[00:00:00]It's Thursday afternoon, 1:00, and we're here with our good friend Kenneth um Kenneth Steven Price. We were having a talk backstage and we were talking about um um why we enjoy these conversations so much uh between you and I and I was sitting upon I think because we struggled and we saw a light we that we for whatever reason were we were drawn towards and I don't know last time we talked You said, "I'm not awake, but I know that I'm asleep."

[00:00:42]>> Perfect. We could we could we could do five episodes on that alone.

[00:00:47]>> Right.

[00:00:47]>> Just just be aware. Just notice. And and then beyond that, you know, hands off the steering wheel, folks. You know, I need do nothing. It's a once we just say, "I'm I'm I'm asleep right now." It's it's like a halt, >> right?

[00:01:05]Yeah.

[00:01:06]>> Um I think that's so important because we have the tendency to over complicate to overdrive.

[00:01:17]I have to get to this point. I have to get enlightened. I have to be awakened and and and [gasps] we will we will all pass across those stepping stones. That's a stepping stone because we're we're flushing out the nuances here. You know, we we must set the intention. You know, what does one of the Course in Miracles lessons say? I am determined to see, but it it doesn't mean I am in control of of when you know, you see the nuance.

[00:01:49]That's why we we that's why these spiritual teachers, you know, like David Hoffmeister, he's been saying the same thing for 30 years, but he can't say it enough. you know, we have got to just keep flushing this out because it's it's little little baby steps, one belief at a time, one nuance at a time.

[00:02:07]>> Um, flushing it out is a great term, too. I think in terms of uh forgiveness.

[00:02:14]I've been practicing deep forgiveness for decades, and I still have guilt. I still have resentment. I still have judgment. I still have grievances.

[00:02:26]But I have a I have a tool.

[00:02:30]Well, and what you've also got, and this is where you and I are meeting right now, is we've got this age behind us, and it's it's in my story, you know, I' I've still got it all, too. But it's proven over and over and over again that it's it's it's not this ginormous monster that it was in my youth. All I I've I've got the the routine down. Just be with it. Allow it. I I actually did an essay this morning where I I named it um I I was trying to do some humor this morning to lighten it up for everyone.

[00:03:05]And and David Hoffmeister is always, you know, he's got a community that's built on two rules. No private thoughts and no people pleasing. So, I I I was having fun with it this morning. I named it uh my best friend, people.

[00:03:18]People pleaser. [laughter] You guys put a name on it. You know, anything that works so we can get some distance from this. You know, Course of Miracles calls it the ego. And I like that, by the way. That's why I'm a Course of Miracles student called the ego. You know, Christians called it Satan. And then it's like, well, I mean, if that works for Christians, but I prefer ego, you know, over Satan because it kind of takes away the the the, you know, superstitious, you know, figure with the pitchfork, you know.

[00:03:50]>> Agreed. Agreed. I want to take a moment real quick to let people in the chat know that feel free to ask questions.

[00:03:57]Um, that Kenneth has been through he's been through the fire.

[00:04:06]um deep deep depression, addiction, uh suffering, and that means that he's accessible because I know many of you have been through the fire yourselves or you're going through it now. Um, and I don't think that Kenneth is here to um, offer advice to say do this because it worked for me. But I think he can let you know for sure that uh, we can all get through the fire >> and this, you know, there are many different spiritual teachers, luminaries, way showers who come at it from a different angle. And that's what I love about this this social media. you know, we have now these grassroots technologies and platforms like for instance David Hoffmeister. If you guys if you guys want, you know, the the metaphysical abstract, go to David Hoffmeister. Um, but don't come to me for metaphysical abstract. Come to me with some grassroots, you know, uh, you know, simplicity or or some courage, some, you know, because, you know, we we're all, you know, teaching the same material. We're all pointing in the same direction, but we're all saying it in our own individual voices. And so, we can do that in 2026. It's it's not a one-sizefits all, >> right?

[00:05:27]>> Um, I'd like hearing you say that because I'm not here really to um I do consider myself a course of miracles channel. um that this is what you know my YouTube place is about but it's not about uh teaching it with uh it's not about teaching metaphysics it's not even about teaching the the workbook or anything from the text although I do offer all that it's about creating a place where people can see their triggers >> they can respond and they can respond to each other with kindness and they can actually practice on the spot in the trenches forgiveness.

[00:06:09]>> Here's what I finally unpacked. I've been unpacking a lot the last year, but I I realized here's a technology we can use. You know how many times, you know, on our path, you know, somebody has said to turn it over to the Holy Spirit. How [clears throat] do you do that? Well, guess what, folks? If you post it on Facebook, you know, and and all of a sudden it's out there broadcast live, which is what I've been doing, posting my shadow, my nuances, my story, my parable on Facebook. And I realized, you know, Facebook has become the altar. Put it out there and let others just it's I'm shining light on. In other words, I'm not ashamed of it. You know, I'm I'm not embarrassed. You know, the ego would love me to be ashamed and embarrassed of my parable, but I'm not going to listen to the ego anymore. I'm going to go out there and I'm going to be honest. All of a sudden, you know, hey, this works. I'm feeling lighter. You know, I'm I'm I'm I'm no longer lonely. I've got companions. Um I've got to, you know, is a purpose. Each each person's got to find what their path is. You know, people say, "Well, you just got to pick one path and stick with it." Well, yes and yes. Yes and no. No. And yes, and and [snorts] You see what I'm saying? The internal teacher inside of us >> is is going to show us, you know, what our tailored path is supposed to um contain.

[00:07:35]You know, and by the way, my tailored path is under the umbrella of a course in miracles, but that doesn't preclude other wisdom teachings which are all pointing in the same direction.

[00:07:47]>> Right? And I know that um the 12 steps is big for you.

[00:07:56]>> Thank you. Because you know you the ego would like to say well it's this category. It's this category. It's this category. No. And you see that's beautiful. Watch what the ego does immediately. I wrote an essay. You know the ego the ego is going to hijack our spiritual journey. Just count it folks.

[00:08:15]Oh boy. You got to be a spiritual person. You know, I'm going to come along for the ride. [laughter] It's like, but you see see what I'm doing?

[00:08:24]You see what you and I are both doing?

[00:08:26]We're starting to laugh. Trust me, laughter is the best medicine here. You know, if we can, you know, the tiny mad ideas and the son of God remembered not to laugh. Well, I'm not using it in in perfect context, but basically Jesus leaves the course of miracles so open for us that we can we can use some of this wisdom, you know, in in different venues. I for one I'm because I touch on we said this last week I touch on so much seriousness that I really want to balance it out with some humor and some levity.

[00:08:58]>> Do you have to I don't I don't think you personally what I know of your journey would have gotten to this point had you not been able to um laugh. You see, spirit's going to give each one of us gifts.

[00:09:15]And and please don't tell no. If someone comes to me and says, "I don't have any gifts." I'm going to, you know, immediately I'm going to say, "No, you do have gifts." But, you know, they're being covered up by fill in the blank.

[00:09:26]And and one of my gifts was humor. I got it from my father. And and yeah, people say, "Well, humor is egoic." Very good.

[00:09:34]You know, you get an A+ for for pointing that out. And remember, the spirit will use everything the ego made. So, ego made humor and and let's use it. Let's let's let's go back a little bit. Robin Williams, you know, the late great Robin Williams, as far as I know, was not a course of miracle student, but look what the beautiful things he did with his humor, >> right?

[00:09:57]>> He he touched people with it.

[00:10:01]>> Do you think um all humor is entirely of the ego? Well, [laughter] I've seen some of the standup comedians out there and I'm not I'm not into standup comedy with a lot of bathroom, you know, right?

