In gaming console repairs, digitizer grounding pin configurations vary between different console revisions. Some digitizers have a third pin connected to ground, while others do not. When replacing a digitizer, the grounding configuration must match the original to ensure proper functionality. If the digitizer doesn't work after replacement, it may be due to a mismatch in the grounding pin configuration. The repair process involves identifying the correct digitizer version and ensuring the grounding pins are properly connected.

What's up, fam?
We got to get to work. Yes, we do. Hype.
What's up, Jose? Jake Snow AWT Hazar Rocky. What is going on gents?
What's up, Miller?
My boy came and delivered my stickers for my Frankies. So, I got 50 some odd more stickers. So, I'm not going to be running out anytime soon.
I do. I need a lot for our streams.
Rocky, I don't put very much effort into the streams. I feel bad besides streaming itself is that's the most effort. But as far as YouTube, I know I got to do some stuff for that, but Whammer hammer bootter time. What's up, Rob? All right, let's get some work done. Just had to respond to a bunch of freaking emails and try to make some orders.
Nobody's getting back to me about any of the freaking orders that I want to make, though.
It's obnoxious.
All right, we're doing a shell swap for this switch.
Make sure this but buddy boy turns on.
All right, let's see.
Do I have a ship?
Definitely not that one. How about this one?
Yeah, this one will do. It's a very nice shell, actually.
Oh, I guess. Yeah, Ella. Interesting.
This is a nice looking shell. Doesn't have any damage on it except for missing that rail, but I can replace that.
And that's what's wrong with this one is the ripped the rail off. So, he might need a rail more than likely.
Hill is getting a new spot.
Sounds good to me.
Wow. All the screws are missing there.
Huh?
Oh.
Like, yuck. What? Too much product or you don't want to sell games anymore?
Or you just have too much.
Oh.
Makes sense.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Who that?
What's up, Mr. Where you been? Oh, yeah.
This is a cool This is Road Warrior Princess. None of your chats coming through on YouTube. Uh, is it not Felix?
I see I see you on Twitch.
Yeah, I don't see you on uh YouTube. Uh let me see.
I do need this to be set to all chat though. Sometimes I don't change it. Top chat. Let's see. Live chat.
Hey Mike, what's up?
Huh? Yeah, I don't know. Let's go to my dashboard.
Huh? I see I see you on the actual control room. I see your YouTube blocking your messages. Can't even make a pun and getting back to you about your extended car insurance. I see that last three messages didn't show on screen. Thought they got blocked. Uh, I have no idea. Yeah, last three did look like they got blocked or something.
I don't know. Something weird.
Oops.
Heat.
Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Nice. Felix knows what evil looks in the hearts of men who shadows know. Shadow knows who who knows what boots lurk in the wait. Evil lurks in the boots of men.
That's what I should do. Rob, let's make sure that does not feel good at all there.
Why not? I don't like it.
to like a to let's make sure that the rail that ripped off it looks like his rail ripped off still works cuz I don't know. He might need a new rail.
Let's find out.
Heat.
Heat.
Darn it. I think this is the bad digitizer. Let me see.
Ass [ __ ] b.
God damn it.
All right.
Looks like both of the rails work. So now we just got to figure out the touch the digitizer and less. No, it's flat. That was on.
Okay.
So original digitizer has got the two piece three pieces in the middle that are not grounded.
This one here is got one extra piece grounded.
So we might be able to cut that and it would work.
But I've never tried it.
I've never tried it backwards. So, we can try it.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
I can't tell.
All right. I think that's separated now.
I'm just curious if that will actually make a difference.
I know it does the other way. I don't know if removing it will make it work though. If it wasn't like that previously, but we'll see.
Let's see.
What's up, scoped?
I think it's still busted. I think it still feels weird.
Uh, nope. Yeah, it ain't working.
Okay. Well, it's better. It just loses connection.
Hold on.
Definitely better. I think I just need Maybe I didn't connect it all.
Disconnect it all the way. I guess I could check it real quick.
Pretty sure though it's disconnected, which means that doesn't do anything.
It doesn't do anything to me. But let's check.
Yeah, there's no way that's still connected. Hold on.
Let's check this one.
Yeah, it's not connected anymore. So, all right. Uh, well, easiest way to do this would be to swap out the game card reader, but ah, it's not so easy when 99% of your game card readers have a problem.
Uh, let's see.
I have [ __ ] a million of them.
Whoa.
Bad headphone jack. I can replace that easily.
All right. This one says bad headphone jack. Let's see if it works though with the digitizer. Cuz if it does, then we're good.
Hello.
Good. I'm glad. Ellie, that doesn't sound fun.
Okay, it is on.
Digitizer doesn't work even at all. Wow.
Wow.
wasn't plugged in all the way and it was and it doesn't work. Let me try one more time. Turn this off. Turn it back on. Turn it on.
And this one's even worse. Okay.
Feel like it wasn't plugged in all the way. But either way, we'll go and try a different one. How about this one? It says X.
Whoa.
[ __ ] hate all the plugs on that switch. Like this cartridge uh slot plug is [ __ ] terrible to get in.
Even more terrible if it breaks and you got to replace it. O babuli ram rod.
Now that feels normal.
Um, but not quite. So, now that I cut that piece, now it's like jittering. So, I probably need to put that piece back.
And I don't really feel like doing that.
So, I think I'll just switch over his digitizer.
I don't even want to do that. All right.
This one might work. Dang it.
Dang it. Dang it. Dang it.
Oh, that worked out really nice. This is going to work. This is going to work.
This is going to work. Please work.
Please work. I don't want to do it again.
take the whole freaking digitizer off and or I have to resolder that little wire for the digitizer.
That's the last time I'll cut that thing.
This one doesn't even work.
Fart. Fart nuggets.
Jesus.
Heat up here.
Huh.
A little odd.
I don't think that's going to work either.
Oh, I have no idea. Black saw switch light easier to work on? Not really.
Not the same.
Ah, darn it.
Ah, poopy nuts. Let me see if I have a dead switch. I think I do.
Wi-Fi issue. Yeah, let's try this.
Let me take it out of here. This one has a Wi-Fi issue.
So, Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Whoa. What you doing?
Huh?
Why do these sometimes feel like they click on perfectly and then sometimes they just feel horrible?
Let's see. The metals are all good on that. The metals all good. Oh.
Oh, it's all good on that, too.
So, why are you doing this to me?
Okay, now it fit like a glove. Okay.
What's up, Doc?
You going to work now, right?
Probably not. Probably going to have to resolder that stupid wire. Oh, that feels good.
Yeah. Oh. Oh. Oh, it's still dropping the connection.
So, either got an issue with the switch or that that line on the digitizer.
So, let me reconnect that stupid line. I got to find my baby wire.
Heat. Heat. N.
Give me some flux.
Give me some flocks.
All right. All right. All right. All right.
Heat. Heat. N.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat. Heat.
All right.
[ __ ] I didn't realize that it soldered all the way up the damn leg.
All right, that's better.
Might fit. Let's find out.
What's up, Andy?
Handy Pandy.
I guess it doesn't really matter that that's shorted out to there cuz they're supposed to be shorted anyway. So, it doesn't really matter. Okie dokie. Now, let's see if this changes anything.
Should.
Okay.
Handy pandy Mandy. You seen that? You done that uh digitizer trick before?
Soldering that extra wire onto it?
Ew. Yeah, I know. Ander. You and me both, brother.
Now it works perfectly. See? Weird.
Oh, I'll show you.
So on the digitizer on the digitizer cable, you see that like little area there?
You ever done that before?
So, this area here, you see it's got you see how it has two pins on the left and two pins on the right that go to this little ground thing or whatever that is. And then there's three empty pins in the middle that aren't connected.
On some of the digitizers, I guess it's like V1 versus V2. This pin is the third pin is also connected to ground. And if it's not, then the digitizer acts all [ __ ] funky. So, this one actually had it. I just took it off because I wanted to see if it would go in reverse as well.
But yeah, this one here, as you can see, that third one is connected on some of them. This one, it was originally connected, but I removed it to see if it would match the other one to see if the digitizer would work, but it didn't. So I put it back to because I you know they match different cartridge ports. The cartridge ports take different digitizers and I think you can swap them so that they work.
Couldn't talk. Gucci tie them together on the board at the connector. Uh, I guess you could. Yeah.
But eh, I don't know if it would be easier or not.
What's up, Christian?
Heat.
Heat.
I just turned it down a tiny bit. It's too It's too too quiet. Okay, there we go. How's that?
That one broke.
That a little better. Are you kidding?
You're [ __ ] with me, aren't you, Andy?
You're [ __ ] with me.
Right over my head, bro. I'm really, really gullible and trusting. Andy, don't abuse it. You [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] Got you.
Oops, there goes my keyboard.
Oh, I'm gone.
Wow, nice one, Rob. Nice one. I never heard that one.
Did you stream today, Andy?
I would assume that if you did, you would have just ended not too long ago.
Oh, yeah. Back plate doesn't have any screws. Neither does that plate.
And you stream every day you work. Oh, you're sick. Oh, no. That's not [ __ ] fun. [ __ ] Sorry to hear that, Andy.
Okay, so this is going to charge once it turns on.
We'll go back to work. Uh, so this actually should be a good one.
Also, no idea what happened to my switch bucket of screws, which is kind of annoying cuz those were very useful for all kinds of different things.
Uh, but I lost my little things of screws.
Let me see if I can find them.
Not in there.
In there. Not in there. A dot in there.
Where the rails at?
Where did I put those screws for the goddamn Huh?
That's really odd.
