Internet VS Bricks & Minifigs: Unredacted BodycamsHinzugefügt:
Huge breaking update in regards to the Bricks and Mini Figs scandal when the Utah Police Department that arrested Reckless Ben posted all of the unredacted body cam footage on their Dropbox, including every interaction they had with Joshua Johnson, the franchise owner who would have been in possession of Brian's acclaimed Legos.
In one of the scenes, the officers calls Ben and his friends douchebags before muting his body cam, saying, "I shouldn't have said that." And in some of the other scenes, Joshua Johnson is speaking to police officers with Ammon McNe, the CEO of Briggs and Minifigs on the line, along with having one-on-one conversations with police officers across multiple days, talking about harassment that him and his family are feeling, and so many more interesting clips and updates. But there's a lot to get into, so let's just jump in. Welcome to the internet versus bricks and mini figs on redacted body cams. It starts when a V9917JI1 posts on the reckless bin subreddit.
American Fork PD unredacted bodycam/ dash cam videos in the American Fork PD's YouTube video where they link a Dropbox folder. Did I miss it previously or have they updated the Dropbox with unredacted versions of the body cam/ dash cam footage as there's a folder called unredacted body and dash cam which I don't think was previously there and the doc exit file inside it is showing as updated 1 hour ago from the time of this post was made. And C replied to the thread by saying, "These are unredacted. It has Josh Johnson in one that I just downloaded." And then some of these clips of Josh Johnson actually started getting posted on the subreddit, like see Assignment, who posted this clip with the caption, "This video hasn't been posted yet." Bam explains their side of the story over the phone to officers. And this is about a 4-minute clip of Josh Johnson and the CEO Ammon on a call together talking to police.
>> Okay, I've explained that to him. Um, right now I'll look into >> Did you take pictures of those things?
>> Yes. I I got the the case number that he's referring to and I'll check with the court, see if it's a valid um civil case that he's trying to push through and we'll go right about it that way.
Okay. Again, I don't know all the specifics. I don't know why this whole thing has been happening between the two of you. I'm get two different stories from each one of you.
>> What is he possibly saying? He's saying that he had $200,000 worth of Star Wars Legos.
>> He did. No, he did not. Right.
>> Never had that.
>> Officer, again, this is this is Hammond.
I'm I'm with the the corporate office.
>> He's the CEO.
>> Oh, hi.
>> So, what what's happened is we had a former franchisee that entered into a uh an invalid consignment agreement with a completely separate person.
that person sold their Lego sets and didn't pay the person that they and this has nothing to do with Mr. Schneider.
Mr. Schneider is just a YouTuber that got a hold of the story and then went to this guy and said, "Hey, if I can harass these guys and if I can do some stuff and get some money out of them, will you pay me some of that money?" And that's what they're trying to do is the individual who actually owes the money left the United States. They were one of our franchises. They were terminated as a franchisee for violating all sorts of rules. They then fled to Europe somewhere. And so we've been trying to deal with this situation. We've been trying to help the person up in Oregon, but unless uh because we found out later that they've been all working together to try and uh force some money out of us. So we've had our attorneys working on it. We've been in contact with the Marian County uh sheriff's department, the Marian County District Attorney, the Kaiser, and this is all up in Oregon.
And then they started flying down here, coming to our corporate offices, and now they're heading to to our staff and other individuals personal residences to just harass and continue to try and extort money out of them. And so there there's already a case in Provo because they've been passing fraudulent documents up in Oregon. They created a fake contract, forged a manager signature up there, threatened to kill her, all sorts of things. And all of this while he's wearing glasses that have a camera in it. I don't know if you see the C.
>> Is he wearing the glasses today?
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah, he's wearing the glasses. Yeah.
>> So, he's filming you guys. He's filming everything and he's trying to put all this stuff together to put together an additional extortion attempt on us.
>> So, that's what they're doing. And he he he like, if you go to his channel, Reckless Ben, that's what he does. He just goes around and he does stupid things and he harasses people and he he chops and screws up all this footage.
And that's all he's trying to do is get footage right now. He's just trying to get more footage to put more videos out there to get more clicks and likes. He has nothing to do with this case other than he just and and he was the one who vandalized the store over the weekend along with Mr. Manel who's the original person who consigned to a complete different entity, a different party.
>> So they just know that, you know, like because that other person, that other party, they went bankrupt and don't have any money. They're just going after somebody else that they think they can just uh extort money out of. Gotcha.
