My Two Cents is an Italian animated series created, written, and directed by Zerocalcare (Cocalcare), featuring a quirky animation style and dialogue narration from the main character's perspective as they navigate life's challenges. The series is notable for its ability to address contemporary social issues and the zeitgeist while maintaining humor and emotional depth, making it both entertaining and relevant to current world events. The show has been well-dubbed and is highly recommended for viewers seeking animated content that combines storytelling with meaningful commentary on life and society.

Is Zerocalcare’s New Show Worth Watching? My Two Cents Netflix Review FROM KAROO (2026) Due SpicciAdded:
So, here I am in the middle of the career desert thinking about an Italian animated series.
Life is weird sometimes. So, I just watched my two sons.
It's the third season, although every season is a different story, but it's the creator Zerocalcare or Cocalcare.
Uh an Italian animated series that speaks about life.
And the animation itself is quite quirky. The design is quite fun.
But it's all the dialogue narration from the perspective of our main character that goes through life learning as we do. And so, it's so good. So fun to see um what this character gets up to, especially now it's a little bit older.
And uh he's he he has these mental characteristics that are um animated like he has emotions, his psyche that is shown.
And uh it's quite quirky and funny, but very relevant for what's happening in the world now. So, it's often speaking about things that happen in the zeitgeist of our world picking up points of what's topical to talk about and then animating that. And a lot of the time, because of my age demographic probably, it'll go back to the places where it'll be talking about things that you recognize. So, the first episode starts off with things like Final Fantasy.
And then it gets into the darker storyline, which each season has done so far. Uh but also relevant stuff. So, the animation is good. The scripting is great. It's Italian, but I recommend watching in whatever language because they've dubbed it really well.
Um here I am in the career thinking about an Italian animated series that I thought was just really excellent. Once again, I've reviewed the other two seasons, so you're welcome to go back on my channel and check if you want reviews for that.
Other than that, you might have missed them the first time round.
Highly recommend watching this four You know, there's animated TV series where they start out having something to say, but also is funny and relevant. It just kind of takes all the right boxes, and then they sort of go off in the wrong direction.
That's what this series did, but without going in the wrong direction. Just seems to nail the zeitgeist of what's going on uh in and around it because it's relevant topical information that you're getting, but from the perspective of something that feels feels very real.
Sorry, I'm checking my surroundings just in case there's a snake.
Uh got to be aware.
This particular land has quite a few um Yeah, it's so beautiful around here, guys. I hope you're enjoying these uh I guess just thoughtful reviews while I'm away.
Um had a little bit of extra time when I'm walking from uh place to place, and uh I let me know your thoughts and feelings about the series so far, which has been your favorite so far, and which animated series do you think has had like the most topical information, um but also doesn't mind having a good story. I think about things like The Simpsons have been doing that for years.
Um uh South Park, always very topical, but still funny. Uh animation is almost comes third, even though the character designs in this are quick and unique.
You think about Simpsons and South Park and things like that, and I recommend this one's going to keep doing what it's doing, um then I highly recommend uh these three seasons, especially this one cuz it just feels like it was speaking to me sometimes. Thanks so much for watching.
I'm going to give this four Nicolas Cages out of five.
