In professional basketball, managing star players like Caitlin Clark requires coaches to adapt their systems around the player's unique skills rather than forcing the player to conform to a predetermined system, as demonstrated by the Indiana Fever's strategic approach to utilizing Clark's offensive abilities while maintaining team rhythm.

Caitlin Clark Is Back | BACK 2 MVP CC Form! | Adrienne Ross Says What? #caitlinclark #indianafeverAdded:
Welcome to the Bounce Media Network.
It's your host, the one and only MC, Mr. J. Ski, coming to you live and direct from the dark side. That's right. The Bounce Media Network has decided to join Caitlyn Clark. Caitlyn Clark Vader on her villain arc to the dark side of the force. All right. I rewatch the Golden State Valkyries game versus the Indiana Fever uh live at Gamebridge and I pretty much come to the con conclusion that Caitlyn Clark is on her villain arc to becoming the Sith Lord that she needs to be in order to survive this WNBA season.
All right, let's take a look at some of these plays from the game. I mean, we're starting off in the first quarter.
Caitlyn Clark, she goes on a drive. Easy layup, easy bucket. Nobody can stop her.
All right. I love it when she takes it straight to the hole. Okay. Now, in transition, she's the best transition player there is. Look at that pull up deep three at the top of the key. All right. There's no stopping that. She's getting the crowd hype. She's very animated. Just look at that range. Look at that shot. It's beautiful. All right.
As Fly Hippie would say, beautiful work, right? Okay. So, she's dishing dimes.
Now, Mahisha and Allen did very good in this game. Mollan's not so much, but we'll get into that later. All right.
So, Caitlyn Clark is still doing Caitlyn Clark things. There's a lot of ball movement. There's a lot of in and out, in and out, but that's okay because we're going to pull up again. Pull up from deep, drive to the basket, everything that you need to see in order for Spicy Caitlyn to do what she needs to do in order to get the action. amped and ramped up on the floor. Okay, so everybody's getting involved. The starters are back in the game after Stephanie White subbed them out. You got the ball movement, the uh read and react offense. Everybody is basically everything's firing on all cylinders.
All right, it doesn't get better than this. The first half of the game was pretty bad. Bad basketball. All right, the rotations were sloppy. Everything was kind of off. But in the second half, all the starters are back in. Caitlyn Clark is still doing Caitlyn Clark things. All right. CC from CC22. CC from deep is jawing with Tiffany Hayes getting all up in her face and they're basically going at each other. And then they start kind of doing competitive things. They're going at each other. Oh, you you think you're better than me?
Watch this bucket. Watch this pull.
Watch this deep three. All right. So, Tiffany Hayes, no disrespect to her, Tiffany Hayes is actually she's a pretty solid player. All right, she's a veteran. She's good. Her handles is good. She actually took uh Clark off the dribble a couple times, but then things got a little nasty, a little spicy uh under the rim. I forget the center's name, but when Caitlyn Clark did that logo three, that logo bomb in Tiffany Haye's face, she wasn't having it. She was not having it. She wasn't happy with that. Caitlyn Clark's like, "Whatever, you and me. Let's go. Okay. But then something's going on with Janu Janelle Salon and Caitlyn Clark on the other end of the court and it's getting pretty choppy out there. All right. So, yeah.
Like I said, I'm here for it. This is how Caitlyn Clark is going to have to behave in order to survive in this season. Okay. All right. So, the game, it wasn't a spectacular game.
Like I said, the first half was pretty bad. It was uh it was almost unwatchable. I don't know why uh Stephanie White took everybody out in the first quarter. Okay. When we were up uh we were it was zero to seven. Okay.
And then she puts him back in and now we have to basically fight to get the lead back. Maybe she's trying to keep things interesting. Maybe she just doesn't know what the hell she's doing. I don't know.
You decide. You tell me. All right. So, the game we ended up winning the game.
