have rights. How you going to tell me I don't have no right?
>> Not in privacy, ma'am. Not. You don't have right. You don't have privacy rights in public.
>> You don't have rights to keep putting your camera.
>> Officer, is that correct?
>> He can report in a public place.
>> If I could stop, but >> I don't need your permission.
>> Honestly, ma'am, it's better to just take the high road and not engage. I can't I can't force I can't take his phone away from him. He He's in the the public office in a public building here.
It's irritating, I know, but I can't do that, though. That's You don't know who you were for.

>> That doesn't matter.
>> I can't. I cannot.
>> Look at Look at the officer's chest.
She's recording you, too. What about her camera?
>> Okay, because I called she But she You don't know what she's going to do with it.
>> So, yeah. Y'all remember all that that happened, man? Yeah. This was a crazy one, man. Yeah. But like I said, we just want to see if uh they respect our rights to record in public, man. Make sure our rights ain't friends. know about anyone at any time.
Let's go see.
It's packed in a day, man.
Still got these these infamous signs up, man.
It's crazy, man.
got putting them infamous signs up, man.
>> How you doing?
>> I can help you today.
>> I'm sorry.
>> It's okay. How can help you, sir? Good to see you.
>> I don't I don't really need your help today, man. What's your name? Mr. Don.
>> M. Oh, Mr. Dian.
>> Deon.
>> Deleon. Okay. You like the highest person here?
>> Second.
>> Second. Okay. Okay. Okay. Cool.
>> Did he need it for you?
>> I might submit one. I might I'll let you know.
>> That's the blank C4.
>> Okay.
>> You can put your request here.
>> Okay. Cool. Yeah.
>> I'll definitely let you know. All right.
Thanks. For sure.
>> You are now. Okay.
>> So, let's see. So, y'all see uh Mr. Mr. daily and came right on out with somebody let them know must have let them know uh the guys here already they already got the request and stuff prepped for so I mean that's kind of a good thing man because uh it shows um it shows uh correction so that's cool >> did you need any help >> no he was he was uh >> he taking care of you >> yeah he kind of took care of me yeah I was just wondering >> okay I didn't want you standing >> no it's all But >> so yeah, like I say, that that kind of shows uh shows like correction, man, that things were changed since the last time we were here, which is a beautiful thing. So yeah, Mr. Dian is letting this letting this guy know right here that we're here.
Like I say, that's a beautiful thing, man, because it shows that they're doing the right thing, man.
So Oh, that's Oh, wow. That's the That's the security chick, man. Hey, it's it's three. It's three of y'all working here tonight.
>> Don't record me, sir.
>> Huh?
>> I don't comfortable. You're recording me. I'm not comfortable.
>> I can't even hear you, man.
>> You're recording me. I'm not comfortable. So if if I will appreciate if you don't record me.
>> I'm just asking a question right quick.
>> But if you stop the recording, I will appreciate you.
>> Why? Why? Why? So >> because I'm not comfortable. You can't you cannot record me without asking my permission.
>> Who? Did someone tell you that?
>> I'm asking about me. I don't know about them. I'm asking about me.
>> Yeah, but I I No, I was just going to just ask you a quick question. I was seeing if it's is three security of you you guys working today, right? Three or four? Who you are for?
>> Oh, it's for today. Okay. Yeah. What's your name?
>> My name is Hakeim.
>> Hakeim. Okay. You want You ain't got to cover up your name tag. You supposed to show us anyway, man. Come on, man.
How you doing, man? All right. All right. So, he said he don't want said security. Hakee doesn't want to be recorded, man. Uh, but that's okay, though. He's not trying to force us to stop him.
Excuse me, sir. What? So, the a manager had came out and spoke with me. Uh, can't really pronounce his name. What's his name again? Mr. H.
>> Which manager?
>> He said he was like the second person in command.
>> Yeah. Yeah. I just want see if one of you guys I I noticed you didn't have anybody here. See if one of you guys is just alert that I would like to speak with him real fast.
>> Oh, can you get him for me?
Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Appreciate it.
Thanks a lot.
>> It looks like a >> It looks like a I seen a uh I had seen a security lady in the back.
GTA family, if y'all can remember her. I guess they they move them around.
They probably move everybody around, man.
U but that was the same security lady that where it had went it went real bad for us that day man. So if y'all can remember her man I'mma put a clip of it in this video right here so y'all can wow.
