The 2027 trial schedule exposes a judicial system where procedural inertia effectively replaces the presumption of innocence with indefinite detention. It is a stark reminder that in high-stakes litigation, the legal process itself often becomes the primary form of punishment.

YNW Melly Bond Denied Again? Double Murder Trial Scheduled For 2027. UPDATEAdded:
I don't know what y'all think, but I don't think that WW Melly is going to be granted bond before his 2027 murder trial or retrial. This is a retrial cuz he already had a trial and now they about to try him again. And he's trying to secure bail so he can be outside going to court every day during his trial and going back to the house.
Now, one thing I'm going to say is this, right? If they let WW Melly out on bail now after like seven years behind bars, let him out on bail while he goes to trial every day. I'm going tell you like this. NBC, MSNBC, Fox News, CNN, Channel 7 News, you name it. All of them. journalists, TMZ, everybody is going to be outside lined up every single day. See, this is not an ordinary case. This is a case where somebody who was shooting to stardom, if y'all remember correctly, WW Melly had started working with really big names in the industry. You're talking about like the Yay, which is Kanye West and others. And then boom, this happened. So, if he even gets a sliver of light, a possibility of hope that he could possibly beat this case, it would start with him getting out on bail to fight this case from the outside.
Judge in P. Diddy's case, and P Diddy's charges wasn't this serious. Remember, Diddy put up two mansions, a 52 and a $51.1 million mansions. Diddy offered to surrender all traveling documents of all his immediate family members to include all his kids and his mama. And they still looked at him and he also offered $50 million in cash. and they still looked at him and say, "Uh, nah, we don't want any of your stuff. You just not getting bailed." So, this situation with Ryan Wy Melly, the video we put up yesterday on our other channel, which is Soflow TV, S O U L O TV. If you haven't found us yet on YouTube, you should do so. Most of the people that come over here come from that channel. However, we're trying to establish new following on new grounds. So yesterday we put a video up that said that WW Melly was in court again and he was seeking bond among other things. It was kind of a complicated situation because his attorneys, they filed a whole bunch of different motions that required a lot of explaining for the regular person to understand cuz a lot of us aren't lawyers. So, we don't understand law jargon and courtroom talk. That video we put up yesterday on Soflow TV, that video kind of explains everything. Not kind of, it explains everything clearly so even a child could understand what's going on with this case. Now, this morning headline said, "As of May 2nd, 2026, rapper Wind Wii, whose real name is Jamal Demens, has reportedly been denied bond again, keeping him in custody ahead of his double murder retrial that is now scheduled for January 6th of 2027.
So despite his defense arguments regarding his long incarceration and proposed home confinement, they proposed to the judge that he stay in a particular house. It is said that his team and management already got him a nice house to stay in with a swimming pool and a gym in it and a recording studio in it and that he would also be of course on GPS monitoring of course 24/7 uh security cameras and he would not be allowed any kind of access to the internet.
Damn.
But that's better. Still better than being locked up. And you got to understand why WW Melly got locked up when he was like 19 years old. And yesterday he turned 27 years old. So going from 19 to damn near 30 already, that I'm sure that's weighing on his mind, right? his team and his defense team made a proposal to the judge along the lines with those conditions. The court however maintained its decision that he should stay in detention following his hearing April and May of 2026. That was April 30th to May 1st of 2026.
So the summation of that right there was that he was denied bond.
Now, as soon as we saw that, we also saw another release this morning that said WW Melly's team has shut down what they call fake news that he was actually denied bond yesterday. He wasn't denied bond. His bond decision was actually deferred until a later date. That's all it is. So, the judge got to go think about it and the judge will make his decision in writing and publish it when he's ready. According to reports, dates will be in January of 2027.
He's already been locked up seven years.
See, I don't believe that right there. I don't believe that the judge would say the next court date is in January of 2027. Why? because WW Melly's new murder trial, his retrial starts January 6th of 2027. So if he's trying to get bail right now and the judge tells him that nope, for now it's deferred and we'll be back in court January of 2027 on the bail issue, then that's right when his trial starts. And I don't think they would grant him bail right when his trial starts. That makes no sense.
People be taking for granted or taking it lightly what his charges are, right?
His charges, double murder, execution style murders along with some other charges that he got. So, ain't no way they're going to wait until right when his trial starts and let him out on bail. That makes no sense. Unless somebody has a sick sense of humor. Now, for all the WW Melly fans, it's crazy to see them out here saying free WW Melly.