Okay. We won the game 82 to 90. eight point um eight-point lead. Golden State, it was our first time beating them. I'm happy with that. It was very good. Okay, it was good to beat Golden State at home. Now, we do play Golden State uh again. Our next game is against them in, you know, California in a just a few days. So, I'm pretty sure they're going to be prepared. Caitlyn Chin, the other Caitlyn. All right. Uh they're calling Caitlyn Clark the demon Caitlyn. Caitlyn Chin. That's the demon Caitlyn. All right. She was all over Caitlyn Clark.
She was all over CC. Uh basically Natalie Natal Natalie Akass. Their game plan was to uh show a lot of physicality to Caitlyn Clark and kind of throw her off her mark, throw her off her game, and they thought that's what the game plan was. Well, news to you, that was actually last year. Caitlyn Clark was injured last year, so absorbing that physicality was very hard. She wasn't able to do that. obviously with all the growing problems and things like that.
But in this game, all right, this is the first game that back the rematch from last season from 2025. We get the dub.
Okay, we get the dub. The physicality doesn't work. It doesn't throw her off.
She's basically taking people off the dribble dribble. All right. And she's she's posting up. She's I love it when Caitlyn Clark drives to the basket. All right. Now, the uh the deep threes, the logo threes, and the passing um the eagle eye vision and all that, that's great. But I actually like when Caitlyn Clark takes it to the hole and drives like a, you know, like a guard. Okay, if you can do it, if you can make the layup, and obviously she can make more layups than pretty much 70 80 85% of the league, which is pretty sad to say. All right, Caitlyn Clark is very efficient around the rim. All right, so that's pretty much it from all the game highlights. Like I said, the game was kind of in and out, in and out, and then the second half of the game, it became interesting. The crowd got into it.
Caitlyn Clark got into it. You can tell that she was actually evolving and her eyes turned red and she basically tapped into the dark side in order to, you know, wield the force and and get the Indiana fever to this win, to this dub.
All right. Now, in this next this uh next segment of this game of the um sorry, hold on a second.
Okay, that's much better. In this next segment of the show, I want to introduce a new segment that I uh recently uh coined what did she just say? All right.
What did she just say? Featuring Adrien Ross. All right. Talked about this before. This is part two of that.
>> Sounds really good. Robin points out if you've got a criticism, give a criticism.
That's fair. If you have a problem with coach Stephanie White, that's fair. If you have a problem with the way Stephanie White is doing rotations, that's fair. But he pointed out she is not sabotaging Caitlyn Clark. He pointed out you can't have a player playing a whole game. That just doesn't happen. He pointed out how the way the rotations have gone with her. For example, the game he was talking about having Caitlyn on the floor, having Kelsey on the floor, staggering that she can't be playing the whole game. Maybe you think she should have come back in soon, etc. But what you saw there, he's saying is typical with star players when they come out, when they come back in, etc. So, >> all right. So, real quick, basically what she is, uh, she's actually responding to a video from Robin Lumbberg, which I've also responded to.
Uh, so now this is me responding to her responding to Robin Lumbberg. Okay. uh podcasters, content creators, fans, people that have a um a disagreement with how uh Stephanie White, coach Stephanie White is running the offense and enacting the rotations, uh if we don't agree with it, who are you to say that we shouldn't be disgruntled by the the rotations that she's actually, you know, putting in place for the for the fever in the game. Okay. Now, if you play basketball, all right, or even if you've watched basketball all your life without even playing, okay, you know how regular rotations go. All right. And using this copout as far as like, oh, your star player has to get you can't play a full game. Nobody plays a full game. Okay?