[00:10:16]>> Foul mouth is Well, that's an interesting question. Well, I mean, ultimately the whole thing is ego.

[00:10:22]>> I guess it depends how it's being used.

[00:10:24]If >> let's let go of humor.

[00:10:27]How about if we we say not humor but laugh just laughter?

[00:10:33]Well, if if if we're laughing again, [laughter] what are we laughing at? I like to I heard someone say once I had a close friend say, you know, now remember she's not a course of miracle student, but she said, you know, successful people know how to laugh at themselves. not successful in in in terms of the dream successful, but I I like to laugh at myself, which which kind of goes to show people, look folks, you know, I'm I'm I'm not an enlightened master who chants I laugh and I get to meet people where they're at that way.

[00:11:09]>> Um I think you're hitting on it now. I think you're hitting on that kind of laughter that's not based on on humor. I I think of um I can't think of the author's name now.

[00:11:23]Uh oh, Camille uh Alber Camil and his myth of Ceifus and how Cephus was punished to push the boulder up the mountain only to have it roll back down.

[00:11:34]But eventually he he saw the absurdity of what he was doing and he began to laugh. He began to smile because it was so absurd. It wasn't based on a joke. It was based on that um the ego is so absurd. The ego always has a boulder.

[00:11:54]It's always pushing something. Um and whatever it is in the material world is always going to fall back down. Uh that's the nature of the world. Push something up comes back down. Push something up. But I think when laughter enters is when who we are as spirit looks on the world and says, "Wow, Eric really believes he's Eric. Kenneth really believes he's Kenneth." It's a very gentle laughter.

[00:12:25]the I'm really glad you used that one single word absurd because you know humor used to laugh at the absurdity of this dream can be very healing and very productive and [clears throat] sisophist you know was trying to roll that boulder up the hill and it kept smashing them well um let's bring it back to to a little more current while it's 50 years old but wy coyote will never catch the road runner [laughter] whether it a great philosopher or a Looney Tunes cartoon. It's the same metaphor. [laughter] >> It is. Um, you know, I I think if we wanted to, we could paint a uh if we wanted to get political, we could paint the the Acme Explosive Company uh [laughter] as as the great um lever, string pusher puller, uh shaping, you know, everything behind what we're doing in this world that, you know, we'd like to think that big government pulling our strings, uh making a stance And I think, you know, with the Coyote, Riley Coyote, he never stood a chance because, you know, big explosive company was pulling his strings.

[00:13:42]>> You know, I I did an essay on that um a couple days ago and and I had some I used chat GPT and Chad GPT helped me out tremendously. Let's see if some of I can remember some of the contraptions that um came up with. Let me go back. Oh. Oh, here's here it is.

[00:13:59]Acme approval magnet.

[00:14:02]Acme relationship glue gun. [laughter] Acme manifestation kit, you know. So, I mean, think about it. [laughter] I like the the the Acme, you know, relationship glue gun. So, see there, there's laughter right there. You know, if if I times, oh, I got to heal a special relationship. Well, >> get a get a giggle out of it. I guarantee you Jesus is laughing. You know, they would have, you know, I guarantee you, let's go back 2,000 years on Mr. Peabody's Wayback machine, and that that man had a grin on his face the whole time. Look at David Offmeister. I call him the, you know, the laughing Buddha. He's got it figured out.

[00:14:39]>> He does. And he is one of the most um joyful people that I've had the pleasure of sitting across.

[00:14:45]>> Oh, I I when if you get to interview with David Hoffmeister, it's going to be the most enjoyable hour of your week.

[00:14:51][laughter] He just laughs.

[00:14:53]Um, and you know, I think that's the secret to so many people that I I think it's the secret of our conversation that we've touched upon uh, you know, again, deep levels of our own suffering. Uh but in that same conversation, we've been able to um share a laugh with each other >> and it's important. this it's very that's why I I I really want to I'll do anything to support your channel because I I've tried you know my own Zooms and I'm not I'm a Zoom person but I I do like to come on other people's platforms because you know we've reached this place in life where we've been through the ringer and we have the you know sufficient expansion to be able to hold the paradox and that is a paradox I'm not discounting that this has been a very very difficult journey on you know for the last 59 years but I also want to you know here's my face [laughter] I'm laughing okay so you know David Hoffmeister was doing this another interview a couple days ago you know and he said you know I you can quote it you know seriousness causes reincarnation [laughter] bumper sticker yeah you know you can really get a lot of wisdom on on uh bumper sticker because wisdom doesn't have to be complicated.

[00:16:20]It doesn't have to be an entire book.

[00:16:22]You know, earlier in our conversation, I was thinking of Dove Fishman uh telling me when he knew the Course Miracles was really written uh by not by Helen, not by a human hand uh but by Jesus. when in the course it said um leave this book behind because the ego the ego would say throw everything else away but hold on to this book because it's this book that's going to save you.

[00:16:55]It's the finger pointing to the moon.

[00:16:58]Don't focus on the finger. [laughter] You know, forget this world, forget this course and come with holy open hands unto your God. You know, a a spiritual propheteer would definitely not put that in in their material. [laughter] You know, instant enlightenment, you know, you know, instant, you know, dehydrated enlightenment, you know, 5.99 except payment plans. No, Jesus is taking his whole body of work and saying, you know, you guys, when you wake up, you won't need this anymore. I wrote an essay this morning on my my godfather. I write I I since I hold the symbol of minister, you know, ministers are supposed to use their lives as templates. Kind of like that t-shirt, you know, caution, you know, beware of what you say to me. It could be used in a sermon somewhere.

[00:17:48]But he's never picked up a course in miracles.

[00:17:53]As a matter of fact, he he looks at it and he I mean, he's kind. He looks at it and goes, "What's all that for?

[00:18:00]Why can't you just live in the present moment and be happy? [laughter] I and I still haven't been able to answer that question [laughter] because he's right because this this material is for, you know, stupid intelligent people like me who've complicated their lives, you know. But but my my my godfather is is not stupid intelligent. He's intelligent intelligent. He's never [laughter] complicated it.

[00:18:27]Um, >> but but let's I'm not going to I'm not going to laugh at that because my my story does contain trauma.

[00:18:35]Now, trauma does set on fire the looping mechanisms.

[00:18:41]So, we we I'm sure we'll go into that on one of your br your your live streams.

[00:18:44]So, there is a reason I complicated it.

[00:18:47]It was safer to live up here than to feel what was happening here.

[00:18:53]So, you know, I I got to flush this out because I don't want to make any blanking statements here. I'm sorry. I think I cut you off.

[00:19:02]>> No, that was a um profoundly important statement.

[00:19:06]>> Yeah.

[00:19:07]>> Because what is a what's the line? That um complexity complexity is always of the ego.

[00:19:16]>> Well, yes. And also since we're trapped in this, you know, uh, spiderweb, Jesus is going to meet us in the complexity. That's what this whole thing is about. He knows how complicated we've made it. If, if someone just walks up to me and say, "Well, why can't you just live in the present moment?" It won't work. I'm too far deep inside the spiderweb. I need someone I need someone to join me in the spiderweb and and because I'm struggling and, you know, it's like quicksand. That's what that's what Jesus has given us. He's he's meeting us in the spiderweb. He's meeting us in the quicksand. And he's saying it's safe to relax.

[00:19:54]This is not real. It's not happening.

[00:19:56]But here's, you know, here's how the complication looks. Here's why it's not real. And slowly as we begin to relax, we begin to un unstick ourselves from this.

[00:20:10]But I'm not going to call it a problem.

[00:20:13]Now, it's important. It's it's very important and that we wind ourselves into the dream to be carefully unwound out of the dream because that's because on the other side of that is the awakening, >> right?