Okay. Um, have you had has the I guess the store had any sort of lawsuit filed against them by this Ben Schneider or the manel? So again, going on the fraud that we're that the Marian County District Attorney's uh office is uh looking into, they filed multiple small claims, court claims against a completely separate entity and they used fictitious names to do so. All of the cases were then dropped because of it.
And like so but but none of them were filed against the actual individuals.
>> Okay?
>> They weren't filed against Josh or his entity. They weren't filed against us and our entity. They were filed against completely uh either fictitious entities or other entities, but they're uh fraudulently filing things with the state in order to uh make it look legitimate when he puts his videos out online.
>> Gotcha.
>> And he's done this at least, I think, in two other instances with individuals who ended up, you know, like filing lawsuits against him.
>> Okay.
>> So, that's what we're working on right now with our own attorneys is is going after him and his stuff. But no, no lawsuits have been filed against us, against Josh at his entity, against any of the parties that that he's claiming.
But we're working on our lawsuit to file against him and and all individuals that associated with him, including the former franchises and Mr. Manel, who are all colluding together to try and extort money out of us.
>> Okay, I got you. Okay.
>> And now replies, "Internesting that the police don't challenge or question any of the CEO's take on events. Normally I would have expected to hear does your company still have the Lego sets from the previous franchisees agreement or no and that's not sick says it's white collar bias. Josh makes her to title drop CEO and then CEO talks in authoritative voice about consignment.
These cops go on to Google stuff per other body cam footage to arrest Benon.
They're not challenging a CEO on legal consignments. Holy sticky says I think the AFTP threw this out just to save themselves. Something big is going on behind the scenes. And Jedi mind trick trust says maybe they're deciding it's not worth the civil rights lawsuit it's going to bring to keep protecting these chuckle and bourbon dog says cops do not give a wet fart about lawsuits it doesn't affect them so why would they equivalent grape says to be fair am is a really good talker you can see how he managed to talk around the cops that being said a good police officer should have looked at the facts at hand rather than being swayed by talk and sleepless and Reno says I mean what stood out to me during the interaction was he kept sides slipping into other issues that are connected however a reasonable person would query why they are having so many issues regarding the same event coming from three different directions.
Intelligent Lux says, "So he admits they had the Legos. Just says it's the previous owner's problem." And Sim Rob replies, "This is why I was not particularly too upset about the ACOP interview. They didn't grill him because if they did, he'd squirm. They just let him stumble around and he made multiple contradictions in that interview. He's a genuine idiot." And Eoten says, "I cannot wait for the eventual deposition." There's also this clip that got posted by C assignment with a caption, Josh says documents are fake and the girl is a fake process server.
>> All right, she's been trespassed. Hold on. Officer Sbot is back.
>> Okay. She's been trespassed. Talking with him, he's telling me a different story. Um, again, I don't know all the specifics of your case. He is very adamant that he wants to serve you with papers. Okay.
Um, >> that's fake.
>> That's illegal. You can't pretend to be a a process server.
>> So, >> you can't that's illegal. I've explained to him um that >> you don't you don't want to be served papers. He's got to figure something out if it's again I don't know if there's an actual case right now and over again.
>> It's a class A misdemeanor to impersonate a process server in the state of Utah.
>> So right now >> I want her arrested for impersonating a process server. So, right now, I've explained that to them and explained that he needs to go whole different route about this and to not come onto your property as well as her. Um, >> no, I can't just go and pretend I can't go print up fake documents and go try to process serve people. That's illegal.
>> Okay. Have you Have you two been to court before?
>> No, he can't. No, he's he's a YouTuber.
>> Okay. You've never been to court with him?
>> No. So these papers that he printed up are fake.
>> Yes. One billion trillion gazillion%.
>> Okay. Never been to court with him or anything.
>> Nobody's ever been to court.
>> He's a YouTuber.
>> Okay. What was the reason behind your store closing this month?
>> His harassment and vandalism.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. So on your on your own accord, you guys.
>> On my own accord. Yes.
>> Okay.