It's very rare for someone to play a full game, especially if everybody is there. Okay? All right. I know you'll have some games if like in playoff games you may have some players playing, you know, uh two minutes shy of a full game or something like that because the game is on the line and they're tapping into, you know, god mode, trying to will themselves to a win for that game. Okay, now this is not a playoff game. It's it's a regular game, but every team that plays the Indiana Fever treats it like it's a playoff game. Okay. They treats it like it's the they they treat playing against the fever like it's the World Cup. Okay. So, when Stephanie White pulls the offense, pulls the starters, especially Caitlyn Clark, out of the out of the actual rotation too soon, inappropriately, it throws the rhythm of the entire game off. And when we were, say if we were up prior to her making a switch, you know, as as my guy Ben Daniel says, in in in out, out out. When you do that, you throw off the rhythm of the game, you throw off the offense, and now everybody has to get, oh, you pull three players at one time. Okay? Now, these three players aren't used to playing with these other two players, and it it just throws everything off.
Okay? So, when you have one person on the floor that's running the exact thing. Now, if you want to alternate Caitlyn and Kelsey, that's going to be kind of difficult because Caitlyn and Kelsey typically play together. So, if you rotate one out, then you need to be rotating one in that is used to playing with those two people. Let's say a Raven Johnson. Raven Johnson has to get used to playing with Caitlyn and she has to get used to playing with Kelsey. And she also has to do that by actually keeping the system intact. Okay. But when you don't have a system, that's that's what throws everything off. Okay. When the team doesn't have an actual offensive identity, that's what throws the uh everything off. Okay. So, whatever Caitlyn is doing, Raven should be doing.
All right. As far as the system goes, obviously Raven isn't going to be shooting logo bombs and, you know, dropping dimes like Caitlyn Clark, but they should still be running the same offense.
That's where the problem is. So, when we're talking about Stephanie White's rotations, that's what we're talking about.
>> Adrian, you just basically said everything he said made sense. So, what was your little disagreement with him you had? Well, again, I had reached out to him and I said, "Hey, I want to use a little bit of your content and I want to make sure you know I'm not like dragging you like it's not some big public let me put Robin Lmberg Lberg in his place."
And and he understood that.
My issue with what he said is not that it's not accurate under normal circumstances.
Under normal circumstances, yes, you say, "Hey, if you have a criticism for the coach, then that's part for the course. Go for it." We're not in normal circumstances.
This is the problem. We have reached a point where the criticism is off often out there somewhere. It's not even reasonable criticism. You notice he used the word deranged. He's like, "She's not sabotaging Caitlyn Clark." That is deranged. And this is what I mean when I say there is a Stephanie White derangement syndrome. And he used that word. So here was my point. You cannot tell people who are determined to engage in derangement to offer fair criticism because those two things don't.
>> Okay. So, Stephanie White derangement s uh syndrome. Okay. Ever heard of Caitlyn Clark derangement syndrome? Because that was a thing before what what you know whatever it is that you just said. Okay.
Now, I know you're responding to Robin, but these are you're also putting out your views as well. So, I'm basically simultaneously responding to both of you. Okay. All right. So, first thing, Stephanie White derangement syndrome.
We're we're critiquing Stephanie White as basketball fans, sports fans. Okay.
Now, I know many people that just tuned in to the WNBA, many people that just tuned in to watching Caitlyn Clark, they're not typical sports people.
They're just, I don't know, cream puff Caitlyn Clark fans that don't know anything about basketball.
or sports fandom prior to Caitlyn Clark.
Okay? And those are the people primarily that gravitate towards you. And that's fine. That's not a problem. All right?
To each his own. As long as you stay over there, we stay over here. And everybody is, you know, is fine.
Nobody's trying to hold hands and sing Kumbaya together. You know, in the end, we probably should because we're all here for Caitlyn Clark. Okay. But I can speak for traditional sports fans. All right. Now, if across the country, especially in this country, I don't know if you go to a Chicago Bears game and talk to some Chicago's Bears fans when they're not happy with the Chicago Bears players, the Chicago Bears coach. Yeah.
It it sounds like this. Okay. If you go to Pittsburgh, all right, and you interact with Pittsburgh Steelers fans, yeah, it sounds like this. Go to Philadelphia, interact with the Philadelphia Eagles fans, all right, or the Philadelphia 76ers fans. It sounds like this. It's just the WNBA are not used to regular fans coming into their ecosystem.
