alen, this is so open and shut. What could they possibly be doing?" He goes, "Yeah, it's Romania. They probably have to go through all the hours of footage.
It's going to take a while. Don't sweat it." I'm like, "I had this bad feeling."
But what can you do, right? I haven't done anything wrong.
>> Yeah. So, we're still traveling and now because of the school, because I'm promoting the school so heavily, I start moving from fringe internet celebrity to mainstream celebrity, I start getting bigger and bigger and bigger. I think at the beginning of this story, my Instagram had 100 thousand followers. By this point, I'm up to like two or three million. So, we're pushing the school having a nice time and then all of a sudden, one day I was sitting in my cigar room smoking a cigar. My girlfriend comes in and goes, "Have you seen this?" I take her phone and it's a picture of me and there's some blurb underneath it about how I'm toxically masculine. I'm a misogynist, a racist, and a homophobe. And I am the reason that the entire culture of the world is wrong. Cancer is my fault. Everything in the world is my fault. I'm the world's worst man. and I'm dangerous and need to be deleted from the internet and it's on an NGO page for a charity protecting the rights of gays. That's weird. Whatever.
And then she goes, "Have you seen this?"
And she scrolls again and it's the same picture with the same blurb explaining that I'm the worst man in the world.
Copy and paste exact one on an NGO about wildlife protections. Like that is weird. So we open Instagram. I open on my phone and this exact picture with the exact same copy and paste wording. I find like seven different accounts, random accounts for random charities and NOS's posting that I'm the worst person in the world. So with this media campaign, Andrew believes that it was essentially the Matrix trying to precondition the internet's mind to think that he was some evil super villain. Because his school was blowing up, they viewed him as a threat. They needed to take him down. But first, they needed the public to be against him. And just a couple months later, it finally happened.
In December of 2022, Andrew and his brother Tristan Tate were arrested along with two women by Romanian authorities on suspicion of human tricking R ape and forming an organized crime group to s exploit women using the lover boy method. Keep in mind, all the allegations against Andrew and his brother stem from that very same webcam business that they used to actively discuss online. By June of 2023, they were formally indicted and charged with human TR affin ape and organized crime.
And just over a year later in August of 2024, a new investigation and new allegations emerged involving human TR affiners and s intercourse with A minor. They were later placed on house arrest again.
Now, there's footage of police going through their house in the initial 2022 raid. And as Andrew being taken away in handcuffs, he emphasizes that this is just the Matrix attacking him.
Why do you say wheels?
The Matrix has attacked me.
Now, keep in mind, Andrew Tate and his brother now have active cases not just in Romania, but also like I mentioned earlier in the video, they also had some charges pending in the UK. Also keep in mind that both Andrew and Tristan Tate have dual US and UK citizenship. They're American citizens. After their arrest in 2022 in Romania, they actually had a travel ban, meaning they couldn't leave Romania. They were on house arrest and live streamed from their mansion every day, continuing to grow their popularity. But by January 2025, a new man was in the White House, an orange man. And suddenly by 2025, Romanian prosecutors actually lifted Andrew and Tristan's Tate travel ban after the brother's lawyers requested it. So with that, Andrew and Tristan Tate quickly flew from Romania to Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
So by 2025, that's where they were living. That's when we saw them going to the club with Clvicular and Myin and Nick Fuentes and singing that Kanye West Nazi song, praising the mustache man.
Aside from praising the mustache man, Andrew Tate would also praise Trump, saying that he wasn't sure. But it might be possible that Trump actually had a hand in helping Andrew Tate flee from Romania into the United States. Was there any help from Trump's camp to help you get here? Was there any influence there?
>> I have no idea.
>> Okay. So, you don't know. Okay. I mean, I I would like to think I'd like to be optimistic and believe that Donald Trump saw this garbage and maybe asked some questions. I like that idea, but I don't know. I had no confirmation. I have no idea. I don't know why.
>> I'm very proud to be an American and I'm very happy to be here in Washington DC.
Hasn't it improved so much?
>> It has. Oh, since President Trump cleaned up the place. Has it improved?
That's the question. Since you've been here last, >> well, I was last here about seven maybe eight years ago. But Trump himself would play it off like he had no idea who these guys were or at least he had no clue about anything involving their case.
and President Trump. Andrew and Tristan Tate landed in Florida today on a private jet after being released from custody in Romania. Uh they are accused rapists, human traffickers uh not thought of uh as good people uh in many circles. Did your administration pressure the Romanian government to release them? And if so, why?
