New tonight in a case we've been tracking for years. Gregory Davis has been sentenced to life in prison without parole. Prosecutors say he killed his girlfriend outside the Legend Motors of Ferndale dealership in May of 2023.
That's where she was working at the time. Investigators say Davis used his car to block her vehicle so he could she couldn't drive off. Then he shot her at point-blank range. Their 10-year-old child was in the passenger seat and saw the whole thing happen. Davis turned himself in later that day.