[00:20:30]>> So it's the prodical son story is a Joseph Campbell's hero's journey and and I I I write all about this profusely because everyone thinks this shouldn't have happened. Something's going wrong.

[00:20:43]the trauma, the trouble should not have happened to me. Well, guess what, folks?

[00:20:48]It happened to this one man and it happened to you and we're waking up.

[00:20:55]Not in spite of it, but because of it.

[00:20:59]So, when Jesus says in the course of miracles, all things happen for good except in the ego's judgment. He's he he is making a very uh profound statement and he's not leaving us any wiggle room for Yeah. But except for no there's no except fors. All >> right.

[00:21:19]>> And that's why this is a I call it hero's journey. Bravery and courage. I use that because there have been a lot of times when my my childhood came back up and I had to be with it. I mean I I told I you know the first couple decades I told you know endless stories about it and that's also a stepping stone.

[00:21:40]But when you know that reached you know the event horizon Kenneth Steven Price had to be with it and that's where the magic of the alchemy and the miracles finally took the last step. even says in the course of miracles something like God will take the the final step because I take no credit for emerging from that and I'm not emerged from that but I've I found the formula I found the the I found something worth sharing is at the end of of all the storytelling at the end of the therap it's it's all very important but at the end to be with it to allow know it, to trust it, to welcome it.

[00:22:33]And and and [clears throat] beyond that, all I can say for your audience is expect a miracle.

[00:22:40]And I know you can hear that.

[00:22:44]Can you do me a favor, Kenneth? uh for those who might be unfamiliar with the course of miracles and the definition of miracles that we're talking about uh can you offer that to them?

[00:22:55]>> What Jesus is telling us in a course of miracles and again this has been debated on Facebook but basically what he's saying is a miracle is a shift in perception.

[00:23:06]He's he's telling us in the course of miracles that he does a lot of things in this book. It's that's why people teach it for decades.

[00:23:15]Basically, there's there's there's basically two thought systems.

[00:23:19]There's an egoic thought system and a spirit thought system.

[00:23:24]And the thought system of the ego keeps us looping inside of time, space, up, down, left, right. It keeps us asleep in the dream, which is not bad. Again, it's not bad to be asleep in the dream.

[00:23:37]But for many of us, the dream, for some reason or another, the dream is limited.

[00:23:45]It it it it doesn't last forever. It it it has it has its its limitations. Even says in the course in miracles, your tolerance for pain is high, but it is not without limit. And and [clears throat] many of us at it's different points, you know, on our timeline have reached that limit are beginning to reach that limit.

[00:24:04]And that is when it's the course of miracles is engineered to give us the transition from the ego's thought system to the spirit's thought system. They call it holy spirit there. I like that.

[00:24:20]You know it's it's like think about it.

[00:24:22]You and I, you know, are the same age.

[00:24:24]So we remember the shift from DOS to windows.

[00:24:28]An upgrade.

[00:24:30]Jesus is providing us with an upgrade.

[00:24:34]It's it's it is it is it is nothing the thought system of the ego and the thought system of spirit never the twain shall meet [laughter] apples and oranges which is what we want because we we we come to a place in our lives where well wy coyote will never catch that road runner >> there's and and and you can just keep ordering from the acne catalog at infin an item. It's just it's not bad. It just won't work. You know, acne exploding bird seed, acne, you know, dehydrated boulder, acne, you know, cactus.

[00:25:13][laughter] Are you guys Are you tired of getting falling down in the canyons and going poof? Are are you tired of being launched into the stratosphere?

[00:25:21][laughter] >> Um, Kenneth, I'm gonna uh pause for one second. you and I are being showered with jewels, um, which are the the little, um, uh, monetary tokens. So, I just wanted to, uh, pause for a second and say thank you guys. I appreciate that. Um, and I wanted to mention when we're talking about uh wildly coyote, the reason why wy coyote will never ever catch the road runner is because wy coyote isn't really wy coyote. If we liken him to the ego, the ego is never going to awaken. The ego is never going to be enlightened.

[00:26:10]This is the beautiful thing about this time in history we're in, which by the way is unprecedented all throughout history, is we have this this new um advent called artificial intelligence which is actually demonstrating to us what you know all these prophets and and mystics have been saying for thousands of years. If artificial intelligence can replicate a human being as as as you know convincingly as it does, how convincing are we as human beings?

[00:26:44]>> I mean, think about it. We're about as convincing as as wy coyote is of being a real coyote.

[00:26:53]If if if if a language model can replicate a human, then are we really human?

[00:27:01]No. We're just a and that that brings us back to trying people want to ask what's the ego? It's just a a a conglomeration of beliefs, conditioning.

[00:27:11]It's a computer program, folks.

[00:27:14]The ego is is is just a a a set. It's a very advanced.

[00:27:20]But here we are in 2026 and the code is being cracked and and we're beginning to see that Jesus is just trying to tell us this is the matrix. You guys, you know, Kiana Reeves was trying to tell us this is the matrix.

[00:27:37]And that's that's good news because we can wake up in the matrix.

[00:27:43]But first, you got to admit you're asleep in the matrix.

[00:27:46][laughter] Do you think that um technology has made this easier or has complicated matters because you know we were talking about you were talking about be here now and that's the message of every perennial philosophy from the dao ding to the bagita the upanishads the dharmaparta uh ram das wrote about it in 1970 be here now um course of miracles it beginning in 1975 began to talk about it and but there's more noise in the world now than ever. There's more things to draw us in.

[00:28:25]>> It it it's because let's see if I let's see how I can explain this.

[00:28:32]All right. I I did an essay a couple of days ago. Um can't remember the name of it. Um the the you remember and I think I brought this up last week. Remember the the which is the reason I wrote the essay because I think you and I touched on this last week. Remember the playground, the 70s, those those >> things you all get on and they the big kids spin it faster and faster and faster and faster and faster and faster.

[00:28:54]And then sooner or later, one of the little kids, which was usually me, couldn't hold on any longer and he goes flying off and lands in the bushes.

[00:29:03]Well, the dream for all of us is going faster and faster and faster. It's we're we're reaching the event horizon. We're reaching the singularity. You know, it's it's and that's it's been prophesized and people are getting thrown off out of the dream.

[00:29:20]We've had people wake up from the dream for thousands of years, but now people are actually getting thrown out of the dream because it's going faster and faster. I I can't remember what your question was. You know, technology.

[00:29:30]Yeah, technology's got a lot to do with it.

[00:29:33]Um, I like the way you keep coming back to everything serves to help us awaken. If we allow everything to serve to help us awaken, it's that's a big chunk.

[00:29:51]You know, I I would never use that as a platitude. I would never post that as a Facebook meme because there are some things in this in this dream that are well there's a lot of awfulness in this dream.

[00:30:05][clears throat] >> You know the dream is actually if you really if if you really sit with the dream it's not a dream it's a nightmare.

[00:30:15]You know people think well it's got some pleasures in it.

[00:30:20]Pleasure is the same as pain. if you really want to go down this rabbit hole deep enough. That's why the humor is a little bit difficult topic to unpack because humor used appropriately is an excellent tool and at the same time humor can be used to distract.

[00:30:42]So again, you know, how is it being used? I can't remember the question I asked, but I just kind >> I would never want to talk anyone out of their awfulness, what they've experienced. Um, and that was a big thing in the 90s when duality began to explode. Um, and even some core students would participate. And so you have cancer, but you're not a body. You are free. You are still you are still as God created you. um and denying that something their experience is truly awful. Um now ultimately we do know that we are not a body and that we are free and that we are still as God created us. But I I don't find it helpful to someone who's truly suffering to say that to them. But I think we can um I think we can demonstrate. I think we can model I think in our gentleness and our tolerance and our loving kindness that uh we can get that message through.

