The ATAโs pivot toward automation exposes a systemic betrayal where industry associations prioritize institutional capital over the human workforce they claim to represent. This collaboration reveals how corporate interests effectively capture advocacy bodies to engineer labor displacement under the guise of progress.

Hard Truth About Autonomous Trucks | Aurora | American Trucking AssociationsAdded:
Hey guys, welcome to Bone Head Truckers.
Yes, we're going to talk about self-driving trucks and about how they're going to take our jobs and things are starting to come together for how we're going to fight this. Okay, we're going to talk about that. We are tomorrow's news today and I've got tomorrow's news today, but I also have news that's actually well, not so much tomorrow's or now, maybe yesterday's.
And no one even said anything, including myself, because I just didn't know. But first, I want to talk about the shirts that we have. Uh the the Real Truckers Speak English shirts. You guys pretty much sold us out. I mean, we are pretty much cleaned out. And um which here's the thing. We We're not unlimited here.
We've traditionally made those shirts here in house, okay? and we still will.
But um since you guys are so fast on the trigger with this, uh we actually not only we're going to do it our traditional way where we actually do the shirts here ourselves, but we actually ordered some from a printing place, right? So those will be here in a couple of weeks. So give us some time. I'll let you guys know when they're ready to go.
Uh I appreciate, man. I appreciate the love that you guys are showing uh to Bone Head Truckers by getting those shirts and hopefully you guys will wear them proudly. So, what we see right here is Safer Web right here. And I'm kind of moving myself in a situation where you see something. Look right up there. This is uh Aurora Operations. Um I didn't know that that was their their their address. I had to Google it. And yes, this is Aurora Self-Driving Trucks. But if you look right over here, let me um move this right. We move this right over here where you say receive BOC3.
Um right there. Just right here to my to that that side. That No, no. Get get it straight right there. There we go.
American Trucking Associations right there. You see that? You're like, "Well, what does BOC3 mean?" Well, BOC3 is a it's it's a it's a like a processing service. You got to have one if you have your own authority. Uh whether you're a motor carrier, a broker, and a forwarder, freight forwarder. Okay? And you got to have those or you got to have um a uh a processing agent. Okay? And then so and you got to have it in each state that you use. And then listen, I'm I'm new at this. I've never had my authority. Never was interested in having my authority. So when people start talking about filings you got to do. I'm over here going la.
You know what I mean? But these guys because it's boring. Because I'm not interested. I'm interested in stuff that I'm interested in if Okay. I'm just sitting here saying. Okay. So you got to have a processing agent and that agent for all 50 states that you you operate in, right? And in Aurora's case, it'll be 50 states eventually. And um and so what what they do, they have a blanket company that basically has those that agent and uh in this case it's American Trucking Association. It's right there.
It's right there. No, hang on to it.
Right there. Okay. Now, there's so many more companies that they could have went with to do this, but they went with American Trucking Associations. I wonder why, you know, I wonder why that is. So, I also want to show you guys this. If you can't see it on your screen, I'm going to help you read it. I know the the letters are small. They're small on my end, too, over here. Okay. But, uh, this is made by We the Truckers, and I appreciate them letting me use this, uh, little, you know, they use I'm not a big AI guy. I, as, as you can tell, I probably use it doing some reels and some shorts and stuff like that. But, um, you know, but I think sometimes it goes for it goes for a good tool. This is a good tool that they use to Hey, you got Listen, give me a picture, okay?
Don't give me a book, okay? Gordon McIll, don't give me a book. Give me a picture in a video. Okay, I could read, but I ain't got that much patience. But let's talk about who's funding uh the Aurora. Okay, we've all seen um you know, all these people like Hersbach, like Warner, Schneider, FedEx. We we've all seen that. But have you also seen um Black Rockck, Vanguard, Morgan Stanley, Troll Price, and there may be more since this picture was made like MLAN, right?
MLAN's not listed on here, but we all know that they're on here, right?