Oh well. Next repair.
I guess I'll start a new one then.
Oh, that was weird.
Huh? Okay.
Let me put my screws up here. What are these? Nope.
I put them up here. Nope.
This used to be the Switch one. I don't think I left any switches in here, though. That's the Atari stuff.
Oh well.
OG Switch it is.
Okay, what's next? We got a bagged PS5 that looks for sure like it's got cockroaches in it. Um, what's up, dude?
So, this one as we can see.
>> Yeah.
>> Uh, but no invoice.
>> I'm pretty sure.
>> Okay.
>> Nice shirt. PlayStation. My favorite.
>> Did they uh did they know? I mean, did we already tell them? Cuz I mean, look.
>> No, cuz it just came in this morning. I assumed as much after seeing it.
>> Yeah. I mean, so we need to call them first. Do do you know what the problem is?
>> No power.
>> No power.
>> Well, now we know why.
>> Now we know.
>> Yeah.
>> I could diagnose it.
>> So, I mean, I would call them and let them know. Like, after sitting in this bag, there's all kinds of like cockroach stuff in it. So, it's going to be the bug fee. So, be if they don't want to pay the bug fee, I'll give them the hundred bucks back they paid for the diagnostic cuz I'm not touching it. But, if they want me to, then it's going to include that bug fee.
So, Well, it's probably going to need a power supply, too. Normally, power supply replacement in the reverb is around like 200ish. 220 at the most. 2 200 to 220 plus that bug fee.
Oh, is that what I did? We We did up the bug fee, huh? Yeah.
We got to water our plant. Looks a little weepy.
Well, ask ask Kenny.
>> All right. Yeah, just let me know cuz I'm on it right now. Oh, you have it.
Okay. Never mind.
Cockaro laugar in the PS5.
I don't want to [ __ ] clean it. No power. So, probably a busted power supply is what I'm guessing.
>> Kill it. Kill it with fire.
Yeti, there you are. Ryan, where's Ryan?
Oh, Rusty. Russ, what's up? And Ryan.
Wow.
Enough greetings, please. I'm sick. I don't feel good. So, I'm going to be a Debbie Downer. My name's Andy. Please don't have greetings. Oh my god.
My little heart can't take it.
Where's Cause? What's up, Cause?
Andy. Shut up.
There you go. Yeah. Andy, how you doing, Andy?
>> Well, the reverb is 150. Power supplies are about 60 bucksish. So, you're looking at 2 210 plus the bug fee.
>> It's So, it's 100 now for the bug feet cuz we were doing 70. So, we upped it, huh? Yeah.
Okay. Yeah, I was going to say which is good. Yeah, >> it sucks. I mean, if it is, but it might not be the power supply, but that's usually it's probably going to be around that price anyways. Even if it's not, it'll have like a board problem, and it's usually about 50 bucks more for me to do that. So, if it has both, then whatever.
>> I'd say it's going to be close to 300 bucks, if not a little bit more. um with the bug feed.
Yeah.
Yeah. Well, yeah, we'll give it if he doesn't want to pay for it. Sure. Nobody else Just let him know. Nobody else works on him.
Oh, Andyy'sn't feeling well. Oh, you can really tell he's not feeling well. He's not even putting up a fight, you guys.
Missing Q.
Your alternate ego, Ryan.
Um, okay. So, if they don't want to do that, then I don't I should start working on my [ __ ] laser active. I put it in my car to bring home last night to start playing games. And then I was I ended up watching two or three videos. Ended up watching a video of all the Sega CD games ever released in North America.
Just like little clip of the entire thing. God damn, they it sucks. Sega CD is [ __ ] terrible. It has like maybe five good games on the entire console.
It's awful.
Oh yeah. Yeti temp. That's like a couple days from now.
Like what? Yeti care to share?
Watch live solder mogging and repair maxing. What the heck? Who's that?
Oh, that's it. He got freaked out.
He said, "Oh, 310 that I already paid." I said, "No, no, no. Those 100 already go towards him, but it's going to be a total of like 300 to 310." He says like, "Okay, then just go ahead."
>> Oh, man. All right. You >> want to do it?
>> No. I mean, it's just, you know, it's [ __ ] nasty, but yeah, that's fine.
Let's do it. [ __ ] Oh boy. Internal restructuring and adaptation. Well, that sounds good.
Yeti, that sounds like a good plan.
I hate you, Andy. I hate you.
Um, let me just see if this actually has live in it. Cuz if it's live, then I might just spray it down and let it sit for a bit.
I don't know. I can't tell. I can't tell.
I don't want to do it.
Wow. They barely fit in these bags.
The reason why I say it has cockroaches in it is because look at this big bag of poop. You see, you can see it in the bottom there. Look at all that poop.
H. Ah, they're alive. They're alive.
Damn it. Okay, it's going back in the bag.
No [ __ ] roaches, dude.
Back in the bag you go.
And I'm going to spray the living [ __ ] out of you.
Okay, that should be enough. I sprayed it liberally.
So, I'm going to close this up.
They got no air left.
I'll let that sit for like an hour, then we'll come back to it. Nasty.
Nasty.
Okay, let me see if Pierre paid for that.
I'm not invested already. What are you talking about?
He's been doing good.
All right.
Was I just about to check? Oh, yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. The invoice for Mr. Pierre.
Heat. Heat.
See if we got any creepy crawies coming out already.
Oh, yeah. Yep. Yep. Yep. They're They're dying.
They're crawling all over the place in there. Oh, yeah. He's not very happy.
He's trying to live. He's trying to live. He's not going to live. Oh, he's dying.
Sorry, dude.
I murdered you. All right, so Kari Fat Man's Xbox.
Wait on that. Let me This is a laser replacement. Okay, we can do this.
How am I killing them? IPA.
You just spray IPA all over it and let it sit for an hour.
Okay, we got power.
We got that. Make sure she turns on.
Oh yeah, it kills them.
Oh yeah.
You spray the alcohol right on a roach if it runs on your desk or something. If you get it nice and soaked, it's got like 10 seconds to live and it's [ __ ] dead. All right. It doesn't read games, so that's why we got it. So, we're going to replace the laser.
Hopefully, we get on the first try and not five [ __ ] lasers.
Damn.
Well, yeah, if you [ __ ] swam in it, Dave. Sure, I guess.
Hopefully you're not doing that though.
Can I zoom in on the screw latch thingy for the lid? For what reason?
What do you need to see?
The little like metal piece. It just sits in there just like that.
It just goes. Yeah.
Got it.
Yes, sir.
Oh, yeah. Yeah. Someone put it in the wrong way and it bent it.
Yeah. Put it in the wrong way. They They'll put it over over the lip. Yeah.
Like instead of it being this way, it's like this way, they put it over the top and it doesn't work like that.
No, Siri, Bob.
Heat. Heat.
rubber replacement rubber butt plugs.
Yes, there's I I have a 3D print of one that you can print in TPU. Um, and also, yes, I think Rambo also sells the screw and the grommet and everything, all those little parts for your stuff at PS3dlidtool.com.
Well, yeah, but it also could be Andy, if it moves side to side, it could be that the screw mount on the lid itself is broken. There's a little piece right here on the lid, right here. Right here, that sticks up and the screw goes through there. That breaks off a lot and then you cannot put the lid back on. Like, you can put it on, but you can't screw it in cuz the screw mount on the lid is busted off.
So it'll never clamp down again if that's missing.
Oh well, yeah, that could sit wrong. But yeah, if that lip isn't there, then you're going to have multiple problems.
But that's neither here nor there. Guess you'll figure it out.
Heat. Heat.
Boskins, thanks for the follow.
What's up, Kero? Damn, I haven't seen you in a long time.
Haven't seen that tag in a long time.
Chill now, Sean. [ __ ] these lasers.
Still got to pull that chip for you. God damn it.
Buy your own god damn laser. Sean, you heard Johnny's working on a deal to get them with RSX's from our boys Hung.
All right. Does it work?
Don't trust Johnny. Okay.
I'm sorry to hear that.
Watts. What's up, Luna?
Dual layer discs.
Use watts.
All right, cool. It's reading dual layer. That's a good start. Really good start.
Now we'll do single layer.
Oh no, Ryan. That's not good.
Damn.
Uh, no. I don't want to make a memory card. Okay.
Damn, Ryan. Holy. That's actually really bad. Holy crap.
Wow, that's a lot. Holy crap. How do the [ __ ] they they think they can get away with that? That's [ __ ] disgusting, Ryan. That's a lot. Holy crap. Almost a million gallons. That's crazy.
single layer CDs CDs.
Uh, curious if there's anything I should be prepared to replace when working on GameCube as last time I worked on one was more than 15 years ago. Just to recap, the disc drive board. Don't tell me this didn't read the laser. What?
It's still spinning. It had to have read the laser or the CD. Derp.
Let's see. Oh, that is scratched to [ __ ] and smudgy with flux. So, that would be probably why it wasn't reading. I don't think I can clean this one properly here.
Try again.
Yeah, you need uh Yeah, there's like six or seven. Wait, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. There's like nine caps. There we I thought so.
And then let's try the black CD variant to make sure it can still read those.
And then the PS3 game. And then we're done.
I got lucky.
I got lucky.
Okay. Uh, nope. Yep.
I don't even try them vertically in no more. You little turd. You know that little [ __ ] Oh, he's giving me a hard time. Ander, uh, you say your birthday's Friday?
Tomorrow's Friday. Oh [ __ ] I got to do payroll. Jesus Christ.
Let me do it.
Let me do it. Time approve time.
Okay, that's good. Let's go to Charlie there.
surge any.
