In my previous post, I asked which knee had the ACL reconstruction surgery, and the answer is her right knee. During the concentric phase, she shifts her weight posteriorly to take the load off her knee, but when the right knee is behind, she struggles just to get into the position because of the pulling sensation on the quad tendon, as well as the eccentric demand in that position.
Now, watch how that carries over to when she stops or decelerates in the sagittal plane. Now, this is a great example why you need to train and test both sides.