>> And Brightfalls Coffee says, "Put some shoes on Gollum." And Ninja Llama says, "I find the way he's wiggling his toes a bit disconcerting." And Sergeant Major Panda says he's terrified and can't keep still. Something has to moving at all times. And Chanzi replies, "Heroin top day says going to try this if I ever get served. Just say the papers are fake and call the server a criminal." And Bansancy says, "It only works if you're Mormon and the entire police force is Mormon." And Opio says the scammers are swear by this one trick. Flirt Durboy says everything he claims is wrong. Fake processor, fake documents, never been to court. And the police could easily solve this by asking for documentation of the processor to check the documents, which they did. and to verify if Ben already won a case and they would know who is in the right here. Informal plastic says they called the court verified that it is a real document that needs to be served. He then tells Ben that it's fake. The phone call to the court body cam has been out for at least a day or two. And Flirt Dirt Boy replies, I literally said in my comments that they checked the documents but still proceeded with the arrest. Informal Plastic says, "Yeah, but I felt the need to spell it out again in different words. It's astounding and I'm having trouble processing it. It's the way they weren't even trying to hide it. They knew their Mormon bosses would cover it, too. It's insane that we're even seeing it." Elron Paul 2012 says, "If you're convinced that the process server is lying, then why wouldn't you hold on to the evidence to use against them?" And Merch back says, "Exactly. He wouldn't be so afraid of the paperwork being served if it were fake." Oh no, a big scary YouTuber sending someone to hand me a piece of paper. I better go call the police. If I were those police officers, I'd be pissed that this guy lied to my face. And Fairport MCG1 says, "Didn't he say he was going to shoot someone? A person with a paper and camera. Think of his safety." CSM also posted this clip on the reckless Ben subreddit with the caption, "Hypocrite.
get it against and then you know the better the case in your favor.
>> Yeah.
>> And and I'm I'm you know I appreciate you guys you know like coming out and obviously like so obviously Josh is one of my employees but he's also a friend and like his family is being put through the ringer with these guys. Uh it's not fair to them. Their their mental health and their physical health is being affected by these guys. Like letting them go cannot be an option here guys.
like there's got to be something for for cyberstalking, bullying, like like all all of the different things. Like there's got to be something to to to arrest them and and send a message that this is not appropriate. This is not okay.
>> I'm I'm in agreeance with you. Um again, that's why we're kind of working through this right now and communicating with Sandy getting this pattern. Um I'm going to talk with him regarding this sign. An unofficial world CEO says, "OMG, I can't wait to see all the unredacted videos."
And Potokiss Kitchen says, "The next two days are going to be insanely entertaining. Like, how do I go to sleep now?" And Global Sandwich says, "This is my new autistic hyperfixation." And Elijah Bats replies, "I second this.
It's all I want to watch right now."
Devik Knight says, "Wouldn't this be conspiracy for Bam and the cops? A fraud for cops trying to make up a crime to get them on?" Informal plastic says, "In a country with a justice system, they are using the just us system. This is America. The poor are bound by the law.
The rich are protected by it." Keith's Balls says, "What possible reason would they have for this being redacted in the first place?" Informal plastic says, "Police and governmental corruption is the only thing I can think of. Police literally taking orders from thief CEOs to harass their victims." Void to form also posted this clip on the reckless bin subreddit with a caption, "No, I'm not accepting service from him."
>> So, no, I'm not accepting service from him.
>> Okay.
>> Absolutely not. It's fake.
>> It's not real.
>> That's completely fine. That's You have that right.
>> Yeah.
>> Um, so Okay. You okay if I give these fakers to him? Uh, yeah, for sure.
>> Okay, hang tight.
>> All right. So, who came to your door today?
>> The girl.
>> The girl. Did Did Ben come on your property?
>> No. But according to Sandy Police Department, it doesn't matter for uh stalking charges if he keeps sending if he's the one that's initiating her or somebody cuz he's trespassed from the property. He knows he can't come here.
But he has YouTube followers. He has kids that are just happy to be part of Ben Schneider, Reckless Ben's YouTube channel.
>> So, he convinces them to come to my house. Every single day, we're going to have this interaction until we put an end to it.
>> It's stalking.
>> You know, coming up to my house taking pictures inside the windows.
>> Yeah. So, again, I'm I'm in agreeance with you. I don't think that's acceptable. I don't know the full story behind this whole thing. Again, I just got what you just told me. He's just a YouTuber.
>> We're going to >> Are you okay if she just gives you the papers so we can just >> get the papers?
>> It looks like it's just instructions on some kind of Oregon claims court, civil court.
>> It's I've talked to the Kaiser Police Department. There's no there's nothing filed. They did this before. They faked like they got old entities or I don't know how they they just faked lawsuits, right? and they served him at the at the store there. And then of course it got thrown out of court. So now he goes on YouTube. Oh, see look, we got this lawsuit on YouTube. You know what I mean? It's all for YouTube. So no, I'm not accepting service from >> Okay.
>> Absolutely not. It's fake.
>> It's not real.
>> That's completely fine. That's You have that right. Yeah.
>> Um so we're going to look into a couple things on our end regarding some of these previous cases.
>> My I was downstairs on a call. My wife said I think they're coming in. So now I'm like, >> I don't trust these guys.
