How do I know that banks are really in trouble? They will have to they have no choice. You see crypto is the greatest idea for the financial industry in 100 years.

All of that stuff is still based on a certain limit per day because if you open it crazily and you allow people to send any amount they want that it's still prone to the uh same concerns with hackers getting in and stealing people's money. But if the limit is 3,000 per person per day or per week, then it's not worth it going to hack to to do all that work to steal a little bit of money. So that's how far the per far uh faster payment councils could go. All right. Now with blockchain is instant.

Um, you know, they're they're they've they've merged technology with finance and they're taking over. They've taken over to be honest. So, let me tell you how I'm why I'm saying this. There was a video today that came out with Brian Armstrong. In fact, I asked Grock to look for the one that has sound. It was Maria Bartromo interviewing um uh the Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong on her show which is um uh Futures with Maria on Fox and it's a financial show.

[00:05:01]It's about companies, the stock market, uh, you know, securities, all of that stuff. And Brian Armstrong clearly said, you know, you can now look, you and I can basically USDC on Coinbase can borrow against it like if you are borrowing money from the bank, no credit check.

[00:05:23]It's your money. It's your money you are borrowing. Now I'm the reason why I'm this passionate about this is because we had sat with our bank on March the 3rd.

[00:05:39]On March the 3rd, we had sat with our bank. Please like the video. We had sat with our bank and had a conversation right about getting uh some of our assets refinanced and all of that. First you are dealing with a local branch that is dealing with a regional branch that is dealing with a national branch uh national uh uh uh center depending on what you want done.

Uh the bank had uh one of the banks had laid placed a lean on a property that we own, my wife and I, over the last little while, 5 years, because we had borrowed on behalf of a charity. Now, watch this. It's not even about us. We did it for the work of the kingdom. It was all paid off.

[00:06:33]At the end of the day, 6 months after the loan had been paid off, guess what?

[00:06:38]We were call we had go caller arise al loan on behalf of the charity as we're speaking today as I'm speaking to you today the lean is still on the property I didn't know I went and I checked in the past 20 years ago 15 years ago 12 years ago 17 years ago that would not have happened it would have been a major error on the side of the bank they are supposed to pull the lean right they're supposed to clean up properly in other words they did not discharge the loan properly And I was running around thinking that, oh man, I don't have a lean on that asset anymore. That's the second thing. Banks are not what they used to be. They don't care about you.

[00:07:21]Number three, the level of permissions.

[00:07:24]I said that earlier, but I want to expand upon it. You go, you know, so many people have to sign on the loan.

[00:07:30]You want a loan on your collateral collateral. You have the collateral several times over. Go to Metal X Lending. If you have $10,000, you can borrow 5,000 on the 10,000 and put it back into the protocol and earn 379% depending on the asset that you are borrowing against. And now you don't need to borrow. You got to watch it there. But you can even lend your $10,000 on the Metal X lending platform and earn anything from 3.5 to 7% to 9% depending on the asset that you are lending. Now the this is your collateral. It's crypto and blockchain is making banking real while the banks the legacy banks you have the collateral. You have everything. I have paid mortgage 17 years paid mortgage 10 years paid mortgage on assets that I've owned over the last number of years decades. And these people I'm looking at the equity I'm looking at the money but to cash it and use it you are taking one month you're taking 6 weeks you're taking 3 months oh we have to come and CHECK LISTEN THE BANK said oh you know we I'm not going to name any banks but I'm going to tell you they said oh we have to do an APPRAISAL THAT'S FINE IN those days an appraisal took what you know a day or two they called you three hours or the next day and they show up like less than 48 hours. They moved quickly because it's concerning finance.

[00:09:03]But today, what is happening, the banks are not moving as fast as they used to.

[00:09:07]IF YOU'RE SOMEBODY WHO has been dealing with banks, you probably know what I'm talking about. It's not what it used to be. The the the fractional lending that they've been doing has put them into trouble. These are banks that every 10 years or so, one bank will collapse and take people's money with it and the people running the bank will walk away with fat checks and go and repeat it somewhere else because that system is guaranteed to fail. You just need one weak link and the whole thing will come down.

[00:09:36]And here we are right now with a new system where you can become your own bank and they don't want it. So when I watched that video today, the the the the the sound was the audio. I think the study sabotaged that that video.

[00:09:54]But you can now on Coinbase. Not only that, prior to now, Freddy Mack and Fannime would take your 10% for those of you who live in America and in other places in Canada now, they won't let you do it, but it's coming because you can't run away from the fact that digital assets are as real as physical assets.

[00:20:22]What I want to tell you guys, uh, just so you know, on the on the, um, on Binance, a lot of those meme coins have thin liquidity. That's a problem. That's why a lot of times when it when it when it explodes, guess what?

[00:20:41]People take profits. But there are some the liquidity is not so high, but they are good indicators of where it's going.

[00:20:53]So, you have to be careful how much you are investing in those other meme coins on the Binance Smart Chain.

[00:21:00]So, Binance Smart Chain is like your hit and miss almost except for the ones that have very solid communities. The the the memecoin on Binance that has a very solid community that will go a long way is Wikiat because it's not it's not a meme anymore. is becoming a utility token because now the uh the DAO they are buying a bank. They've released the penny remmit. They have the penny wallet. They have the uh bread uh whatever. And uh um what else do they have? They have the ecosystem. They have the learning tools to teach people crypto. They have so many things going for them that it it's definitely now a utility token. Utility basically means it has you see every crypto has utility even memecoins because as long as it had a community of 10,000 people 1,000 people it there's going to be you can use it and for exchange for goods and services. So there is utility. Bitcoin found its first utility when it but when that guy exchanged 10,000 bitcoin whatever it was for for for pizza. So but there is limited utility. Everything as long as a currency, it has some measure of utility. But we're talking of utility that is lasting that goes beyond the community that has to be used by people around is called uh adoption. Uh the the utility that comes with adoption everywhere you go it's there. It's not just uh you know sequestered to a community. That is a kind of utility that we are looking for that as a result of mass adoption this particular asset has gone away. Do you know those 16 assets that were named by the United States government, you can pick there and just put your money there and and go and sleep because they're going to explode in value. That's just the way it works.
