The video rebrands pharmacological intervention as a personal triumph, effectively outsourcing willpower to expensive peptides under the guise of a "lifestyle journey." It highlights a modern shift where medical shortcuts are celebrated as holistic self-improvement rather than systemic metabolic management.

SHOCKING Tirzepatide Month 2 Results | GLP-1 WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY
Added:I wear my addiction out for the world to see.
Hey guys, it's Jill. Welcome back to my channel. Welcome if you are new. Today's video is going to be my sixmonth update. We're going to talk about weight. We're going to talk about nausecale victories. We're gonna talk about how I feel, what I've done to lose this weight, how much I've lost in the six months, and anything else that I may think of that comes up. First, I'm going to talk about how much weight I have lost in these past 6 months, and that is 32.2 2 lb total, which I am incredibly proud of, happy with, and giving myself a huge pat on the back for that. I am down a total of 64.1 lb total, and that is overall because I started my weight loss journey originally at 331 lbs way back in the day. So, I'm very happy with that. If you guys want to see, this is me and the difference. This is my 64 lb weight loss difference. And then this right here is my 32 lb weight loss difference. So, this is this year, what I've done so far this year. And I'm so proud of this because if I keep going at the rate that I'm going and at the end of this year I can say I've lost 60 lb. Just imagine what I'm going to look like cuz look this is the difference of 32 lb which is amazing. So very happy with that. I will say I'm on a GLP1,000% saved my life. I'm so incredibly glad that I finally took the leap and started a GLP1. I'm taking compounded tzepide. I have actually been on the same dose, which since it's compounded, it's not exactly 7.5 millig. It's 6 point something something. And I have been on that dose for I believe 2 months now. And I've been doing really well on that dose. and very happy with it. So hopefully we can stay on that dose for several more months. So far as it is right now, I am happy right where I'm at with my 6 point something something milligrams that I'm taking. I'm also I also added NAD and B12. My doctor added NAD and B12 because I told him that I was experiencing brain fog. I was experiencing extreme fatigue. And ever since having those two things added, girl, world of difference, completely like a big huge difference. So so glad that I actually talked to my doctor and said, "Hey, this is what's going on."
Because that did slow my progress down quite a bit along with some emotional eating as well, which I've talked about several times on here. But to be 32.2 lb down, all of the vacations that I've taken this year, which is more than I've ever done before in my life, pretty much. Yeah. Really? Yeah. I went to Miami. I went on a cruise for a week. I have gone back and forth to Charlotte. I don't know how many times I spent a week in Charlotte not that long ago. And I sometimes when I go to Charlotte, I have everything planned and prepped and I bring my food. And sometimes and a couple of times I've gone to Charlotte and said, "I'm just going to wing it."
And either way, I've been super successful and I haven't gained weight.
And I will say 1,000% with the vacations. I also went to Chattanooga in Tennessee. I also went to Chattanooga, Tennessee for a couple of days and me and my kids went to Rock City, which 1,000% recommend. We also did Ruby Falls, not so much recommended, but it was still fun. Even then, I did plan breakfast and lunch and snacks for that vacation, but I did not plan dinners, and I did not gain weight on any of my vacations. And that is huge progress. And now I owe that right there. 1,000% I owe that to the GLP1.
Without a doubt, I owe that to the GLP1.
Has the GLP1 made it easier for me to lose this weight? 1,000%.
But it also doesn't mean that I haven't been working for it either. I'm still working out and making sure that I am eating the right foods and portioning out my foods, counting my calories, getting in my water. All of that takes effort. So, I am really truly working on changing my lifestyle while I'm taking a GLP1. And personally for me, I will I will be on a GLP1 for the rest of my life if I can. That's how much it's changed my life. The food noise is gone for the most part. I don't think about food. And it's it's insane. And if you've never had a food addiction, you probably have no idea and cannot comprehend for the life of you what that means. But maybe you've had an addiction to your phone or maybe you've had an addiction to cigarettes or alcohol or whatever and you feel that constant pull or you're constantly thinking about that thing that you're addicted to. And that's exactly what food was for me. I wear my addiction out for the world to see. And it has been so incredibly life-changing to be on a GLP1 because I go on vacation and I don't fear food. I don't I'm not scared of it. I don't think about it 24/7. When I used to go on vacation and in my brain something switched and it was, "Oh, it's a free-for-all. let's get all the snacks and and I would come home ending ending up gaining 10 15 lbs. So, honestly, if it weren't for the GLP1, I probably would be here not doing this video because I would probably be very close to the 399.1 that I started at the beginning of the year. But I am so incredibly grateful for the GLP1. It has helped me tremendously when it comes to the food. Now, I have mentioned I can still emotionally eat while taking a GLP1 and I have had some struggles with that. I have found ways around that which is basically not watching what I eat. If I know I'm emotional, don't have something that is super super highly palatable flavorful. For instance, if I'm emotional, I don't want to go have a couple of slices of pizza.