Yes.
All right. So, let's go back. Let's go ahead and approve. Oh, I was just curious so I don't forget, which I probably will approve.
What's that?
Oh, I know, dude. Those are bomb, right?
Mine's pretty much dead. I had two of them. They're pretty much dead.
Very good.
Okay, I paid paid my slaves.
I think we're good to go now.
Oh, a tank failed. Okay, so they didn't do it on purpose, Ryan.
I love you too, Andy.
Damn, though. That's sad.
I better step up my game then if I can keep you, Andy. Better step up my game.
Let's see.
Oh, no. They're paid paid indentured servants.
Let's see. Future cop 2087.
Good, good, good. My heart couldn't take any more losses, Andy.
Okay. Yeah, it reads all formats.
Three-month warranty on this laser.
Hopefully, it doesn't die in 3 months, but Heat.
Hey, heat. Hey, heat.
They're not bad, Irish. Not bad at all.
Heat. Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
We do like [ __ ] don't we, Sean?
Damn, that joke's been dead for a while now.
Haven't heard that in a long time.
Oh, look. Uh-oh.
No.
Oh, you two great eyes. Nano. Damn, Marcano balling over there with your 30 viewers. What you working on? Don't tell me which.
Uh, who that?
Wicked Code Monkey. Thanks for the follow.
All right, this guy's ready for pickup when you're done.
All right.
Oh, here's the box for it. If if you get the when they drop them off like this, take the console, give them this back.
But that's it. Goes in there. Hail to the king, baby.
Damn. AWT.
Okay. And then the switch should be good. Let's double check this.
Oh, nice yeti.
Perfect.
This is good to go, too.
This is good to pick up, too.
So, both of those. What you looking for, sor?
Oh, all right.
Heat. Heat.
You do know that I don't prepare.
I mean, where did he spill the bong water?
Yeah. So, the problem with that, you should have asked me on any no power laptop, you got to check with me because like we barely do any repairs on no power laptops. Like barely cuz I don't work on the motherboards and with water damage, especially with a MacBook.
Even if even if the if the motherboard's bad, right, and I got to order another motherboard, then once I put that in, then I find out, oh, the keyboard's dead, too, cuz the keyboard. So, now you need a new top frame. So, so then it changes the price like so much Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Hey. Hey. Hey.
All right, we got a MacBook no power that was dropped off with spilled bong water on it. But I already told my employees that I don't really want them taking these in. though cuz I don't really repair boards and even even so if it's the board and I replace it then it's it could be a keyboard you know as well and trackpad and so later Kevro I don't even know all the tricks that you would need to know on a MacBook to work on them so much knowledge necessary to work on these bad boys that are not there and never got there with Max.
At least it doesn't have cockroaches in it, I guess.
O.
Oh, rough.
Well, there's a little bit of water damage.
Oh, damn. Andy, I didn't think you drank. Oh, not getting drunk. Getting drunk. Yeah, this is not looking good.
And it's right next to Not sure exactly where, but yeah, that does not look [ __ ] fantastic. That's it, though. That's all that I see is just that.
That's it. So, either way, I got to take this out. This is such a nightmare to take out.
Oh boy.
This [ __ ] board is such a nightmare to take out. All right. Well, here we go. Let's [ __ ] get it done.
Where's that little white bucket part holder thingy?
>> Where is that little bucket thing that I have for parts?
This will work. This will work. Not the one I was looking for, but it'll work.
Heat. Heat.
of course.
[ __ ] Well, you know what? I think this one will have the what I need in it.
Why it's got [ __ ] thermal stuff on it, but Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Sober Addiction. Thanks for the follow.
Nice.
All right. Heat.
Heat.
I forget >> what?
Oh, and then the switch. Oh, okay.
Okay, awesome. Thank you so much.
Huh. Well, I'm a little bit confused.
A little bit confused.
Um, there's like a [ __ ] hex bolt over here. Do I have to unscrew that? I have not remember doing that before. But yeah, it looks like it's Heat.
Heat.
a long transition. I don't know. I accidentally typed in there. Damn, you came at the very right time. Paul Daniels. Do I need to take this [ __ ] weird looking thing out? What the hell is that [ __ ] to get the board out? What the [ __ ] is that? When did they start using this? I don't even have a right tool to take it out. What is that [ __ ] What the [ __ ] is that?
What kind of screw is that? Apple.
That is [ __ ] stupid.
That's [ __ ] dumb. Yeah, I know. Well, that's what I told him. I don't. And then on top of that, how do you find out if it actually works? Like the rest of the stuff, keyboard, mouse, you don't even know until the board is working.
So, that's why I hate taking these things in. Dude, I guess I could just get a hex bit and take this out. I just don't feel like looking for one. It's not something I normally use. Can you leave the hex bolt out? Oh, it looks like a screw goes into the top of the hex bolt for that shield, right?
[ __ ] Guess I'll do it the slow way.
I don't even know how to power these on anymore. It's like I was working on these like way back in like 2011 and I knew you could like short keyboard pins to turn them on, but [ __ ] if I know anymore. There's some power on pads on some of them. [ __ ] if I know any of that [ __ ] anymore, though.
God damn it. Maybe I should find a little bit.
[ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] I'm sure Paul has a tool for this. I'm using my snipper clippers. Why not [ __ ] bastard.
All right, let's take the rest of these screws out. Take the board out.
There you go.
on this one. I just need to know where the power on pads are and also voltages, I guess. Oh, what's this [ __ ] Wi-Fi under there?
Wi-Fi and some corrosion. That's nice.
and the fan.
Come on, flippy flappy upy. Thank you.
So I have everything out.
Is it all loosey?
Okay.
No.
God damn.
She might be a goner. Yeah. That's [ __ ] nappy.
Oh boy.
That's it. So that's all the corrosion there.
There.
And there. That's it.
Can we fix it? It's the M1. You'll want the 820 2020. It's an M2. You'll want 820 2337.
It's dead.
So, don't bother it. Throw it back in the sewer. What if I just clean it and try it? I mean, there's a chance, right?
I mean, there's always a chance.
There's always a chance, however slim it might be.
Look at that. Looks perfect.
Yeah, PD says it's dead.
Uh, I just Yeah. Where do I I mean, I don't repair these boards. I already told him I'll take it out and look at it and I'll let him know what needs to be replaced, but I still don't know if his screen or his keyboard are good. So So can you plug it in without the battery just now and see if it works? Oh god, that looks awful.
That looks [ __ ] terrible. Yeah, it does look scorched on the corner there.
Oh, but it's over it's underfilled.
Not sure what's up with that cap.
Yeah, does look like it might have gotten popped.
I don't know. That's just goop on top of it. Let's see.
Uh 0 ohms and zero 1.0 ohms. So this is short.
These are across. It's one zero ohms.
So, pop both of those.
What about this one?
This one's good.
Oh, no, it's not. This one's short, too.
Unless it's like ridiculously low resistance, but I would assume not. This one looks okay.
So, pop these three.
I don't even know how to get these out to be honest with I really don't. Does this stuff soften up? Soften up if you use hot air.
Or should I just break it off?
I'm not sure if I can get it off with my iron with the underfill.
[ __ ] that thing. Let me check this now.
Still shorted.
That one's not. This one's still shorted.
Wait, wait, wait, wait.
Sorry. Can't get a good connection on this thing. Oh, I guess it's not shorted anymore.
Let's take that one off, too. Anyways, will it run without those two?
Okay, [ __ ] Okay, so they're both broken off now.
Okay, let's see.
It's not short on the board.
It's not short anymore. Thank you. uh for the SKMS. The SKMS.
All right. So then without the battery, I can just plug it in and it'll tell me if it's doing anything or do I need the battery plugged in.
Good luck. He says you're going to need it.
All right. I don't know if I need the battery or not, but let's see what it does when I plug it in.
Yes, sir. Yep.
It depends on the model. I don't do the RSX like at all on those.
Yeah. I don't I don't delid the RSXs.
Well, the slims you can't anyways cuz they're usually 40s and uh you can't delid them when they're on the chip. But the RSX usually doesn't overheat. It's the cell that does. And I can delid some of the slims. It depends on what cell it has.
You can just look at the model number on the back.
Uh this I'd have to probably I might have to open it up and look cuz it depends on the cell on it. Some of them some of them I can and some of them I can't.
But you will be >> well I mean at the bare minimum we can charge them for a reverb.
So reverbs I believe 80 and then the delid's 100. So I can get in there do the reurb and then if I can deal it I can do it. If not it's not delitable like delitable so to speak.
I would just not charge him the extra 20 bucks. Yeah.
Stupid black tabs don't ever do anything.
Okay. So, we got the those plugged in.
Uh, I guess we could plug the battery in. I don't know if you need the battery or not. Oh, thank you guys for the follows.
Uh, let's see.
>> Towen, thanks for the followen.
Towhen, I don't know.
All right.
I think that's all I need plugged in to see if it does anything.
that looks like it is turning on.
Uh yeah, 20 volts. It just reset again now.
20 volts.
Oh, 5 volts. 20 volts. but it resets as soon as it hits 20 volts. Not sure why, but yeah, that's pretty much the extent of what I'm willing to try to repair on these models.
Like, obviously, I'm going to have to do some actual diagnostics and work and I don't really want to do that cuz I don't work on these motherboards.
5 volts, 20 volts, and then it resets.
5 volts 5 volts 1.6 amps 5 volts 2.3 amps 20 volts 2 amps okay so it's not resetting anymore I don't see anything on the screen though but it's taking 20 volts 2.2 2 amps.
