I think I mean there's so many ways I can answer that question. I think the first thing that you want to think about is what's your record with hanging out with yourself? What I would ask is, you know, tell me about a juncture in your life where you felt, you know, a sense of pride or you felt calm about your relationship with yourself. Where where where was that alignment if it's not here now?
Where has it been?
And then building off of that. Building off of what, you know, what were some of the elements that contributed to being in a place where you could trust yourself. Being in a place where you recognized you were honest with yourself. Being in a place where you could really, you know, stand in your accomplishments. Because everybody's got that in their story.