>> My family, my kids are scared. My daughter's flipping out. My wife is scared. What am I supposed to do? I'm trying to work. I'm on a call. She's like, I think they're coming in. All right, >> I got >> What the hell are we going to do? Cuz he tried coming in the door yesterday.
What do I do >> again?
>> What do I do?
>> I'm I'm I'm not sure what to do on your end. I again I don't know the full story, but we're going to look into some of these previous cases and see what we can do on our end just to hopefully resolve this for you.
>> Will you call the Sandy Police Department and I don't know if you guys can coordinate >> and maybe they've got some statues that they're working on.
>> Well, that's going to be a different city. So, we we'll deal with what we can right here. Um but again, I'm going to look into those previous cases and I'll be back with you. Okay.
Well, this isn't Salt Lake County. This is Utah County. We do things differently down here.
>> And OP clarifies his clip by saying the clip at the end is from when the Mormon kid knocked on his door. I just think it's funny they say they do things differently around here so much. So, I tossed it in, too. And Spinny Hedgy says, "We do things differently down here. Has to become a meme.me." And Agent Poyo says, "I mean, it kind of already is a meme. It's what the corrupt cops in movies say when they want to act tough. This knucklehead thinks he's in one of those movies. And Cthulhu's intern says, "Am I living in a lawyer's dream right now?" And Szeros says, "You can't refuse to get served." All the process servers has to do is walk up and say you got served and drop it. And Sid Ubu said, "Good dog says it's fake."
Over on Twitter, Night Hops also posts this clip with the caption, "New body cam footage from American Fork PD with the bricks and minifig saga shows little sniveling Josh Johnson whining he can't be served court papers. Look at this dude. Along with posting another clip that we just looked at with the caption, "But wait, there's more." And finally, also this clip that says, "The same guy acting all tough when he changes tone when trying to be served those court papers." What a weenie.
>> You know, I never said that.
>> Yeah, you did.
>> I don't give a damn of your opinion.
It's wrong. And if you want to test your opinion, let's go in court.
>> Who enforces the law?
>> The court. So, >> exactly.
>> So, so you're saying that >> it's just a opinion. So basically what you're saying is I'm wrong, but you can sue me for it is what you're saying.
>> Yeah, that's the long and the short of it.
>> So you know you're wrong. So you know that you stole the Legos then.
>> Let's go to court then.
>> Okay, let's do it.
>> Okay. Is that what you want?
>> Yeah.
>> You really want that?
>> I mean I don't I would like to just get the Legos back, but if that's what you want. I It seems like this is what you want. I'm I'm giving you every out that I can. But >> let's just go.
>> Dang.
>> Don't go down that route. It doesn't really matter because >> uh I I just want to get the Legos back.
They're Brian's Legos. Just give them back. It's pretty easy.
>> And name replies with a full 59minute video of the entire encounter which will also be linked in the description along with the full archive. And Kino Quickino replies to this picture of Joshua Johnson's feet in the caption, "What the dogs doing?" And AJ says, "Not stepping on Lego anyway." Economy wrongdoer posts this clip on the reckless spin subreddit with the caption, "Oops, shouldn't have said that." Lieutenant Adamson turns off body cam.
Just going to give him this copy of the warrant how it went. These douchebags probably have property.
>> Oops. Shouldn't have said that.
>> And Ellen Pond replies, "Why give these guys the power to mute?" And Master Roshi says it should be a crime. Mu Ichigo says it should be a felony with 10 years minimum prison because it is obstruction of justice. The point of body cams is for cops to be transparent about what they are doing. If you are muting that, it is a big problem. And Melissa says, "They want to falsely claim Sheldon was destroying evidence when all he did was lock his phone, yet they are turning off their recorder."
And Allay Sauce replies with a quote from the clip in case you couldn't hear it. The cop appears to have said, "Just going to give him this copy of the warrant. Tell him how it went. These douchebags probably have his property.
Oops, shouldn't have said that." And El Ron Paul says, "Who is his? I thought they got the report of stolen Lego from the Airbnb owner." And Elis says, "Well, if the cops are believing everything Josh is telling them, then they believe Ben stole the Legos and not Josh. and that the Legos legally belong to him.
Remember when he got pissed on the phone and said, "You stole the Legos [ __ ] to Ben?" Well, turns out the Airbnb owner is buddies with the cops and probably Josh as well. And Typical Funion replies, "This is insane. Holy, they will regret releasing this footage. Keep it coming. We are just getting started."