All right? And now that ecosystem has basically exploded.
But the 20% of the traditional WNBA fans have basically been overtaken by the 80% of the sports fans and Caitlyn Clark fans.
All right, that's where the derangement comes in at. So, with Kate, with uh Stephanie White, going back to create uh critiquing her and the Stephanie White derangement syndrome, when people are talking about Stephanie White, they're talking about her pretty much her incompetence.
All right, she's supposed to be better and upgrade than Christie size. Okay, we were at an uproar with Christy size because she didn't know when to call a proper time out. She was getting out coached by Stephanie White in the 2024 uh uh first round playoff series. Okay.
She was getting out coached in the regular season by some of the other coaches that are much better on different levels than her. Okay. The Cheryl Reeves, the Becky Hammond, Nate Tibbitz, and now Carl Seesco. Those are better coaches.
We were able to win against uh Noel Quinn and uh T uh Terresa Witherspoon and and uh all these other Rinky Dink coaches that you know are pretty much they're rotating them out of the league.
This is why I released my video, my previous video about the five coaches that are best suited for Caitlyn Clark because Stephanie White is not she's not suited for Caitlyn Clark and regular traditional sports fans aren't going to settle and just be happy with what we have because we're winning some games. All right, we want to do more than just win some games. We want to actually compete and be a force to be reckoned with because we have the best player in the league.
That's why people are disgruntled.
That's why people are deranged or whatever it is you want to call it.
So, you really need to tread lightly when you when you say these things because it's not you're not holier than thou, okay? in your beliefs because your beliefs are your beliefs. My beliefs are my beliefs. The other content creators are their beliefs are their beliefs.
Just like we can't say we're right, you can't say you're right. Just like you can't say we're wrong and I can't say you're wrong, but I can only critique you based on what you're saying about other people.
You can't tell fans how to be fans.
If they don't like Stephanie White, more power to them. They don't like Stephanie White. I don't like Stephanie White. I think Stephanie White is a subpar coach and she lucked into this job just like the Indiana Fever lucked into the first round draft pick and acquired, you know, the rights of Caitlyn Clark until next season.
don't mesh. You are not going to offer fair criticism when you're not thinking fairly. You can't hate everything about Stephanie White and then give fair criticism. It's not possible. And that's what I mean when I say this stuff that we see on social media is off the charts. because you can see on social media the derangement. That's what he's referring to. He's seen it on social media. And so I'm I'm just not sure in a a world that's NOT PERFECT, I GUESS. IN A PERFECT WORLD, you wouldn't even have the derangement. But in a in a in a in a reasonable situation, you can say, "Hey, we can, you know, what do you see here?"
And someone might say, "You know what? I think in this situation, Stephanie White should have brought Caitlyn Clark a little bit sooner or in this situation, I think she needed that screen or she need she needed the ball in her hand.
That's that's when you're dealing with reasonable people and knowledgeable people because then there's that other piece like some people don't really understand what they're >> all right. So knowledgeable people again, you think you know everything and I'm sorry ma'am, you don't know everything.
Okay, Caitlyn Clark being the star that she is, if she chooses, you basically don't pull Caitlyn Clark out of the game. All right, Caitlyn Clark is on on has uh basically she's on the level whereas she p she tells you when to pull her out of the game and she tells you when to put her back in the game. All right. Now, you're getting all in your head thinking that, well, she's the head coach. That means she's in charge and she's doing whatever. Yeah, that works for regular players. That doesn't work with your superstar.
When everybody in the building is there for one per uh for for one player, you can't put them in you can't put them in timeout.
Now, if you're smart, you're going to work with your star. You're going to work with her, him, whatever NBA, WNBA, you're going to work with that person in order to have a great partnership, but at the end of the day, you're going to yield to the star, especially when the star knows more than you do. Your problem is, Stephanie White, that is her problem is she thinks she knows more than Caitlyn Clark.
