So this is a scene. In this scene I will show you one important things of this coach. So firstly you will see this loco and behind there is a single coach. And today in this live session I want to show you very interesting things. So if you are working in railway or if you want to learn about more about the railway uh coach or disc brake system especially disc brakes and some internal uh technical points also I will share in this live video. So if you want to see or want to learn that then definitely this video for you. as I developing a training for railway that's why today I decide to share this important very deep technical content not only simple content it's a very deep right so sometime live also very important because uh so many things can share with all of you so this is a lovely evening and if you watching definitely share your best comment uh this is a coach LHB coach mostly you will the uh Fiat bogy in this coach just I will remove all this uh coach related components so that you will see the bogy and brake system obviously it will help you right so thank you for your patience so many internal components not a very simple model it's a very complicated model if you see this in this live session so this is excel and every excel you will see the two this break so These are the disk right? So disk is mounted with this axel and in this live session also you will get some sound surrounding ambient sounds also also you will get the railway sound train sound all of this right. So so this is this and this is mounted with this axle. Here you will see lots of internal components also like nuts and bolts how they mounted with this axle and see this is the brake caliper right and there is three key point number of three key point for the brake system.
Firstly the brake control equipment right brake control panel right. So number one I I told the brake control panel also important. So this is the brain of the brake system. So here are so many uh key points and also the test points also there and mainly here you will see a DV. DV is the distributor valve the heart of the brake system right and behind this control panel you will see mostly to a cylinder for yeah you can also say the air reser right second is brake caliper unit this is the brake caliper unit enter along with the disc and brake caliper units you will see this caliper unit. In this caliper unit, you will see the brake caliper arrangement assembly. Right here you will see the brake sue the both side of this caliper and then this is the brake cylinder. So every caliper unit there is a brake cylinder and caliper and disc.
Formally you will notice the both side of the axel in Excel number of two. So every there is two axels. So number four califa four disc and four brake cylinder. All right. And third is WSP system.
WSP system is uh wheel sliding protection. uh for that here you will see a device WSP system device and this device collected the data data means the rotation of the wheel right so and then it passes the data to the uh computerized system that is a cubicle box under the coach but the backside you will see a box under the coach inside this cubicle there will be so many electrical components or small devices for the WSB system. Right? So these three key point is very very important for the brake system. Thank you so much.
