In criminal cases, individuals involved in the same alleged crime may receive different legal outcomes based on various factors such as age, role in the crime, and cooperation with authorities. The case of Pooh Shiesty's father, who was assigned home incarceration with electronic monitoring while his son and other co-defendants remained in federal custody, illustrates how legal systems can produce varying sentences for participants in the same criminal incident, raising questions about fairness and the criteria used in sentencing decisions.

Pooh Shiesty Daddy At Home After Gucci Mane RobberyAdded:
[music] Yeah, we on Boss Talk TV. Shout out to Ehe, the reason you see Darcy.
It's actually still going on heading into hour four at this point. But we were able to get a bond assigned for Lantrell Williams Senior, the father of Hoo Shisty. The judge ultimately decided she's going to assign him a home incarceration, which she says is the strictest bond she can assign outside of giving him or granting him into federal custody. She said the only time he is allowed to leave his home is to attend his court dates in Dallas, where this case will ultimately be tried. And she said he'll be under electronic monitoring while this all plays out.
Now, today was supposed to be a detention hearing for four of the five defendants who are being held in federal custody in Memphis. They're listed as co-conspirators in an alleged kidnapping and robbery that happened in Dallas back in January. Memphis rapper Pooh Shisty, his dad, and other men are accused of kidnapping and robbing rapper Gucci Mane and others in a recording studio. In court today, federal prosecutors called up an FBI agent who was part of the violent crimes division in Dallas. He walked through the accusations in the indictment and answered questions from defense attorneys. The judge ruled there is enough probable cause to move forward with the case. So at then again at this point it's unclear how late will go into tonight but we do know that Lantrell Williams senior father of Kushi has been assigned home incarceration and cannot leave his home unless he's attending a court hearing in Dallas. We also know that fifth man, Cordday Johnson, his detention hearing will be held next week on Tuesday. He was just assigned a public defender today. Darcy, >> wow, guys. Uh, pushy dad not only getting out, but they're they're making new moves, man. They're they're trying to take all these folks back before these hearings. And I had to get OG on here to see if some paperwork or something floating around. Why is everybody moving, but Pooh Shist's date is still set uh uh and to go to trial?
Uh, or they kind of make him a kingpin OG. What's going on?
>> Oh, man. Hey, you got you got a a young a young slug situation going on.
Everybody killing on everybody.
>> So, you think you think it's some you think it's some stuff going on that people are talking, people are telling, people are saying what they need to say to get freed up. Big the dad comes out first. What what when you see the father is released first and his hearing when and then now they say he can go come to Dallas but other than that he got to be at the house and and how strict is this rule? Is this rule as strict as they say or is this just fluff because they got to make it look good.
>> Hey, he on that ankle monitor. He do one violation his ass back in the penitentiary. That's for sure.
Do you think this man will honestly sign paperwork on his son?
>> Hell, I would.
>> Oh, gee, that that that don't make no sense because at the end of the day, if they did it together, he went HE WENT AND GOT THE PAPERWORK RAN OFF to get the contract done. You forgot about that.
You forgot about the fact that he drove THE CAR. YOU FORGOT ABOUT THE FACT THAT HE GAVE Gucci Man the call when he called Gucci Man over there. Did you forget about all this stuff you trying to I'm going all the way in this morning. I ain't got time to mess around with you today.
>> Did you forget about that?
>> Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Uh uh [laughter] investigator, when did you get all this information and he got he got he got He was just going look.
>> No, he went and got the contract printed out and brought it back. Hand it to him.
>> No, he didn't. No, he didn't.
>> That's what they saying. That's what early reports said.
>> THAT'S WHAT THE EARLY REPORTS SAID. THEY SAY YOU AIN'T GOT THE PAPERWORK. HAND THE PAPERWORK BACK. And and this is what I'm telling you. Don't get out here to the end and start getting sensitive about because that's his dad and he older. No. If they done it together, they need to go to jail together. If they didn't do it together, then basically he need to be released. But if he's guilty and he was in there, he the one drove off with EVERYBODY IN THE CAR with them choppers.
