The Department of Justice has ordered all law enforcement agencies to enforce the International Criminal Court arrest warrant against Senator Ronald 'Bato' Dela Rosa for crimes against humanity connected to the Duterte administration's drug war, based on four key factors: the warrant's validity, the removal of Senate protective custody, the Supreme Court's denial of a temporary restraining order, and the government's determination that the warrant can be enforced under Philippine law, with the full police force of 225,000 officers mobilized to locate and arrest him.
