[00:04:47]And this is what makes you so dangerous because honestly, if you're if you call yourself a warrior, if you call yourself a survivor after going through this, you're one of the scariest, most dangerous people in that narcissist life. And this could be your family, an ex, it don't even matter because >> [laughter] >> man, what you just survived and how you have found some type of empowerment to take your life and your power back, man, that's that's tremendous. It's least expected for you to do that. And if you go through narcissistic abuse, honestly, you're not supposed to make it. You're not. You should be in a bed dying, in the hospital, falling apart.

[00:05:28]Some of us did get sicknesses, have suffered illnesses. There is a lot of permanent damages on so many levels.

[00:05:34]But at the end of the day, a true survivor, real warriors, those of us who found a way to pick up and move on with life.

[00:06:02]In my example, if they never played with my life, I wouldn't be the woman that I am today. I wouldn't be where I am in my life today.

[00:06:20]Listen, healing healing is beautiful, especially when you're a real one. Real ones are godly people, right? Healing is beautiful because when you when you heal, when you choose to heal, so many things come out of healing. There's forgiveness of the self, forgiveness of the the narcissist who did the [ __ ] because trust me, some forgiveness has to happen. There's a lot of releasing and letting go, a lot of shedding old versions of yourself. They should have never played with you because once that starts to happen, they can't recognize you.

[00:06:57]They're in awe of it.

[00:07:00]When I say you're dangerous, I'm not saying you're you're dangerous like in a violent sense. You're dangerous because you you are showing the fact that you're you're unfuckwithable.

[00:07:14]They wake up ready to destroy everybody's life.

[00:07:27]So, for you to experience that, go through that, come out on top, find ways, find reasons to still shine, still believe in love, still still allow your light to be light for others, for yourself.

[00:10:36]They have this way of controlling and if you were if you encountered them while you were most vulnerable and going through the worst, they knew exactly how to get you hooked and stuck in their narcissistic cobweb.

I don't give a damn about that kind of stuff, cuz I'm in grind mode. I'm in I'm so amped, got a tunnel vision, got goals, got a vision.