>> I know nothing about that. Uh I don't know. You're saying he's on a plane right now?
>> He's back. They already been.
>> Yeah. I just know nothing about it.
We'll check it out. We'll let you know.
>> I do. Look, obviously this involves um there's an English element here. So, obviously, it's important that justice is done and human trafficking is obviously to my mind a security uh risk.
And so, uh we'll catch up with the story in due time.
>> So, the guy sitting next to Trump there is actually the UK prime minister.
Again, Andrew not only faced charges in Romania, but also faced charges in the UK related to S acts and abuse of an A minor. And with the UK prime minister, you know, talking very spicy, to say the least, about trying to get Andrew Tate, he was talking spicy back. Andrew Tate was constantly letting the prime minister know, hey, I'm right here. If I'm really guilty, come and arrest me.
Like, I'm ready for it, right? I'm ready to fight off the London Matrix with my Bugattis.
I'm right here in Miami. I'm right here in Miami. Come get me. Arrest me. Purple me. Put me on the news. Tell everyone I'm a human trafficker. You think I'm not versed? You think I'm not ready? I'm a Navy Seal in this [ __ ] Come get me.
Raid my house. Take my stuff. You think I sleep with a full phone of ev evidence? You think I don't wipe my phone every night? You think I'm dumb?
Come get me. Arrest me.
>> Breaking. Andrew and Tristan Tate have been arrested in Miami.
So you see here Andrew Tate was talking quite tough about a year ago when he was safe in the United States, but he's an outspoken person and anyone in the Matrix can catch these hands. So when some very suspicious activity went on with the Trump administration and the Epstein files early in 2026, Andrew was very quick to express his criticism of anyone involved, including Donald Trump >> and myself. I'm in a lot of trouble with many charges from the British government for my speech saying the things I say are completely unacceptable. But primarily my message is challenging the blanket authority and the blanket narratives which are pushed by our institutions. And now that we see our institutions are completely corrupted by billionaire piles. Now we see our institutions have been completely overrun and they're operating in secret rooms and subverting the rule of law. I think that makes it even more important that people like myself continue to challenge authority and demand answers and demand transparency and not believe official narratives. This is just the tip of the iceberg. What we know is going to be a fraction of what actually took place. And if I find it absolutely disgusting, and I don't want to make this about me, that they've managed to do so much damage to my brother and I with no evidence while sitting on such a huge pile of evidence for some of the most important people on the planet. to mention to address what you said about Trump. I agree with you. But I think Trump would have been under huge finan huge pressure from some of the most important people in administrations all around the world to release nothing at all. And the fact that he continued to try and be transparent and allow people at home to understand how this world really works. I have to give him credit for because a lot of people would have been in Trump's ear saying don't release anything. And yes, he's a maverick as is Elon. And if if our democracies are going to survive in the coming decade with all of the problems that exist in our societies, transparency is the most important thing we can push for. So you see here, Andrew is still giving Trump some grace, but also emphasizing anyone involved in those Epstein files should be faced with the same type of repercussions that him and his brother are faced since they're being accused of very similar acts. Now, if we want to go down conspiracy land of, oh, did Donald Trump, you know, get the Tape brothers out of Romania? Did he have a hand in that? And then did he turn his back on the Tate brothers once they started criticizing the whole Epstein file thing and that's why they're now arrested in Miami? That's up for you to decide. I'm not a big conspiracy theorist. However, I do find it quite suspicious who Andrew Tate was affiliated with right before he ended up traveling safely back to Fort Lauderdale and spending a year there after escaping Romania.
Does anybody know where Andrew and Tristan Tate spent the days before their arrest in Miami? Because if you don't, allow me to fill you in because you literally can't make this [ __ ] up. This is Paulo Zampoli, Donald Trump's US special envoy for global partnerships, right? But also a longtime friend of Donald Trump and Melania. Paulo Zampoli is the former modeling executive who said that he actually brought Melania to the United States and of course introduced her to Donald Trump. There's a lot more about this man that'll really have you thinking, but I can't help but wonder why the Tape brothers, just days before their arrest, were partying in Washington DC as guests of Paulo Zampoli, especially considering the new allegations against them. Now, surely as you guys know, just a couple days ago, Andrew and Tristan Tate were both arrested by US marshals outside of a private event in Miami following an extradition request by the UK government. It is for over 50 charges related to rape, arranging or facilitating TR avocing for S exploitation, assault, occasioning actual bodily harm, as well as additional charges relating to illegal a minor images and PO RN.
