[00:13:21]And look at this. Your price, it came back up to test the breaker. That's what you call a classic retest. And it got rejected, which confirmed that the bearish structure was still fully intact, which gets us to the bottom zone of this chart labeled accumulation where price is sitting right now. We're in the accumulation zone.
