[00:19:34]We're back with another video and today we are going through a few different things in regards to the IRS verification process to make sure that you can verify your CPN with the IRS and also just a CPN building part of the process and also a primary that you can add on your profile. So, um before we get started with all of this, I'm going to um just explain the basics of how this stuff works and how you can get started with um making sure that this process is the right process for you.

[00:20:10]So, there's a few different reasons why people use a CPN and some people use them in times where they actually really do need them. So, for example, um let's say you need to get approved for an apartment or um usually people have been using them lately for getting approved approvals for rentals like housing rentals instead of apartments because management companies are getting really picky with what they're doing in regards to the verification process.

[00:20:36]But, uh let's say you're uh needing to get approved for housing and for some reason you're running into issues getting approved and you don't know why and usually it's because of something on your credit or you had a an eviction or you had something negative on your credit. So, this can help you with that part of the process by giving you a brand new clean uh credit report that you can use to get approved to be able to get into housing.

[00:20:59]Um also, uh people can get approved for iPhones, different things like that and I'll show you some different examples throughout um this part process. And it also you can get approved for a lot of different things like uh different credit accounts.

[00:21:15]Uh you can get approved for CareCredit for different things for health health care or cosmetic health care, anything like that. So, there's a lot of different services that uh can be used with a CPN. And CPN basically will act as a secondary credit profile. Now, once again, all this information is educational purposes only, guys. I'm not telling you what to do. I'm just telling you how it works. I'm not telling you to do anything specifically with this. I am not a credit professional and I am not giving any financial advice in this video. I'm just discussing these different topics with you.

[00:21:51]So, um now, verifying CPN with the IRS is basically uh making sure that a CPN profile can be uh available in the public record and verifiable through an EIN. So, how this works is instead of using the social for the CP, you can use the EIN um that you'll you'll receive when the process is complete. But, uh the reason you do that is because that EIN is verifiable. So, when you use that on different various credit applications, that credit application can be verifiable and that number can be usable in different settings and also approvable uh in different settings as well.

[00:22:34]So, for example, um once you complete the verification process, you can use your EIN, which would be your CP's uh social or your EIN um in regards to this process.

[00:22:49]You can use that for business approvals, business credit approvals, and um business to credit business credit approvals are really good in certain areas like Verizon, T-Mobile, uh AT&T, those business credit approvals approvals are very very steep. So, if you build your profile correctly and treat it as such, um you'll be able to get approved for big approvals. So, a lot of people get this mixed up. So, they mix up the CPN with the EIN verification process. So, um the CPN is going to be put into the EIN system in regards to the verification process as the CPN's name, uh all the CPN's information, but you will also um be able to use utilize the information like I said before as a business credit.

[00:23:42]So, um we'll go through the process. You'll see how everything works.

[00:23:48]Don't worry about trying to make it all make sense immediately. It'll make sense to you as it all goes along. And a lot of these things make more sense as you start making more moves with your profile.

[00:24:45]So, if you're not streaming like some random nothingness or random information or people getting drunk or partying or anything like that, then it's a little bit harder for you to spread information. Also, if it's not about not about politics or anything like that, it's kind of hard to get these type of pages out because this is not a part of any narrative. This is not a part of any uh anything that's really necessarily even popular. So, what happens with our channel is basically uh we are we're we're getting known to um different people basically through word of mouth.

[00:26:40]>> [clears throat] >> So, the IRS EIN verification process for CPN profile. So, why IRS uh IRS verification matters. So, creating a stronger profile, linking EIN plus CPN data.

[00:26:58]So, this process is about getting the file the file connected properly inside IRS systems using a partnership EIN structure.

[00:27:06]The goal is building more verification points tied to the profile. So, once again, guys, it's more so about public records. And also, it's a verifiable number that can be used for the benefit of the profile. So, this is what we're going to start going through. So, what do you need before starting? So, you need your CP information ready. And building your CP is going to be slightly different than actually um just doing this process alone. So, you want to make sure that you have your file already built. Um you can do it before you build the file, but um it's just not recommended because there's some things you can do with your file as well. And they're going to be basically two separate entities. Uh it's just the titling and things like that to make people understand how the process works, but uh you're going to need your CP information. So, make sure you have that ready. Name plus address for profile.