So, uh, >> make sure y'all stay tuned.
So, this lady right here with the glasses, she was just saying something like, uh, to this young lady right here. She was pointing at us, talking about, well, I don't want him looking at me.
So she she said his stuff, you know, you'll think that how lot obviously they're on board, man. And what excuse me?
>> Yeah.
>> So So obviously she was talking to she was she was making that reference to me.
>> I don't know who she was talking about.
>> Oh, you don't know? Okay.
Okay, we got a cam back on this guy right here, man.
We got a little C back on this fella right here.
Yeah, but yeah, that's what it was, man.
We still waiting. We still waiting for the uh the manager guy to come out, man.
Speak with us right quick.
So, just want to see right quick, man.
Let's see.
A couple of questions for him, man.
Y'all stay tuned.
You can tell that uh right now, TTA family, you can tell the intensity is up. That's a lot of traffic back there.
Almost all of them are pointing our way, looking at us. Multiple multiple different uh personnel here.
They sneaking in, looking at us. They pointing our way, which is like I say, it's all good because we we spoke to the the uh the second in command here. He's obviously already know why we're here. I just had a couple of questions for him.
I came back to this window to see if the young man alerted him and uh no one has came out yet. So we'll we'll wait to see. I just want to point something out to him and uh like I said, got a couple of questions. So if not, we probably ask the security to go get them. Yeah. But they're >> you can just tell, man.
Yeah.
If you guys can see right there, they're sneaking around that with that peeking around that little thing right there.
Oh man. But uh it's all good, man. Y'all make sure y'all stay tuned, man. I said I said that guy, he talking about me.
>> Yeah, I know. I know.
>> Huh?
>> Oh, okay.
>> Yeah. He said at least he admitted it, man. He said he was talking about her Hey.
>> So, >> hey, can you guys uh go alert the manager that I need to speak with him?
>> I'm pretty sure they know.
>> How would they know?
>> That guy usually talked to talk with he was the manager.
>> Yeah, that's I need to speak with him.
He told me when I'm done with my foyer just to let them know. But I can't come back there. Yeah.
Even though we're not done with our foyer, I I knew that that would be a way for him to go back there and get him.
So, >> just want to point something out to him real quick, man. Just to see what he say. So, y'all stay tuned. Chess move.
Security when they got him.
Yeah. Here he comes. And I just want to point something out to him real fast, man.
Real fast. I'm trying to understand the logic real quick of everything. Let's see what he has to say, sir. Good to see you.
>> Good to see you, too. So, I want to be able to get your name right now.
>> Get your daily on.
>> Daily on. Okay. Like, I just want to show you something real quick, sir. Yes, sir. cuz I obviously you know what we're doing right in terms of coming there recording and you're perfectly okay. So Mr. Deleó, >> what's that name?
>> Right this way, sir.
>> Mr. Deleó, with that being in with that being said, how do we get rid of these signs then? Because obviously you guys know we can do it. That's that's that's misleading people to think that you can't do it.
>> Well, that's something I can get an answer for you probably later on if I get your contact info. Uh again, these are posted. They come from, you know, our from our regional >> staff higher.
>> Oh, so it's nothing you can do.
>> It's nothing you can do to remove them even though you have like authority.
>> No. Again, these are things that we're authorized to post and it's for the public.
>> Really?
Okay. Cuz cuz that was basically my question with you. Like if you know we can do it and you're higher up, why can't we just remove this right now so the people so the people would know they have a right to do it? you know, cuz it that's giving off the illusion that we can't, right? I mean, you agree?
>> No.
>> Oh, you don't agree?
>> I mean, it's again, I we again, these are you can interpret these. We have all of these forms and posters here for everybody to read.
>> Yeah, I know. Okay. Well, so so the person that's because you said you're second command. So, the person here, >> your assistant. So, the person that's hired you, is she he or she here?
>> Uh, yeah, but in a meeting.
>> In a meeting. Okay. Well, when does that meeting conclude? that I don't know.
>> Can you find out? Because I would love to have a dialogue with them about the same thing.
>> I can take your info and we can schedule you for some kind of an appointment in person if you like.
>> I wouldn't be able to talk to them today.
>> No.
>> Really?
>> Sir, >> we're conducting business right now.
>> I mean, this is business, too. This is this is part of the business. This is part of their job.
>> I wasn't expecting you.
>> Oh, well. I mean, I'm unexpected, right?
