Cognitive decline manifests through observable behavioral changes including visual-spatial deficits (difficulty navigating stairs, pausing at visual patterns), disinhibition (inappropriate actions like opening closed binders), and increased need for validation, which can be identified through careful observation of everyday activities.

Trump’s demented disaster in ChinaHinzugefügt:
Donald Trump is back from a disastrous trip to China and he demonstrated in a whole bunch of ways just how much his brain has deteriorated and how far down the dementia cognitive decline scale that he is. Now, politically I also feel like it was a a disaster and I'm going to allow the people who do politics to talk about that, but there were many, many things that I saw over the footage for this this short trip to China that I wanted to point out. One of the most immediate things that was noticed was stairs. So, they had the long flight of stairs down Air Force One. So, whoever put this together, by the way, thank you very much because it's a very interesting way to show the difference between President Trump's ability to go downstairs and someone like President Obama's trip when he was going downstairs of Air Force One.
So, clearly Obama is already much younger than Donald Trump is and we can give some semblance of of leeway for just age in general. However, Donald Trump is gripping the rail and he is moving so slowly because he knows or at least he can comprehend that he is a major fall risk and falling downstairs in front in front of all everyone watching number one is awful, but he cannot see the stairs very well and he knows that he is likely to fall. Those stairs are not going to be looking clear because of the visual spatial deficits that come with cognitive decline and most forms of dementia. So, he is very careful going down the stairs. It is very slow. It is just embarrassingly slow, quite honestly. And then he has the same issues going back up. He's had my hand multiple times where he had to climb stairs when he was in China and it was slow. Xi Jinping had to slow down with him and he looked exhausted just from climbing stairs.
Something else that I noticed was that he was really, really requiring that validation. And all Donald Trump wanted to know was "Have you brought anyone else here or am I special?" Take a watch. Nice. Nice place. Nice place.
>> [laughter] >> So, this goes back to people whose brains are deteriorating reverting back to childhood and that need for do you love me? Do you love me? That assurance that like they're safe in the world, that type of thing. It also plays into the malignant narcissism like I'm the best and I'm the only one. Don't get me wrong. I fully understand that, but some of this is going to have to do with that requirement of am I the only one? And you can bet that his him saying "Uh actually Putin was here, too." did not probably go very well for Trump's psyche. So, he's got a little bit of psychological warfare going along uh she does for President Trump.
Now, one other thing I want to point out, which I don't think is dementia related. It just really bothers me. For anyone who's ever been had to use an interpreter before, you should be talking to the person. It shouldn't be, "Hey, can you ask President Xi this?"
It's, "President Xi, have you brought anyone else here?" And then the interpreter just goes. Like, that's the polite thing to do in general. And for someone who's supposedly so involved in global negotiations that require translators, Trump should know this. And it just really bothers me as far as like just not talking to the person that you're actually talking to. You shouldn't be talking through the interpreter. You should be talking to the person, and then the interpreter translates what needs to be said.
Another thing that was noticed was the fact that Donald Trump snuck a peek at President Xi's binder. So, Xi gets up to go make a speech, President Trump is looking like, "Huh, there's a closed binder right there. I'm going to open it. I'm going to I want I just want to see it. I'm going to I'm going to take a peek." Welcome to disinhibition secondary to frontal lobe deterioration. That is a blatant point, and everyone is pointing it out that he did that, but they're not necessarily connecting that is disinhibition. That is the frontal lobe not being able to say, "Hey, number one, you are on camera. This is televised. And number two, it's a closed binder sitting in front of someone else's chair. Maybe I shouldn't open it." So, that's exactly what happened with that one.
We also saw some weird chair stuff going on. So, one thing is just, I think again, part of the psychological warfare where uh Donald Trump was put in a smaller chair. That has nothing to do with dementia. But what does is that there was a time when he had like a padding in the chair, and he asked someone to take it out. Take a look.
For someone who is very poor has very poor proprioception, so really poor knowledge of where the body is in space.
Um sitting in a chair with then a softer pad on top of it would be very bad. It would be a lot of energy for him to have to sit in that chair and make sure he's sitting up straight. It would likely cause some weird postural stuff to happen and it's very possible that it could actually cause a higher fall risk because um being able to stand up on that softer cushion would not work very well. So, the fact that he had that cushion removed, which then made him again appear much smaller than President Xi, that was likely a dementia thing as well.
You then have this clip of Donald Trump walking in front of everyone else and he appears to take like a slight little a a little bit of a pause, a little bit of a stutter, where the um it looked like there's just a very slight uphill incline, that or there's kind of a line that's drawn. And this is also very dementia. So, take a look at it. Watch him walk past it, walk over it. There's a little bit of a stop and have to like slow down for a second and then watch everyone else who does not have that same issue.
Nice place.
Nice place.
That is also visual spatial with brain deterioration. So, if you see people with dementia who get like either like they have to pause or they get stuck right before doorway, cracks in the road, um or cracks on the sidewalk, weird patterns, weird visual patterns on the floor are really trippy for people who have dementia and are really kind of only being able to see what's right in front of them and being able to see spatially, visual spatially, what's on the floor and then differentiate like weird weird patterns or things like that, you see that they walk much more slowly because their brain cannot interpret like this is just the floor, it's flat, it's straight, there's no bumps in it, no big deal. That was what happened there. So, he showed he went first, he had this little stutter, and then no one else behind him did. That is because his brain cannot fully process what was going on. So, this trip to China was politically a disaster. There was no no benefit to the United States other than probably getting a whole bunch of Trump phones. That would be my guess. The whole reason they went there.
Other than that, politically disastrous, but also dementia disastrous. Whoever thought it was a good idea to put this man on an international flight for half a day and then put him in a time zone where he's half a day ahead of his actual time zone, and then have him actually try to function. They must have given him some really really good drugs. And I have a feeling we're not going to be seeing a ton of him for the next day or two because he's probably just completely wiped out and he has to recover. There's no way that between, you know, traveling those time zones that he is going to be able to be a functioning human being, even though, I mean, he's not really a functioning human being even to start with. So, it's going to be even a lower bar from there.
So, all in all, disastrous trip to China, and as always, Donald Trump has got to go.
