Attachment Panic During a Cheating ConfrontationAdded:
He's my cousin. I didn't cheat.
>> Ruby, you Dominican, he's a full-fledged black guy sitting in a living room with his glasses ON. YOU'RE DONE.
>> [ __ ] KNOW ANY SPANISH. HE'S DOMINICAN.
>> DUDE, STOP hitting my car. Move. Go.
Move. Get away from my car.
>> Yo, you look crazy.
>> Open the [ __ ] door.
>> No. Get away FROM MY CAR. RUBY, GET DOWN, YO.
>> LET'S TALK.
>> DUDE, YOU WERE OUTSIDE IN FRONT OF ALL MY NEIGHBORS. CAN YOU OR IN FRONT OF YOUR NEIGHBORS, I actually felt. Can you please get down?
>> Open the [ __ ] >> FOLKS, YOU BUGGING. STOP. GET DOWN.
>> IF I IF I >> YOU'RE DRIVING?
>> I'm going to go to jail.
>> Dude, can you put it Okay, you >> Yeah, don't don't do that.
>> Please. I don't >> He's the bad guy now if she gets hurt.
>> Oh my god. Look at her, y'all.
>> Now you mad. Now you had IT. NOW >> OKAY, LOOK. You can't get in.
>> Open the door.
>> I know. Back up. Just back up.
All right. Just talk out. Look.
>> Can you just get don't get out of the car, dude.
Yeah, but what do you What do you think's going to happen?
I'm guessing he knew she was potentially doing something and followed her and then wanted to confront her.
Don't Don't Don't do that. My god, it never works out for anybody. People end up dying in these situations from like straight-up murder to like accidental like he was driving and then he stopped, she slid off, and then a car came by and ran someone over. Just saying, that stuff does happen um because people are thinking straight cuz I'm in the I'm going to catch you and they're in the I need to defend myself come up with any excuse or maybe it is, you know, just the cousin. And then what you have here is she's doing we need to talk, let's talk, whatever it was. That's this anchor point where they fix Somebody fixates on something when they're traumatic, emotional kind of like they're cornered, fight or flight um state of mind. They'll kind of repeat the same sort of thing over and over. Um so, that's what that is in a nutshell.
And what it is is the um you're you're fearing this loss of an attachment. So, you're in this sort of panic attachment panic sort of state of mind where you're fearing this person's going to be leaving, you're they're to be done with you, you've got caught, or you are, you know, whatever's happening. And that's what that is. And again, it's a spider flight where people do really stupid things like fight, uh, for example. And, you know, in these state of minds, our own set of personal boundaries and morals and rules will go out the window, and we really start to take really unnecessary risks.
You know, we're very emotional. It's our, you know, in terms of logic or it's not our thinking part of the brain.
Great to be emotional in a safe, you know, contained, controlled way, like a forest fire. You want to do controlled burns, so lightning doesn't hit and I've got this brush and you're on fire, the forest is burning down. So, emotions are great for that, but, you know, you got to burn them eventually, but if you do them not on your terms, stuff like this happens, and nothing ends well here. And again, I think chapter two here probably looked worse, um, where he got out of the car, which not sure, you know, why he was doing that. Um, again, emotional part of brain, not making good decisions.
