The revocation of election, the true secret of the revocation of election is doing the revocation properly with your employer, changing your standing, changing your entity's status, getting your paperwork done right there is the most important thing. That is the revocation of election.

[00:09:03]Now, the real revocation of election is with your employer.

[00:09:08]What is contained in the files that I have are the IRS forms and or federal and supreme court cases where people won their cases against the IRS. Now, I've been showing you guys how to deal with the IRS. And though I'm not a guru, if you do have IRS certain problems, certain leans and levies or whatever else, we can take a look at it. We've been probably 92% successful across the board with that. Whether it's you owe money, we first have to identify is it legit money that you owe or should they not be coming after you? And if it's legit money, we help you to deal with that educationally speaking. If they should not, then we help you to uh file the right form so that you don't have to deal with that anymore.

But the revocation has other form has other information on court cases and things you can use to help fight them. So when I say you should still go out and get a revocation of election, even mine, yeah, you should. But here's the thing, that revocation of election should not be arbitrarily just sent in. Why?

[00:10:22]Because when you send it in, you're putting your name. They watch my videos just like you guys do, too. So does Cornell Law edu. their writers and the Department of State and lawyers and attorneys and judges and cabal and elite and Illuminati and Masons and all of the Templars and and uh mafia and some mafia that I know and I'm I'm friends with and some other whatevers and some gang that they all watch it because I know what I'm doing.

[00:10:55]When the system like Cornell Law or the Department of State or judges bow, not bow, but back down. Wish they'd bow to me.

[00:11:04]Uh, it means you're doing something right. You know what you're doing. I've been doing this for 40 years. I've been doing this longer than most judges have been judges and definitely way longer than most magistrates. But that doesn't mean I know the entire system inside and out. Nobody does.

[00:11:18]I know the stuff I'm talking about. And when it happens to be the same thing that they're dealing with or coming after you or me with, then I'm gonna get that ass cuz they're naughty and they need spanking.

[00:11:46]All right. So when you send in your revocation of election, you're putting them on notice from your perspective.

[00:11:52]And that's good, but it's also bad because now you're triggering compliance and especially now that they have an AI system running. What do you think they spent all those millions of dollars for?

[00:12:04]The system then looks at and say, "Oh, well, this isn't concerns to your account, so I'm going to I don't see a return in here.

[00:12:15]So, this is frivolous.

[00:12:19]And guess what? They're now doing.

[00:12:23]They're sending certain people a letter that says, "We find your return to be frivolous cuz they're claiming your revocation of election to be a return response."

[00:12:39]And then they're charging $5,000 fine out of the gate and they won't even talk to you until you pay that fine first and then they'll discuss some things.

[00:12:59]Now, we are working on methods to deal with that right now over at Bad Wolf Unincorporated, but understand that's a pretty stiff blow. And out of the gate, that seems fudged up because that wasn't a return. And you have the right with any entity that's considered to be a municipality, agency, or government of the government, if they're getting any of our money in any kind of way, shape, or form or fashion, then we as we the people have a right to send them as many letters as we want as long as we're not doing it in any harmful way in in any form of a paper type attack or terrorism.

[00:13:51]which we are not, but they can conrue it to be that way.

[00:13:56]What are the IRS really saying to you about your reation election? They don't want them. But Wolf, you just said we should have them. Yes, because if they then attack you, you use it.

[00:14:12]That is the part two of the revocation of election. The first part of the revocation of election should be that you are doing the correct steps with your employer.

[00:14:23]Now, in the old days, they didn't really care and we had we didn't know the forms. We didn't know about the 678 or the uh the 15103 or the whatever else. We didn't know how to fill those out. We didn't know what they were. may not have even even been created in those days.

[00:14:45]So don't let them take advantage of you.

[00:19:00]So, stop sending your revocations of election. All you're doing is you're triggering compliance. Either some person or the AI is getting it. They're calling it then a uh uh a tax return or tax return related uh correspondence.

[00:19:18]They're taking it as that and then they're sending you a letter that they have fined you and you must now pay before they'll even listen to you.

[00:19:28]So stop sending in the revocation of election. I'm just explaining to you how it works, what you need to do, how to move.

Um, so the revocation of election, they have turned now into a trap and they they consider it to be a type of domestic terrorism, but it's not. It's individuals stating their political allegiance, their rights, but they look at as, well, it takes time away. Yeah. So what?

[00:24:01]Are you getting paid directly from we the people?

[00:24:05]Then you're on our payroll.

[00:24:09]But remember, they're really addressing US citizens and all persons who communicate with them to from their perspective are considered and called taxpayers.

[00:24:21]So with that being said, guys, stop sending your revocations of election in.

[00:24:26]Use them if you are a nonresident, no obligation to pay or taxexempt entity if and when they attack you. That is it.

[00:24:37]All they want you to do is know how to move. and it is done through your employer. If you're a US citizen, just pay your taxes if that's how you're operating, such as a police officer. But let's say that you're like, well, I want to try to I want that benefit, too. Per the IRS, uh, code 25.1.1.3.3 under tax avoidance versus tax evasion.

