Prosecutors seek sexually violent predator label for Cameron Hooker to block release from prison

[00:00:05]Cameron Hooker was convicted back in 1985 of keeping a sex slave in Red Bluff for 7 years. Prosecutors want him deemed now as a sexually violent predator to prevent him from being released from prison. Hooker was sentenced to 74 years for kidnapping Colleen Stan and forcing her to stay in a box under he and his wife's bed. A forensic psychologist who interviewed Hooker in prison recently, Dr. Michelle Vorwerk, wrote in her report that Hooker does meet the criteria as a sexually violent predator.
