This video exposes the fundamental contradictions in Russian state propaganda during the Ukraine war, demonstrating how official narratives fail to align with observable realities. The analysis reveals that Russian military failures (inability to capture Kiev in 3 days, ineffective air defense systems, failed Donbas occupation over 12 years) directly contradict claims of military invincibility. The video also examines how Russian media censorship, including fines for filming strikes and labeling critics as foreign agents, attempts to control information flow. Furthermore, it analyzes the cultural boycotts against Russian artists abroad as a form of soft power response to Russia's military aggression, arguing that international reactions are not about cultural essence but about accountability for war crimes and civilian suffering. The content demonstrates how propaganda narratives shift to justify military actions while ignoring the actual consequences of aggression.

⚡️MEGA SCANDAL in Studio! SOLOVYOV EXPLODED With Rage LIVE ON AIR. Russians Are ScreamingAdded:
Do you really think our generals don't know how to fight? They do. Do you honestly believe the problem is that we can't wipe Kiev off the face of the earth in 3 days? Just look at how many missiles we launch every night and the number of drones. And if you calculate that for a specific area, they say yes.
On my program, I can call for strikes.
And I always say that civilians should leave. Unlike Ukrainian Nazis, we do not rejoice in the deaths of civilians. On Russian television, it's panic, threats, and existential questions all over again. Why is this happening? Ukraine has finally started responding to Russia's attacks. And there is one crucial difference worth noting. Our army does not target civilians. Right now, the focus is on Russian oil refineries, the very facilities that help fund this country's bloody war against Ukraine. And of course the outrage in those studios cheers is immediate. How could this be? Even Vladimir Solio, the same man who regularly calls for merciless strikes on KF is now trying to explain that somehow this is different. That things are not exactly as they seem. Nice attempt, but excuses won't work here. We witness the consequences of your strikes with our own eyes every single day. New week, new Russian nonsense. I'm Sophia and this is Spin Snipers, where we tear apart Kremlin drama and serve up their brutal facts fast.
Recently, strikes have reached the southern resort city of Tabsa.
Evacuations are already underway and even the Kremlin is being forced to acknowledge the consequences. It appears that this year a summer holiday on the Black Sea is no longer an option for many Russians. The talks continue while Russian air defense proven ineffective.
And yet it is important to remember the chain of cause and effect. These scenes could stop the moment Russia withdraws its brutal army from Ukraine.
>> However, military strikes on important energy facilities continue. And of course, what is happening now in TuPS cannot be called anything other than a terrorist attack. For the Ukrainian Nazis, this is happiness, an environmental catastrophe. They would like even more human casualties. Tracks are not limited to top sam. Crimea is being hit as well and notably it is already producing results. Ukrainian forces are targeting missile depot the very weapons Russia plans to use against Ukrainians and that it is difficult to deny. But that is not the whole story.
There is another layer to this one that is getting remarkable attention inside Russian studios. Even solo yo is openly shouting that air defense systems are not working.
>> This is due to the fact that the massive road construction taking place along the coast which now connects Crimea so to speak with the mainland is truly enormous. The roads are incredible.
When you drive there and see this construction, I don't even know how many lanes there are. It's clear that supplies can easily be delivered by land and at such a speed that sea crossings cannot match.
It's faster, more reliable for troop transfers. This means that in reality, any plans for a counteroffensive that the British authorities might be pursuing through their Ukrainian proxies make little sense because our ability to redeploy forces and resources is very high in a very short time. So why these constant raids whose targets are no longer military facilities at all, but in fact aimed at disrupting the tourist season and killing as many residents of Crimea as possible, the answer is clear.
An attempt to destabilize the political situation.
Instead of spending time on this, given all the political risks, I believe we simply need to focus on strengthening the air defense system. And while this fallen air defense keeps proving that Russia cannot protect its own cities, the propaganda studios continue to insist that strands is on their side, that they are practically winning. Quite an impressive piece of imagination. One has to wonder how they managed to fit all of this into a single coherent picture.
>> History will be written by the victors anyway. And if we are winning, war is a serious matter and it must be treated very very seriously. Enough with the pity. We should be pitying our own.
Enough thinking about fulfilling certain obligations.
Otherwise, what?
>> Well, Russian viewers are not exactly known for asking uncomfortable questions. They tend to absorb propaganda as if it were their own, of course. But let's simply compare the facts. This army failed to take cave in 3 days. It has spent more than 12 years trying to occupy Donbas without success.
The same forces cannot protect to obser cannot secure the length and it seems cannot even fully defend Moscow. That is precisely why, by the way, this year's parade in Moscow will, for the first time since 2007, take place without military hardware. And now in Russia, they searching for someone to blame. Why is the air defense not working? Well, by all means, keep looking. And when Luga was being pounded for a week and when strikes have been hitting the same facilities over and over again and all the targets being hit are well known, understood and obvious.
And our team has been talking about this for years. Then a simple question can be asked. Who is responsible for this? Not in order to punish them. No. But to understand what is lacking for you to be able to defend knowledge, skills, expertise, technical means. Tell us what needs to be done. If this problem is so serious that it cannot be solved, can you explain what exactly it consists of?