[00:24:59]You must pre-plan. So, we have helped numerous now police officers, some of which who probably didn't believe that what I know is what I know and that we're winning in courts. And this is even you guys can do it too. If you do it properly, you can practice tax avoidance even as a US citizen.

[00:25:17]You have the right if you pre-plan and know what you're doing.

[00:25:22]And don't worry officers who you know the good ones out there watch my stuff.

[00:25:27]Uh I don't share your names. I don't keep a database or anything like that.

[00:25:31]So I'm not going to and as I've told the last guy, hey, if you have any of their cops friends, send them my ways. Let me know who you are so I know what I'm working with. Other than that, in general, keep doing what you're doing.

[00:25:43]But understand this, officers, law enforcement of all the types who watch my videos, you're being played, too. You don't know the game. And trust me, I was going to become one of you guys.

[00:25:59]And then I started learning all this and the government stuff and the constitution, whatever else, and seeing the whole story. not the whole story.

[00:26:08]There are some layers above my pay grade. Um, but understand that they're playing you guys, too. And they're playing you against your fellow man and the Constitution because you guys don't know about being private and you don't know about the Constitution. It is the superior law in the United States of America. And the US corporation in which you guys work for is a subsidiary. And the only people that you can administer your jurisdiction and rules, your policy, policy enforcers are 14th amendment US citizens or or a private person who has committed a crime.

[00:26:52]Now, let's take a quick look at it and then we'll be done with this video.

[00:27:04]What should I use? Should I go to I'm trying to think if I should do this on chat or just pull it up on the internet and let's go to Google, I guess. Go to the devil's front step.

[00:28:03]So, it says, "Yes, the IRS charged a $5,000 civil penalty for filing a frivolous tax return or making other specified frivolous submissions.

[00:28:17]This penalty is authorized under IRC 6702 applies if the submission is based on a position identified as frivolous. Now this is not a law.

[00:28:30]They did this is not a law. They did not make a law.

[00:28:34]This is an internal policy.

[00:28:37]This was never approved by Congress.

[00:28:44]So, this is a violation of your right or if it reflects a desire to delay or impede the tax administration.

[00:28:59]It's almost like they don't want you to send in your revocation of election.

[00:29:03]It's almost like they don't want you to do anything other than to pay taxes. So, they're expecting you to get it right.

[00:29:16]A frivolous return is one that lacks necessary information to judge its correctness.

[00:29:24]Contains clearly incorrect information or relies on legally baseless arguments.

[00:29:30]So that's what they're saying. But see, here's the problem. If you're doing a normal actual revocation of election, it does have legal basis.

[00:29:40]But they're saying actually, well, it does have legal base and it has lawful base, but they don't want to hear your arguments. They want it on paper. But see, this doesn't supersede the our our ability to communicate with these governmental type entities unless they in fact are not a governmental entity. And we know that they're not directly a government bureau.

[00:30:07]They're an agency of the Treasury.

[00:30:14]So, they are legal. They don't operate lawfully.

[00:30:19]That's why they're able to do what they're doing. But that doesn't mean that it's their way and that's just the end of the day. But if you don't get it right, then they're going to drag you through the mud.

[00:30:31]Included submissions beyond the tax return itself. So, they're telling you, they're saying this revocation of election. They're telling you without telling you.

[00:30:39]They only want your documents. And because they consider you a taxpayer, because that's all that they talk to, that's their internal thing. Anybody we talk to is a taxpayer.

[00:30:51]They don't want anything from pseudo members of theirs, okay?

[00:31:00]Stating that they're not one of theirs.

[00:31:03]Put it in the paperwork. Do it correctly. do it at the right points.

[00:31:07]The $5,000 fee applies to frivolous requests for hearings.

[00:31:13]Now, they can't do this. You have an absolute right to regard to ask for a hearing installment agreements. Once again, they can't do that because an OIC uh an offer in in um what is it? Well, no. I see. You can ask to do installments. So, they can't say that either. This is another violation offers and compromise.

[00:31:43]They have this form.

[00:31:45]But what they're really saying here is they don't want submissions from you on regular paper requesting these things. They want you to use their forms, which even in the court, you know why this is wrong?

[00:31:59]because the law provides that uh substance overstands the form. Meaning if what you're sending in for you has all the necessary things for them to understand what you're doing, you don't have to use their form.

[00:32:15]You're not out of form for using your own paperwork and not their form. And if you don't conform to their form, it's still okay.

[00:32:25]They cannot tell you that you cannot to the best of your knowledge and intellect level communicate with them through such. They can say it, but it's a this is this is a lawsuit.

[00:32:42]They have to be real careful in this.

[00:32:47]But right now, most people don't know how to fight this. So they just keep beating you guys over the head like baby seals in a barrel.

[00:32:56]Penalty basis. The IRS holds and published a list of frivolous positions.

[00:33:02]Common examples arguments that taxpayers can refuse to pay taxes for religious or moral reasons. You can't just argue this. You have to be this. You have to be then and don't say a non- taxpayer.