>> Okay. Well, uh maybe we can then or you could just give me their contact information and then I can reach out to them via telephone or something and set up something later like that. Maybe. So, >> we have our contact information here.
>> Okay. Over here at the window.
>> Yeah, we contact him like that, man.
Just to right at this window right here.
>> Yes, sir. Right here.
>> Oh, okay. This phone number.
>> Okay. And who do I speak with? You're your boss. What's your boss name? Miss Angelique Whizzler.
>> Miss Angelique Whistler.
>> Yes, sir.
>> Okay. Okay. So, now what I'll do is I'll file my foyer with you guys.
>> Okay. Right here. This.
>> Yeah. Yeah. I'll submit it.
>> No, I didn't write it down yet. Yeah.
>> I wanted to be able to have that conversation with you first.
>> No problem.
>> So, yeah, I'll write it down and then I'll get it back to you.
>> Very good.
>> All right.
>> I'll be right here.
>> All right. For sure.
So yeah, TT family that he said uh >> even though he sees the signs, he said he does not agree.
That's kind of funny, but it is what it is, man. Got to stay tuned. I just need for you to stamp receive it. Stamp receiving and give me a copy back.
I think this guy, he works here. You've been walking back and forth.
There you go. There you go. There you go. There you go. Some character, man.
Some character.
But uh yeah, man. It's crazy, man. It's crazy that the assistant uh the assistant manager here, like I said, he sees that.
It doesn't make any sense. He's seeing he don't he still don't agree. So, all right.
>> Appreciate it.
All right, my man.
So, uh, yeah, that's how that cookie is going to crumble today. TTA family, we going to do a two for one today, man. I figure, uh, not too bad. We'll we'll narrate everything at the end right there. Not too Not too bad, right? That's still got Oh, this the other way in right here.
Oh, okay.
It's like their backside right there.
Yeah. But uh we we we'll hang out in the city of Lincolnwood.
Go check out something else. Y'all stay tuned.
Yeah. Like I said, uh TTA family, giving y'all a two for one today. Still out here in the city of Lincolnwood.
Figure I'd come over here to the uh parks and recreation community center right down the street from Department of Human Services where we was at, man.
Check them out too as well. See if our rights are respected, man. Make sure y'all stay tuned. It look like they have some type of um Looks like they have a some type of like a class or something type of class um for seniors. So, I think that's nice, man. It might be like aerobics or something like that.
That's nice though.
>> Definitely. So, >> hello.
>> No, I didn't need any help.
>> You like the supervisor?
>> Oh, I'm the parks and rec director.
>> Oh, the director. Oh, yeah.
>> Okay. What's your name?
>> Karen.
>> Karen.
>> Karen.
>> Karen. Okay, cool. Yeah, I didn't need not any help. I'll let you know, though.
Great. Okay. For sure. Uh-huh. Excuse me. Uh-huh. For sure.
So yeah, this is >> okay. So there probably won't be >> personnel only obviously beyond this point. So >> yeah, it's fairly small.
>> All right. Okay. I I wanted >> fairly small in here.
>> My daughter who did get a phone that way.
>> I think they have like a I think this is the entire complexes >> for two children.
>> It's like municipal >> because she doesn't go there.
>> Probably go over check out >> if they have like the police department.
I would buy >> village hall and everything just next door.
>> I don't know how you do it for pass by.
>> Yeah. So, like the mayor's office is in here.
>> Uh I think the clerk Oh, really? So maybe I signed off for >> a lot of different board room.
>> Hi, good afternoon.
>> Uh, good afternoon.
>> How can I help you?
>> No, I didn't need any help.
>> Oh, okay.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
Uh, was there anything I No, no help.
>> No, no, not right now. What's your name?
>> My name's Nancy.
>> Nancy, are you like the supervisor here?
>> I'm an account clerk for utility billing.
>> Utility billing. Okay. Yeah, I I'll let you know, Nancy, if I do.
>> Yeah, let me know. This is the finance department. If there's anything you need, we also have our community development department located across the hallway here. And manager's office down the hallway.
>> The mayor's office?
>> Yes.
>> Yeah. Okay.
>> Down and to the right.
>> Do you need a like a a meeting to meet with him? like like an appointment to set up to speak to the mayor or not? Not really.
>> We do have our village manager uh office assistant. Uh she can coordinate if you'd like to make a meeting.
>> Okay.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. Cool.