Come back. Oh [ __ ] Back up.
Back up.
Guys, back up.
Now, you might be wondering, what is the extent of the crimes to which Andrew Tate and his brother are being charged for? And the answer is a lot. Shout out to the Twitter user, Master XYZ. They put together a full comprehensive list of all of the scams and crimes that the Tape brothers have allegedly committed since rising to fame back in 2022 with their Hustlers University. And strap in cuz the list is insane.
Somehow people are still defending these men as misunderstood masculinity influencers who merely offended the wrong people, aka the Matrix. No, this stopped being about offensive podcasts a long time ago. Here is the actual record. In the United Kingdom, the Crown Prosecution Service now wants both brothers extradited over a combined 59 criminal charges involving seven alleged victims. Andrew faces 42 charges in total. The original 10 charges comprise three counts of rape, four counts of assault, occasioning actual bodily harm, two counts of human TR aine, and one count of controlling POST for gain.
The newlyannounced 32 charges comprise seven further counts of rape, three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for s exploitation, three further counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and 19 offenses related to innocent images of child and extreme corn on the cob. Tristan Tate faces 17 charges total, three counts of the rword, six counts of assault, occasionally actual bodily harm, two counts of trick. The additional six comprise two further counts of R, one count of S assault, and three counts of arranging or facilitating TR affin for S exploitation. The new charges, the additional alleged offenses occurred between July 2010 and August 2017. Both men deny the allegations and the charges still have to be tested in court. Mr. Tate also faces civil claims from four women who accuse him of the rword, physical abuse, coercive control. He denies those allegations. And in another civil case, a British court allowed police to seize almost €2.7 million from the brothers related to tax issues. Now, in Romania, like I said before, they have even more problems. Both brothers were indicted in Romania in 2023 over allegations that they formed an organized criminal group and TR affect women for s exploitation. Andrew was also charged with the r-word and prosecutors said the alleged victims were recruited through false promises of relationships before being controlled and forced to produce Parn material.
Now, there were actually defects in the evidence within the case and the Tape brothers had constantly described that they were acquitted by Romanian authorities in December of 2024, but it was actually that the appeals court returned that case to prosecutors to basically amend or correct the charges.
like it couldn't proceed to trial in its existing form. Those charges were not dropped. Instead, a broader Romanian investigation involving the brothers and several other suspects has examined alleged participation in an organized criminal group, human tricking, tricking of a minor s intercourse with a minor and money laundering. Prosecutors also ended up expanding the investigation into Andrew Tate to include alleged incitement to hatred or discrimination against women because again he said women can't drive based on his public statements made between 2021 and 2024 and all of these investigations in Romania remain ongoing. Now let's hit the United States.
We know that the arrest made against Andrew Tate and his brother in Miami was not necessarily based off charges that stemmed from a US court case. The US marshals had arrested the Tate brothers on behalf of Britain so that extradition proceedings can begin. Basically, they can be taken back to the UK and stand trial there. However, Florida had also opened their own criminal investigation after the Tate brothers had entered the state in 2025. The Florida Attorney General announced that subpoenas and search warrants had been issued, but no publicly announced indictment had been filed by the time they got arrested in Miami for their extradition back to Britain. Andrew is also being sued in California by a former girlfriend who alleged that he saulted, beat, and strangled her at the Beverly Hills Hotel. That's a civil case, not a criminal conviction. And Andrew Tate denies the allegations. But it gets worse. Remember how I told you guys about Andrew Tate's Hustler University scam? The scam that brought him to the top of the Tik Tok totem pole launched him into virality? Well, that wasn't the only scam that the Tate brothers had partaken in. There was also crypto. Like any scammy influencer, Andrew Tate was involved in promoting several cryptocurrencies where the insiders make a bunch of money and the regular buyers are left with a nearly worthless token.
One example is a crypto token called Daddy. Around 40% of all Daddy tokens were sent to Andrew Tate's publicly visible crypto wallet. Andrew Tate promised that he would not sell his own tokens. He later claimed to quote unquote burn over $und00 million worth of those tokens. Burning means permanently destroying tokens to reduce the overall supply of the tokens.
Theoretically, that would make the remaining tokens on the market more valuable. So, if you own some of those tokens, the price would probably go up because there's less actual tokens circulating.