And I got to think that a lot of them who are saying free WW Melly or people who they never saw the case, go to trial.
They never watched the trial. If you watch the trial and you're not biased, there's no way you came away saying free Winew Melly. the the evidence and the box full of evidence that the prosecution has makes it super hard for Melly to even get bail. First of all, a lot of people don't understand that in the state of Florida, you can't get bail on a murder charge. The only way you get ma bail on a murder charge is under special conditions. and wind up according to the courts is not meeting these special conditions to get this bail. Special conditions mean you got to go through a whole list of they got to have a hearing. Your team got to submit paperwork and explain certain things and then the prosecution is going to get dragged up and through there by the judge cuz the judge is going to demand that the prosecution explain to them why you can't get bail. Well, they did that in the YW Melly case already.
The judge gave the prosecution a week or two to show up in his courtroom, all their eyes dotted, all their tees crossed, and show and explain to him why WW Melly is being held in the conditions he's been held in, why is he being held for so long, and why he should not get bail.
They did that. They presented all the evidence they have to the judge.
They explained to the judge how he's being held.
The judge came back. The judge made a decision again.
No bail.
And the judge gave a reason why no bail.
I know a lot of WW Melly followers are pretty young. WW Melly is 27 years old, but most of his followers are like teenagers.
They're like 15, 16, 17, you know what I mean? Those kind of ages. Most of them.
Most of the ones who are saying free Winew Melly, they never took the time to even look at the details of this case.
Most of them never watch the trial. Most of them don't even care cuz that's the world we living in today. New generation kind of diabolical sometimes.
They don't give a damn. If you say somebody killed their mama, new generation people will be like, "I don't care about all that. Free that man. I like his music. That's the homie. Free him." But he killed his mama though. But I don't care though. Was you there? I wasn't there. So we don't know. Free that man. That's that's how they reason.
So you could forget telling them about all the evidence and what the evidence looks like and why he in there so long.
Nothing is being violated. His constitutional rights I hear keep hearing people saying his constitutional rights are being violated. They're not being violated. His case is under special circumstances.
It's not like he is presumed to be guilty and of breaking into somebody's house. a burglary charge. They would have let him out on bail a long time ago fighting his case if his charge was burglary. But his charges double homicide, two murders.
And the way in which these two murders were committed tells prosecution according to their paperwork and according to their investigations that this is a psychopathic individual, sociopathic individual who would have committed these murders, the way these were committed under these circumstances and then went through the lens to cover it up the way in which they say it was done. So, no, they're not in a hurry to give him bail. Now, I will say this.
When you locked up, you doing time, and you all you looking for is your freedom, you're going to need somebody in your corner that always sees positive.
Somebody in your corner that will never give up. You don't need people around you who's going to say, "Man, you ain't never coming out." That's the last thing you want to hear. people who care about you look at you and say you ain't never coming out. You need those people who are going to say he'll be home soon, you'll see. And for YW Melly, that's his mama, Jamie King. She will always say her baby is coming out. That's his mom.
She's supposed to do that. She's supposed to disregard all the evidence that the prosecution presents. She's supposed to disregard all the ballistic evidence. She's supposed to disregard all the DNA stuff. She's supposed to disregard all the cell tower uh sightings off the cell phone location and all the other stuff that ties WW Melly into this these murders. She's supposed to she's that's his mom. His mom's going to ride for her son to the end. If you should ask his mama right now, would you rather your son die outside in the streets or rather him do a life sentence in prison? She would say, "Free my son. If he's going to die in the streets, then that's what God got in store for him. But free him. I don't want to see him behind bars." She don't want her son to be locked up doing time behind bars, especially doing life without the possibility of parole or worse living on Florida's death row and one day looking forward to his execution. You know, they take a long time to execute you, right?
So if WW Melly is convicted say at the age of 27 28 he could be on death row until he's about 37 38 by the time he's pushing into his 40s is when they would be looking to execute him. And then of course you know there will be appeals and clemency granted or not and however that case may go. I want y'all to know that under this governor in Florida, it used to be that a unanimous decision was required in order for you to get the death penalty.