Now it's taking 20 volts, 2.2 amps. No display as far as I can tell. No display. I don't think any of these are display.
That looks like I think the power button is this over here. And then this would be speaker. This would be keyboard. This would be not sure what that is. These are speakers. I don't know what this is.
That's trackpad.
I'm not sure what that is right there.
Maybe the Is it Does it have a touch bar? I didn't even look.
Oh, you do need this on, I think.
I forgot about that.
Put a few of these in. See what it does.
I would say these are probably not necessary, but who knows?
I think this one for sure is, though.
All right. 5 volts, 2.3 amps.
5 volts. 5 volts. 20 volts. 20 volts 2.2 amps.
No display.
No display as far as I can see. No display. But it's taking 20 volts.
Oh man. Man, means I actually have to do real work.
Oh man.
Let me hold down the power button. See if it does anything.
Now, holding down the power button doesly squat.
So, well, I didn't plug the keyboard in, but this is the touch button. I'm assuming that's the power button.
Oh, yeah. So, yeah. I don't know. I I wouldn't even know where to begin to fix one of these things.
It's weird. It like sometimes charges and then sometimes don't. There it goes.
20 volts, 2 amps. So, it's definitely charging the battery.
I did not plug in. Is this the actual touch power button?
Is this the Touch ID or what?
Not sure if you need that on or not.
Yeah. Oh, I definitely likely 20 volts, 2 amps.
I don't think it's starting.
And this thing is acting weird. 20 volts, 1 amp. Oh, I pressed the power button. It actually did something that time. I reset the 5 volts.
Takes forever to jump to 20. There it's at 20 now. 2.3.
I don't think there's any light.
I don't think there's anything on the screen.
Can't shine through the back anymore, can you? I don't think you can.
Yeah, I cannot tell if the battery is charging or not.
Leave it alone for 10 minutes. Okay.
Yeah, it's definitely taking 20 amps 2.3 volts or 2.3 um amps. I was definitely taking something.
Could check infrared, but 5 volts, 5 volts, 5 volts, 5 volts, 5 volts, 5 volts, 5 vol, 20 volts. Takes that long to switch from 5 volts to 20 volts. So, it's doing something customer.
>> Uhhuh.
>> He said that he also had built some water into his uh computer, >> right?
>> I mean, so it's a laptop.
I mean, so again, it's the same thing as you could just tell our customers like, you know, our tech does not work on like does not really work on motherboards to repair them. So, if you damaged it, most likely I'm going to have to get you a quote on a replacement motherboard. And then on top of that, if there's anything else that got damaged, I don't know until I get the computer working. So, we have to start with that. And then it could potentially be more after that.
And I don't even know how much cuz I don't know what could potentially be wrong. So, we'd have to get the motherboard replacement first and then see if anything else is damaged.
But I could if if they want to drop it off.
Slow to move to 20 is a concern. But really, this is what I consider a data recovery only job based on that corrosion. Might be diminishing for a while, be dead in the future sooner or later. Yeah, I can understand that.
Yeah. Yeah. And then every time I move it, it like freaks out. Goes back to 5 volts.
Takes forever to switch over. Like it's still at five 20. Okay.
Yeah. If you bend to this, it might just be that this is dirty to be honest.
Oh, I don't have the fan plugged in.
That's one thing I didn't plug in. Darn it. And it's under the board, too.
Yeah, that ain't coming out.
Nice. Wonderful. I guess I don't necessarily need the fan on. should also bong, but I don't have the speakers plugged in, so I can't hear that either.
I guess I should plug the speaker in.
See if I can hear it bong at all. Unless this model, the M1's, I don't know if they do bong anymore.
I know Apple took them out for a while.
Oh, holy [ __ ] Look at that.
Look at that.
That's crazy. So then basically I should be telling him to back his data up immediately and just get another laptop.
Well, not necessarily. It hasn't booted yet, so that doesn't necessarily mean it's going to work.
It bong is what caused it in the first place. Actually, it really is. Okay.
Well, we know the screen works. Oh, check that out. What the [ __ ] Nice.
Yo, he's [ __ ] lucky. So, yeah, he needs to get this backed up immediately and then just go from that. What a He is [ __ ] lucky. Is it actually booting though? Oh, does that not plugged in.
Is it Does it not work? Oh, it doesn't.
Oh, there it goes. Hell yeah, dude.
Wow.
Lucky lucky.
All right, let me let this charge over here for like, you know, a while.
For a while. Let me just let it chill.
Yeah. I'm going to let it chill for a bit. Huh?
No, I had water damage a bit luckily. And it had two shorted caps near the I think that's the SSD. I popped those two caps off though and then it's no more short. So now it's charging and working. So kind of incredible actually. Paul only wishes he would get once as easy as this. I know Paul does [ __ ] insane batshit crazy repairs on those MacBooks.
[ __ ] wizard over there. An actual an actual electrical engineer doing what he does best.
What's up, peeps?
Okay, so that's done. Um, still charging. Still charging. Wow.
Cockroach PS5, I guess.
[ __ ] my life. I don't want to do this [ __ ] cockroachinfested PS5.
Kill it. Kill it with fire.
All right. [ __ ] I guess we'll do it.
Ah.
Yeah. See, there's some that crawled out dead.
There probably some more live ones in here, but that's going in the trash.
That is going in the trash.
Got my bottle. It's nice and filled, primed, just in case those [ __ ] want to run out. Here we go.
Ah, what's up my bee? Oh, I didn't do much.
I do too. Told or Ander. But thank you, man. I appreciate that. Yeah, not much uh not much work done on that. But hey, I was lucky actually. I would say probably cheapest MacBook motherboard repair fix that has ever come through here cuz charge $100 diagnostic and that's probably all I'm going to charge them.
I didn't really do much.
I don't know how to do much so on those.
It's about the extent of my knowledge.
Luckily, that was enough.
Oh boy. Here we go.
Oops. Oh [ __ ] Luckily, that unplugged.
Okay, I don't see any in the top lid, so I'm safe to put this down. There's none hiding in the fan. There's none hiding in the crevices. So, this should be good. But, you know what? I'll just stick it back in this bag anyways.
cuz you never know. Could be a little guy somewhere.
Okay, there's no cockroaches on that.
Hey, hey, hey.
Oh Jesus.
All right. So, it don't look like there's any hiding in the in the crevices.
And I'm almost positive that this is going to be a dead power supply. So, we're going to take this out, stick it right in the [ __ ] bag.
Okay, now we're going to spray up into this corner here cuz they like to hide right up inside of this just in case there's any in there. They'll die while I'm grabbing this power supply.
We're probably going to go rinse this bottom shell out.
Oh, you good, Chris. Don't worry about it. I ain't I ain't affected, man. You good.
All right. Power supply.
Uh Let's see. This is a vertical one.
I don't think I have one of those power supplies handy. This is a small board.
Let me see.
Nope.
Nope. And no. All right. Well, we can try this power supply first.
It's not the right one, but it'll work.
uh yeah, you can uh you can like JB weld it back on, but um I probably have a heat sink, but you're in the UK, aren't you, M? Damn, 12 months you've been subscribed. I barely ever see you.
I'd send you a heat sink though if you were if you want one.
Uh oh. Whoops. That's not the power button.
This is the power button.
Look at that. Just needs a power supply.
Hey Barry, where you been? How you feeling? How was things?
Someone who does engineer. Someone who does precision guesswork based on hard to get a hold of wait based on unreliable data provided by those of questionable knowledge. Also see wizard or magician.
All right. Now the question is do I actually have the correct power supply for this unit? Cuz obviously this one won't fit into the shell and I got to refurb it. So, let me go rinse this thing out because it's pretty gnarly and it's all it is is plastic now. So, let me go rinse this out.
Goed to send a heat sink for free. Zero charge not including shipping handling.
Yeah. Yeah, maybe. If you want one, pay for shipping. I'll send it to you.
I Milo, what's up? Let me go rinse this bottom part out. Keep an eye out for cockroaches, guys. Keep an eye out.
Gross.
I got some seasoning for your food, Mavs.
Yeah, cockroach seasoning.
[ __ ] no.
Free. Free of charge.
And that's about it. Just a nice little rinse off. That's about all I do.
Nice little rinse off with hot water.
And better than it was.
Better than it was.
Ooh, something smells good.
All right, let me see if I can find a power supply for this unit.
Um, >> who?
Oh, let's see. Do I have another Are we got to still got a timer going for them Frankies?
Kenny, can you check the timer on the phone? Make sure it's still going for us, please.
That's right, [ __ ] I'm kidding.
Uh, all right. There's no power supply here. This is a slim with no power supply.
Uh, this one actually has a power supply there. They should be on.
What time is it?
All right, I'll turn them on now. Just res reset it for another hour though for us. Ple please.
What?
Okay, there's no power supply in that one.
This one is not the right one.
That's a big one. I ripped my nasty glove.
This one might have.
Is this a smaller board?
I think it is.
I don't think this is the right power supply, but I'm going to take it out anyways.
Sorry you farted. Well, thank God I'm thousands of miles away from you, Andy, cuz I might throw up.
That's disgusting, Andy. That's disgusting.
Actually, this is the smaller board. So, I don't know why there's a power supply in here still. Oh, what the what the actual what? I didn't even press the What the [ __ ] just happened? It's turning itself on. Somehow it's really weird.
The power button is being pressed somehow. I don't know. That's weird.
All right. So, this busted ass PS5. I don't even know what's wrong with this one.
I don't even know what's wrong with this one. Oh, where'd you come from?
Okay.
Heat.
Heat.
Huh?
Oh.
>> How much?