However, the token reportedly had only about $2.5 million in real liquidity, meaning there was only around $2.5 million actually available for people to cash out. So, the supposed $100 million value existed mostly only on paper.
Investigators then identified 11 crypto wallets funded through Binance that bought large amounts of Daddycoin immediately before Tate had publicly even promoted it. These wallets bought similar amounts at almost the exact same time, suggesting that they may have been controlled or coordinated by the same person or group with advanced knowledge of Andrew Tape being about to promote it. Two additional groups of connected wallets bought roughly 10% of the entire token supply before the promotion. The token's developer had reportedly already taken out more than $400,000 by selling tokens. Basically, it was a rugpull. And Tate had also promoted other tokens including R&T, GER, Roost, FTR, Istan, Topg, [ __ ] and Tate. a bunch of other tokens that all got rugged, meaning that insiders sold out or removed the available money, which caused the tokens prices to collapse and leaving the ordinary buyers with major losses.
In simple terms, they are alleging that a bunch of inside buyers bought the tokens before Andrew Tate promoted the coins. Once Andrew Tate did promote the coins, it attracted a bunch of regular buyers and increased the prices of the tokens. And then the insiders made their money while the regular buyers lost theirs.
During a live stream, Andrew Tate even showed that simply mentioning or mocking a specific meme coin could make people rush to actually buy it. Tate had even described his ability to raise any coin's price as super fun, while people who bought at the highest prices obviously suffered the losses. Again, to put it simply, Andrew Tate would bring attention to a bunch of different coins that would attract buyers, and then he would create cash out opportunities for himself and for the insiders of the token, leaving many of the regular buyers just holding collapsed meme coins. He's teaching a bunch of these young impressionable men how to be hustlers and escape the matrix. But he's promoting these crappy coins, cashing out, rugpulling all the regular buyers, and promoting items that basically make his followers lose tons of money. Does this sound like a guy who deserves to be behind bars? I'm not sure. However, we took a look at a lot of Andrew Tate's early social media activity. We'll take a look at some more and you guys be the judge if he's truly innocent. He said and done some absolutely insane and disgusting things. So you guys be the judge before the actual judge.
>> So yeah on corporate.com I have my PhD program and that is uh PhD is uh pimp's degree.
>> He taught people how to break the law.
[music] Welcome to the Take PhD course. If you've bought this course, which you obviously have, congratulations. You're going to change your life for the better. I know exactly what I'm talking about. I'm [ __ ] certified. I know I don't look like a that teaches basically how I got girls, how I met girls, how I got girls to like me, how I got girls to fall in love with me to work on webcam for me.
>> If you're on dates and you're trying to mention it and it just doesn't work. It puts them off. I'd never do that. That's disgusting. I'm not a uh it's just not going to work. You continue as normal.
No mention of webcam. By taking girls who didn't know how to be effective on webcam, girls who had never done webcam before, girls who didn't have the equipment, didn't have the knowhow, didn't have the will, didn't have the premises, didn't have the ability to make money with this exchange. I created a system that allowed me to convince girls to do this, allowed me to retain 100% control of their income. You start with a girl. You download Only Fans on your phone. You take her ID pictures, her name, everything it takes to verify the account. You verify the account on your phone, and you control the account.
So, you are now in charge of her only things. I learned every tip and trick it takes to make sure a girl gets paid. I know how to make sure the girl can't run away.
>> And of course, they don't go out, grime, they're not allowed out. You stay in the house.
>> Cuz once you teach a girl how to do this, she has the ability to make unlimited money from home. Why would she still give it to you? Why don't you just run off and keep it all for herself?
>> Lock the door. You knew I was going to beat the out of you. If you behaved, I wouldn't have to hit you, would I?
>> You don't. Get out.
>> You can't stay in there forever.
>> Bang out the machete. Boom. In her face and rip her up by the neck.
Her panties get wet. The machete's on the floor. Her panties are all wet. You go, "Fuck." That's how it goes. Every real G knows these bins moves.
>> Rword. You You telling me you you you had a woman at machete point and you made her have relations with you? You're you're at rword. You're at rword.
>> These are the basic moves of pimping cuz that's what I did. My my find girls, make them love me, and make them work for me. And that's how I got rich. So that teaches everything I know from start to finish about not only getting girls, not only obtaining them, but retaining them. 10 hours of me explaining everything I know from start to finish from my career of a as a webcam pimp.