That means all the jury members, all 12 of the jury members that make up the jury would have to say yes, this person deserves death penalty. And then you would get the death penalty. But the governor changed it. Governor Ronda Santis changed that and he made sure that in the state of Florida, they only need eight of the 12 to say yes, death penalty and then you're fried. So WW Melly got a lot of stuff to be worried about. He got a lot of stuff to think about. And I'm going to be honest with you, fam. I predicted that he's not going to get bail. And if it is true that they ruled that he is to stay in jail and he's not going to get bail ahead of his 2027 January trial, then I was right. Why I say that? It's not that I'm a hater.
I would hate to see that man go to prison or get executed for something he did not do. But like I said before, if you watch the trial, you will see. And then on top of it, let's not forget about the victims, Sack and Duvie. Sack and Drewie parents are out here. They're convinced also that it was WW Melly.
Remember, this is no stranger to them.
WW Melly is no stranger to Sachs people.
He's no stranger to juvie's people, their parents, they know him and they saw everything that went funny that gave them the vibe after their children were murdered.
So, they're waiting for their justice, too.
But again, it's funny to see people jumping around saying free WW Melly and they don't even care if the victims get justice.
Well, the updates so far, one news media is saying he was denied bond on May 2nd of 2026. That would be today or May 1st, which was his birthday, his 27th birthday. He got told, "No, you got to stay in there." While another news media is saying his team says that's fake news. The judge has not made his decision yet.
Leave your comments in the comments section below. Tell me if you heard from any credible source if the judge did make a decision already. And did YW Belly get bail? I guess if he gets bail, I would know before you do because it would be all over the media. In other words, we would all know at the same time. There's going to be a whole lot of celebrating. There's going to be a whole lot of media coverage if he actually gets bail. He's now 27 years old. He went in at 19. I want y'all to think about that.
And before you go saying, "Damn, what happened to his right to a speedy trial?" Well, he does have a right to a speedy trial like everybody else under the Constitution. But the thing is, when your attorneys keep filing motion after motion after motion after motion, your attorneys will slow up your whole right to a speedy trial process because every motion filed has to be answered directly before your case can actually go to trial. So they keep filing these motions, these motions, even though they're saying speedy trial and why y'all locking them up so long. It's all a game. It's a legal game that they play cuz WW Melly's lawyers understand that they are the ones that kept holding up his speedy trial happening cuz they kept filing motions. If they didn't file any motions, this would have went straight to court. Now once they start filing motions, the state starts filing motions, too. For instance, if they file a motion to suppress a certain evidence that the state finds valuable, the state will then file a motion of its own to keep that evidence so they could show it in court at trial cuz they're going for a guilty verdict. And they want all the stuff they have to show that he's connected to these murders, he's the trigger man, and he's guilty. So his attorneys, they got a job to do, which is to defend him, which is to murky the waters as much as possible, to slow the process up as much as possible. But at the same time, the state has a job to do, and that job is to get justice for two victims, Sack and Juvie, who can't get justice for themselves.
And that's what's slowing his case up.
So for all his fans who keep saying, "Damn, this must be unconstitutional.
They got him locked up since he was 19, man. He's 27 years old now, and he still hasn't had a guilty uh of conviction.
He has had a trial.
That's what it said in the Constitution that he should go to trial." And he has been to trial. But there's also room in the law for when you go to trial and your trial does not work out like his trial did, the state can choose to try you again. And guess what? They could even choose to try him again and again.
They y'all better go look this up. There are people out there who have been tried three, four times before the state came away with a guilty verdict. If the state truly believes and they have all their evidence and it shows them that you did it and it's a double murder, don't expect to walk away easy. They're not throwing in the books.
Everything hangs in the balance. At the end of the day, the state prosecutors, they want to be able to stand in front of news media cameras when this is all over and they will say stuff like, "We had to fight for a long time to get justice for these two victims, but we did it." That's what they're working on.
On the other side, you got WW Melly's attorneys, defense, who are going to fight. They have an incentive to fight.
They're getting paid good money to free him.
So on the other side, you will hear them say, "We knew all along he was going to beat this case. He wasn't guilty." Blah, blah, blah. And we did it. May the best man win. But I'm telling y'all from my personal perspective, I don't think he's going to get bail before his January 2027 trial. And I don't think they're going to let him out. And I also think he's going to be found guilty at trial.
And he's going down. Leave your comments in the comments section below.
Catch you on the next video. It's BrainFlow TV. I'm out. Peace.
