Instead of respecting the law, an officer decides to approach him, making up fake rules about what can and cannot be filmed from a public space. Things get heated very fast when the officer refuses to give his name, tells the citizen to shut up, and tries to use his badge to bully him into submission. Let's roll the tape and watch this unfold.

It does not matter if it is a police car, a business, or an officer on duty. The cop knew he couldn't make a lawful arrest, which is why he used childish tactics like blocking the camera, and throwing insults.