They're truck manufacturers, Packar and Volvo, and we've seen them with the uh International. We're we're we're not dealing with the super egos of the world here. We're we're absolutely not. We're we are actually fighting billionaires.
These are some politicians we're we're going up against here. Vince Fong, these are representatives. Vince Fawn, Republican out of Dem or Republican out of California. Kevin Mullen, Democrat out of California.
Bob L or Latt, uh Republican out of Ohio. Debbie Dingl, let's just call her Dingbell, Democrat out of Michigan. Greg Stanton, Democrat out of Arizona. And US Senator Cynthia Lummens, Republican out of Wyoming. These people are fighting for autonomous vehicles.
And you sit there and you say, "Well, well, what's what we going to do about this, Ike? What are we going to do?"
Well, we're going up against American Trucking Associations, and it's going to take more than just a couple of YouTube talking heads like me, um, people like that. Um, I do believe that, um, this is where tomorrow's news today is happening. um that uh there is another association is about to make a big announcement about to make a big announcement possibly tomorrow which should frighten the American Trucking Associations.
And if that is released tomorrow, I will be one of the first to bring it to you here on YouTube. again tomorrow's news today. But then here's another thing and this is my prediction. This may be listen a lot of this whole tomorrow news today is either because I know things I know people or this is just way I see things happening. I do believe that in the future, I don't know how how close we are, but there will be a new union, whether you call it a labor union or whatever, a union for truck drivers. You say, "Well, how will that work?" It can work. I'm going to I'm not going to sit there and say it's going to be like the Teamsters. I don't know. I I I don't know. I'm Don't get on here and sit there and say Ike is pro union and all this. Listen, I'm pro truck drivers. And if we have a union that actually will go against autonomous trucks, if we have a union that will stand up for us against autonomous trucks and illegal immigrants, um, and an enforcement, okay, real enforcement, you know, like let's listen, this blitz week was a complete freaking joke, okay?
It it was a joke. How many out of services do we get the non-domiciles that couldn't speak English? You know what I mean? Let's see those numbers.
So, but I could tell you from from everybody that I've that I've known and talked to, this is a joke. So, Blick Blitz week was a joke. But yes, we are facing something much bigger than foreigners driving trucks because here here's here's the deal. Because even freight waves, you know, published an article sitting there saying, "Well, you know, drivers don't want to do these loads anymore. Drivers don't want to do the long haul runs." Hang on just a second.
When you get paid by the mile, you absolutely do want to do those long runs. Okay? When you're an otr driver, you want to do those long runs. If you're a team, you want to do those long runs. And there's plenty of runs that are regional runs.
plenty of them. And then some of you guys want to sit there and say, "Well, there's no way that you could sit there and do the types of runs before ELDs."
And then after the ELDs came in, that's when the foreigners came in to pick up the slack, right?
Hey, that I mean it makes sense, right?
100% makes sense to me that the, you know, because people couldn't outlaw truck anymore, couldn't fudge their logs, let's bring in a bunch of foreigners that will and were have been able to. But now we're getting rid of the foreigners. So, how do you correct that? Well, instead of correcting it the right way, we put autonomous vehicles in there. That's what Freight Waves is pushing. That's what the ATA is pushing.
That's what Hersbach is pushing. when there's plenty of people that will do these runs, these coast to coast runs.
Will they happen that the the overnight runs, you know, and running 20 hours without a break? No. No one's wanting to do that anymore. No one does. I never did. I don't want to do it now. But I could tell you what what can happen, what should happen. Teams can run those runs. Yes. You take a a one driver run, right? A one driver run. And now you got to do it in with two. The the industry has to correct itself. Okay. No longer do we have these killer runs. That's what they said on freight waves. Killer truck drivers. People were they said when I was arguing about them, they said, "Oh, they were you're talking out of context. It's not the context of the article." I'm sorry. I remember the days that you had people like Public Citizen, who is an anti- trucking group, that were pushing for uh uh EL's, electronic logs. They were pushing for hours of service uh to to have less hours, right? They were working against us. They were using words like killer truck drivers. Now, you're wanting to use that that verbiage, too.