[00:31:45]>> Good. I'm glad you brought that up.

[00:31:47]Listen, I'm not going to deny that people haven't weaponized the course of miracles. They weaponized the Bible. Why wouldn't you know, it's just what the ego does. I heard a woman once, you know, a voice in our community, you know, when somebody got sick with cancer. Isn't it great that he's not a body?

[00:32:08][laughter] No, but again, you know, the ego while I jacked. Um, yeah, and I'm glad you brought that up.

[00:32:18]You know, I remember the 90s well. You know, we we were at as a collective, we were at a different nodal point of our of our collective evolution. We are evolving so fast right now that that some of the things that were just you know collectively there wasn't enough collectively we were we were still very primitive in the '9s believe it or not in many ways but as we're going through this great awakening we're going to see a lot less and less of that. Well, actually, we may see some acceleration of that as as as more light gets placed onto this collective shadow, but but overall people are waking up out of the dream like popcorn and one of those Jiffy Pot pop popcorns we used to, you know, tin foil as kids put over the stove.

[00:33:07]>> Back in the 90s, you only heard an occasional, you know, pop pop.

[00:33:14]But in 2026, you're hearing a [laughter] P, which is a really good sign. But it's it's it's it's not going to happen. You know, the collective is not going to wake up out of the dream, you know, automatically singing kumbaya.

[00:33:30]Remember, we just turned the lights on in the basement. And and and it's it's kind of yucky down here, but thank God the lights are on because now we can get to work with the brooms and the mops and the and the boxes. Folks, this is this is where we're at as as a human species. And uh to plug the course in miracles, what a what a profound tool for this cleaning process. The the basement is just a metaphor. We're cleaning out our minds, our thoughts, our beliefs, our habits.

[00:34:03]But the beautiful thing about a course in miracles is just like Einstein said, you can't solve a problem with the same mind that created the problem. If we try and clean out that basement with the ego, we're just going to make a bigger mess. Trust me, I've tried it.

[00:34:15][laughter] If you if you try and clean out the basement with the Holy Spirit, you're going to you're going to start seeing, you know, light come into that basement, you're going to see underneath all that dust and cobwebs. There's a beautiful opportunity to to to build a um, you know, build a beautiful living space down there, metaphorically speaking.

[00:34:35]>> Have you had that um happen to you? And I I pretty much already know the the answer, but I'm going to ask it anyway.

[00:34:42]when you start when your practice deepens, everything from that basement comes to surface. Um everything that you you thought things are supposed to be getting better, but it looks like everything is um getting worse. This isn't supposed to happen. This isn't supposed to happen. Um but as you again, I think the one point you've been reiterating this entire conversation is use it. It's supposed to happen because it's there. It's here. It's what we're experiencing. And don't waste that experience. Don't push it back down in the basement and try to forget about it.

[00:35:19]>> Well, number one, the first thing I want to mention to your audience is spirit will never give us more than we can handle.

[00:35:28]Okay. So, you know, I want to wake up out of the dream. I want to wake up out of the dream. Well, when when you're see patency, guys, infinite patience produces immediate results. If there's something that needs to be looked at, I I I just I'm I discourage digging because I tried digging, you know, trying to uncover a and and but again, it's a nuance, you know, the I had a Christian woman once to me come to me and she had a said something brilliant.

[00:35:57]She said, "Kenneth, you can knock on that door, but don't push."

[00:36:08]Very, very, very wise, >> right?

[00:36:11]>> We lightly knock. We can gently push, but don't try and force that door open.

[00:36:16]You guys trust if it's if it's if it's not ready to open. It's the same thing as as you know when when a a caterpillar is in the cocoon the the you don't try and open that cocoon before the caterpillar tries to break out by itself.

[00:36:38]We have to give we have to give our soul a period of gestation inside the cocoon. and and and every person and I need to make this very clear every person will emerge from the cocoon you know when it's our time but first our wings have to fully form the legs have to fully form you see it's it's it's a divine timing thing you know so is it going to be yucky in the cocoon spoiler alert can you avoid the cocoon no so but you will Okay, >> everyone will try and avoid the cocoon.

[00:37:18][clears throat] >> Kenneth, that's really important what you said about um we think we think there's work to do. We need to dive in and pull out these the unhealed uh you know, shadow work is very popular. Um and we think that we need to dive in and pull out every little aspect of the shadow which um in the metaphor that you've been using with the the caterpillar is really um disturbing the process as as we heal as we do the practice of forgiving what comes up this whatever this might be and you know it might be training wheels right now exactly what we need something you know that we need to work on, but it's not complete devastation. Um, >> you remember last week that woman asked the question, "How do I know I'm on the right path?"

[00:38:20]>> We did the whole hour based on that.

[00:38:24]You know, you're on the right path when you're handed the tools and resources without without being forced.

[00:38:34]if the shadow comes up, you know, and the tools and resource, but we have to notice that we're being it's it's subtle, but we're being handed tools and resources.

[00:38:46]Jesus is is is says you're you're ready and he won't do the work for us, but he will give us the the ways and the means to move through it. you you I'm glad you brought that up because we could we could do podcast after podcast and I that's the reason once a person starts to become a voice there's no turning back I've discovered because there's so many different facets of this so many different angles that I for one am just noticing I'm I'm supposed to talk to it and speak to it and speak to it and speak to it to you know because Like I said earlier in the interview, it's a it's a yes and a no. It's a no and a perhaps. It's a it's a yes and a yes. Everybody has a highly individualized curriculum. It's going to look different for everybody, but there are patterns. And that's what we're here to do. We're to our intention for these live streams is is to help others notice the patterns in in the awakening journey.

[00:39:54]Um let's switch gears a little bit that so along the same lines healing but there's a um you know again things come up things are are dredged up from uh from the basement they come to light uh our job is to shine the light on but that again does not have to be a complicated process. We don't need a deep ritual. We don't need complex healing modalities. Not saying that those might not be effective, but here's what I love for me um about the course.

[00:40:40]the emphasis on gentle forgiveness, the emphasis on just seeing the light beneath it all, and just kindness. Simply be kind to yourself uh and to others.

[00:40:57]And Eric, I'm humbled, which is important. this this journey will humble us because if you would have brought me on here a couple years ago when I was you know going through my my sacred medicine phase, you know, face the shadow with Iawaska just destroyed me. I know.

[00:41:17]Yeah. And I had to go through all that.

[00:41:20]But but you're right. Ultimately, you know, as we continue moving it, it does the Holy Spirit needs happy learners.

[00:41:29]>> [laughter] >> It's one of my favorite lines. Happy learners.

[00:41:34]>> I mean, the Iawaska phase was great. You know, I've written about Iawaska and now I'm at the happy learner stage. They're all stepping stones. Perfect.

[00:41:45]Mine's perfect.

[00:41:46]>> Can you um address a question really quick? Um healing is remembering who we are.

[00:41:53]>> That's the whole thing.

[00:41:56]What What is a spiritual journey? you know, we we forgot, we fell asleep, we woke up before, during, and after. I'm I'm a carpenter. I'm a designer. Well, I'm not a carpenter. I'm not a designer, but in the dream, you know, I I love, you know, designing and doing carpentry.

[00:42:11]Before, during, and after, you know, it's metaphor, you know, um go into a project, it's it's it's outdated, it's it's, you know, a train wreck. I I draw plans, rip it all apart, start over again, deliver something new. That's awaken.

[00:42:33]It's But it's not like the old was bad.