But if I'm not emotional, I can go have those two pieces of pizza, especially if I'm craving it. The craving has been satisfied, and I move on with my life. I don't think about it. I don't feel regret. I don't think about, "Oh, I wish I could have that pizza. It was so amazing." Like I used to. It food used to consume my brain 247.
If this sounds anything like you and you have been struggling, I personally get my GLP1 from Fridays. It's linked down below and you can also use coupon code Jillian, which is going to save you $150 off. I 1,000% recommend it. The only regret that I have is not starting sooner. Because if I started sooner, then I'd be skinny. I would be skinny by now or at least really close to being skinny and probably most likely out of the plus sizes. But you live, you learn.
If you, like I said, are anything like me and you're hesitant, do your own research. But there is so much research coming out and it's changed millions of people's lives and I am just I'm I'm just I'm loving it. I'm absolutely loving it. So, the link is down below. Again, Jillian will save you $150. And I love Fridays, too, cuz it's a one-stop shop. You also get a dietitian. You also get group therapy, group workouts. You have access to your teleaalth doctor at all times. It's just amazing. And so, I do want to talk about some non-scale victories other than just what you see as far as my body and whatnot. I went on vacation several times. I already talked about that. Did not gain any weight. That's huge. That's probably one of the biggest. I climbed Stone Mountain. Now, I did not go all the way up, but I climbed it. And if you are from Atlanta or have been to sew mountain and you have climbed that thing, then you know that is not easy.
So, I am going to do it again once it cools down to see how different it's going to be for me because my daughter, she was doing it and she actually usually doesn't like to walk and she usually is like I don't want to do this anymore.
She was killing it. She was killing it.
So I said, "Ooh, I want to be like that.
I can't wait until that's me." The one thing about Stone Mountain is that it is a mountain made of stone, but it also goes up like this. The entire time you are going up. So there is I mean there's places where you can go to the side and look at the views or kind of just sit there and chill, but the entire way it is an incline. So that is a huge freaking non-scale victory. I didn't make it to the tip tip tip tip tippy top, but I'm going to put a picture right here. I made it very high and you guys can see the view and whatnot. I was scared. I have a fear of heights and it's slanted. So, I did need to take a break because when I looked at going up to the tippy top, I said, I'm going to need to take about a 20m minute break or so and then we can do it. And just sitting on the side of that mountain, I just had vertigo really bad and there was no way that I could escape it. So, I said, I'm I'm going to see you again.
I'm going to see you again. So that is my goal is to make it to the very top.
But we were close. We were very very close. It was I don't know maybe a quarter of a mile, probably less than that that we didn't finish, but it was amazing and I'm so proud of myself. That was huge accomplishment. And I don't remember when we did that, but I was still like 280ish. So almost 20 lbs higher than what I am now. And on top of that, I was not really consistently working out because that was something else that I've struggled with this year is consistently working out. And I had to realize I had to set boundaries with myself mostly and say I I'm not superwoman and I cannot do it all. So what are the things that I absolutely have to do? This comes first. I have to make working out and my health an absolute priority. My kids are older now. My son is in North Carolina living his best life. My daughter's 16, almost 17. So, they are My son is definitely independent. My daughter is on the more independent side where she doesn't need me as much. So, I can now start to focus a lot more on me, my health, and all of that. So yeah, I'm just proud of myself because that was that was a huge non-scale victory. Another one was driving to Miami. If you guys know anything about me, I used to suffer from intense extreme agorophobia and panic attacks. And I drove, which is a 12ish hour drive. I think it's 10, but then when you're running into traffic and stuff, it turns more into a 12hour drive. from here down to Miami. I'm very proud of that. That is a huge non-scale victory. Something else I'm able to go through one of those scary that was one of the things I have not been able to conquer. And I said, you know what? I don't care what it's going to take, but you're going to go through this dang car wash. The car washes that you put your car in neutral and you go through the long tunnel.
It's it's a panic attack waiting for hap to happen for me. And I was able to conquer that fear not that long ago. And that was huge for me because I told myself I said, "I'm tired of having a dirty car. I want to be not only that, but I'm tired of letting this control me. I want to be able to go wash my car and not be afraid every time I go or have to go through hoops or get someone else to drive my car through it because no I I no so I did face that fear and it was it was hard. It was scary. I did feel a little bit like I was going to have a panic attack. My daughter was there with me so she started talking to me and got my mind off of what was going on and I made it.