Heat. Heat.
pretty. much. Yeah.
Hey, tickle me booter. That's funny. Boo boo.
I mean, it's okay.
Still got to refurb bit, but new liquid metal.
At least the cockroaches generally don't get inside the uh motherboard area.
Heat.
Hey, heat. Hey, heat.
Guess I don't really need to plug those in right this moment.
Holy crap. What is that big big ass message?
Pretty new to permanent fixes, permanent mistakes, hobby tech stuff. I've grown up with computers all my life and I'm amazing learner anyway. Got a Zephr G16.
I want to mod the freak out of it. Blah blah blah. There's not much you can do to laptops. Yeah, you can't really mod laptops. Usually, there's not really many upgradeable parts. Like, usually the GPU's on board, CPU's on board, and nowadays a lot of the times the RAM is on board. But yeah, I mean, you could upgrade the RAM, that's about it.
Hey, it was just starting before this, but okay. And it's got a disc in it, too, which is reading, believe it or not.
Uh, what we got? Woof. FIFA. Gross. Or FC, whatever the hell that is.
Actually, I guess don't need to take that off.
This, this, this, and all these bad boys.
Oh, that's cool. I mean, I guess that type of mod. Yeah, I don't know if that's necessary, but yeah, if you if you know how to do that. I have no idea how to do any of that type of mods or stuff. Yeah.
Sounds fun though, I guess.
Oh, the cockroaches stink. Oh my god.
Damn. Mike Oh, thanks for the follow. From your experience, do you have any good advice that might translate?
Not from that type of stuff, Elo. The only thing I'd say I'm selftaught, so pick up stuff and start doing it. Can only start if you do it. But for that type of modding on laptops and stuff, yeah, I don't really do any of that. So, don't really have too much advice on that end. Heat. Heat.
that. Yes, practice makes permanent.
Oh [ __ ] I just splashed a big old [ __ ] wall up of liquid metal on the board. Never seen it jump like that.
[ __ ] jumping liquid metal. It's crazy.
facts.
All right. Well, that wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be overall, so that's good. Still gross, but could have been worse.
A just QTP same same Paladin.
Uh I have that was just for the RSX and uh it didn't work. So, we were going to do a cell swap, but I haven't mustered up the uh courage to do the cell swap yet. I still have to invoice him for the attempt fee on that. I know he really wants me to do it for data recovery purposes only, but it's like uh solder. I use MG Chemicals in Flux. I use Kingbo RMA 218, but only in the tubs. Only buy the Kingbo in these tubs here from Toré on eBay.
Torres Boostastic or whatever the [ __ ] his store is called. It's the only one I buy from. But Kingbo for my flux and MG Chemicals leaded solder or my solder, my solder, blue and white.
Oh, Unreal. It's Unreal. He says, "Yes, it is. How did you know? It's Unreal Engine.
Why the hell are these so much longer than the other ones were? Goodness golly.
All right. What am I doing?
I got to actually put all the screws in.
Uh, it's probably going to be the RSX, but it could be the laser.
Just depends. But probably going to be the RSX. Cuz usually what's happening is the graphics are kind of getting all [ __ ] But a lot of the times you won't see artifacts. It'll just freeze.
But occasionally when it freezes, you'll see something funky or whatnot. Then most of the time that's probably the RSX cuz they usually shut down if they're having problems with tokens. All right, Barry.
Heat. Heat.
Yeah, probably probably the RSX then.
I think it should still throw code though if it freezes. I believe probably get like 2120 or something like that which is going to be our RSX.
Heat.
Heat.
H. Oh, there are two that were on the board that I didn't put on. Oh well.
Oh, freakyho.
Heat. Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Yeah, that sucks. Abdullah 10001 10004.
That's tokens, but it's usually also a precursor to the RSX going bad. Not all the time, but could be Heat.
Heat.
Oh, hell yeah, Andy. That's what's up.
Oh, interesting.
That's uh when you force shut down and it beeps three times, that's usually tokens or a non-married disc drive, Abdullah. So either your tok you do I mean you already have the token code, but yeah, when tokens are going bad that it does do that when it powers off.
Sometimes it'll like kind of like freak out a little bit and then it'll uh and then it'll triple peep.
Nice. Good job, Andy.
Huh?
Oh. Okay.
All right. So, this one's ready to go.
It was the power supply that blew up. I would definitely recommend letting them know that if you bring this back in and your house still has cockroaches, they're probably going to do the same thing. And it sometimes it can be worse, like not fixable. There's no warranty on cockroaches. So, if they bring it back with the same problem and it's got cockroaches in it, live ones, then it's not a warranty. So, I'd recommend them getting those bombs, their raid bombs.
Just go tell them to go get the raid bombs. have a day where you're not in the house and drop one in every room and let it fog the room and then come back four or five hours later, let it air out. All the cockroaches will be dead. I don't know why people even live with these things. So, put this back in a bag. Actually, grab a bag now so you don't have to touch it cuz it's it's disgusting.
I mean, there no more live ones in there as far as I can tell, but so that when they pick it up, either give them it in that bag and that's another thing they can do when they're done playing it. if they put this in the bag and then you know then it'll it'll save them from it getting destroyed. So just call and let them know it's uh the 150 plus the 60 for the power supply plus um plus the 100 for the roach fe.
So All right, here's a nasty ass bag with a power supply in it. That'll go to T tooltech schmoltech. He's going to love me.
Oh, this one's [ __ ] gross, dude. This one's really gross.
Okay.
All right, let's clean the desk.
Heat.
Heat.
I guess I'll toss this rag. They're cheap enough.
All right, Andy. Oh, sorry for the lame.
You're in UK and that would actually be awesome if you did send me one. Might be the only hope. You say maybe JBC glue it back together. Yeah, that's what I've seen some people do that. Um, yeah, you pay for shipping and I'll send it to you. Are you sure you want to do that though? Cuz it might be like a [ __ ] ton of money.
Uh, you're on Discord. Send me your Matter of fact, that reminds me I'm going to pull a chip for Shawn right now. Send me your address, M so I can get you a quote and then you can tell me whether you want to do it or not.
Um, I also got to get Yeah, shipping will be a lot. That's the only problem.
Um, all right. And then these gloves are disgusting.
Gross.
Yes.
Um, no he doesn't. You're right. But I'm going to do it anyways because I love him.
He deserves it though. He does deserve it. How mean.
Let's see. Infinion.
Infinon. I got him.
All right. Shny boy pulling your Infinon chip. Right me out.
actually.
Oh, I got to pull out I got to pull out that 360 behind me here and put it on retail. He So, he he's worried about the the data matching the console so he can use it online, Sean. So, I don't know what else we got to do other than flashing it back to retail. Uh, but if you could help me with that, unless you're busy, I don't think it's going to be too hard, but oop, sorry, music. Here's the Infinon chip for Shauny boy.
Let's take it off.
I'll have to figure out how to do that.
I'll check Sean. We'll do that right now.
Heat. Heat.
Oops. Yeah. 500. Yeah.
As you see, I warmed up the sides of the chip more than I did the actual chip itself. Like sides of the board around the chip. And then I go in at the last minute. Full heat on the chip. Pull it off.
All right.
You don't need anything else, Sean.
Nothing else. Just this. Your time is running out if you need anything else.
Okay.
>> Reads it, but then it ejects it out.
That's >> Is that the touch sensitive buttons?
>> If it's the touch sensitive buttons, it's probably dust inside of the thing that's automatically hitting the button.
If not, I'd have to look at it.
>> Okay.
>> Just diagnostic.
>> Uh, it's a PS4.
>> Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's probably the first gen touch button model. That's probably what it is. It's probably I would check it. Yeah.
>> Sergio.
Oh, he's on the phone.
I need you after Sean.
Uh, can you ship this right here in a bubble mailer to if you log in here?
Yes, there is. Don't open it. There's a little chip.
>> So, you type in sh h a w for Shawn and then right here, Atoria. Sean Shakir 37.
Sorry, I guess I shouldn't say it out loud. Um um and I almost doxed him. Uh go ahead and do that.
Send it. Just buy it and send it. He's going to pay me triple.
He's going to send me all of his good stuff.
I almost did, Sean.
I actually almost did.
Almost. Almost.
See, they didn't even hear. What are you talking about?
Yep.
I almost did though. I really did almost dock them. It's kind of crazy.
Oh, wow.
I'm not saying.
All right. All right. Well, the MacBook's still charging, so I guess we'll put it back together now.
[ __ ] yes, dude. [ __ ] win.
I mean, you should just be able to duplicate that address is correct.
Yeah. No address. It's um he lives with he lives with his mommy and daddy.
So, mommy mommy Shakir and daddy Shakir.
They're ready.
Um, okay.
What's that?
You got it. Okay.
Just a bubble mailer is fine.
I don't want to have to take this whole motherboard out just to get the [ __ ] fan connector. So, I'm going to try to finagle it out.
Ah, >> yeah.
I don't have any SSDs, so he'd have to he'd have to pay for it. Yeah.
>> The SSD. Um, all right. Uh, well, SSDs are mad expensive right now.
All right. Two terabyte Samsung SSDs.
>> Not even. Not for the SSDs.
Um, so actually I probably should go to like Amazon actually.
Two TB Samsung SSD.
Okay, cool. Yeah, you can send it out.
Um, yeah, I don't think he's going to want a two terabyte, dude. Like, [ __ ] is mad expensive right now. Like, ridiculous.
Like, it's $300 for a [ __ ] two TB regular SSD right now.
>> Regular hard drive.
Not an issue.
Oops. Hold on.
Still a lot. Um.
Uh.
