Noah Samsen Might Be COOKED…Added:
So, the day of judgment has finally arrived for Noah Samson, third in command for Genocide Propheteer Incorporated. Ethan Klene has officially submitted his lawsuit for defamation.
It's official. It's happening. I am getting sued by Ethan Klein. Ethan Klein, millionaire and host of the H3 podcast, has sued me for defamation.
Here's the complaint. It's 31 pages, and I'm getting sued. Well, if you don't remember what this is all about, it stems from a video Noah released a year ago titled The YouTubers who backed a genocide. The video uses Ethan Klein's anti-hissan content nuke is sort of a jumping off point to argue that creators in Western media are helping sanitize or justify Israel's genocide in Gaza. Even though Ethan Klein has criticized Israel and its leadership on many occasions >> because the Israel government ising barbaric, genocidal freaks, and I hate them.
>> Noah still tried to portray Ethan Klein in a manner that made it seem like he was supporting what was happening in Gaza. It was all clearly just a retaliation for putting the spotlight on his son, for supporting extremist organizations, and profiting off of this tragedy. This lawsuit comes directly off of the back of Froggen's lawyers not responding to Ethan and entering default judgment. So Ethan clapped Caseyron. Now Frogan and it looks like next in line is Noah Samson. Things are about to get crazy. Some people are under the impression that this is just a petty latigious squabble and Ethan is just suing everyone that disagrees with him.
But to be honest, that couldn't be further from the truth. These people all grouped up and tried to essentially smear and end Ethan's career. They went after advertisers. They went after his channel. They went after his kids. They did anything they could to discredit him and deprive him of revenue. Noah is trying to act like this is all because Ethan is upset of the facts that Noah brought to light, but also probably doesn't want to talk about the part of the video he made after this where there was a segment he removed where he's essentially implying people should escalate things and take things into their own hands. living in the belly of the beast. We have direct geographical physical access to the politicians, the propagandists, the weapons companies, and the supply chains that are We have direct access to the propagandists, the supply chains, the weapons manufacturers, the politicians, the propagandists. Well, they're the ones you mentioned in this video, and we need to escalate. H, that's all I'm saying. Okay. So, this guy put a picture of Ethan in the thumbnail and titled the video the YouTubers who backed a genocide. Then inside the video said the people have direct physical access to the propagandists, implying that people need to start taking action and escalating things. So, not only was this guy making clearly defamatory claims in this video, he appeared to be calling for some sort of physical retaliation. And uh as soon as people called out this part of the video and started spreading it around on Twitter, Noah mysteriously removed that section of the video. Almost like he knows that he went too far. Like, I know this lawsuit is a defamation case, but I wonder if Ethan mentions this clear overstep in his complaint cuz honestly, it definitely makes Noah look unhinged.
And now, guess what? Noah is asking for $200,000 for his GoFundMe to defend himself against Ethan's lawsuit. And I'm just thinking to myself, like, how much money does the Stark community have left? Like we got the Froggen GoFundMe, we got the Denims GoFundMe, we got the Caseyron GoFundMe, and now we got the Noah GoFundMe. And you know that most of the same people are donating to these GoFundMes. So the fatigue has got to be kind of real at this point. And I think Noah knows that, which is why he plans on doing all kinds of ridiculous things and inviting tons of people on for a fundraising stream. I'll be hosting a fundraising live stream this Friday, May 22nd, starting at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time. It's a marathon stream, so it will go for 4 days straight, maybe longer.
We'll have lots of guests calling in to hang out, play games, or do tier lists or whatever else. So far, we've got FD Signifier, Boy, Big Joel, Denims, Idubbbz, Froggen, Elliot Sang, Chris Kunsler, Overzeal, Spooky, Scary Socialist, Ahmed Sarsur, Colormind, Holy Sun Via, Tabernacle, and more. We'll have lots of fun. donation goals. You may get to see me chug a gallon of milk, take a pie to the face, wax my legs, cosplay your favorite influencers, do the hot chip challenge, run a marathon, and more. We'll have the wheel going as well, like we did during the last fundraiser. And for the grand finale, if we hit $500,000, I will ride a bike 120 m from San Diego to Hassan Piker's house to beg him for more money. So, this guy's gonna make a fool out of himself to try and draw in donations from the lawsuit fatigued Snark community. He wants to get $200,000 for his defense, but is hoping to get as much as $500,000.