Maybe not to us, but you do report to the supreme commanderin-chief as well.
Even Solavio seems genuinely puzzled.
How did things go so wrong? Why is nothing going according to plan? Well, perhaps because the very idea of launching a war against a peaceful neighbor was never built for success.
But that may be difficult for him to see. And Russia's problems are not limited to air defense. The economy appears to be struggling as well. Not exactly breaking news. Becoming the most sanctions country in the world and still expecting economic growth requires a certain level of imagination and it seems there is no shortage of that in Russia. Why do people even feel like they're living in a completely different reality?
Okay, I understand when they are not in Russia and judge everything from the outside, but when the supreme commanderin-chief speaks and sets the task that we need economic growth at certain rates and then people come out and just don't care about any of it. They say, "No, no, that's not going to happen. I don't understand how that's possible.
I just don't understand.
This isn't a discussion. During wartime, discussions with the supreme commanderin-chief happen only up to the point when decisions are made. And once the order is given, it is carried out.
>> And propagandist Soliv's outrage does not end there. Now, the focus shifts to internal enemies who apparently failed to fix the economic situation created by the socalled great J strategist dictator Putin. As if that were not enough, some people are filming there after massive strikes on Russian cities. And now authorities are introducing fines and legal penalties for publishing such footage. Only in the fifth year of the fullscale war, remarkably swift reaction.
>> All news about enemy strikes. If you film an impact, you've helped the enemy.
You get fined for spreading media.
But I believe it should be even stricter, much stricter.
It needs to be enforced across the whole country. If you record a video and then also send it to the West, you've helped the enemy. These people should be punished and not just with fines. If you film a strike, you've helped the enemy.
And when our own, including respected bloggers, chase hype and say, "The enemy has published it, so we'll repost it here." That's a big mistake.
>> Don't do that.
>> Separately, following the usual script, Russian media have once again started attacking Europe. One of the propagandists even claimed that Russia will last forever. An ambitious statement to say the least. In reality, what we would rather see is something far more grounded, real accountability and real consequences for aggression.
Only then could the world even begin to move a fraction closer to a genuine peace. I would like to start from the words of President Putin. And it seems to me this could become one of the mottos of our time that Russia will be eternal. In my view, these are very powerful words. They resonate strongly with how I perceive our destiny.
through a sense of historical optimism.
We have many problems, many difficulties, and there are those who can be held accountable for various things. There is also meanness and everything else. But nevertheless, what Putin was talking about and what the West has failed to understand for centuries. Is this how is it that Russia, yes, manages to recover every time like a phoenix rising from the ashes? How does it solve a huge number of problems that western civilization cannot even cope with? They cannot understand the soul of our country. Its deep inner meaning. It is incomprehensible to them.
>> Well, Russian media debates the supposed depth of the Russian soul, the international response to the war remains unchanged. Continuing pressure, isolations of his institution and distancing from figures linked to the state. This is also where the question of Russian culture comes up. Why, singers, and other public figures face boycotts and restrictions abroad. In Moscow, the explanation offered to domestic audience often returns to the same narrative about Nazism. But what we are hearing is largely a political framing designed for internal consumption. All the worst forms of coercion and oppression in world politics were invented by Europeans. At least we can see from the example of other states the algorithm of how this is done. At the first stage, you have to cancel culture. If you listen toikovsky, cover your ears. If there's a book by dstovski in front of you, close your eyes. If Russians, a Russian delegation, are invited to Venice, refuse to fund it. This is what the European Commission is doing now. And this is how culture is canled. But what we do know with certainty is this why this reaction exists. It is not about some deep cultural essence and it is not about abstract identity myth. It is about one thing a state that is conducting a daily war against Ukraine killing civilians including children and systematically targeting infrastructure. And in this context culture becomes part of a larger system of influence. what political science calls soft power. Every country tries to project itself to shaped perception to expert values. The question is what values are being projected here? And when a state is associated with mass violence, occupation and the forced deportation of Ukrainian children, the international respond is not about culture itself, but about accountability and context. This is not about banning culture as such. It is about refusing to separate it from the reality of war that continues every day. Ukraine is intended for liquidation and destruction. At some point, Ukrainian demographers even came forward and said, you know, in order for Ukraine to at least maintain itself at a stable level, there should be 2.5 children per woman. What is it now in Ukraine? 0.7 0.7 As of today, around 1.5 million children have been taken out of Ukraine and have gone to the EU. Only to the EU, nowhere else. But Europeans are not concerned about these children at all because those children are somewhere in Europe.
What are they doing there? Where have they gone? What language are they speaking? How is juvenile justice depriving their parents of their rights?
No one cares about that. The only concern is that Russia has stolen the children. Russia tried to steal Ukrainian children and is now re-educating them, removing banderite ideology from them, placing them into universities. It's just terrible.
>> So what we are seeing is a constant effort to frame and justify military actions through propaganda. It is frankly absurd but consistent. And when it comes to Europe, the narrative shifts again. Suddenly we are told that Ukraine does not belong in Europe. Not exactly a new claim. This is line has been circulating for years and it became especially visible after 2014.
