I really do appreciate you guys uh constructive criticism with me getting to the videos depending on what layout I'm doing right now. This is not going to be one of the videos where I'm following along. I'm going to show y'all this video and we're going to talk about it afterwards. But this is about a woman who was driving a car and she was pulled over by a police officer. Said that she was a distracted driver and he issued her a citation for uh and for her to to appear in court over this, right? She was told to appear in court because he said she was a distracted driver using her cell phone.

Especially when I'm at a light like you know I know people got like a GPS deal up there with their phone and all that but when people I'm telling you my son's with my son particularly he would tell you where the light I'm like look look see they still ain't going look they still I'm trying not to rage out. They still look they still not going boy I lay on my horn like it's nobody business cuz I know they are up there. You can see it through their back when up there on their phone. I get it. But this police officer pull this woman over and accuses her of using the phone saying he's seeing her and he saw her rather use it in her hand. But man, plot twist.

[00:04:00]I mean, I love this girl's attitude in here. The way she laughed and was like, "Yeah, so let's just go ahead and let me go on. It's a wrap, bro. You lied. It's over." And she had her arm up like this or whatever like that. He thought that her arm was a cell phone. The right arm.

[00:04:13]Oh my god. But guess what? He issued her, according to the reading, he issued her a ticket for $116.

[00:04:22]However, as of today, the case was dismissed by the PBC deputy who issued it.

[00:04:33]You darn right you dismissed because the body cam was going to make you look like a fool. Now, here's the thing, though.

[00:04:40]I'm just keeping it real. Y'all know because I support my boys in blue and the girls. Here's the thing, though.

[00:04:46]Now, would make me sus of him, I'm sorry, suspect of this police officer.

[00:04:52]How many people have he issued citations to during this operation that they legitimately was not using their phones either? He could have lied on them because it's quite obvious the girl did not have a cell phone in her right hand.

[00:05:07]Yeah. I want to anybody that's seen this video that got a citation by this man, I think y'all need to take it to court and fight it cuz you could have lied on y'all. I'm just saying y'all. Anyway, short and sweet, right? Like y'all like it sometimes. Let me know what y'all think about this. Should this police officer have I mean, honestly, should he do you think he should receive some type of retraining, recoing?
