This video illustrates how violent behavior can escalate from a minor traffic incident into a severe criminal act, demonstrating that individuals who commit violent crimes face serious legal consequences including attempted murder charges, multiple counts of aggravated assault, and lengthy prison sentences. The case of Vincent Jean, who was sentenced to 25 years in New Jersey state prison for running over a woman three times after she attempted to photograph his license plate, shows that even when initial actions seem minor, they can lead to devastating outcomes for victims and significant legal repercussions for perpetrators.

The video shows him. All right, he's running her over.
>> On a sunny morning in Elizabeth, New Jersey, a small car accident quickly turned into something horrifying. On April 12th, 2022, 56-year-old Vincent Jean backed his SUV into another car and tried to drive away. But when 23-year-old Morgan Scott got out with her phone to take a picture of his license plate, things suddenly became violent.
>> People to get the plate, he took off down.
>> I'm a nurse. I made sure she was stable and she's everything.
>> That's a part of her car.
>> That's a part of the guy's car. I'm telling you what happened. I pull out of school 23.
>> Uhhuh.
>> Dropped the kid off. I'm about to go to work. Coming down, she's already out the car. So she's arguing with the guy. He's in his car and I'm just like, you know, must be domestic [ __ ] >> So then, >> yeah, we female down on the ground.
>> Capture his window with you.
>> He took off.
>> So then she start recording like I'm going to get the plate. Get the plate.
He took the [ __ ] like from Grand Theft Auto like no lie. Like just like reversing all types of crazy to the point where she ran this way.
>> Yeah. So the whole [ __ ] he took off then the bus blocked him off. Yeah.
>> Listen. Uh just come over here going. I'm hearing a lot of noise.
>> So just uh tell me what happened.
>> So boom. I pull out. You pull out.
>> I see her on the street like walking like along it. But her car's here. The white one. I guess the white one right here. It's Lexus.

>> He was already in the car. So then he took off. So she goes to start recording. He sees that like and turn full the Grand Theft Auto mode like is literally driving her along. You see like just reversing trying to angle it to hit her. So she cuts this way. He jumps the curb and literally just run.
He trips, you know, runs her over. So he tried to bounce but the bus was there.
So the bus saw that and blocked him off.
So it took him a little longer to maneuver out of here. So he was able to get the plate. He took off down there.