[00:42:35]It's just outdated. The the ego is not bad. It's outdated. You guys, we've got to upgrade the human species. We're we're trying to evolve into a what's the they a lot of the galactics are explaining it better than I can but you know obviously with the disclosure now right right at us you know we can't disclosure is happening for a reason now we got to wake up become a part of our galactic family and part of it is to to become what is it like a type five civilization we're like a type one civilization we're still living in the stone age we got we got a lot of growing up to do growing up waking up I I I use the two winter changeable, >> right?

[00:43:16]Um, you know, I've had some great course teachers come on and point out the political situation that we're in the worldwide in the country and worldwide as well. Um as this is good because now these the the our collective shadows are coming to light and we work on forgiving that. Um but are you think we're in a place collectively where we can face that collective shadow and is it enough to do it individually?

[00:43:57]I mean it depends which level rung of the ladder you're at on the course of miracles. Ultimately we're projecting all of it and it's all reflection of us but I very few of us are really at the advanced stage and so I wanted you and I are speaking to the place where people are you know you know what I like remember last time we we talked you know I I I took your question and defer it back to David Hoffmeister. Go ask David Hoffmeister. He's the He's the advanced metaphysician for abstraction, >> right?

[00:44:27]>> Well, when it comes to politics, I'm going to defer to Marian Williamson. Go to refer to Marian Williams. [laughter] A good manager, you know, knows how to delegate delegating your questions.

[00:44:38]Marian Williamson is doing a great job on that.

[00:44:41]>> She is. She really is.

[00:44:43]>> She's good.

[00:44:44]Um, but how do we do I'm going to ask I'm gonna I'm gonna bring it back to you though.

[00:44:54]How do we do it individually? And the reason I can ask you this is because you're faced with the same thing that I am.

[00:45:00]>> Yeah.

[00:45:00]>> You're here and you're looking at it and you don't like it.

[00:45:06]>> I love this. You're always, you know, giving me qu I love that's why I wanted to come back on. This is our fourth time, by the way. You know, I I I really like when we synthesize together because it's challenging. I don't get challenged, you know, not, you know, I I I accept your challenge. And your question to me, repeat that again. How do we >> So, you know, I love that Maryanne Williamson um she really did seek to offer a a collective solution. Um and you know she calls um she calls us to arms, you know, of course spiritual arms, loving arms, but get out there and vote um and participate and which I agree with. But my question to you was how do we individually deal with this collective issue that we're faced with? Here's here's the basis premise for Maryanne because she's got a very powerful message and she that's why she has to you know go to such lengths to deliver it like David Offmeister deliver it and deliver it and deliver it because what she says underneath all of that is we've got to get congruent inside ourselves first before before even attempting to touch this dream.

[00:46:32]She she she basically says the same thing that we're we're conveying in this live [snorts] stream. She says, "You've got to do the inner work first."

[00:46:44]The inner work shadow work, which is what I love about the course of miracles. Don't don't attack your shadow. Don't try and fix your shadow.

[00:46:55]Just remove the barriers to love's presence.

[00:46:59]You already know what to do. You already remember. You already know who you are.

[00:47:05]But there are barriers that are in the way. There are blockages. I'm a plumber.

[00:47:10]Oh, I'm not a plumber. I'm a I'm a contractor, a remodeler. It's I I did this job once about 15 years ago, and I I put a bathroom way at the far end of the master bedroom, and so I had I didn't get a lot of slope, but I did get enough to pass code. the 3-inch going from the the the toilet to the um the main. Um but on one of my connections, the glue dripped down, solidified inside the pipe. I'll never know what happened inside that pipe. We didn't have but um it kept excuse the the the the analogy, but all the toilet paper kept clogging in that one specific location. It was driving me nuts. having to run a rotor router down it every every six months.

[00:47:59]Not a rotor rotor, but a a finally uh well a a snake. Finally, I called the plumber and I said, "Get a rotor with teeth. Go down that and dislodge that clog."

[00:48:12]And he did. He brought out the rotorooer and I was I was sitting there watching him with the at the cleanup port like this. He was listening because they a plumber can feel. It's it's a it's intuitive. He was feeding it and he's feeding. And he goes, he goes, "There it is." And he heard the click and he said, "We got it, Kenneth."

[00:48:30]Now that's us, you guys. You know, we can we can we we have got to these these are just clogged pipes that all of us are dealing with. And and and a lot of what the course of miracle, it's a rotorooer. Now, that's kind of a violent uh you know, metaphor, but I'm all one for metaphors where we're going to have to go down and and and get that belief down at the root before we can be of service to this outside world, this political quagmire, which is, you know, it's pretty awful. But that's that just means we have more responsibility to take now in in our in our spiritual journey, you know, in in 2026.

[00:49:17]It's time to piss or get off the pot and you know, so you got but that's fine. Look what's also happening. Eric, you know, do you could you have seen yourself doing this a couple of years ago?

[00:49:29]>> No.

[00:49:30]>> Where did that come from? Where did my voice come from? I wasn't, you know, me.

[00:49:35]No.

[00:49:37]luminaries voices I don't want to call this lumin I'd say voices are coming online right now you know for for so much of my journey it was like you know arduous and slow you know kind of like a a a snail's pace I mean there was moment there was movement but you know God almighty this rate is going to take me five lifetimes in 2026 we're in the great awakening we're inside a a celestial speed up.

[00:50:07]Jesus even called this a celestial speed up.

[00:50:11]Now, it's it's it again, it's not going to be done for us, but the celestial speed up gives us tools and resources to to to open that cleanout port, put the rotor rotor in, get those beliefs because once our pipes are flowing, you know, we have the authorship again.

[00:50:32]Jesus will give us the authorship to go out there and speak to current events with a a a message with a solution. But like we started off this this this whole live stream, you know, Einstein said it can't solve a problem with the same mind that created a problem. Well, you know, you we're going to need to find the new mind to put solutions into this collective mess.

[00:51:01]And we got plenty of them. Look at look at this. I mean, your YouTube channel is is just one of of countless that are coming online exponentially. It's a beautiful thing we're in.

[00:51:13]>> Um, I was completely guided with my YouTube channel. I didn't realize at the time that I was being guided. Um, but one thing would happen and I would pivot and it would leave that pivot. What a I know you like metaphors. What a great metaphor. I whenever these things happened, I would swear, well, this is not a good thing at all. Um, and then I would be given a direction. So, pivot, move in this direction, and it open up all kinds of possibilities, all kinds of new doors. And then another thing would happen, and I would say, this is not a good thing. This is the worst thing that could happen to me right now. Um, but it again caused me to head in this direction. and it just kept happening leading me right here having this conversation with you. Here's the thing I want to ask you though. Um, I can see that so perfectly clear.

[00:52:09]I can feel the hand that guided me. And yet I can guarantee you that if something were to something bad were to happen that there'd be part of me that would say, "Well, this isn't good at all."

[00:52:24]When does trust when does the trust that we we talk about and the manual pro for teachers um become the um that knowingness that um I don't know what let's say the unknownness I don't know what anything is for let's go back to lesson 25 I don't know what anything is for um and instead of immediately assuming this is a really bad thing now we know I don't know what this is for But I can hand it over to the Holy Spirit.

[00:52:58]>> I hope there's going to be a transcript to this because because there's a lot to unpack right there. Perfect. You know, let's let's use this this hour hour and a half wisely. Um what I heard from you was trust.

[00:53:10]And really I'm Thank you. Thank you, Eric.

[00:53:14]Because faith is a muscle.

[00:53:18]And part of the thing, you know, we're gonna have to go out there and practice a lot of my spiritual Jesus Jesus sent me on a lot of assignments. Jesus, I'll use the word Jesus course of miracles where I didn't know if it was going to work out.

