[00:00:01]Depends on what you're asking about. Is it for appreciation for crypto as a whole or the adoption of multiple networks in multiple capacities, a tokenized economy? If we want a real tokenized economy and a large amount of tokenization, again, my estimate is that 80% of the global economy will be tokenized by the end of 2030. It's only 4 years away. It's not that far. And so, understanding that, we really do need clarity pretty soon here in 2026 for that to become if I'm accurate on that, which I would like to be. So, for that piece, yes, we need clarity around all these different networks cuz there's different networks have different benefits and different applications.

[00:00:40]There is not going to be a an end-all-be-all solution for everything running through just one network.

[00:00:45]They'll be interoperability between chains. I do think everything will settle back to the XRPL at the end of the day and through XRP, but if you're asking specifically about the price appreciation for XRP and the use of that token, no, I do not believe we need the Clarity Act in place. I do think that it would be followed up very shortly after with regulation, but for the price appreciation, again, and the back-end settlement of the stock market, I think we're good to go with how things sit now.