And I don't believe it. I don't believe she does.
But you and Robin Lumbberg, you guys think that Stephanie White is the end all the beall and Caitlyn Clark should just listen to Stephanie White. That's not always the case. You can't treat Caitlyn Clark like she's just another player, just like you can't uh treat a generational player and just plug them into a system and expect for the system to work.
When you receive somebody that's a generational player, a star like Caitlyn Clark, that system needs to be thrown out the window and you need to create a new system around that player.
All right, so that's it. I'mma close that segment of what did she just say and end it with that. Um, I would like to say uh touch on one thing. There is there's a um there's a way of thinking out there that all like black women don't like Caitlyn Clark. Okay. I never bought into it because I've been to the games. I'm not just somebody on internet on the internet just talking about something and watching something on TV. Uh I'm actually at the games. Um haven't been to a game this season yet, but I mean we're only in game five. All right. I went to three games last season. So, I want to preface that with there are many black women of many ages, you know, from youth to elderly that adore Caitlyn Clark as far as her game is uh concerned. All right. when I I haven't been to any road games, but for all of the WNBA games that I've been to at Gamebridge, I see a slew a uh an ocean of black people. All right? Many of them husbands, wives, you know, families, um sometimes just just black women there by themselves. Okay? And I bring that up because I came across a um a young lady that I saw online and someone actually coincidentally asked me if I actually uh came uh heard of her or whatever. So I don't know her actual name, but the name of her channel is called the RAR Report.
All right. So I'm going to call this the uh basically the bounce edition of the RAR Report. All right. And I'm just going to let her talk for a little bit.
and I actually shouted her out on her channel and told her that I was going to uh basically big her up on my channel.
And so I'm gonna introduce you to the RAR Report from the Bounce Media Network. Hey everybody, welcome to my channel or welcome back if this isn't your first time. This is Raquel here with the Raw Raw Report. Let's get started. First and foremost, if you haven't already done so, please go ahead and make sure you subscribe, you can like, you can comment, and if you like the video, hype it. With that being said, I want to jump right into this video because I'm trying to get more concise with my videos and not prefacing it and doing all that crap. So, let me start off by saying this. The WNBA is failing Caitlyn Clark. It just is what it is. And if you guys want to sit here and there's people who are going to come into my comments and say, "Oh my god, here you are, black woman caping for this white girl." I am. I'm putting the cape on for her because it has to be said and I have to call it out and call it for what it is. it is starting to become evident. I'm somebody who noticed it her rookie year and it was so weird, but it's now going into her third year and it's the same nonsense and it's constantly nobody defends her. Nobody is taking up for her, but everybody can uh blame her for everything. People can point out everything her fans do and everybody can attack attack attack her, but there's literally no one who is actually defending her outside of Cheryl Miller, who then gets heat for doing that, which is insane. So, after saying all of that, I need to explain all of this, and I'm trying to get to the points, but I also have my opinions on it. It's starting to become ridiculous. Um, I know everybody was in the uproar about when they did the media and they were doing what the team matchups were and they did Asia Wilson and Angel Reese and then they did Raven and then the Seattle player, I'm so sorry, I do not remember her name right off the top of my head and it wasn't Angel, I'm sorry, and it wasn't Caitlyn Clark who was the marquee person.
Everybody was up in odds at that. I didn't care for that as much. I thought it was just a dumb missed opportunity.
But then I'm like, it's the WNBA. That's what they do. They miss opportunities, but it's not like they're not doing it on purpose. They are purposely doing it.
They are trying to constantly make sure that Caitlyn Clark doesn't get too much shine. Caitlyn Clark has to be downplayed. Caitlyn Clark records have to be kind of not as a big deal. Caitlyn Clark presence isn't that big a deal than everybody else. When the truth of the matter is, pardon my language, it it is. It is. I'm I'm going to try not to cuss. It is. We have to stop. Yeah. So, she said it right there. And this is she's kind of just getting into it.