Uh, for a new one.
I mean, like I would honestly recommend him just going down to like Best Buy and picking one up, seeing if they have it. But like the one I don't really trust these ones on eBay here. But I mean it'd be like 120 probably bucks, something like that for it.
I just appreciate talking.
>> Yeah.
>> Was that was that customer like yeah I know >> where >> I don't even I have no idea what's going on.
>> I don't even understand.
enemy.
>> Oh, and >> Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay.
>> Just let it roll off your back. Um, yeah. I mean, honestly, dude, I would I'd rather not order it for him. I would rather just do the reverb. And if it's it's a user replaceable item, so I'd rather him just go to Amazon or Best Buy and get the drive that he wants and he could bring it in. We'd slap it in and install the software. But I just don't want to deal with it. Like cuz we don't make money off of the drive. So I don't really want to go through Yep. Plus, if the drive dies, he gets the warranty if he buys it, you know.
All right. Can I get this out without breaking something?
No, I can't get that out. Okay.
Hey.
It's off, right?
Everything's unplugged, right? So that's why Wait, what?
I don't know where the [ __ ] that came from.
I have no idea where this screw just came from. I did not take it off myself.
I have no clue where that came from.
It's one of those weird hex ones, but I didn't take it off. And the hex one that I did take off is over here. So, no idea where that fell from.
No clue.
Luckily, it's probably not necessary.
Let's make sure this is under there properly, too.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Hey, Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Yeah, I have no idea where that went.
Huh?
Yeah, I don't I honestly I don't go to any of those things, but they're Cool.
Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat. Heat.
actually did not test his keyboard. So, there's that.
Why is this feel I swallowed my own spit wrong. I'm dying. Oh boy.
Oh boy.
It's definitely not that. All right, let's just put the rest of them in there. Oh boy.
Huh?
That must have been where that other screw went.
That weird looking screw. I ain't even going to do it.
Well, that one doesn't go right. Let's see. What about this one?
That's weird.
That doesn't go there, huh?
Yeah.
What?
the cockroach infested one.
Uh, I guess not if it's not on there.
Yeah, because I don't have any panels.
Try to note that when they drop it off if you can Heat. Heat.
Yeah, I have no idea how you're supposed to get this thing back on. Honestly, I don't really care about this screw.
Really don't [ __ ] Cool.
I'll try not to when my time is up. My time is up though. You know, who knows when that'll be.
All right, cool. And then this last one goes.
Where does this last one go?
Oh, goes right here. Oh, that's where that screw goes then.
All right, let me take this one out.
Then this must go here.
Well, maybe not.
Nope. I guess not. Never mind.
This one goes here. And this gun goes here.
This little dude goes here.
All right. Don't don't know where that one goes. This one should go here, but it's not fitting because I believe this is supposed to fit into here or one of the small ones is. But that's okay.
There we go. He's [ __ ] lucky.
Now, I don't really do too much laptop repair. Even though I'm computer bootter, I don't really do like board repair on them. So, this was this was a rare lucky fix for this MacBook to be honest with you. at least from me because I don't really do schematics and board views on on motherboards on PCs because I just I don't get them enough to focus on them as I do like game consoles.
But yeah, Mac would have just been like or Apple would have just been like, "You need a new computer. $2,000." I don't know if his Oh, bye Andy. It looks like his keyboard's working.
You'll have to see if the entire keyboard works once he gets it up and running.
All right.
The uh the taste isn't bad. I'm not sure I'm that much of a fan of like >> crunchy. The only thing I don't like about them is how dry they are. Like if they were they didn't have the chewy ones. Otherwise, I would >> even those aren't that good. I like Keebler.
>> Oh yeah, >> the fudge ones.
>> Anywhere fudge, >> dude. I like the fudge.
>> I just like Keebler fudge.
Oh.
Oh, God.
Cook me.
I mean, it might might last him for years, but I just recommend getting the data backed up ASAP.
Okay, let's do this 360.
All right.
Hey, what?
Yeah.
Yeah, actually. Yeah, I got to check on that order.
Um, damn, Felix. That's wild.
That's wild, bro.
Keebler fudge. Uh, I didn't fix this Xbox yet. No, we're about to jump on that right now.
I [ __ ] already did this.
Um, thought I did that yesterday.
Where is this desktop? I don't think that's the right one.
This is the right one.
Huh? Okay.
I swear to God I did this yesterday.
Oh, Reese is pretty good.
Nutty buddies. Nutty buddies are yum.
All right. So, uh maybe it is that one. Wait, hold up. Not this one.
Oh man. Back up common.
Where the [ __ ] did I put it?
I'll put I put it in his Oh, Nutty Bar. It's like the Oh. Oh. Oh.
Oh. You're talking about the like the wafer ones, right? Those are [ __ ] delicious. Damn, those are good. Haven't had those in a while.
Um, yeah, those are [ __ ] delicious. Uh, hold on.
No. What was the ticket number? 2274.
Ticket 2274. It's in RGH3. Okay.
Ah, there it is. Here's the retail NAND right here, I think.
Or is this the I don't know which one this is. This update flash.
I guess it's not default. Let me see.
Load source. Actually, no. I can just drag and drop it. This is the one we did. So, all right. So, yeah, it says glitch and the CPU key is not in there. What the [ __ ] Do you need to have the CPU key now or not anymore? The OG dump. The four G jigabyte one.
The 4 gigabyte one.
Oh, [ __ ] I don't even know where that is anymore.
Uh, I don't know if I have that. I mean, I do, but I don't know which one it is.
Uh, let's see. Cuz this serial number is 23743.
Oh, it's right here.
Okay, here it is.
So, you want me to load that one? Okay, there's the original dump.
Uh, that Yeah. Oh, there's the CPU key.
All right. And then what I hit retail and then create XE and then write it.
That's it.
Jigites.
16 jigites.
All right.
Heat. Heat.
And how do I know for 100% sure that it's on retail? I guess I could put my little like memory card in there. That's Oh, I got to take the I got to take the wires off though, right?
Oh, you can leave the wires on.
It boots with the wiring. That's weird.
Okay.
So now it's safe to use online and everything matches and all that jazz and it's good to go, right? All right, let's remove the wires and see if it survived or if it actually is retail.
Uh huh.
Are you a There we go.
Okay, then I guess it's on stock.
Thank you, Sean. That was an interesting repair.
Ah, I don't know where the bag for the rest of this stuff went.
I'll find it in a second.
Hey, King of Man.
Oh, here it is. Cool.
Uh, culture.
Uh, culture is the band probably. No, I don't have a uh it's definitely culture, but I don't know what uh what song it was.
Let's see.
Oh, there's music playing. Let's see.
I'll see if I can find out what There's no war. I don't think that was one of the ones I played though. I think I played I played one stone at the Sabba.
>> Yeah, it does.
fishes to fry.
>> Nah, that's after hours.
Uh, disobedient children.
A white belly rats is really good.
I don't know.
Can they run?
Do something for yourself.
No vacancy.
There's no vacancy. But like this song >> vacancy that's no vacancy but I don't know anything else with no in it. Let me see if I can find tell me where you get it. It's another one that I probably played.
No knight.
No night.
>> No night in his >> No night there. Um, so no knight. That's one that has no in it.
I'm not ashamed.
Uh, too much pressure. English fireplace.
Why worry about them?
Never get weary.
Yeah, I'm not sure.
You remember any other words?
But yeah, I play a bunch of different stuff. So, no stipulation, no segregation.
No segregation.
Not sure about that.
Oh, for sure. There's a lot of good like there's a lot of good songs from them.
So, let's just see in my in my library what I would find with no no war blood of innocence. Innocent blood, no vacancy, no night, I'm not ashamed, no segregation. Yeah, there's definitely doesn't have no but >> no reservation.
I don't have that in my library, but it could have been all uh on the in the Apple library. I don't know.
>> I'm just yapping.
What's up, Minecraft?
There's Peter Tosh. No nuclear war.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Oh, I didn't even check to see if it read games. I better do that because if he sends it back to me and says, "Well, now it doesn't read games." I'm like, "Well, I couldn't even test it cuz your NAND was bad." Well, actually, no, it was. The NAND was fine, so it should work just fine. I guess it's best if I check could be no war as well.
See what about this one?
>> This is equal rights andice >> might be this one. No war only misery just misery don't mean you are on your land.
That's a good song but could be that one.
What does it say? The game's dirty, [ __ ] Wait, no. It just needs a connection to Xbox Live, so it's good. Oops. Sorry.
music.
Yeah.
>> Oh, okay. What which customer?
>> Uh, it's a customer. He says that he's interested in bringing in PS3 backwards compatible for Frank, >> right?
>> But he says the PS3.
>> Okay.
>> Asking how much >> Well, you can't I'm not going to replace the motherboard. That's a whole another system. So if you wanted a system it would be So I mean tell him instead of that then it wanted he just buy I can make him a fully working A1 or E1 depending on which one he has. The A1's are $8.99 and EO1's are $7.99 instead of the 550 cuz that would probably be better than going and trying to fix the water damage one. But I mean I can try but just depends on how bad it is and he might waste money on me looking at that you know.
It's $8.99 for the AO1 and $7.99 for the EO1. And I would have to make one. So, if he pays for it up front though, I can make it within a couple weeks.
$7.99 for the EO1 and $8.99 for the A1.
Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah.
>> Uh-huh.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> I mean, does he need them? Like, is it drifting? Oh. Um, for the rock ally um for him probably like 50 60 bucks, something like that.
Oh, that's where that one goes. I was like, why do I have an extra screw? But I don't.
