The Eugene Carol case demonstrates how the US legal system can be manipulated through strategic legal maneuvers, including rewriting laws to enable specific lawsuits, hidden funding from political donors, and potential perjury, raising questions about the integrity of judicial processes when legal actions are driven by political motivations rather than genuine legal grounds.

Trump's Accuser Gets Probed By Justice DepartmentAdded:
One of the biggest bastardizations of the US criminal justice system happened when President Trump was in exile and that was of course the Eugene Carol case. Now if you don't remember the Eene Carol case it was egregious. Everything about it was god awful.
>> You're selling it short Andrew. was, you know, he had four different criminal cases brought against him. And I think this civil case was and actually was worse than any of those and also worse than the other New York civil case just in terms of >> maybe not how bad the consequences were, but how egregious it was. Like every step of the way, >> every step of the way that it could be bad, it was bad that they changed the law. They took laws, they rewrote their law so >> I want to go through this. I want to go through this. But why are we even talking about this? Well, Eeing Carol is now under criminal investigation by the US Department of Justice, primarily for potential perjury in her civil lawsuit against Donald Trump.
>> Okay. Well, so we can go into if you want to. There's many, many wrinkles to this case cuz I want to remind everybody just how god awful this whole thing.
>> Let's just do the bullets. So, first of all, it was passed the statute of limitations. So, New York passed not even just change the law to change the statute of limitations. They changed the statute of limitations for one year so that specifically people like her could bring this case. I think she was the first case filed certainly on day one.
So they literally wrote a law so she could bring this civil case.
>> No, no, no, but but but understand the the ramifications of what you just said.
The entire state of New York conspired with Egene Carol so that she could bring a frivolous lawsuit civil suit against President Trump.
>> Exactly. And the case itself is it was a defamation case where the defamation was that she claimed President Trump had sexually assaulted her in a case where she couldn't state the year it supposedly happened. Couldn't precisely state any of the details about it. An obviously laughable claim. And the defamation that President Trump supposedly committed was he said that is not true. You are lying. So he just denied an allegation against him that was never criminally charged. Has incredibly flimsy evidence for it. just no completely baseless. And he just says, "You didn't do that." And so she sues him for defamation after they rewrite their laws. And because it is New York and they can bring this case in an incredibly blue jurisdiction and rig every step of it, she's able to succeed.
>> She was awarded $8 million.
What What's the harm here? That this obscure person got defamed by a person who can President Trump defame anyone? I feel like he's too controversial. washed up writer columnist who had nothing better going on and she thought here's how I'm going to serve the Democrat progressive movement. I'm going to, you know, uh, be volunteer as tribute to take out the president. Okay, this is what happens. But turns out Eegene Carol is a is cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs. This gal is loier than a $3 bill. Let's just play some of the old sound bites. Go trip down memory lane because it's just too juicy. We have to clip 34.
You've talked about using some of Trump's money that you're about to get um to help shore up women's rights. Do you know what that might be? What that might look like?
>> Yes, Rachel.
>> Yes.
>> Tell me. I had such such great ideas for all the good I'm going to do with this money. First thing, Rachel, you and I are going to go shopping. We're going to get completely new wardrobes, new shoes, motorcycle for Crowley, new fishing rod for Robbie. Rachel, what do you want?
Penthouse. It's yours, Rachel. Penthouse and uh France. You want France? You want to go fishing in France? No. Oh. All right. All right. Okay. That's a joke.
>> Oh, man. That is that the representative was like, "That's a joke. That's a joke." The whole thing was a setup. Do you see what happened there? So, she agrees to sit down with Rachel Matto.
Matto goes, "What are what is all the good you're going to do for women's rights with this settlement?" And she had it teed up for her. Easy as could be. She's such a dummy. She totally derails everything. And the representative goes, "Uh, that was a joke. That was a joke."
>> Yeah, that occurs to me. Natto, that's a Rachel Natau clip. And I literally went and I thought, "Did she retire? Did the show get cancelled?" Cuz I don't know. I think I can't remember the last time I've seen her. She bowed out. Rachel Matto had enough. She bowed out. I mean, she's still doing like one one one show a week.
>> Still going once a week. I haven't seen a clip of it in a >> All right, but listen. This is a woman Eging Carol legitimately named her cat Vagina and her dog Tits. I apologize for the language, but I got to I got to say the I got to say the truth out loud. S 37.
I call it the mouse house because some very distinguished mice live here.
Conorman lives in the kitchen. Terski lives in the bedroom. This is my shed.
And on that side are the books that most influenced me growing up. On the door are the list of my dogs. Marky, Fortuna, Das, Spunky, Heidi, Tits, Bloody, and Hburn. The streams and the rivers were dry. And I it so horrified me that I came out and started painting the rocks blue to indicate that there was once a river here. And then after I got done painting the rocks, I just sort of walked over here and then did that tree and then did that tree and then I did this tree.
>> I think what President Trump said in his defense is she's not my type. And I think I I concur with that.