[00:53:36]I simply didn't know, you know, and like remember last week you said, you know, jumping off a cliff, parachute won't open, >> but surprise surprise, there's no ground.

[00:53:51]You know, one of the things about the spiritual journey is it's not always passive.

[00:53:59]Actually, it's I I'll go even further.

[00:54:01]It's not passive.

[00:54:03]We have to take the next right step.

[00:54:07]And the ego was saying, "Yeah, but you don't know. You don't see a stepping stone. You don't see ground."

[00:54:14]And David Offmeister did a um he always does movie weekends. He's he loves he's he's our movie, you know, buffer. And I can't remember the name of the movie, but it was the one must have been one of these Star Trek episodes where one of the characters was forced to take the next or maybe it was Indiana Jones. I can't think of the next step appeared as he courageously put his foot down on the next step.

[00:54:40]I'm afraid you know and you see this is this is what's collapsing the timeline for all of us. In the past we had to see the step before we [snorts] put our foot on it which is taking us back to something entirely new. It's not seeing as believing. It's believing a scene.

[00:55:02]I'm not we're [clears throat] not reinventing the wheel. The course of miracles, you know, what was the parable Jesus, you know, walking on the water, saving those men. See, I'm not I'm not a biblical scholar, but you know, was it Peter? He said, "Don't take your eyes off me." Peter was walking on the water.

[00:55:18]Peter suddenly looked down and he sank.

[00:55:20][laughter] It's just a it's just we're becoming we have to become Zen masters. Listen folks, wait.

[00:55:30]We've got to start vibe. I don't want to go down that road. Anyway, I that's about as far as I can take that one.

[00:55:36]>> There's a um there's a story from uh Cababala uh along the same lines as what you were talking about with Jesus and Peter where when Moses was to part the Red Sea, the sea didn't part at first.

[00:55:52]People had to walk into the water. They had to get their ankles, their knees, the hips, the chest. They had to display faith that it was going to part. It's a That's scary. Who wants to walk who wants to be chased by Pharaoh's army uh and start walking into water that isn't parting um and have the faith that it's going to that you're going to get to the other side safely. Uh, >> I'm not a biblical scholar, so I I don't know the full story, but I just just hearing you recount that off hand. Um, that's us. Well, that's me at least. I I would I didn't choose to become spiritual.

[00:56:40]No way, Jose. I had plans for my life.

[00:56:45]I I I it was my time was up.

[00:56:49]I could no longer live the old way. I I I I was forced into the the water over my, you know, up up to my nostrils like, you know, I'm sure they were before Moses the Red Sea parted. The sea will part. Nobody died in the making of this movie, you guys. [laughter] That was a good That was good. That was good. That was really good. Um because I think about that fear. I think about that fear that we're all faced with taking that step. And I like what you're talking about with the movie David Hoffmeister uh referenced this step. It appears take this step.

[00:57:37]You know, I had a Do you know Julia Day?

[00:57:42]>> Yeah. On on social media. Yeah. She was up on Monday and we were talking about this same topic and we were talking about uh Carlos Castanada. Um he was faced towards the end of his uh training with um Don Juan. He was at the abyss and he was to jump. All of his training led him there but he was still you know filled with fear. And I have been likening a lot of my journey to that uh abyss. I edge up edge up to the edge little closer and every time I go up I'm a little closer and a little closer. My toes are dangling and I'm about ready to leap take that ultimate act of trust that is um outlined in um manual for teachers and then I back away and Julia said can I offer a different analogy?

[00:58:41]What if you're not meant to leap into the abyss, but to fall backwards into arms that will catch you?

[00:58:49]>> Oh, I like that.

[00:58:50]>> I like to tell.

[00:58:51]>> Yeah. Because you know how many of these spiritual communities do it's not just spiritual. A lot of empowerment seminars, you know. Yeah. What you know, somebody falls back and somebody catches them.

[00:59:02]They have things called trust walks.

[00:59:04]These are all engineered to help us, you know, reccalibrate our thinking into trust. Again, it's there's two thought systems, ego and spirit. Spirit trusts the thing. Now, this is why it takes mind training because there's this is a very deep rabbit hole. You know, I never actually I lived with David Hawin's community for 7 months while I was doing a remodel job for him, but it wasn't really a community assignment. I was I was remodeling one of his properties in in Cincinnati. And I' I've attended a lot of his uh I've done a lot of things with David actually. That's where I got my my commission from. You know, I'm a commission minister for Living Church Ministries. Um I think I just lost my train of thought.

[00:59:55]We were just talking about trust. Oh yeah. He's the one who who's finally explained to us.

[01:00:02]Spirit's voice isn't always going to make a lot of sense.

[01:00:07]It's not always going to be rational.

[01:00:10]As a matter of fact, you may if if you hear the voice of spirit, you might say, "That's stupid.

[01:00:17]>> That's insane."

[01:00:20]Unfortunately, it's clear, you know, so at an advanced level, we're we're going to be asked, you know, we really do have to put our faith in Jesus.

[01:00:37]But but David Offmeister didn't look what happened to him. He, you know, he's often recounts that story about how he just was handed a three-cylinder car.

[01:00:48]no money and spirit said go.

[01:00:54]>> And he's told that story for decades how he was given exactly what he needed when he needed it. You know, it's just like the peace pilgrim.

[01:01:04]>> She just she put on a pair of shoes and she started walking. She put her faith and she rocked this world.

[01:01:14]Now folks, when in 2026, you want to rock this world, but not not not in the dream in in in you know, [sighs and gasps] we're here to wake ourselves up by being demonstrations of love.

[01:01:32]And and the only way, you know, to love in the dream is to have faith because love can only come from spirit.

[01:01:39]There's no love in the dream itself. The dream is built as a matrix and the matrix is art an artificial you know variety very convincing on on many levels but not the real deal. Don't go for any of these imitations you guys.

[01:01:57]Love can only come from spirit and spirit can only come from trust and trust can only come from these these lessons that take us in the direction of I don't know I have no idea.

[01:02:09]It's a hero's journey. It's a warrior's path and it's doable if someone like me I don't know 10 years ago never mind we don't need to go into my story someone like you ordinary people can start channeling this no more excuses no more playing small you guys you know yeah but yeah but no no more yeah buts everyone is I often refer back to you remember the Hobbit was was it was Lord of the Rings I remember the Hobbit but written by JRR Token, you know, >> and I've said I've used this analogy over and over. Gandalf walks into the Hobbit uh hole and he says, "Bilbo, you're coming with me." And Bilbo says, "No, I'm not. You don't understand. Hobbits don't leave the sire. We're hobbits. We have first breakfast, second breakfast, we have nappies, we have tea, but we don't go on adventures.

[01:03:09]And Gandalf said, "You're coming with me."

[01:03:14]Now, that's us. You guys, don't tell me Jesus has not walked into your hobbit hole and said, "You're coming with me." And we're all just sitting back saying, "No, no, I've got my my cushy little I've got this." And Jesus is saying, "You're coming with me."

[01:03:34]All are called if you choose to listen.

[01:03:37]And and trust me, I I try not to listen to Jesus. I tried to say, "Yeah, but no, you don't understand. You guys save yourself time and follow him."

[01:03:47][laughter] >> When you were telling um actually all of that, it occurred to me that we are all David Hoffmeisters. We're all peace programs. We are all the hobbits. The only difference between us and David, when David was given everything he needed to go, he went.

[01:04:09]And we all have that same uh we're al we're all given the same tools that David was given. We're all given the same invitation that the Hobbit was given. We all have the ability to put one step in front of the other like the peace program. Um and sooner or later we will.