And guess what? He promises the extra money will go to charity. But haven't we heard this once before with Caseyron?
Didn't she promise her GoFundMe wouldn't go to a settlement and all the extra money will go to other people being sued by Ethan?
>> Considering it is unlikely there are any damages at all that I could have caused, even if I am found liable for copyright infringement, my offer of $17,500 felt very generous. For me, that is a lot of money and it would have come directly from my own pocket. On this note, I want to clarify that any donations that I have received are being used for my legal defense costs against Ethan, nothing else. These funds will not be a part of any settlement offer.
In the event that we were to settle, I will take responsibility for any settlement, and any remaining funds would go towards the remaining parties that are also being sued by Ethan. I have no intention to keep any money from this fundraising for any personal use whatsoever.
>> Yeah. Turns out the GoFundMe money did go to a settlement with Ethan and didn't go to anyone else being sued by Ethan.
So Noah's $500,000 GoFundMe hopes probably has Ethan's lawyers licking his lips right about now. And this whole goal of hitting $500,000 and I'll ride my bike to his son's house to beg him for money. Is that supposed to be some sort of joke because Han fed Frogan and Denims and Caseyron to the wolves? I mean, you would think Hassan would be listed as one of the people that will come on his fundraising stream, but nope, no mention of that at all, which is honestly crazy, especially when you think about how many people fell on the sword for this guy to protect his reputation from Ethan's content nuke.
But maybe Hassan will help Noah. Because back when Noah did receive his cease and assist from Ethan's legal team, Hassan came out saying that he hooked Noah up with his legal teaming its final solution on the Palestinian people in Gaza after numerous ceasefire violations. On March 18th, Israel finally unilaterally ended it with a record-breaking >> We I have to call him.
>> Yeah, >> I put I linked him up. I linked my lawyer up with Noah. Currently, legal documents don't show Noah's legal team, so it's unsure who he's decided to pick up for his defense in this lawsuit. But judging how his son never ended up giving any money to Frogan, Caseyron, or Denims, not even directing his audience to their GoFundMes, I have serious doubts Hassan's legal team will be helping Noah. Why else would Noah be trying to get $500,000 in GoFundMe donations? Some people are just trying to claim that this is just a petty internet squabble and Ethan is just being a latigious [ __ ] to people that don't agree with him, but that just isn't the case. This isn't just them poking fun at him or making him look stupid like normal internet drama.
>> This is generally what my point is. So, you have this very, very disingenuous thing. Dramatubers make a living out of [ __ ] threatening to get litigious when they can't handle what they dish out. Um, the fact is that calling somebody a supporter of a genocide is a very different thing than saying somebody's career is cooked or saying that somebody uh fell off or making a video about an internet drama. Uh, one of them is a real legitimate thing where people are are bad. And uh the fact is that I I do think people that make up [ __ ] like this probably do need to have a degree of accountability, especially if they're saying and making claims like that you're a supporter of a genocide. I think this is a very extreme claim to make. It's not like you just say this out of the blue, right? And because of that, I do think that there should be some degree of accountability for it.
Asmin Gold is right. This is an extreme claim to make. This isn't just some sort of drama claim that you normally get on YouTube. This is trying to destroy his career and any hopes of a future sponsorship, which is why they use the most inflammatory language possible to try and get people on their side. But using the most inflammatory language possible seems to have bit Noah in the ass. Now he's dealing with the defamation lawsuit and is begging for $500,000 to save himself from financial ruin, which is kind of ironic when you consider how much these guys have profited off the backs of what happened in Gaza. Like, no joke, this guy put a paid sponsorship in his video where he talked about what happened in Gaza.
Like, how much money has Hassan and his orbiters made off of this tragedy? When you think about it, it's no surprise why they won't stop talking about it. It's the most profitable subject they have all talked about in years. What do you guys think? How is this going to turn out for Noah. Judging by what's happened to everyone else, I would wager it's probably not going to end well for him.
But defamation cases are a lot different than copyright lawsuits. Defamation's a pretty hard one to prove in America, especially when you're a person of prominence. So, only time will tell.
Well, I said my bit, you guys. Noah is absolutely screwed. Hope you guys like the video, and if you did, make sure to hit that like button and subscribe. And if you want to see more content like this, YouTube thinks you're going to like this video right here.