>> If there's anything we can help you out, just let me know.
>> All right.
>> You're welcome.
>> So, my name's Nancy. Coming to check this out. Need any help? Appreciate that.
At the moment, though, we're about to go down and check out uh mayor's office right quick.
This is like a >> Oh, yeah. This is like the board room right here.
>> Like it was like a meeting that's getting ready to conclude or getting ready to start or something like that.
>> How you doing? You like the chief of police?
>> No. No.
>> You got that swag, man.
How are sir?
>> Hi. How you doing?
>> Good. Good. I'm just uh we just adjourned our meeting. So >> Oh, y'all just concluded. Oh, okay.
>> We just Yeah, we just adjourned. So, normally this room looks locked. Uh obviously you're free to video meeting.
>> Um but we'll be locking you up in like just a second.
>> A couple of seconds. Okay. You like the clerk?
>> I'm HR. So, >> HR HR. Okay. Okay. How you doing? All right. Okay.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Okay. Now, I'm just going to get some quick shots of the room and I I'll be set.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Okay.
>> Was the meeting open to the public or no?
>> Yeah. Oh, it really was the meeting. It was public. So that's why the door >> we keep we keep >> keep it locked. Okay. Okay.
>> That's the chief of police right there.
>> Deputy chief. Okay.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Hey. Hey. Nice to meet you, man.
>> I'll just say that room back there is also locked.
>> Oh, okay. Okay.
>> Okay. Cool. Appreciate it, man.
>> All right. Are you all ready?
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. All right.
Oh, how you doing?
>> How are you?
>> All right. All right.
>> So, yeah.
>> It's a decent uh board room.
>> Yeah, man. So, we'll probably go down to the administration office and see we can submit a foyer with them and we should be set for the day. What's your name again, sir?
>> Lamar.
>> Lamar, man. Nice to meet you, man.
>> All right.
>> Please take a few pounds off me, >> man. Yeah. I I wish I could take a few off me. Thanks a lot, though, man. No problem.
>> All right. For sure.
Go down here to the administration side right here. The deputy chief knew who we were right away. Is the tower terminated?
Oh.
>> So, how do we This is the administration's office.
So, this man's coming to help us right now. So, >> hey, how can I help you, sir?
>> So, yeah. Oh, you're already bringing out the pad. You must know what I want already.
>> Oh, I'm ready. I always do it for everybody.
>> Okay. Oh, okay. Cool. So, yeah. I just want to see how do we go by uh submitting a foyer with the administration office today.
>> Sure. Yeah, totally. Oh, you want to submit a foyer?
>> Yeah.
>> Uh let me see if I have a paper one. I actually left my keys right in there ever open it.
>> Okay, cool. And just so you know, uh we do keep a lot of our open information on this board as well on the border to the left.
>> Uh yeah, we have a lot of our public documents. So if there's something that's not up there sometimes, like we get things like these massive monitors and things we can appreciate it.
>> All right, >> I'll get you that for you.
>> All right, so just get the foyer for us, man.
All this nice a lot of nice art, man.
like the kiddos put these different looking fish together.
Got it all set up down here in city hall. So, it's nice, man.
>> Yeah. It walks you all through it, too.
>> Huh. She got me two of them.
>> Yeah. You can if you want to do it right now.
>> Yeah. I'll fill it out and then I'll give it right back to you for a stamp.
Okay. I'll fill it up right up over here.
>> All right, TJ family. So, let's fill the foyer out with them right quick.
We should be good to go.
Make sure y'all stay talking, man.
Oh, yeah. We can just give us Yeah, we can just get you to stamp receive that for us and give us a copy back and we'll be set for the day.
>> Okay. She the foy officer, she just walked into the other area right now.
She's making like a sack.
>> Oh, okay. So, Oh, you Okay. So, she'll do it.
>> Mhm.
>> Okay. All right. I think I just seen her too over there on the other side. So, >> yeah, she'll be like she was dropping some popc.
>> Oh, this young lady here, >> she went to foyer stand.
>> Okay, we'll be right back.
>> Okay.
So, that's the actual foyer officer right there. So, >> something he needs to ask.
>> You just want a copy of it?
>> Yeah. Where she Yeah. stamp stamp that you guys are receiving and then a copy back to me. Yeah, for sure.
>> All right.
Yep.
Look at this Skittles pillow. So, like I said, a lot of cool art, man. Different.
