[00:00:00]Last week, YouTuber Noah Samson put out a response to a lawsuit serped to him by podcaster Ethan Klene with Klene suing Noah for defamation when Noah claimed that Ethan Klein backed the genocide in Gaza. Noah started a GoFundMe and began to make content to raise money to fight the lawsuit and during it brought on Idubbbz which got talked about online along with showing that his final donation goal of $300,000 is to bike to Hassan Piker's house. Ethan Klein also weighed in joking about Hassan ignoring them while also talking about Froggen and the default judgment there. But there's a lot to get into, so let's just jump in. Welcome to the internet versus Noah Samson's lawsuit response. It starts when Noah Samson tweets out this video with the caption, "Zionist millionaire podcaster Ethan Klein is suing me for a YouTube video. I am defending against it, but I need your help." An Israeli American millionaire podcaster is suing me for defamation.

[00:00:55]Hi, I'm Noah Samson. I'm a YouTuber. I make videos about how Israel sucks. Last year, I uploaded this video, the YouTubers who backed a genocide. And in response, Ethan Klene, host of the H3 podcast, filed a defamation lawsuit.

[00:01:07]Here it is. Here's the lawsuit. It's 31 pages. He's alleging that I defamed him by falsely painting him as a supporter of the genocide of Palestinians. I believe that Klein's claims are meritless, and I intend to defend against them. But to do this, I need your help. Defamation lawsuits can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and I don't have that kind of money. So, I started a GoFundMe, Klein v. Samson. I set the goal for $200,000, which will be used for lawyers fees and legal expenses. However, any funds raised above this goal will be donated directly to Palestinian Aid. And any funds that go unused or are recuperated once legal proceedings conclude will also be donated. I'll be doing a fundraising marathon stream on Friday, May 22nd, starting at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time.

Samson can raise money to defend himself how he sees fit. Maybe stop covering for the mentally unwell and go back to being fat. And Harley says, "Of course he can. We can donate to what we seem fit. And Zach says the other parties he goes after don't have the resources to properly defend themselves. If you don't have the money for counsel, in these cases, default judgments will be rendered. He's clearly been a big help to all of them."