>> The most believable thing ever. By the way, this woman uh she went on CNN with Anderson Cooper and called rape sexy. Yes, she did that.
Clip 38.
>> Don't feel like a victim.
>> I was not thrown on the ground and ravished. Which the word rape carries so many sexual connotations. This was not This was not sexual for it just it it hurt. It just what it just you know >> but I think most people think of rape as a I mean it is a violent assault. It is not >> I think most people think of rape as being sexy.
>> Let's take a short break.
>> Think of the fantasies.
>> We just got to take a quick break. If you can stick around, we'll talk more on the other side.
>> You're fascinating to talk to >> this lady.
>> There's got to be some incredible.
There's got to be some incredible emails at CNN and MSNBC just where they're talking like this woman is nuts and maybe like producers warning you warning Eene Carol is crazy. Here's how you have to handle her. There's >> I've always wondered what you would find if you got the full like Epstein files treatment at CNN where just every email over the past 20 years comes out because it's got to be an incredible treasure trove. Well, she admits I mean this gal is crazy. And when I what I told you at the beginning is she was just she had nothing to do. She lives out in the freaking forest with a bunch of rodents and her dog tits and her cat vagina and she had nothing better to do. So she admits it was all like a ruse. It was a trick. Saw 35.
>> I got to be hotter to win this.
>> Yeah, I got to beable is a word. I had a talk show a TV talk show 1996.
I went through that some of the shows, took screenshots of my hair cut in a bob and we did the then I found the hairdresser and the makeup person who made me look like that in 1996. She came every day to trial, did my hair and makeup exactly like it was in 1996. I wore the exact same clothes I wore in 1996. The exact clothes. And I didn't look like I looked in 96, but I looked like somebody who could have looked like somebody in 9. And it was enough. It was enough. So that's It was a trick.
>> It was a trick. So you might be asking yourself at this point, well, why is she under investigation? Well, it's for perjury. In a 2022 deposition, she stated that she received no outside funding for her legal fees or her makeover, her glow up to look effable, like she said. Later, it emerged that billionaire mega donor for the Democrats, Reed Hoffman, that's the LinkedIn uh co-founder, provided funding through a nonprofit. Uh Carol's lawyers described this as something she completely forgot about. The judge allowed a follow-up deposition but found no major credibility issues at the time. Oh, surprise, surprise. Well, here's a clip.
She says, "I just completely forgot about it." 46.
Um, another thing that he and his lawyers have often spoken about is the the lack of disclosure about a big Democratic donor funding part of this case. Was there a reason it wasn't disclosed? And did you view this as political in any way?
>> No. Uh, I just completely for it.
I just completely forgot uh that he even existed >> in your deposition.
>> Yes, in my deposition >> because Trump lawyers have called that, Roberta a sign of bias. It raises questions about the motives of bringing this case.
>> So just put all this together.
>> Just ignore the part where we rewrote the entire law during this case. So, the entire state of New York conspires with a billionaire Democrat meda donor and a kooky 1990s columnist who President Trump's claims he can't even remember. She's not his type, who names her dog Tits and her cat vagina. They all conspire to bring this suit and we're supposed to believe any of this. Mind you, many of the details that she shared about this alleged sexual assault were basically ripped off a television show. Literally, like literally word for word >> and she's calling it a trick.
>> This is a complete miscarriage of justice and President Trump has every right to pursue every legal remedy at his uh disposal. He is appealing the $88 million judgment and the DOJ is now investigating Eugene Carol for perjury, which she deserves. By the way, there is a lot of debate and Blake will be even one of those people when there is a legal assault on some of our political opponents. Is it the right thing to do?
Is it the wrong thing to do? We can have that debate. In this instance, I even got Blake to agree. Bring the hammer down on this.
>> It's very understandable they're going for. They should be careful. I I would like to note a lot of these uh efforts, you might call it DOJ directed counterplay, counter lawfare, it hasn't gone great for us so far. And that's why you really have to focus on dotting the eyes. Yeah, dotting the eyes, crossing the tees. Democrats, unfortunately, are very good at that sort of thing. In fact, Eugene Carol's case is a pristine example of that where it took them multiple years. They built up this Death Star apparatus. It's very bad for America. We have one of our largest states, New York, has been converted into a basically full-time Democrat ideology machine where they have we have this big rich city where we can have a ton of lawyers all on the same side who will get juries all on the same side to create results that we want and we just we don't have the same machine that they have and that's a challenge we have to overcome.
>> Well, we got to get President Trump in on this just a little bit. 39.
The judge wouldn't allow us to put that in. Her dog or her cat was named vagina.
The judge wouldn't allowed to put that in. All of these things he But with her, they can put in anything. Access Hollywood.
>> Get her. President Trump. Eene Carol, you're going down. I certainly hope so.
At least you deserve every bit of comeuppance that can possibly come your way. And I'll be here for it with popcorn in hand. What do you guys think?