Okay? And you're also from what I understand my inside sources that freight waves where they be present or past is that freight waves has been sponsored by autonomous vehicles. I'm just sitting here saying so yes these runs that we used to do it take it'll take two whether you have a team a team run that can do that okay do that run or you you have a relay right you have a relay where that load keeps on moving but you're relaying loads absolutely it take multiple drives to do it does it cost the same does it cost the the company the same listen another thing that they're trying to say is that the Drivers don't want to do those runs anymore. People want to go and be home on the weekends and stuff. Listen, when I was raising my kids, that's all I wanted to do is be home on the weekends.
And I did. I did. Now my kids are grown.
I don't have to anymore. If I wanted to go be an otr, full-fledged, drive a month or two out there out there on the road, just wife and I and our dogs, we could actually do that and wouldn't be a problem.
Okay? Because our kids are grown.
You know, I mean, it's just different for everybody. You You don't put a blanket statement over all the truck drivers. Oh, they don't want to do what they do. No, we want to. The companies want to. Absolutely. You took that from us. You took that from us from putting a foreign driver on that load. If you used listen, you used to go down I40 or I 10, those coast to coast runs, I70, I 80, and all those runs used to be Americans when I started. And yes, they were runners, but now you got foreigners.
Foreigners that live out their truck for pull pulling it for way cheap. And they're not they're not only they they're just not fudging. I mean, they're absolutely manipulating their logs more than any other freaking outlaw trucker back in the day used to do.
You can sit there and call killer truck drivers or whatever. Those those foreigners are the ones doing it now.
And they're the ones running over people.
Now you're wanting to replace those guys with autonomous trucks. No, we want those runs back. We want those runs. The companies want to do those runs.
That's the reason why all this ties together. We've got to pass Delilah's law. Get the foreigners out.
And then we need to battle these guys right here and all those big companies that are sub, you know, that are that are uh supplying, I mean funding Aurora.
Those people are working against you.
All those trucking companies, they they listen, the people who run those trucking companies are not the founders of those trucking companies. They're not the founders. The founders were pro truck driver. CL Werner, pro truck driver. Now you've got this freaking Derek Lathers.
He could sit there and tell all his drivers were protruck driver, but you're funding autonomous trucks.
Huh? What? If you're pro truck driver, stop funding Aurora. We can't do that because you work for the ATA. You're a part of the ATA. You're one of the main members of the ATA.
And again, like this video says right here and what this picture says, look, look how deep this is. American Trucking Associations.
I'm just sitting there saying don't trust what these uh people say. If you work for these big companies, these mega carriers in one ATA, just be warned that the ATA, the reason why they're called American Trucking Associations and not American Trucker Associations, cuz they're for their own for their own selves.
Listen, when you're a trucking company, I mean, you have the company and then you have the drivers. You're all one, right? That's the way it should be.
You're all one. Yeah, you have your management, you have your owner and whatnot, but you're all one. You're all the same team.
Anyway, we'll talk about that in another video coming up. Okay. Wink wink.
Tomorrow's news today. Bonehead truckers, we gone. Bonehead Truckers and RTS Carrier Services have been working together for a number of years now.
Okay? So, let me tell you guys something. If you're looking for fuel discounts, you're looking for a fuel a fuel card, right? Uh listen, you don't have to have your own authority to actually use this, right? Say you're leased onto a carrier and you don't want to use their fuel their fuel card, you want your own. Well, RTS Carrier Services has that. Also, if you're a lease purchase, a lot of lease purchase uh companies allow you to bring your own fuel card. If you're looking to get your own authority or you're wanting to change your factoring company, but you you know, you're going to need some factoring, right? Most people do. If you're interested in it, click the link down there below. All right? And it'll sit there and tell you to fill out this thing. It does not mean you're committing to anything, okay? It just, hey, we're just you're wanting more information. And when you do that through my link, it gives us credit and whatever.