And Stadian says, "It had to be on accident." And economy wrongdoer replies, "Yeah, they leaked all of the unredacted documents also with a lot of actual info that should have been redacted on both sides." Thomas Eric also posts on the reckless bin subreddit. I am currently uploading all the unredacted body cam footage to this link on the archive.org. Some videos are already available and this person along with multiple other people posted archives. Now, we skimmed through a lot of them and this one will be in the description, but there's also one that we believe has the most archived in the description. It's bin.com.studio.
So, if you want to check that out, to my knowledge, that is what has the most so far at the time of recording. And also, there's this one clip from the archive that we found that I think is interesting and important to share. This is Joshua Johnson on the phone giving his side of the story to the police officer privately. And here is that clip.
>> So, we owned the Eugene, Oregon store.
Well, I don't know if I want to put that out there, but so in Salem or Kaiser Kaiser, Oregon, there was a lady, her name was Crystal Lock, and she was the franchisee in Sale in Kaiser.
Well, she um abandoned the store. So she had a boyfriend that called corporate up and was like, "Hey, I'm moving to Scotland." So I work at the corporate headquarters as well. So Ammon, the CEO, was like, "Hey, go rescue the Salem store."
And and you can have it for the price of whatever you recover it for. I'm like, "Sweet." So Brandon and I, >> my partner, go down to Salem and we start to try to clean up that store.
that Crystal Law, the ultra owner, um had a we didn't know this, but she had signed a consignment deal with a guy named Brian Mansel like a year and a half, almost two years before we showed up. And her agreement with this Brian Mansel was to sell his Lego and um pay him out if she sold it. Well, she never did that. And it was a whole it was a big long list worth maybe $100,000 and she never paid him for it.
So there was like 10 15 sets that we identified that were Brian's and we told him you can have these sets but we're not responsible for Crystal Law. Well, I don't think he can get a hold of Crystal. I think she moved to Scotland.
So he wants somebody to be responsible and he thinks that should be me and Brandon.
and he told them, "I didn't sign a contract with you and I don't know you from Adam." You know what I mean? Like these sets I identified as yours and he won't pick them up. He won't have anything to do with it. He wants me to pay him out the $100,000.
>> I'm not going to do that.
>> Yeah.
>> So, he's contacted YouTube people.
They've they've destroyed that business.
They sent a lady in there saying, "Hey, I'm going to kill you to the manager.
I'm going to murder you." and Amanda the manager is like, "Well, get killing, you know, and um obviously she didn't kill her, but like they've just done all kinds of crazy stuff." And uh so we we closed the store. We closed the Kaiser store and now we hung a sign on the building saying we sued them and they lost, which isn't true. we just closed because we don't want to fight these people anymore and it's not it's not a profitable business because of all this, right?
>> Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely.
>> So, he's hired he's hired this reckless man, this crazy YouTube guy to come and harass us and he walked into corporate and Ammon the CEO kicked him out and uh he's gone into the stores and now he's showing up at my house. Then we have another clip and what looks like to be a few days later from the same officer if I'm reading that at the top right correctly. The previous date was March 8th and the new date is March 11th, but this is another phone call with what appears to be Joshua Johnson.
>> This is Officer Tonga.
>> What's that?
>> Just calling just trying to get a little bit more information. Um, >> what So did you see Ben?
>> Yes. Yes.
>> Okay. What was he wearing?
Let me see if I got a picture today of him because I was I was trying to call the police, but my phone let me record.
Um, all right. Hold on.
Okay. Is this today?
Let's see.
Um, what? Yeah, he's wearing the same a blue sweater.
>> I'll send you a a video.
>> Okay, awesome. Just texted that same number.
>> Yeah. Yeah. That I've been texting.
>> Yep.
>> Yeah. I got um black pants, blue hoodie.
I got him coming from that lady's house like my neighbor.
>> Gotcha. Yeah. Just go and send me that video and then uh we're working on something right now. um probably resolve the issue. So, we'll maybe he's he's been relentless and I can't imagine what you're going through right now.
>> Yeah, dude. Like my daughter is flipping out. She can't sleep now. Um my wife's pretty mad about that.
>> I'm sorry to hear.
>> She's five. You know what I mean?
>> Yeah.
>> Like a 5-year-old mind, she has nightmares and then now we got [ __ ] knocking on, you know, taking pictures in the windows and all this. It's It's just a lot, you know.
>> Yeah. So, well, >> I'm really sick. I'm not I'm like deathly ill.
>> I'm sorry to hear that, too. That doesn't help.
>> Yeah.
>> So, if I if I have any further questions, I'll give you a call. But if you could just send me that video, that'd be great.
>> Yeah. I'll send you the pictures of the videos I got from today.
>> Okay. Thank you.
>> You're the best. Thank you.
>> Bye.
