The Current Welterweight Division Is The Most Stacked Division We’ve EVER Seen!!!

[00:00:00]It is official. The current welterweight division in the UFC is the best division I have seen in years. And I'm not even exaggerating. It has literally been in years that I've I have seen such a good division like this. Okay. Now, for a while, the welterweight division was looking like absolute trash. Uh I couldn't tell you the fighters in that division cuz they were so bad. Um, but I remember when it used to be like GSP, Johnny Hendris, uh, Robbie Lawler, uh, Roy McDonald, all those guys, you know what I mean? And after that era, I feel like welterweight division went down a lot. Like it was Uzman, Woodley and those kind of guys, but like it was kind of going downhill a little bit after like Woodley after his time. But then all of a sudden it picked back up again recently. And this division is like the best division I've seen in a while. And I'm not glazing it, okay? I promise you this is like amazing. I'm going to show you guys a ton of fighters from the current welterweight division that you guys obviously already know. And I'm just going to kind of just, you know, show a picture of all of them together, you know, uh to just basically show you that it it's just facts that they are literally the best division. For a while, it was the bantamweight division looking real good. Uh then the lightweight division, but guys, welterweight is beautiful. Okay, but I'm going to get into the specifics a little on it. Okay, so let's just go right to the uh let's get right into it. Okay, uh so this is the best weight division in the whole UFC. Okay, honestly, it could be ever. It could be ever stylistically and technically and the most talented is this division ever. Okay, that's just my opinion. I really believe that this could be the best UFC weight class division we've ever seen. Okay. Um so basically, let's get right into it.

[00:01:59]Starting off with um I think that this is the welterweight division's peak.

[00:02:03]Like this is the best they've ever been and we're at the peak right now. 100%.

[00:02:07]This is 100% the best they've ever been and they're just very very very very high level fighters. Um it is 100% the top UFC division right now. Uh, no other division in the UFC beats it. It's just very, very good. You look at the heavyweight division, look at the top five, okay? All wash dudes. You look at light heavyweight division, that weight class is trash. You look at middleweight division, they're all right.

[00:02:32]Welterweight's lightweight is decent.

[00:02:35]Uh, featherweight was going well for a while. Now it's kind of going downhill, I feel like. Um, bantamweight is all right. And flyweight is actually really good. probably the best they've ever been too right now just because for a while they were looking like [ __ ] Um but yeah, welterweight division 100% kills all the other divisions in the UFC right now. And just as a whole, they're the most talented UFC division we've seen in a while. And in my opinion, they're the most talented uh UFC division we've ever seen in the UFC.

[00:03:05]Skill for skill, okay? Like look at the fighters in that weight class. They are 100% the most talented. like as a as a group, you know what I mean? Obviously, you look at guys like Jon Jones, okay?

[00:03:17]He's the most talented fighter of all time, but look at his weight class at the time. They had a good weight class, but not like right now. Them mixed together, them singular might not be the best. Islam kind of is, but together they're a great combination of talent.

[00:03:32]Okay? And 100% the most exciting matchups in the UFC. Okay? Um each weight class kind of has mismatches um not good ma matches to make um in their weight classes, but the welterweight division has beautiful uh fights to make very very soon. Go watch that video after you watch this video. Um, but I I I broke down and matchmade um some fights for the welterweight division that I really want to see next. Okay, but I'm going to move on to the next uh part of this video and just show you guys a picture of the top fighters in the division. Okay, let's get right into it. There it is. Um, just look. I'll give you guys time to look for a little bit. Okay, I'm not going to name all the guys, but you see guys like Islam Makf, Ian Garry, Carlos Proess, uh, Bal Muhammad, Michael Morales, uh, Shavka, even though he hasn't fallen a while, Shawn Brady, Kamaru Uzman, MVP, all those guys. Okay, you guys see how talented you see all the upandcomers that are coming around? You know what I mean? These guys are like topnotch, guys. They really are. And I've never seen a division that stacked. You know what I mean? You see like I don't know.

[00:05:00]There's upandcomers that are on the rise right now. There's guys that are in their prime. They're doing the best they've ever done. There's guys that are older but that are still killing it. You know what I mean? Like this is insane.

[00:05:13]Like Kamar Usman, bro is like older compared to a lot of these guys. He's still killing it. And on top of that, look at Jacobe Smith. This dude is literally a prospect in the whole UFC and he's in the welterweight division.

[00:05:26]This dude's making the welterweight division even better. This guy is going to be a future champion. Quote me on that. I I just quote me on this. Jacobe Smith is 100% going to be a future champion once Islam retires. Okay, I'm going to say that much. He would even give Islam have a great fight if I'm being honest. But he's another one that's making this division great. I'm very thankful to see the welterweight division doing good again because this was my always my favorite division for the longest time but then they went downhill a lot. But they are officially my favorite division again and I love it. I love this list of guys. Okay, it just it it's great to see. It really is.

[00:06:02]And um I'm really excited to see what matches are made sooner or later in this division. But basically, that's what I was coming on here to say was to show that the welterweight division is the [ __ ] right now. And they are the best division in the UFC. And honestly, I go as far as saying they're the best division we've ever seen, the best arrow we've ever seen in the welterweight division and in the whole UFC.

[00:06:27]Like, you know what I mean? Compared to everything, not even exaggerating.

You can't think of a time that was better in the welterweight division, but at all in the hallway classes and all away classes, let me know. I would like to hear your guys opinions.