>> I was the >> But now we're coming towards the end of Corona. I'm just going to keep I'm going to keep like five or six of my main girls.
>> And don't forget my girls are making us money, too. Don't forget that.
>> Let them take full control over the accounts. They will run away. I like to keep the girl's passwords. I logged them in and logged them out. If you give the girl the password to her account, there's a chance you could run away and try it by herself. I've had that happen.
Be in charge of her own phone contact with members who like her. You are setting yourself up to get scammed. All she has to do is type a sort code and account number to the to a member. Um, and that has happened to me before. I uh I didn't I I went to the room, smashed the room up, told her I knew what she did. She sent me all the money. But that has happened to me before.
>> No, no, no. I was doing the exact same thing. Just for the record.
fear and coercion, right? He didn't admit to being the women. But he said, "Oh, I smashed the whole place up and put her in fear of her life and fear of physical danger and made her sent the money, right? Just a whole bunch of crimes being admitted." This one appears to be him admitting to the rword. All right. He's disgusting >> because the the more you didn't like it, the more I enjoyed it. I loved how much you hated it.
>> Turn me on.
>> Why am I like that?
>> Why? Whilst we were having sex, he put his hand on my throat and struck me until I lost consciousness. But he was still having sex with me when I kind of came back around again.
>> I am one of the most dangerous men on this planet. Sometimes you forget exactly how lucky you were to get by me.
Would you rather me put you down and make you do things [music] you didn't like or would you rather you didn't like that I was thinking I can do whatever I want to? That's what it is. I'm the smartest person on this planet.
>> And then the next day, one of the whites of my eyes had gone completely [music] red. Apparently, that's kind of common in domestic cases where there's um a lack of oxygen in your brain. So, your blood vessels like start bursting to kind of try and get the oxygen there.
>> Are you seriously so offended? I you a little bit. You didn't pass out. But he kind [music] of kept saying, "Um, I own you. You belong to me." Like threatened to kill me.
>> Chill the out. Jesus Christ. I thought you were cool.
>> So he said in that message, I love rwording you, right? And watching you let me while still debating if it's a good idea or not. It's not just the R word and the abuse, but it's a miners because the main his bottom bane main girl that he was pimping was a min. When they got together, she was a young >> girl you start with is >> he's as bad as Epstein >> is the most important girl. My first girl was so good it was easy. So Vivian here, >> if you're new in this channel, I'm a Kia model and webcomming is what I do.
>> That's how it started. I met Vivian in in Slovakia >> and I'm from Slovakia.
>> We had a long-term relationship thing. I was living in England. I moved her to England to be with me to start doing my webcam company. She's completely head over heels in love with me. She wants kids with me. Everything, everything, everything. And we met and we fell whatever. We're in love.
>> I have lived with Andrew for years and years.
>> So Vivian's with me 6 years.
>> So he's been with Vivian for 6 years, right?
>> Vivian's like 21.
>> Vivian's 21. And at this point, he's been a girlfriend for 6 years.
>> Vivian's younger. Vivian's younger.
>> It means that they met when she was 15 years old.
>> Yes. The woman he has BNF. [music] He was nothing but a sex consensual.
>> My friend how pretty you are.
Show how pretty you are.
Look at the camera. Show them how [music] pretty you are. Show the camera your tattoo.
>> What does it say?
>> Wait.
>> Why does it say?
>> Because >> you are my >> I've been camming for last 4 years. Next year is the fifth year and I currently live in a bookrest Romania.
>> Police have raided Andrew Tate's home in Romania. investigating allegations of human theing of >> coming from somebody who lived with him for years. He is not a human.
>> I've got my main bottom Vivian. I moved her to England to be with me to start doing my webcam company which I started.
If you don't have a >> You moved a min from Slovakia to England to be on your webcam business. Okay.
Tell me more about how this is a matrix attack.
>> Webcam company. You need to look into it cuz as soon as you have a couple girls in love with you, it's the easiest money in the world. No, I take that back. It's not easy money. You got to build it up.
But once you get girls built up, then it's free money.
>> So, is Andrew Tate an innocent man battling the matrix on false allegations? Or does this sound like someone who is extremely guilty of a lot of the crimes, if not all, the 59 counts, not including the civil cases and the Romanian cases that he's faced with. Let me know what you guys think and I'll catch you in the next one.
>> I study rapolics for a living.
