[00:00:09]According to those notes, Rosie Graham reportedly drove past the crash scene at approximately 6:00 a.m. in the morning and allegedly did not realize Mackenzie Shirilla, Dominic Russo, and Davion Flanagan were inside the wrecked vehicle. Rosie passed by Mackenzie's crash site the morning of the crash before it was even reported and said nothing. Since that information started circulating, people online have been asking tough questions and debating what they would have done in the same situation.