>> That's different right there.
>> Strawberry down there. A bag of uh classic Lays chips.
>> I'm not entirely sure what that is.
>> Slice of pie right there. That's different, man. It's nice.
All this different art, man.
That could be a dolphin. Maybe a shark.
Rabbit.
All right. All right. And what's what's the forest officer's name again?
>> Carrie.
>> Carrie. Carrie. Appreciate you, sir.
Thanks a lot.
>> Have a good one.
>> You, too.
>> So, from the top, TTA family.
From the top.
Now we came out here to Lincolnwood, Illinois. Now, first we gonna start it off with our last location, which is the parks and recreation center. Uh, and Village Hall.
We just left Village Hall. Everybody here were beautiful. Great. No problems at all. Everything good to go.
>> Um Um, good.
However, uh our first location, not even really too bad at the first location.
Couple of things I want to point out though, TTA family, that you guys probably already recognize.
Um uh first of all, we come in. Soon as we come in, the second guy, the the the guy, I guess he said he's an assistant.
He came right out with the foyer. So, as soon as we walked in, I'm not entirely sure. Somebody must alert him, let him know. Look, the guy's here, right? I don't know cuz they they already know we want a foyer, right? It's cool. Everything cool. So, he recognizes the rights that we have in terms of uh submitting a foyer and recording, right? So, that's beautiful.
The security dude, he he gave us a little bit of push back, but he didn't try to force us to stop.
Maybe because he knew he couldn't make us stop. So he was just hope, wishing and praying that I would just not put the camera on them, right? For whatever reason, whatever about that, right? My thing was this. I wanted to be able to see how do they really think. So I had I had I came up with this. We brought the manager back out just to see would he have the authority since he he does have some, right, to pull those signs down cuz he do recognize that we have a right to record I asked him, "Did it make sense?" He didn't agree. He's just saying, "Look, it's posted. That's what comes for the higher ups." And he just started going into that. So, it doesn't make sense to him.
You know, that's that's amazing that it didn't, right? That it didn't make sense to him. My thing is this. I know what it is now. I know what it is now. When we TTA family visit these spots that have these signs up that says no recording, recording is prohibited and they recognize that TTA and family is coming into these spots.
They don't give us the push back like they used to. And that's another thing about that location. It's beautiful that um I'll link the last time we were here too in the description so you guys can see what happened the first time. But it's beautiful because it shows correction. It does. It shows some type of change. You know, we visited so many Department of Human Services over the state of Illinois and and obviously they got it now. So, that's proof. That's that's one beautiful thing. That's one beautiful thing about it. The messed up thing about it is this. This only thing I have a problem with. You guys have these signs up giving off the illusion that no one can record, exercise their rights, but y'all know that we can. So, I think it's this. When y'all see me come in, y'all know I'm not going to go for that. So, y'all just let it be. But you keep the signs up hoping that if someone else come in, they don't know their rights when they're recorded and you'll be able to point at that sign and say, "Look, you see what the signs say."
But they know they can't do that with TTA. That's the only reason why I could believe that the signs are still up. But that's kind of disgusting because it's like you guys still want to infringe on people's rights knowing that we have a right to do this. So, we definitely going to contact some higher ups to see again, how could we get those signs removed because it, like I say, it's giving off the illusion that no one can do it. But you're you're respecting me when I come in, though. That's that I just don't think that's right. So, we going we we've and we've contacted uh Department of Human Services Illinois a lot about this. No one ever gets back to us or anything, man. So, but but that don't mean we're going to stop trying.
So yeah, we just want to give a quick two for one right quick, man. You never you never know. You know, sometime TTA do that quick two for one. Like I said, this city hall and the parks, recreation park, everything was cool, good to go out here in Lincolnwood. Uh like I said, even at the first the first spot, not too bad. It's just I don't like the fact that they know we can do something and you still want to keep those signs up.
It was haywire back there, too. Like everybody was scrambling cuz they knew that TTA was in the building, but ain't too much they can do. All right, I missed you guys this Sunday, but I we'll be back this Sunday, though. We missed you this this past Sunday. We'll be back this Sunday, 2:00 p.m. Central or it'll be 12:30. Y'all be on the lookout for the live. It's going to be 12:30 or 2 p.m. Central. So, y'all make sure y'all stay locked in with us for that.
Is it anything else?
Nope. Think that'll be about it. So until the next time, make sure y'all stay tuned.