Actually, she gets a bit more heated along the way. It's a pretty long video, so I'll have to break it up into a couple parts. Same as how I did with the Adrien Ross thing. But, uh, yeah, she's basically, you know, obviously, as you can see, a black woman. All right. And she's not even an an older black woman.
She's a a young mature black woman. And she's basically, as she called it, caping for Caitlyn Clark. All right?
which means she's standing up for Caitlyn Clark and she's calling BS. All right. She's basically saying that, hey, uh, everything that the WNBA is doing, everything that, uh, the, you know, black society is doing, all right, there's two parts. There's not, it's not everybody. All right. Um, basically, they need to acknowledge the fact that there is something going on with how they're trying to downplay Caitlyn Clark. All right. They don't like the Caitlyn Clark effect. They only like it when it puts money or dollar signs on their checks.
>> Stop lying to ourselves and pretending like this girl hasn't changed the game.
And stop pretending like she's not a big reason why the viewership has gone up and why people are now knowing these other players name. I am sitting here looking at jersey sales for professional basketball players and Caitlyn Clark.
Caitlyn Clark is number two and that's over all professional basketball players. You have Curry who is an NBA player who's number one. Then you have Caitlyn Clark followed by LeBron James, Luca, and Wimi. These are NBA players.
Her jerseys are out selling NBA players.
Do you understand how insane that is?
But in the best of ways. And yet you have this league of people who are steady trying to not give her the credit she deserves. You have them ranking her as one of the this marketing. She's below Asia and Paige Beckers and all of this stuff. Cut the BS. We're not stupid. We are not stupid. Jersey sales matter. Ticket sales matter. Viewership matters. It does. when ads are being brought, that's how you are going to be able to pay people. And I might be yelling and I might get upset because I'm so sick of the nonsense that this girl has to go through and it's weird.
It's weird. She has done absolutely nothing but bring eyes to the league.
She has done absolutely nothing but be really >> All right, I'mma stop it there for this part. So yeah, she's done nothing but bring eyes to the league. She couldn't have said it any better than myself or anybody else. All right. Caitlyn Clark hasn't done anything but show up. All right. And ever since she showed up, all they did was show out by disrespecting her and trying to minimize her. All right. So, shout out to the Raw Raw Report. Like I said, I you know, I wish I would have actually encountered her a little bit sooner, but for some reason, she popped up into my feed um a couple days ago. And then in my comments on one of my videos, someone asked me, "Hey, have you ever heard of uh the RAR report?" And I rep I replied back like, "Actually, I just finished watching a video." Maybe he subliminally or mentally sent it to me. I don't know.
Hm.
Either way, yeah, kudos to her. Shout out to her. Uh much love. I uh really uh appreciate everything you said, everything you're doing. Um definitely welcome you into, you know, this Caitlyn Clark uh dark side, if you will. All right. Um so, yeah, that's pretty much all I get. The last thing that I want to get into is a piece that I like to call Nike release the damn shoe.
All right. It's been 771 days since Caitlyn Clark entered the WNBA as she was drafted into the uh uh the Indiana Fever in April 2024. 771 days. And she's still uh Nike has still not released her signature shoe. All right. We've had a slew of Kobe PE, which we all love. All right. Especially I love the Indiana Fever ones. I love the uh colorways as well as the uh uh the light blue colorways that uh many of the NBA players are wearing. All right.
So, we all love the co Kobe PE, but I got to tell you, I need my CC's.
When the hell is Nike going to release the shoe?
Okay, guys, that's it. I know I went a bit long on this one. That's what happens when I'm introducing other segments of the show into incorporate it into the video. So, I hope you really like it. I hope you appreciate it. Um, please like the video, share the video.
Most importantly, hype the video. Leave your thoughts down in the comment section below. And don't forget, if you like the content, buy me a cup of coffee, donate a dollar super chat. This is Mr. JKE, and now it's time to bounce.