And then we get the usual pattern, confident explanations of what Europe thinks as if these voices somehow have direct access to the entire US collective mind and can neatly summarize its position on demand.
>> Orbin was very convenient in this sense.
All countries were saying we are waiting for Ukraine. We really want to see it there. And then Orbin would come out and say no never, we don't want it ever. and they would be like thank God. Orbin said that and that was it and everyone could continue calmly praising Ukraine saying that it will definitely join the European Union. Now Mertz stub the polls and all the others have to admit that Ukraine is not actually being awaited there. So when there are claims that by January 1st 2027 Ukraine will enter the European Union. People also say guys are you out of your minds? What EU? Where are you going? Who is waiting for you there? who actually needs you there. I will remind you of one simple thing. For the Polish nobility, we're never equals.
>> All right, dear viewers. Time for an interactive moment. Let me know what do you think about Ukraine's membership in the EU. A country that arguably is defending democratic values more than anyone else at the cost of tremendous human loss is certainly making its case for accession. Of course, this comes with conditions and reforms and despite the war, Ukraine continues to implement them. Now, moving on to another topic.
Inside Russia, descent is increasingly framed through the language of foreign agents. We are also seeing references to the Bellarusian experience and of course the familiar search for an Ukrainian phrase behind internal criticism. A war is ongoing and we see how the enemy is deliberately trying to destabilize the situation inside the country using technologies that were once used in Barus in 2020. picking up any word spoken by anyone in Russia and amplifying it, amplifying it, trying to seow distrust, especially since elections are ahead and especially since many things are behind British psychological operations carried out through Ukrainian hands. We see these posts on social networks and attempts to escalate any problem into something global and unresolved.
And speaking of foreign agents, do you remember the Russian blogger Victoria Buna? She previously published a video message addressed to dictator Putin saying that Russians are afraid of him.
If you don't recall, we discussed her in earlier episodes in Russia. This sparked a wave controversy. Propagandist Solo publicly labeled her as a foreign agent while at the same time he himself has faced repeated calls from segments of the Russian public to be removed from his position. Interestingly, the two later appeared together on air and the tone from the same propagandist was noticeably more restrained and unusually polite. This is the same figure who previously used openly offensive language about her. First of all, you look wonderful.
That's one.
>> I don't look already old, do I?
>> We'll get to that in a moment. That's one.
Secondly, of course, I have to apologize.
You are absolutely right. I was too emotional.
And of course, whatever the motivation was and whatever I meant and why I said it, I should have been much stricter with my words that were spoken on live broadcast.
At the same time, it is quite strange to label me as one of the main misogynists in the country because a large number of women come to my show and I treat them with enormous respect. After the public apologized, propagandist Solio once again doing his job as loyal mouthpiece of the Kremlin rushed to explain why he had attacked Bournea in the first place.
According to him, the problem was her claim that Russians are afraid of Putin.
That apparently was what triggered the entire reaction. And instead of acknowledging the context, he tried to convince her and the audience of something entirely different. The speech was about your initial message. When you said the words addressed to Putin, you are feared. I was told by the people and then you started listing who these people were. You mentioned bloggers, artists, governors, you are feared.
That is what triggered my immediate reaction and caused anger when it was noticed at the top level. Because in Russia, Putin is loved by the people, not feared.
That is why people come out when Putin passes somewhere when he travels and Putin notices it, stops the car, gets out to talk to the people. That is why for soldiers at the front, when the supreme commander comes, it is a celebration for them. Putin is supposedly not feared while anyone inconvenient gets jailed or killed and ordinary Russians cannot even go out to protest if something displeases them.
Sure, we totally believe you solo. By the way, the conversation with Ba continued on live television. He openly started lecturing her, trying to re-educate her, insisting that all of Russia's problems come from Ukraine and not from Putin at all.
>> Well, Tuopsi is now a sensitive topic for people because animals are suffering in huge numbers. Really?
>> Are you serious right now?
>> Yes.
>> The problem in TuPsi is different. There are strikes.
>> The problem is that there is radioactive rain affecting people. The problem is that the area is under Ukrainian attack.
I started the broadcast with that and before that there was a problem in Luga.
There is a war going on, Vic. Were there strikes in Monaco today? No. But here we have strikes on our territory, Vic.
There is a war going on.
>> I understand.
You are saying that I do not comment on foreign policy. This is not foreign policy. We are being hit here in Yucatanburg. residential building was hit. What foreign policy in Tuapsi? Animals are suffering not by accident because Ukrainians struck an oil refinery. That is the problem.
That's why everything is happening. And you don't need to comment on this because your life in Monaco will become unbearable.
>> And while Russian television continues to spread nonsense, we should keep one thing in mind. Russia is the one waging this war. And Ukraine is only defending itself. And right now, your support for Ukraine matters more than ever. That's it for today. While the Russian propaganda machine keeps running, we'll keep exposing the allies. I'm Sophia and this was Spin Snipers. Stay curious, stay skeptical, and don't fall for their spin.