[01:04:28]But >> yeah, that's that's an important point.

[01:04:30]You guys don't stress this. You will go with Gandalf.

[01:04:34]You will be sent to I to fight the eye of Mordor. You and you will get caught in the spiders. You know, you will Gollum will was he Gollum in the in the movie? I can't remember what his name was. Um my precious my I mean every story's going to have an antagonist, you know. It's got to have a hero. Um, so you know, you got to fight goblins along the way. You know, nobody died in the making of this movie.

[01:05:03][laughter] >> Hey, uh, Kenneth, we have another question.

[01:05:08]>> Do you believe, do you guys believe that you can literally live a life where you are literally on a magic path uh, and the whole world uh, can align to your story? Because today I have literally proven that I'm one. That um I'm at one.

[01:05:24]>> That she is at one or he is at one.

[01:05:27]>> Is that what he said?

[01:05:28]>> Yes.

[01:05:29]>> Good. Um write it down. Start your YouTube channel and share it with us because I want that formula because I I still have difficult days you guys. Um and that's fine. You know, I'm I'm I'm I haven't arrived anywhere.

[01:05:44]Uh but the difficult days are not a problem. You know why? They're they're fuel for these essays. And these essays are are are reaching people who are also having difficult days. All things happen for good except the ego's judgment. I I have a difficult day, I write about it.

[01:05:56]I share with it and suddenly gets used in the service of spirit. So if you if you've awakened from the dream, you know, share with us how you did it because sometimes you get tired of difficult days, [laughter] >> right? You know, let's go back to the Hobbit real quick. I And that's the only one in the Lord of the Rings that I ever read was The Hobbit. the the first one.

[01:06:18]Um, but that that's a a story of magic or we can go with a more modern until uh The Alchemist uh if you ever read that.

[01:06:30]And here's the thing with every single magical journey. There are all difficulties. There's uh the hero's journey isn't smooth sailing. It's not supposed to be without obstacles. Um, magic is in uh asking for that miracle and redefining the obstacle. Is it an obstacle or is this for you? It's bringing you um wonderful essays which by the way, as an aside, really should be in book form uh and available for everyone.

[01:07:04]I I think it's important for us now, Eric, to to um corral in some of this conversation because the hero's journey may be misunderstood as that we actually physically need to get in a three-cylinder car and go drive across the United States. Well, David had to.

[01:07:21]But all of these allegorories are actually pointing towards the hero's journey inside of here.

[01:07:29]you know, everything that that that you know, I and I, you know, I I kind of laugh now.

[01:07:35]You know, I sold 10 years ago, sold my home, gave away all my belongings, and went on what I call my vision boards.

[01:07:42]You know, Peru, Costa Rica, Mexico, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Utah. I mean, the funny thing is 10 years later, as like Bilbo, I returned back to the show to write my memoirs. is did I need all of that [laughter] or could I have just clicked my heels three times? You know, there's no place like home. There's no place like home. Well, Dorothy needed to, you know, go down the yellow brick road and flying monkeys and, you know, poppies and trees that threw apples at her. Dorothy needed it.

[01:08:16]Kenneth needed to spend 10 years, you know, drinking all that IA.

[01:08:20]So, but basically what I'm I'm sharing with your audience now is is like and and Bilbo Baggins had to go fight the goblins, the eye of Mordor, you know, City of the Kings, you know, but the the ring and the lake of fire.

[01:08:36]But what we're what we're doing, you and I, because you're in this category, too, is is we've we've returned home like Bilbo, but we're writing our memoirs.

[01:08:44]Yours is in the form of a live stream.

[01:08:46]mine's in the form of essays, but we're sitting down and we're sharing with others a road mapap.

[01:08:53]These are just road mapaps, you guys.

[01:08:56]You know, we're we're making it easier for those who are coming behind us.

[01:09:01]And that's that's that's what love is.

[01:09:04]So, you know, you can you can avoid, you know, here's what I learned on my journey. And and so you guys can get it quicker. The great awakening. It's an acceleration.

[01:09:19]Um, I'd like to sort of point out um that what you what you're mentioning isn't um it's not dampening.

[01:09:29]Um, it's knowing that what appears to be an obstacle and and you mentioned this earlier, what appears to be an obstacle and as long as you are alive, there's going to be things that appear to be an obstacle. Um, but they're actually opportunities.

[01:09:45]Okay.

[01:09:47]Does anybody I I'm not I never took physics and but I I am you know since I've been doing construction my my whole life I do know about 110 volts. Okay. I wire homes. I can do 220 but most most homes are 110.

[01:10:04]Think of it as a light bulb.

[01:10:08]Current enters on one side and exits through the other.

[01:10:13]But how does that light shine?

[01:10:16]If you look inside of a light bulb filament, there's a something called a filament, which causes resistance.

[01:10:26]In order for the the filament to shine its light, it needs resistance.

[01:10:32]Now, this is not Course in Miracles, but it's an excellent analogy for for what you just brought up.

[01:10:40]Resistance is the same as bodybuilding.

[01:10:44]When I was a younger man and doing my body building, the the trainer kept saying, "Now explain to me how it works." He said, "You've got to you pump this iron real, you know, you have to push it to the limit resistance."

[01:11:01]And then he said, "Go home and, you know, eat lots of protein and give it some rest and your muscle will build."

[01:11:06]Body building.

[01:11:08]filament across a light bulb resistance.

[01:11:12]This awakening is not passive.

[01:11:16]There will be some doing involved.

[01:11:19]And a lot of this is is actually maybe it's as you get further down the awakening journey, it's it's not so much of a doing, but it's an allowing.

[01:11:28]So you guys, these allegorories that we've we've got, you know, the the Hobbit, um some of these these others that we've mentioned have been given to us to kind of let us the Wizard of Oz let us know that there will be resistance in the dream.

[01:11:47]But ultimately what the course in miracles is so helpful is it's it's the course in miracles is is telling us you guys are dreaming this. So there's nothing to be afraid of. Nobody died in the making of this movie, which is a that's good news because now we can face all this courageously. And and you brought up earlier, you know, politics, you know, we can't hide out in a cave and, you know, pretend that this isn't happening in our world. And I don't want to go down the the bucket list, but if we're going to enter it, which Maryann is is pointing towards, we must enter it fearlessly.

[01:12:25]And what better way than to pick up this great ginormous blue book which tells us that it's a dream.

[01:12:32]But this blue book, look how many pages it is. It's it's an instruction manual.

[01:12:38][laughter] I started preaching.

[01:12:43]>> Um it's good though because I think it's a um I think it's a helpful sermon. I think it's a sermon of someone who um has been in the path for a very long time and has hit the bumps that are there to be hit. We all have and it's important to report back and say there's always bumps in the journey. Um >> and because it's important to know because I I hit bumps and I didn't have someone to tell me at the time it's okay. I thought, you know, when I when I first hit soiety, well, everything's going to flow at this point on. And things did, but there was also bumps. And there was times when those bumps I hit so hard that I thought all that magic was gone. But it wasn't.

[01:13:46]It wasn't.

[01:13:48]That They they served they were part of my they were part of my journey and they helped you know um Wayne Dyer used to use the metaphor of a um high jumper that you don't just run towards the bar and then leap upwards. You actually crouch down consolidating energy which feels like a lower point and then you explode upwards to another level.

[01:14:18]and you go over the bar. Um, that here's what makes life magical.

[01:14:27]What you said, what you've said several times. Um, no.

[01:14:36]Say it again. No one was hurt. No one No one died in the making of this movie.

[01:14:40]>> Nobody died in the making of this movie.

[01:14:41]>> Right. And it is a movie ultimately.

[01:14:45]know it's a it's the world is a dream.