No, I don't know that for sure.
>> How you feel about that?
>> I don't know. But they got a video, man.
And this got 94 94 gigabytes information. ain't going to tell who drove off with what.
>> Went down there with his [laughter] son and order about a contract. He didn't have nothing about no robbery or are doing great bodily harm cuz he was a a a federal informant and he [clears throat] knew he couldn't get no trouble.
>> Man, listen, man. He went down there, he drove away with them in a car. They knew what they had done. They put the jury online and now all of a sudden he didn't do nothing. OG, I don't buy that.
>> Okay. Well, you ain't you ain't got to buy it. It was sold to the feds and he going home, right? [laughter] >> He going to the house.
>> He at the house with an angle.
>> Don't you think now? Now, don't you think now? Now, just just think about what you're saying. He get to go home.
Everybody else locked up. What make him so special?
>> He old man.
>> So that you think because y'all old you get a pass? It don't work like that.
>> It don't work. It It I got on first. OG, I'm telling you right now, if you really think like this, and I don't think you do. I think you're just talking because there's no way in hell you don't know that all those guys were interlink together, uh, people going to the cars getting guns that they knew was in there allegedly. All this stuff is alleged, but from what we see on the video or from the pictures that they clipped off that damn video, a lot of people are moving around with a lot of heavy artillery is all I can tell you.
>> Okay? and and and and people are forcing people hand to make them sign paperwork.
People are putting pis pulling pistols out of bags. Choppers.
>> Whack whack whack whack whack. Let me tell you something. When old wives kill.
>> Go ahead.
>> I don't know if a wives said it.
>> All right, let's see.
>> Just because you own the ship, are you going to stay on a sinking ship?
>> Oh, I I don't think you stay on a sinking ship. Uh, as soon as you find the ship is sinking, don't you think you ought to get off?
>> Yeah, I agree with y'all to get off, OG, but I'm just telling you.
>> My point is this.
>> What's your point? Make your point.
>> My point is, why would I stay around with all of these dummies and I know I can do something better?
>> Wow. Wow. That's what you calling them, dummies?
Uh you can look at his first incarceration that uh he's not a good criminal. He he's a better rapper than he is a criminal.
>> OG when they went in that studio and they robbed this man. Um when they so-called made him sign this paper say trial date was set for Pushist and Big 30 and the codefendants in alleging Gucci man kidnapping and robbery case.
Now this was way back on May on the 20th. They say it is a date has been set for Pushis big 37 confident uh co code co-defendants I'm sorry to stand trial for the alleged Gucci man kidnapping and robbery on Tuesday May 19th senior United States District Judge David Cby goodby signed off on a pre-trial order that scheduled the trial for July the 6.
Now, you just find out that David C.
Good Bay, he the one signed the paperwork. He's sick of it. He's not going to put up with it. And it says a final pre-trial uh conference will take place on July the 1st. The prosecution has until June the 1st, which is tomorrow, which is two days from now, Monday, to provide the defendant with all the evidence in the case. See, this whole case feels the bus wide open.
Man, let me tell you this, bro. Let me just uh one of you all say, "Can I be honest with you?"
>> Yes, please.
>> This man, he really, you know, it's it's a a thing called the minute compassion that I wasn't thinking, well, I or I'm having some psychological difficulties. Right.
>> Yeah. So, you just described his crime and a robbery. Now, let's reflect.
>> You're the same man. You're the same exact man that went allegedly to Florida to buy some sneakers and end up taking two lbs of weed and the sneakers and leaving $40,000.
So, don't that kind of make and Well, not not just the $40,000, a Gucci bag with your ID in it.
>> Wow. Yeah. Yeah, he did do that.
>> Wouldn't that assess the people that you dealing with that your plan's not a good plan?
