[00:00:41]And as you can see, paint has a nice shine to it. You may find an imperfection here or there. I noticed there's a little kind of blister in the red spot up there on the bright work on the hood, but overall, this thing is a head-turner.

[00:01:27]Red steel wheels, wide whitewall radial tires. What a cool look on this coupe.

[00:01:33]Let's take a look down the passenger side.

[00:01:36]I'm not noticing any major nicks, dings, or scratches. It does have a little bit of the protective film that has been added. You can kind of see the seam of it right there in front of those front fenders, so they won't get all chipped up. I did notice a little spot on the other side skirt on the driver side, and I'll show you that in a minute.

[00:01:59]Custom kind of console, if you will, down below the dash.

[00:02:03]Aftermarket AM/FM cassette player, and that is working. We'll get around to the driver side, start it up, let's hear it run, take a peek underneath the hood.

[00:02:13]And if you stick around to the very end of this video, Jason's going to take it for a drive, show you how it goes down the road. Take a look at the chrome in the rear bumper bright work on the rear as far as the tail light bezels.

[00:02:26]Trunk handle and the Buick 8 designating that Fireball inline 8-cylinder. And again, you can see the paint shows well on the rear.

[00:02:37]Nice shine to it.

[00:02:39]Did notice there was a light, very light scratch in that fender skirt. I don't know if I can get it to show up. There you can kind of see it. Real light along there, but at the same time, look at the reflection in that black paint.

[00:02:54]Wow. All right. Still pictures, Unique Classic Cars, check them out. Look at the underside.

[00:03:00]This would have the twin carb setup.

[00:03:03]We're going to take a peek at that underneath the hood when we start it up.

[00:03:07]Uh there is an electric fan switch that is on the interior. I'm going to show you that. And uh that needs to be manually switched off when the key is turned off. It's wired up hot.

[00:03:18]Uh no shakes or vibration noted by the technician that looked at this. Brakes straight.

[00:03:24]Brakes are 70% in the front, 70% in the rear.

[00:03:29]Typical powertrain seeps on a car that's driven. This [clears throat] one, get in, turn the key, go out, have some fun. Did mention both kingpins show some wear.

[00:04:50]The push button is over here underneath the dash. You can see right there. It's a push button to start it. So, let's fire it up.

[00:05:03]Now, right here is the fuel pump.

[00:05:08]Going to turn that on.

[00:05:10]Auxiliary fan, we're going to turn that on.

[00:05:13]Then you have fog lights and overdrive.

[00:05:18]Make sure we're in neutral.

[00:05:23]Nice sounding car, too.

[00:06:24]Then it has that kind of piano folding hood. Let me get a panel or two open. Let's check out that engine bay.

[00:06:32]All right, I got both panels open. So, we have an Edmunds custom intake manifold.

[00:06:38]There's that dual carb setup.

[00:06:40]Of course, inline eight as we mentioned earlier.

[00:06:55]As noted here, negative ground.

[00:06:58]And there is the battery right down here. So, it's still be a 6-V system. Battery disconnect when it's in between drives.

[00:08:18]Red and black inside and out, very eye-catching.

[00:08:22]The style in this car is amazing.

[00:08:26]Just the center of the steering wheel, the levers under the dash, the gauges, it's all amazing style.

[00:08:39]1940, people were having in 1940.

[00:08:45]It's a three on the tree manual transmission.

[00:08:52]Nice rumble to this car, makes it even more fun. The battery's charging over halfway on the gauge.

[00:08:58]Those appear to be the original gauges.

[00:09:02]Battery on the top left, temperature on the top lower left.

[00:09:06]That's about a third of the way up.

[00:09:08]Speedometer working.

[00:09:10]Speedometer says 40 miles an hour, that might be correct.

[00:09:15]The fuel gauge shows almost full. Oil pressure is showing 45 PSI.

[00:09:22]Down below we have a Sun Super Tach tachometer mounted to the column.

[00:09:29]That is reading that appears to be reading high. It is reading.

[00:09:34]Down below the dash, Super Because it's a Buick super.

[00:09:41]Beautiful steering wheel.

[00:09:49]Nicely reupholstered bench seats.

[00:09:52]Door panels.

[00:09:55]The red and black interior reminds me of a 50's diner.

[00:10:04]The brakes are working as they should.

[00:10:09]I have not tested them, but we've even got spotlights on either side of this car.