[00:27:57]So, that's why you need the information already created because you want to make sure that you have your address already try merged to that name. Uh existing EIN optional, uh but you don't need to do that. You can you're going to get your own EIN. So, LLC is not required. So, you do not necessarily need an LLC for this process. In some cases, it's actually easier without one. If you already have one EIN, you can use that, too, but I don't recommend that because that's not how I'm showing you how to do this process. So, it wouldn't be beneficial for this. So, once you go to the IRS EIN application, you want to visit IRS EIN application page, click apply for new EIN, start new business application, and then we're starting directly from the IRS EIN portal. This is where the profile begins getting attached into the IRS system.

[00:28:46]So, uh you want to start with the application, hit start application, and then you want to select the business type. So, the the business type in this particular situation is going to be partnership. So, you want to go partnership there.

[00:28:59]And you want to continue to application. So, the partnership option is important because it creates the structure being used for the setup. So, there's a certain setup you want to use um in regards to verifying your CP with the IRS. So, this is going to be part of that structure.

[00:29:18]And um if you choose something else, it could give you a different choices, and then it's going to be hard to get the number that you want and put the information where you want to put it. And it makes it hard for the process. So, start new business section. So, choose uh start new business, continue through prompts.

[00:29:35]At this point, the system begins creating the new entity structure attached to the information. Enter personal information. So, use your real name, uh real SSN, uh everything in this section of the part this part of the process. What you're going to do in this part of the process is basically you're going to uh have to have some verifiable information to be able to create this EIN. So, you need to make sure that the IRS can pull something.

[00:30:04]You don't have to worry about it being tied to you or anything like that. It's not going to be anything uh negative. You just need to make sure that you can properly create this EIN. So, the proper way to create this EIN is to use your real name, real SSN, real address, real phone number, and um or phone number that's verifiable. You can use a phone number that is tied to the CP. That's cool, but uh just you can use regular information here. You don't need to mix up your information with the CP here or anything like that. So, if you're going to use your real name, real SSN, real address, then you use your real phone number, and this is just going to be able to create your EIN. So, don't worry about that because what you're technically doing with a lot of a lot of people do already. People do this all the time. So, people make LLCs in their actual name.

[00:30:50]It's actually encouraged in a lot of spaces. So, this is basically what you're doing. So, the IRS application itself won't let you continue using only the CPN information initially. So, normal identifying information is entered first. Consistency matters more than speed. So, just make sure that all the information is correct here for you.

[00:31:06]This is your information. You don't have to worry about it being something wrong with it. Just make sure you choose your information.

[00:31:14]Then you just choose the prompts and then you move on.

[00:31:18]So, then you go to entering your CP profile information. So, enter your CP legal name, as CPN number, as trade name, uh DBA, enter CP address, enter county plus state. And this is the section where the actual CP information goes.

[00:31:33]So, then start attaching into the structure. So, this information is where everything will start creating a public record and something that is searchable, verifiable with the CP, and helps the CP get approved because a lot of the information that will be entered here will be searchable in a lot of different databases, and it will help for the approvals in regards to those automatic approvals when people go to places like Affirm and things like that where they're trying to get approved for things, but for some reason they can't verify the information.

[00:32:05]This is where a lot of that information can be helped to be verified. Now, there's also other steps you want to take, but this is one of the steps that you can start at to make sure that you can get into the process of verification, and also you can have a usable EIN number for approvals. So, trade name, uh doing business as name is which is the DBA field is where the CPN number gets entered. So, then you can enter your CPN number for the DBA.

[00:32:32]So, that's going to be uh uh, your social, so to speak, for um, your verifying your CP.

[00:32:41]So, now that number is actually somewhere where it can actually be pulled.

[00:32:48]So, finalize EIN creation. So, confirm all information, submit application, receive EIN number, and once approved, the EIN becomes attached to the partnership profile and connected to the information entered during the process.

[00:33:01]So, now the information is attached, now it's searchable, now it's verifiable, and also you have a EIN that you can use with that CPN, and a lot of people don't understand that most applications, you can use a EIN instead of a social. So, basically in those situations where you know that social, they have like an SSN verified type of situation, or they have an application where it has to be ran through a certain system, some people have the um, IRS.gov that they run their information through, then you can just use that EIN number instead of your normal CP social, just so you can make sure that your uh, number is verifiable and searchable, and then you can also attach a score to that number as well by putting different verifi- different uh, various trade lines onto that CP number. So, and that EIN number.

[00:33:48]So, you would build that number differently than you would build the CP number. You would build that number more so in the direction of putting primary trade lines on that number and things like that.
