[00:01:02]That charge alleges that on or about May 12th, 2026 in Wayne County, Ohio you did knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm to Thomas L.

[00:01:20]Count three is a count of attempted murder under 2923.02, felony of the first degree.

[00:01:25]States that on or about May 12th, 2026 in Wayne County, Ohio you did unlawfully attempt to purposely cause the death of Daniel Lee Broom in violation of Revised Code 2923.02.

[00:01:38]The fourth and final count in the complaint is a count of felonious assault under 2903.11A2, a felony of the first degree.

[00:01:45]It states that on or about May 12th, 2026 you did knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm to Daniel Lee Broom by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance, specifically a knife.
