These racist theories were not just wrong, they were deliberate erasure designed to justify colonization and deny African greatness.

[00:02:01]But the stones never lied. Archaeology, DNA evidence, and oral history all confirm the Shona people built Great Zimbabwe. Their legacy stands today, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the name of an entire modern nation, Zimbabwe.