Oh, that's Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah, I don't have a playlist. I just have it in my library and I just have it play like randomly.
Huh. I do remember playing that song 96 Degrees in the Shade, but I after that I think I was playing Third World a lot then.
I also think I went to uh play some What did I play after that? Um, I think I played some uh what's that? Third world. Uh, Steel Pulse.
That could have played. It could have been a Steel Pulse song.
Not King's James version is one. No Satan Side.
Madness Sober.
All good songs. It's all good songs.
>> If only on if he buys one from me. If he wants his Frankie to repaired, it's going to be two to three months.
>> Okay.
Okay.
>> Right.
>> Exactly. Yeah.
>> Yep.
>> You know for sure that Okay, we need this as well. If somebody's free, I need this to be packaged up and sent back and and invoiced.
I guess we'll use this box. It's a pretty good box.
Um, >> you want to do it? Okay, cool. Well, his his address is there. Let me get you his email real quick.
Oh.
Heat. Heat.
Better heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Oh, heat, heat.
Heat.
Hey, Heat.
Where is my Digi Key order? Let me see orders.
I departed Minnesota yesterday. Supposed to be here on the first. God damn, that takes forever. Okay.
Heat. Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat.
Um 100 bucks. It should have a 100 bucks automatically.
20 bucks.
Sweet.
Cool.
Hey, Wacky Packy.
I don't know if you're playing any survival games, Ander, lately, but you should jump. You should get Ark and play with Heli and I. Except for I got to get Heli to start a new server somehow. I got to make him [ __ ] quit his game and make a new one cuz that server was slow as [ __ ] for gathering and taming.
Oh, that sucks. Wacky.
I mean, you should know by now. I'm pretty much streaming every day after like one or two. Damn. It's almost time for me to go get a refill.
What?
What? Oh, if you could though. I know you you have that up there. But if we could use that stuff there before we use that because that's just like taking up extra room and that's nice and compacted. So, anytime we do packages, try to use that. I mean, if you need the bigger bubble wrap, I understand it.
But, um, and then we have stuff over here waiting. So, we got to check on these.
What is this?
Oh. Oh, yeah. We got to check this. Is QuickBooks up on there?
Is it just these two packages? So, we need to start breaking some of these down and make sure that we're throwing away our trash over here so it doesn't become a [ __ ] mess. Yeah, there's a trash can over here now. Right here.
Um, is this trash?
Do you know what it is?
>> Okay. I don't know who put it there. So, um, so it's just these two packages, right?
This is for Aiden and this is for Roy.
Let me check.
Damn. Whack.
Damn, that sucks. Should have been backed up to the one drive or Google Drive, dude. Uh, let's see.
All right.
So, that's been paid. So, Aiden's has been paid. The other one is who?
What's the other name on that? Aiden and then Roy.
Okay.
Huh.
for uh Aiden's. Yes. For Royy's, not yet, but Aiden's is good to go. So, if we have his shipping label ready, just print it and then you can put it out there for packaging. Yeah.
Oh, I got you whacked. Mass grave time.
What's that?
Oh, the activation wizard thingy.
See, I would use that if I knew I had a valid Windows 11 license. Like, for sure I would do that.
Nice paladin.
I would use it if I knew it.
I know Anderson.
>> Why does it look Oh my [ __ ] god.
>> Yeah.
>> Ander or um Ander, >> bro.
>> This is the one that he wants to get.
>> Tell him uh I lost it. It's gone. I don't know what happened to it.
Yeah.
Heat.
So, I don't I don't know. Xbox it up and send it my way. I don't know if this is the same board. I would assume that it is. I have no idea what this stuff.
Obviously, it's for the dev kit, so I've never worked on one of those, but yeah, that's [ __ ] dope.
Namco home tech property of Namco. Dude, that thing must Where How much did you pay for that?
Like cheap or a lot? So, you found it somewhere like they didn't know what they had? That's [ __ ] tits, dude. If you ever want to sell it, that's [ __ ] tits.
It's probably the power supply and or whatever, but you could have some data on there that that the community really wants. So, make sure that there's a there's a script you can run that'll dump like anything that they don't have yet cuz they're looking for all the deal. And also that probably has unreleased builds if they didn't delete it. And that's like that's money. Like so it never worked when you got it. Oh wow.
Oh, okay. Okay. Damn.
Where'd you find it?
That's sick, dude.
Dang. Yeah. If you ever come across any stuff like that that you're not going to buy, [ __ ] give us a ring real quick and we'll probably you'll be like, "Hey, it's 100 bucks." We'll be like, "I'll give you 200. Just buy it and bring it in." Like, if you ever come across anything like that, let us know. That's super. I've never seen one of those.
That's really cool. Yeah. That's sick.
Cool. Hell yeah. Yeah, man.
I mean, it doesn't really matter. It's still the same.
Yeah.
Yeah. I will do that. Ander, actually, I'll ask him. I should have I'll ask him if he allows me to do that. Let me ask him. Um, so I do have a question. I do have a question for you. So, like those units with the developed ones, if there's stuff on there, that's what makes them worth a like more than what the unit is worth. Um, but I I mean I if I had one, I wouldn't care if I had data on there.
I'm going to dump it into the community because it's for preservation, but I can't do that with somebody's console without asking them if they care if I cuz like and I would be I wouldn't be sharing it with the with the with the devs. So, >> yeah, but it's your it's technically your information. So, if I do that, it I mean, I'm sure you're not planning on selling it. So, it doesn't really matter, but that stuff's better to have out on the community if there's like custom builds or even a game they didn't release there could be on there. You never know. But uh I I'll ask you I'll ask you if if you if that's cool if I dump the contents for the community, but if not, I understand. So, what do you think?
>> Well, I it's probably I could probably do it before like repair it and just do it and give it back to you like it won't take long.
But if you'd rather me not, so it's your info, then then let me know. Cuz like I said, once that info's out there and then and if you try to sell that and it has something that nobody has, they're going to be like, "Well, somebody dumped that last year." So, I just don't want to ruin the value of your unit if if there is something unique on there. But at the same time, like, if you don't care, then the community should have it.
But, um, it seems like I should just leave it alone and not dump dump your Okay, for sure. Yeah, I'll let you do that if you can. But if you're ever interested in doing that, if there is something on it, um I'll show you how I'll tell you how you do, you know, how you do it.
Not yet. It should be It should be Monday or Tuesday that they're in. Yeah.
Cool. Yeah. Thank you, man.
Yeah. So, he doesn't want me to dump it.
Eh, it's his. So, super unique.
Yeah, it's super cool, man. that was in like their, you know, in their like people went to work every day and sat on that Xbox and made Xbox games for Namka.
It's cool.
Yeah.
>> Uh, Aiden's.
>> Okay. And then the 360's packed up and it's and it >> and and and we know whose box it is, right? You taped or wrote the ticket number on it so we know. So it cool. Thank you. Perfectly done.
Okay.
This one's he wants to see if can you delid 21s? Yeah, you can delete the CPUs. I can't delete the RSX though.
21s. Actually, it's a 65. The 2100, right? Or no, the 2001 ones are 66 65.
So, this is a 40.
Uh, I still don't want to do that with customer stuff. I'll leave it up to him, man.
It's not my stuff. I don't want to steal his data on there. Even if I am just backing it up, I'll still leave it up to him.
What?
>> Robot games.
>> Robot? Oh, what?
>> Yeah.
>> What?
>> Why?
>> I don't know.
>> He's a reseller.
>> Yeah.
>> So, >> Oh, damn.
All right.
>> Yeah, that's cool. I would have done a dollar a piece, but how many was there?
>> 30.
>> Okay, so about a dollar a piece.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay, that's fine.
>> Yeah.
>> Get Get him out of here.
>> Oh, he didn't drop it off.
Right. But okay. Okay.
Yep.
>> Charging.
>> Game Boy Advance SP.
>> Probably the SP cuz that's the only one that charges.
>> Or the micro.
>> It could be one of those.
>> It's probably >> says that there might be Dr. inside of it.
>> Yeah, it's either the battery or something's wrong with it. I can take a look at it. Some of those I can fix.
Some of them I can't. It's uh uh $50 diagnostic. Yeah.
Oh, Essential Nonsense. What's cracking?
Hell yeah, brother. I'm glad you enjoy it.
Welcome, welcome, welcome.
It could be whacked, but pretty rare. Usually they'll give an error code at least if it was the drive usually, but I guess it could be that bad.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat.
Hey, heat. Hey, heat.
Yeah. See, this is one of the ones you can't delid.
as far as I know. Isn't that right, Sean? Are you here? Can you? Maybe you can. Oh, no. No, never mind. Never mind, never mind. Never mind. This isn't the one. I thought it had the plastic black bottom.
There's the I I did a slim the other day that had that plastic mount on the cell and you can't delid those.
I don't know which one it was.
Well, there's no difference between NSC tool and any of the others. It's just a thin blade. But no, I've never delitted the one with the plastic. I thought I tried once and it was like epoxied on or some [ __ ] And this is a Yeah. 40. So I can't delay the RSX. Well, you can, but it's like absolutely a nightmare.
And these cell lids are thinner than the AO ones.
There's nothing.
>> Uh, is he here?
>> Yeah.
>> Uh, it's 50 bucks. It'd be 150 total.
But I did tell Sergio to tell him.
>> Oh, okay.