[01:14:48]Um but with the dream we are tasked to do the things that help wake us up from the dream.

[01:14:55]>> That's a good thing.

[01:14:56]>> We started almost an hour and a half ago, you know, with Wy Coyote and the Roadrunner. It's a cartoon, you guys.

[01:15:05]Um it's a very convincing cartoon. The pixels are are are powerful. It looks It looks damn real.

[01:15:17]But the more we test it, and we're going to have to test it. Don't believe a word that Eric and I have just shared in the last hour and a half. You guys go see if it's true for you. Go do your homework. Go do your research. And I I say that with I mean don't don't be reckless, but I I say that with all the faith in the world because I I know it's not true, Eric, and you know it's not true, but each person's going to have to figure that out in in in when in their timeline. That's how we emerge into the butterfly. The butterfly knows that death is not real, that caterpillars are not real, that cocoons are not real, and next thing you know, wings appear.

[01:15:59]Just the way of it, you guys, >> right? But the world right now does not need does not have any political solutions. There are no political solutions to this mess. We've reached the event horizon. And now that is where I get very clear. The world needs butterflies.

[01:16:19]Period.

[01:16:21]So to kind of wrap this up, you know, I'm I'm I've got to be real clear here.

[01:16:25]You guys wake up, find your wings, and love this dream to death.

[01:16:33]That's the solution.

[01:16:36]>> Um, [laughter] and that is a great way to wrap it up. That >> love this dream to death.

[01:16:42]>> Yeah.

[01:16:42]>> Means the only way out of the dream is love everything that comes up. Love everything. Love. Love. Love's the answer. That's it. it it we just synthesized an entire hour and a half is love is the answer [laughter] but we we spent an hour and a half unpacking that through all the nuances but we came to a very simple profound and true conclusion that love is the answer thank you >> um and that's our opportunity find love find the underlying love the underlying light we actually did mention that in the beginning find the underlying everywhere because you know I like to think that heaven's bleeding through that we are giving these signs we're given these uh um uh synchronicities um not to say you know oh wow isn't this you know the coolest thing a synchronicity leading me towards uh the next step every synchronicity is saying what St. Katherine of Sienna, the Christian saint said, "Every step to heaven is heaven."

[01:17:58]So, every awakening moment is awakening.

[01:18:01]Every time we practice forgiveness, we um we're literally awakening. Our job isn't to see how long that lasts. Our job is just to keep forgiving, to keep loving, to keep taking those steps.

[01:18:16]>> You know, as as we're wrapping this up, I got a vision. I can't not share it with your audience. Do you remember those um remember last week we talked about Saturday morning cartoons? All right. So, um I don't remember was one of those you know the superheroes cartoon. You remember you'd have like two superheroes that would have magical rings and they would they would they would both touch their rings together and say superpowers activate.

[01:18:42]>> Right. [laughter] >> That's what you and I have been doing.

[01:18:45]Two super. You know, we didn't think we're superheroes 10 years ago. Guess what? Super. We have our rings. We touch the rings together. Super power activate. Shazam.

[01:18:57][laughter] Wonder Woman. Spin. Spin. Spin.

[01:19:02][laughter] Um, our friend Soul Antonio said it was the the Wonder Twins. Wonder Twin powers activate.

[01:19:10]>> We got the same haircut.

[01:19:11]>> We got the same haircut. We got the glasses. And uh someone our friend Phil had asked that at the beginning if you and I were um related. However, not by blood, but we are definitely brothers.

[01:19:23]Um >> yeah. No, we're you and I have a resonant frequency, you know, to be able to do this for an hour and a half because trust me folks, I'm not a channel. I'm not a spirit. I'm an ordinary carpenter, you know, who fumbles his way through through this time space continuum. But when Eric and I get together, stuff comes out of me that that I don't take credit for. So, gee, where does that come from?

[01:19:46]Superpowers activate, >> Shazam.

[01:19:51]>> And I'm so uh very fortunate that I have this um on my channel and that I can make uh just the right perfect clip uh that finds people and they have every conversation. Um they you have offered something that has resonated with many many people. Uh and I I love that. I think that >> that's the real meaning and message of my channel is gathering these clips as as N Lisa Natoli told me um that not everyone is going to watch an hour and a half live stream. They're not going to repeat it. Um, but some people will, but not everyone. But I can find a 30 second or a minute, minute and a half, two minute clip of Kenneth >> saying just the right thing >> that someone's going to say, "I needed that." Someone's going to have um a a drink in their hand, maybe the first time in a year or, two years, three years, whatever. Uh, and hear you say something. Hear you and I say something.

[01:21:03]uh and decide otherwise. Good.

[01:21:07]>> One last thing that that has to be stamped in your into this this um archive.

[01:21:14]Eric and I sincerely prayed.

[01:21:21]Show me. I'm willing. There's got to be a better way. Voila. You know, just a yogi. Voila. Essays from the edge of awakening, you guys. So, We we will when your prayer is sincere, everyone say, "What's my purpose? What's my purpose?" You will be employed by Jesus. I guarantee you know he's he's he's going through the hiring right now.

[01:21:45]As a matter of fact, he's actually drafting. So [laughter] So just get on your knees, pray for a miracle, notice what shows up, and follow the trail of breadcrumbs.

[01:22:08]>> That'd be great. I Eric, I really love I'm just thrilled. You know, I was like I told you at the beginning of the yesterday, I was kind of like, you know, self-pity. Oh, I have no one to talk to out here. And then said, Kenneth, Eric's offered, you know, go be on his his his live stream again. Duh. [laughter] Now I have someone to talk to. It is uh it's open to you know I I make use of uh chat GPT too with uh with thumbnails and with just a conversation about my channel um how am I to how am I to reach people um that checking in with um just message am I on point and one of the things that they point out and your name is actually mentioned in there. The reing guest are hidden gold. Uh they're the heartbeat of the channel. Um because again, this gives me the opportunity to make those to find those perfect clips. Uh things that you've offered, things that David Hoffm offered, things that um I hope Keith is going to offer. Uh >> is he is he coming on to hear back? I haven't heard back from him yet.

[01:23:25]>> Oh, you will. He's he's he's he's promised he's going to get back to you.

[01:23:29]>> Um I'm really looking forward to talking to him. He uh he he he's always so on point. Everything I hear from him is so on point.

[01:23:43]>> Um I lost my train of thought, which means it's time for me to go get something to eat. low on blood sugar. We we Eric, this is this is just beautiful. You know, I I I can't wait to be on next.

[01:24:07]Every time he has somebody on a show, you know, second, third, fourth time, he says returning champion. I just love Alex Ferrari. So, I get to be a returning champion. But I I said that with humility, not not because I feel I'm a champion, but >> um so I appreciate it and that you know, as far as I'm concerned, just when you open say, "Hey, how about and it could be the same day. How about today?"

[01:24:32]>> Yeah.

[01:24:32]>> Oh, okay. If you if you're if you're spontaneous, that's fine. And we've got this is this is great, Eric. You know, so you this this again this technology, you guys. Yeah. The world is crumbling in the dream, but look what we've got.

[01:24:49]And and and before I go, I want to mention one more thing. You mentioned Chad GPT and how you're using it for [snorts] your ministry. This is your ministry, by the way, folks. I use this technology every single day for my ministry. I mean, I use it for work, too. So, I can, you know, get that out of the way so I can get to my ministry.

[01:25:08]But, you know, I think we're past the point where we're, you know, frightened of language models. I I I don't want to go down that path today, but I use it in service of spirit.

[01:25:19]So I I don't we I don't want to open up that Pandora's box before we're about to go, but I do you you mentioned chat GPT and I had to plug that up.
