So, I want the thing I'm doing to be the best possible thing at the time and potentially the best possible thing that I'll find. So, you have to consider it. Like, if you take millions of dollars, you tie it up in a house. Now, house has other value.

[00:00:20]House has value if you have your family, you want to live in a nice house. Not everything is dollars and cents. You have a good house, but you also have given up some opportunity because you don't have that cash. If markets fell or something happened, so you have to weigh that. But, anytime the real cost is not just the price you pay. It's the returns you miss out by choosing another potential better use.