But that was huge. That was a huge non-scale victory. And I know some of you are probably like, "That is so dumb." But that is so freaking huge for me because the thing about this is that this is not just a weight loss journey for me. This is a lifestyle change. And there's so many things that I want to do. But I have been held back by fear with pretty much with so many things in my life. I'm tired of allowing fear to control me. And so for me to start to take the steps towards not allowing fear to control me is it's huge. It's so huge. I mean I want to live this life that is really big and I want to parasail. I want to zipline. So if I can't go through a wash, what makes me think I can parasail? I I've wanted to parasel since I was I don't know if it was a teen or even younger than a teen.
I wanted to parasail.
I just think it looks like so much fun.
Even though I'm scared to death of heights, I want to do it. I want to do it so bad. So, I'm sure that there's a weight limit for that. So, I won't be doing that anytime soon. But that was something else, too. I'm so close to that 250 weight limit that I feel so many things when they have a weight limit, that's the weight limit that it is. So, the paddle boats in Charlotte that I had to sit on the sidelines and watch my kids ride. I hated that. That was awful. Still going to go celebrate that. So, if you guys are not subscribed, make sure you subscribe cuz that's going to be that's going to be an amazing day. Ziplining I won't be able to do. I think the weight limit on that is also 250 lbs. So, there's a lot of things I can't do because of my weight and I don't want my weight or fear to continue to hold me back from things that I want to do. When I was in Miami, if you heard the story, you already know. But there were so many cute little restaurants and and cafes. I took one look at the chairs and I said, I'm not even going to attempt to try to sit in the chair. When I went to Helen, Georgia last year, I was in a cafe and I sat down and I literally I literally could not fit in the chair. So, I was not about to try to sit down and have a dinner in a chair where I didn't think that I was going to fit in. So, I mean, that's just so embarrassing. And I said, I mean, I felt like a fish out of water in Miami. I'm not going to lie. So, that is something that I'm definitely looking forward to, which is obviously going back and experiencing that again as a thinner person. Also, when I was in Miami, walking on that beach was so freaking hard. It was so incredibly hard and I don't want it to be hard to walk on a beach.
Yeah. So, I have a lot to look forward to and it's exciting. And 1,000% because I'm on a GLP1, I'm not thinking in my head, this isn't going to happen. I know it's going to happen because now that the food noise has got gone away and it's pushed to the side. I'm actually able to focus on those healthy habits. Exercising, morning routine, evening routine, reading, learning, all of those things that's going to make me bring me closer to the woman that I want to be. And I am no longer completely and utterly obsessed with food. And it's amazing.
Also, my personal experience has been I don't have cravings for cigarettes. I I quit smoking back in December of 2020, and I used to crave them often, and I have not craved them at all since starting my GLP1 on January 1st.
Honestly, I feel like I can go on and on and on and on when it comes to non-scale victories. I joined a gym, which was very scary. I got a Walmart brand deal, which is something I have been working very, very, very hard towards. I got that on my other channel. I did a video for Shapermint on their channel, which was also a huge non-skill victory. And these are business related, but this is also goals that I have. and and these are the things that I want to look towards or look to and remember what all I've accomplished this year when I'm feeling down and out about myself because that is something else I've been struggling with is my body image when thousand% I've been struggling with my body image and then I went and got a haircut and my hair I'm not going to talk about my hair I hate it I hate it so I'm just working with it and and you know I told my daughter I love her. Oh, I love her so much. I said, "It's Lord Far Far this haircut."
And she said, "Even if it is, own it."
And I said, "I love that girl's self-confidence." Oh my gosh. Yes. Yes. I think I did something right there. Um, so yeah, I just h that makes me so happy. So yeah, I'm I'm just owning it. I'm going to own my body at this time and I'm going to stop um being afraid, I guess, to sparkle and shine bright because I have been dulling my own shine and my own light and I don't want to do that anymore. So, I cannot wait to see all of the things that I accomplish within the next 6 months. Again, I could go on and on and on when it comes to non-scale victories, but I'm going to stop this video right here. Thank you guys so much for watching. I hope that you have an amazing day and that you are doing amazing on your weight loss journey as well. Again, if you guys want any information or you're like, I'm ready to start taking a GLP1, all that information is going to be down below.
I'll also put a QR code just to make it easier if you guys are watching this on a TV to be able to access it that way.
And I 1,000% love Fridays, love being on a GLP1. I will be devastated if I can't be on one anymore because and I I hate to even say I'm going to be like, "Oh, now I won't be able to lose weight." But taking that food noise away from me has literally been the biggest game changer of my life. It has been amazing. And these past 6 months, like I said, with all the traveling and stuff.
There's no way. There's no way I would have lost 32 lbs. There's just no way.
So, anyways, love you guys. I hope that you're having an amazing day and I'll see you in the next one.
Okay.
