During first appearance court, a judge ordered that she have no contact with the victim or Buffalo Wild Wings along with conditions prohibiting alcohol and illegal drugs while the case remained open. Court records show she later entered a guilty plea to amended trespassing and battery charges while the disorderly intoxication charge was later dropped by prosecutors.
She was sentenced to 6 months of probation, ordered to complete 20 hours of community service, attend 20 AA meetings, and pay more than $800 in court rellated costs and fees.