[00:33:18]They can only talk about taxpayers and entities.

[00:33:22]If you have no obligation to pay, then you're not subject to it. So, either you're a taxpayer or you're an entity.

[00:33:27]If you're an entity, then you must be religious and something that they recognize.

[00:33:33]Either you're in their system as a taxpayer or entity or you're outside.

[00:33:37]You have no obligation to pay. That's it. They don't care about your moral reasons or oral arguments or that only federal employees are subject to income tax. is also not true because you can do a federal tax event.

[00:33:52]See, their AI speaks very laserike. Mine does it too, even with my programming, especially when it comes to this. So, you know, they did a really good job to program these things. Matter of fact, I asked my AI if it's biased and it said yes.

[00:34:09]So, stop believing that your AI, even with my programming, is going to be completely on your side. They're not.

[00:34:18]There are companies who are working on creating private AIS for this information. I know.

[00:34:26]One or two have contacted me.

[00:34:30]But don't trust every file that the AI makes. This is why we still make our own.

[00:34:39]I mean, we use it a little bit, but I know where where to push and what's right and what's wrong. Action required.

[00:34:44]If you receive understanding your letter 3 3176 C, you must correct it within 30 days to avoid a penalty.

[00:35:09]You must ensure that they know you're not a tax protester. They don't want your information.

[00:35:16]They're not taking the re the revocation of election, going into their computer, and then going, "Oh, okay. Well, I'm going to just put it down that Bob uh Trilliger here is exempt. They're not doing that.

[00:35:36]So, stop sending them in now, immediately.

[00:35:53]it says here frivolous tax submissions any person okay keyword here is person who submits a specified frivolous submission so it's not just so it it has to fit something it has to fit these requirements of being a specified frivolous submission, which is probably what they consider. So though this is in the tax um code, it's not a law and there's nobody there. there. We know that we have the right to be tax uh or have to to operate privately as private citizens and nationals with no tax obligation.

[00:36:51]From their perspective, they don't want to talk about it. either you be about it or you're outside the system or you're in the system and you've done things right to utilize the benefit of being exempt for tax purposes.

[00:37:07]We've already done this. I've done hundreds if not thousands of these already at this point in time.

[00:37:19]Now, they're trying to make money on that. But see, if you were to take this to court, a $500 or $5,000 penalty when the company, the IRS itself to not show any harm, and the harm, if any, would not equivocate to this level of fine.

[00:37:44]They're also not giving you a remedy before finding you, which is against your rights.

[00:37:56]says here if you get if the action that is required so let's see uh 617 3176 C if you think you took part in a questionable tax scheme with a tax promoter or preparer report this to us okay this is why everything we do here is education and entertainment We're not giving you tax advice now to fight this. Here's what you do.

[00:38:37]You submit a 1040X to correct that year or you sign a request to withdraw your frivolous position. So, if you've already sent in your revocation of election or they send you a letter, you must sign something to request your frivolous position.

That one looks interesting. gift, fake gift cards, fake IRS online account help, seniors, social media, tax credits, tax debt or offers and compromise, tax professionals, unclaimed refunds. That's why we don't touch any of these things.

[00:41:21]Well, let me think. Um, uh, technically this is right and this is wrong. It should be the W8 and then it's BEN for the B beneficiary, beneficial holder.

[00:41:38]And to the withholding agent, this is your job.

[00:41:44]Scammers use fraudulent forms WABN to get profession personal information such as your mother's maiden name, passport number, whatever else. So be careful of anybody requesting a W8BN from you to get this information. The WABN itself is not fake.

[00:42:02]It just must be used by the right individuals. Like a police officer could not use a WABN at at work because he is a US citizen. 14th amendment all day.

[00:42:16]And you who who are a national and a US citizen can be either or, but only the you uh the national part of you can use a WABN. So you must update your withholding agent with all of your stuff to use your private side correctly.

[00:42:37]But that doesn't mean that every job is going to accept it depending on who you are and what you're doing. Most normal jobs people work. You can operate in your state citizen national mode.

[00:42:50]Update your employer with your correct forms and your WABN.

[00:42:56]Your company that is the withholding agent has to accept it. If they do not, you can give them the ability to correct and cure that to contact the IRS.

[00:43:07]go through their manuals and if they cannot find a criminal reason, you can sue them.

[00:43:16]But a police officer in his capacity as an officer cannot do this. He cannot claim to be the beneficial uh holder while he's in an office working as a cop. Nor can a judge or postal work or any of that. You have to do you have to uh operate differently. There are other mechanisms out there you can use to save your taxes from your check. Yes, you can do it legitimately. We've done it.

[00:43:45]Probably done it for less than 10 officers at this point. But we've done it and not one of them over the last probably five, seven, eight years has had any problems cuz I would have heard about it by now because they'd have been like, "Sir, your [ __ ] is [ __ ] You got me in trouble. You cost me your my job." and that ain't happened.

[00:44:07]But if their employer operated a certain way, then I we're then we're going to sue them. If you don't have a job anyway, then we're just going to sue them. We'll file a lawsuit because I know what I'm talking about.
