And you could see they like the car was in the way so you couldn't see him but the head.
You could see like they bumped and like went like that and then they he tried she tried to his arm in the door.
He got in the driver's seat. I mean she got in the driver's seat. He was out on the on the other side of the door and and in the door or whatever arguing blah blah blah.
And then he walked away and went around the front of the car and as soon as he did that she hit the gas and he went over the hood and onto the ground.
And in the screaming he's like call the cops call the cops.
And it all happened so so fast. Nobody was able to get a tag number or anything like that?

So, my ex-wife Well, we're separated. I got a girl pregnant. We're trying to be together.
We're currently like working together cuz we have dogs. So, we're trying to like re-home our dogs and get me into a spot, but I don't have a job right now.
I'm waiting to hear back from a job now.
Like, so I was talking to her today. She was like paying me to help with the dogs and I was asking her if she could pay me early, help me out with a little bit of money so that I could cuz Katie has a daughter's going to coming up in like a week that needs to be paid. And we were arguing, we were fighting about it and she literally said that she was going to call and start a whole bunch of problems. She's going to go kill Katie and the baby. Like, and she So, is the baby born already? Not yet. Okay. Uh she's 18 weeks today, actually.
Um so, I started dri- driving >> Amber showed up like 5 minutes ago.
She's just sitting in her car with her windows up. I didn't I didn't know.
I uh I started driving a little bit of aggressively. I'll admit that. I made a U-turn here. She told me to pull over, so I pulled into here.
I went to grab my wallet out of the car.
She started like trying to sl- She almost slammed the door on the door on my arm. I pulled in. I went to walk in front of the car. Like, I should have walked behind the car, but I went to walk in front of the car to get away.
She said I jumped in front of her car.
Like, I did not jump in front of the car. Like, I literally was walking >> So, it's her car, not yours?
>> It It's We bought it together. It's in her name, but we bought it together. I don't know how that works. We were still married.
So, like she's made it very clear that it's her car, but like I feel like marital property, we bought it together.
You know what I mean? I don't Um So, then she she she hit me and they they me go over the the hood of the car.
Okay. So, it wasn't an accident?
>> I mean, she keeps saying that she didn't mean to, that she swerved into me, but like I don't She She can't say that. I I just talked to her and she said, "I didn't mean to hit you. I didn't mean to hit you." And I'm like, I mean, I was standing there. You can talk to her. Have her come back so we can talk to her.
She She's not going to. Like, she doesn't want to go to jail. She doesn't want to get in trouble.
>> Well, we just needed We just needed to hear her side of the story. If someone hits someone with a car, if it's an accident, it's not a crime.
So.
Yeah.
They could say they saw it. That's a birthmark.
Did Do you want fire rescue? No.
No, I think I'm fine. I really do. Like, I thought like when I when I hit the ground, I thought I was a lot more hurt than I am. I think I just twisted my ankle.

Okay? Emotions were high.
You know, things happen. It's not a big deal, but let's not make it harder than it needs to be, all right? I should go to jail because of him. I have dogs and I secure them every day. Okay. Nobody's saying anything about jail, okay?
Okay. Okay. Well, there's nothing to be scared of now because, again, we're here and there's nothing that's going to happen between you two, all right?
No, I'm going to go to jail. Nobody said you're going to jail. Oh my god. But, if if you prolong this and make us chase you down, then, yeah, there's probably a good likelihood that you could face charges. But, let us let us do our investigation. Let us, you know, we got to look at the car. We got to get your statement, get all your information, etc. And just keep it simple.
>> Okay, what do you need from me? Do you need me to come back there? Yeah, just come back here.
Okay. All right?
Where are you at now?
How far away?
>> Okay.
Um maybe like 5 minutes. Okay. All right, we'll see you soon.

It won't be here long. Like I I think that she gets out of work maybe in like 2 3 hours. Uh probably not.
Just because I mean, this isn't a great area, so >> stay here overnight until I can come back and get it?
>> Yeah, I mean, I don't see the parking lot towing the car. I would rather have it locked and you keep the keys than you come back and your car is gone anyway and somebody stole it. So Okay. Um can It's not a great area. into the car >> unlocked with keys in it.
My phone is dead.
