When a brass plate is vibrated with a violin bow, sound waves create standing wave patterns that cause sand particles to move and accumulate in the quiet zones, forming geometric patterns called Chladni patterns; the complexity and shape of these patterns depend on where the bow is placed on the plate.

Sound turns sand into perfect patterns 🤯Added:
So, in this experiment, I have here a uh a a plate of brass on which uh I will put some sand.
Of course, people who are cleaning this room are going to hate me, but that's life.
All right. So, I'm putting some sand on that plate of brass.
And uh I I'm sorry already. This might be painful a bit. But, if I take a violin bow here, and I play on the side of this plate with the bow, now this better work.
You'll see that the sand will go and take some form on the plate. I did not place the sand in any peculiar way a priori. I just, you know, put a bit of it anywhere.
And is this what happens if I play in a different place here?
It will try to form different shapes that can be more or less complicated depending on where it is that um on where it is that I I play.