Um, I mean, most of the ones I've done, I've had very few of them return and I've been doing them for about 3 years and all most, I'd say over 90% of the ones I do are still running and haven't had any problems, but occasionally one comes back for another bad RSX. You never really know. It's kind of silicon lottery. But if your system's working, then just let let it let it die and then Frankie it. So if it's sitting on the shelf, but it still works, then just leave it as is until it dies and then get it Franki is what I recommend. Some people want to get it done, but there's always a chance the system dies during the process. So I generally rather wait till it's already dead so that you don't kill a working console because it can happen.
Three bolts still nice.
Yeah, I'd say I'd say that, too. But it's a mixed bag of opinions, so quarantine, >> right?
>> Uh he did say that he had just moved to a different place.
>> Okay. Okay, >> those were just going to be a lot of >> Okay.
>> Yeah, I he can inspect it and see and Yeah, that'll be good. All right, sounds good to me, brother.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Can I tell you a funny story that happened?
>> Sure.
>> Uhhuh.
>> So she called to work and say, "Hey, I'm going to be late. Take my to Yeah, that's fine. Don't worry. What time?" And she said, "That's" And then after she got out of the bed, she called, "Hey, I'm sorry. I run later when I told you, but I'll be there in a few times.
And then you start like, "Wait, I'm just sitting right here. You don't work today."
>> Oh, what the hell?
>> So, you don't work today. We thought that you were saying that you were coming in just for one of the days like, you know, do you want me to come in?
Like, we don't really need you. So, we already >> That's funny.
>> Okay.
>> Where does she work?
Oh, okay. Nice.
Heat.
Heat.
Ah, [ __ ] Heat. Heat.
Yeah.
Heat.
No blacksaw.
Not interested in trains.
I used to do model airplanes a long time ago when I was a kid. Super kid. But that didn't last very long cuz I could put them together, but then I was upset cuz they didn't look nice cuz you have to [ __ ] paint them and all kinds of [ __ ] most of the time. But yeah, I did a couple of model model airplanes back in the day. Those are fun. Or helicopters even. Helicopters are fun.
Yeah, that was fun.
meticulous little job of putting that thing together, gluing every piece together, making a [ __ ] model. I used to have them hanging up in my from my ceiling.
Oh, wow. Oh, you should do one then, Blacksaw. It'd be fun. Be a fun little throwback. There's some neat There's some easy ones and then there's some [ __ ] like ultra level ones. So, like there's some that are, you know, probably at our skill level. Are you me?
I never did it perfectly though. You always get like glue coming out and [ __ ] What the [ __ ] I think that mount is broken. Okay. Oh, or I don't have it put back together properly.
Okay.
Oh, damn. Snap kits. Wow.
Did everything perfect except for this last little bit. Putting the shell on.
I don't get it.
Oh, okay.
Why is that like that?
Huh?
I don't get it.
Huh?
Okay, I'm I'm confused at what I screwed through or what I did because something is up.
Oh [ __ ] that's what it was.
Okay.
There we go.
Wondering why that was [ __ ] weird feeling.
Oh yeah. Connects.
Connects. Lincoln logs. That was like when I was like a baby baby though. I lost interest in like that type of stuff. I thought that the uh model airplanes were harder to do and that's what I was wanting to do.
There we go.
Oh, wow. Yeah, I never had any roller coasters. That sounds cool.
Yeah, not sure. I think there was.
I wasn't really into all that stuff.
I was into computers and video games when I was a kid and I still am. Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat. Heat.
All right. Refurbished and cell delitted.
You can't you can't delid the RSX on those, but they shouldn't need to cuz it's a 40 nmter. So, just a uh and delid the cell. Yeah, just just 100 bucks total. Just a 100 bucks, you know. Just a just a Frankie Franklin.
Wait, Benji. Just a Benjamin.
PS4 refurbish.
PS4 refurbish.
PS4 refurbish.
Definitely reading.
Oh man.
[ __ ] rest mode in it. Darn it.
Oh, yeah. There's pro there's probably a few of them, but yeah, that that's one of them. Uh, see, it keeps hitting the eject button because of the dust inside the system.
Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. That hurt.
Uh-oh.
Funny enough.
Um, so, so funny enough, that PS4 that was dropped off with the skins, I think you dropped it off, it says, wasn't in a bag and it has a [ __ ] ton of poproach poop inside of it. So, I mean, it was just sitting there for a minute. I think they're dead, but still. That's why we want to put all of the consoles in bags.
No, it's I already have it. Yeah, I already got it. Yeah. No, I think they're dead. But it does have if if I get in further and it's nasty, then we'll have to call them. Huh. Uh if if it's really really nasty, I'm going to have to call them. But I mean it got fair amount of them. So hopefully there's none alive ones in here.
Yeah. Right here.
>> Kill it.
>> Kill it with fire.
>> What's that?
I do. Oh yeah.
Yes, I have. That's like one of the only ones I reactivated.
Well, let's see if there's cockroaches inside of it cuz I'm not really looking forward to this.
Two in a day, huh? Two in one day.
It looks like it's old. Like they're old and dead.
Okay.
and it's got a couple little like things in it, but I think they're they're gone.
I think they're not alive anymore.
IPA ready. Yes.
Heat. Heat.
not Too bad. It's definitely a previous infestation.
What the hell's that? whacked.
Oh, okay. Huh.
It's not actually too bad as far as dust and [ __ ] So, no cockroaches in it either. So, that's good.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Oh.
Hey. Hey.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Oh yeah.
down.
Heat.
Heat. Hey, Heat.
Heat up here.
Heat. Heat. N.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Cool.
Okay.
I'm pretty sure those games are on PSN.
These two are ready for pickup. I don't know if you called the PS3 yet or not.
These need to go back where they belong, unless you guys are doing something with them.
So, this one's ready to go.
It had poop and stuff, but it was old as [ __ ] It's It's fine.
probably look at that tomorrow.
Gungore Zorhound, thanks for the follow.
Um, what are we going to do now? Don't say it, Ander.
I do need to fix finish that 1.4, though.
Well, All right, I got to do the V on this. Andrew, are you still here?
Uh, what do you do for this? This one's much different. I'll open up the guide and see if it's the same.
Heat. Heat.
Xbox version 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4, 1.5V core, uh, CPU core.
Okay. Do you need to check with DC toDC converters installed? We got the SC2688 or the SC1186.
All right. So, if we have the SC 11186, we can leave it alone and move on with the resistors and stuff. I also have to recap this.
One of one of it is mimes, the other is spiders. Yet, I'm a huge Spider-Man fan.
Yeah, it's a little different.
Um, okay. So, this one's got the riddle one.
I got to take that off then.
SC1186.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
How are you?
Heat.
Heat.
Heat. Heat.
All right, remove that blah blah blah.
Once you've removed it and populated it, there are more resistors. Step one, R2E9 needs to be replaced. Replaced with a 75 ohm R2E9 Heat. Heat.
And then R2E7 needs to be populated with a 10.
I don't have any 10 ohms.
Okay.
Heat. Heat.
10 R27 I think. I don't know what value this is. I want to check it.
So, that one's basically worthless.
Need an Xbox donor board so I can get a 10 ohm. And then you step three is required for your revision. The next one focus encoders.
So then we got to do that. Uh I remember this part. Okay. I need a 10 ohm, which I believe there's a bunch of them near the Xbox CPUs.
TR Buddhism 75s those are 102 that's what a th00and 151 33 2011 102 I need 100 102.
That's a town, right?
Yeah.
27, right?
R27 100 Not necessarily, MD. I don't know what you trying to read on that.
All right. And then it's only required for the focus. It says populating R2E5 will drop the Vcore to 1.5 and you will not be required to do the the fra B modification.
What do you do, Andrew? Do you do the fite bead or do you populate 1.8? What the hell? That's a new one.
Huh, that's new.
Okay.
Heat.
What?
You're what? On your way where? Oh, sweet.
Oh, yeah.
>> For the what? Huh?
>> If you want to get fired, if you want to lose your job. No.
Cool.
This time you're out, dude. Thank you.
Thank you. Thank you.
All right. My uh I was going to say mñana, but that's not Monday.
Uh actually, this needs a new cap.
Is that a 100 microfarad 25 volt?
I can't recap this tonight though because I don't have the caps yet. This is the only one I'm going to replace because we have to do the mod to it.
I don't have any of the 6.3s. I could use the 16 volts, but eh, I'll just wait for my mine to come in.
Should be Monday.
Heat.
Hey, Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Hey, hey, hey.
All right. So, we did the fair eye bead.
Um, and then we did for the 1.4.
So, I already did the top part.
Okay. And then the bottom part.
I guess that's it. I guess I'm done.
Do I still have to do the vids at the bottom? I don't understand if I do or not.
I honestly don't know.
For 1.4 CPU core, populate R2E4 with the 0ero ohm resistor.
So, we could do the 1.4. See if it works. R2E4 with the zero ohm.
All right. R2 E9 CR R2E7 R2E4 Okay.
All right.
Oh, I got to go get some brie. I'll be right back. You guys can watch him play pinball. Put some jams on here. We're going to switch over to Twitch when I get back.
So, enjoy these last few minutes of YouTube. I'll be right back.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat. Heat. N.
Heat.
Hey. Hey. Hey.
Heat. Heat. N.
Do you want me?
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat. N.
Hey, hey, hey.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Hey, Heat.
Heat. Heat. N.
Heat. Heat. N.
Heat. Heat.
Hey, I'm good.
Heat. Heat.
Hey, hey, hey.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Yeah.
Heat.
Heat. Heat. N.
Heat. Heat.
All right. Oop, I messed up the music.
Who all who all is still on YouTube?
If you can switch over to twitch.tv/computerbooter because I'm going to sign over there right meow.
So all youubians, I bid you farewell.
And Twitch, I will be there right now.
Peace.
